Preferably no stars, today we ordered pizza and it was delivered to us after 30 minutes, only there was one problem: the pizza was too thin, dry and now the worst thing is MOLDY!!!!

Unfortunately the Magherita was not good. Very bland, doughy and not enough tomato sauce.

Pizza almost cold and tastes well... it's a shame.

It doesn't work at all when ordered on Lieferando. At first it said 20 minutes delivery time. After waiting a bit and checking, it suddenly jumps up to 60 minutes. You lose your food Edit: We waited almost 2 hours until the driver called and said he had given the wrong addresses and that he had to deliver 2 other pizzas first. Then he could deliver to us or we could cancel the order and get the money back... Biggest juice shop, shame on you

Pizza was completely dry and so very unappetizing, not recommended. The salad was exactly the same disaster, olives looked like they had already expired and the rest of the salad didn't look any better either.

Food wasn't delivered... there was no call either! Not recommended!

By far the worst pizza in all of Freiburg. Cheapest ingredients, looked bad. In addition, the delivery staff is terribly unfriendly.

I often ordered, then there were errors thanks to the service on the phone, after a break of more than a year, I ordered more often again, and the 4th order was again full of errors, wrong food, specially ordered cutlery set not included. We wanted to order pizza for a movie night The pizza arrived with the wrong toppings, raw dough and missing cheese. Nobody answers the phone! We ordered through Lieferando and the order was correct, but the company's invoice said something different, even my name was crossed out on the invoice! Absolutely the last time I ordered from you and you pay money for it!

Ordered two pizzas, I've never had such a bad pizza. Taste bad, dough terrible and the topping was very bad. As if that wasn't enough, a short time later everyone got a stomach ache. Definitely the worst pizzeria I know would specifically avoid this delivery service.

Ordered Everybody's Burgers from XO today via Lieferando - it turned out that the Pizza Factory had apparently taken over this franchise. Two burgers were ordered with wedges and a Sprite. The packaged food was handed to me at the door, I didn't shift gears quickly enough and looked for the drink. When I was in the apartment, I immediately noticed the missing drink. My husband ran after the driver and asked about it. They then said that Sprite was out, but he could get a Coke and drive back, which we rejected. 3.00 euros were then refunded. There was no apology. It's okay if drinks are out and therefore can't be delivered, but then at least you let them know, the phone number is basically stored. So it seemed to me like they were just hoping the customer didn't notice. Regarding the food, I can say that it arrived here cold and even Burger King or McDonalds deliver better quality. Really disappointing.

Instead of 20-45 minutes, we had to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for our food, which also had a lot of room for improvement in terms of quality. It shouldn't be necessary to drink a stomach-soothing tea after the pizza.

Beware of scammers!! The bill was much higher than what was stated on the phone, extra cheese was charged but never ordered, drinks were forgotten despite the agreement. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Wir haben die Pizza von WoMo Stellplatz bestellt und die wurde auch dorthin geliefert. Macht nicht jeder Lieferdienst. Preis-Leistung ist ok. Pizza war sehr lecker, ist aber Geschmacksache

Gestern bestellt. Pizza war sehr heiß und unglaublich lecker, Getränke wurden nicht vergessen und Lieferant war zeitnah da und nett. Trinkgeld + 5 Sterne Bewertung verdient!

Schnelle Lieferung aber unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter der mir bei des essens Übergabe sein Zigaretten Qual in mein Gesicht gepustet hat da er erst zur falschen Adresse gefahren ist ob wohl ich eine andere angegeben hatte. Hatten davor fast nie Probleme aber es werden nach und nach mehr

🤤🍕😋 Könnt Ihr bitte das Problem mit Zwiebeln lösen, schon das 5 mal nacheinander sind Stücke dabei die kann man nicht kauen, sie sind zu hart und sehr groß denke das sie sich nicht mal🔪 Schneiden ließen❗ Ansonsten bestelle ich Liebend gerne bei euch👍 eure Pizza schmeckt ausgezeichnet 🥳 wenn ich zwei verschiedene Hälften möchte macht Ihr das auch, sowas macht keiner, Tomatensauce kann man auf Sahnesauce austauschen, wenn jemand keine Tomaten verträgt. Mitarbeiter sind schnell und immer sehr freundlich 🚙💨🚓💨 Wünsche euch viel Erfolg macht weiter so 😉

Hatte Pizzabrot bestellt. Die Pizzaröllchen, schmeckten recht fade. Der mitbestellte Knoblauchdip war mehr so Dressing und sehr sauer, musste ich im Müll entsorgen. 2. Mal bestelle ich dort nicht.
