Very disappointing. We always like to eat at Galeria Kaufhof and thought while on holiday in Freiburg that we could definitely have a good meal here too. The quality of the food was in the lower range. But the worst thing was the very unfriendly employees. Scold someone if they only want one spoonful of spaetzle instead of two. After all, I have to pay for both spoons. She wasn't interested in the argument that you would have to throw away too much food and continued to complain. I was also insulted at the checkout. We probably won't come here again.

Table reserved for 8 people, in the end there were 9 of us. Great ambience, rustic/modern in an old locomotive hall. The service left a lot to be desired, two people at the table only received their food after asking, and a colleague's side dishes came when he had already finished his steak. All in all it was chaotic - a service staff also stopped by as usual, perhaps there wasn't even a request for drinks - we then ordered more at the counter when we went to the toilet. All in all the food was "good" but our colleague's pasta was lukewarm, which took forever Food had to wait - was actually still in good spirits. All in all not recommended!

Terrible staff, ordering in the local language is so nerve-wracking that you're actually hungry afterwards. The food isn't bad. Everything is usually completely dirty and you rarely leave the restaurant without sticky shoe soles. There are no machines, so you have to order in front, it's always a new mystery as to whether you actually get what you ordered

Been going to McDonald's for 40 years now and it just keeps getting worse. To ask for money for this meal too. Unfortunately it only depends a little on the branch but this one is particularly bad. Sure, fast food but please adjust the price to the quality.

Pretty rude service, we didn’t have to wait for a long time, but they make food without gloves… a bit pricey for a kebab place. If you don’t like smoke or smoking don’t sit outside, it stinks of smoking. Food is in big portions for me, the kebab overall was good. The plate - okay. If you like kebab and smoking and fast food it’s a place for you to try!

Perfect mood, And wonderful service

Food was very good. Sitting inside we were hardly noticed. We had to go to the 'kitchen' ourselves to reorder and pay. We were served quickly but with the additional language barrier we couldn't expect any friendliness.

Unfortunately only lukewarm and unfortunately not good quality. Also way too loud in the dining hall...

Driver very unfriendly. Pizza underground.... What's the use of barbeque sauce on a pizza instead of tomato sauce?? By default!! Bottomless... Their license to cook would have to be revoked, which unfortunately isn't possible in this case.
