Unbelievable!!! I've been ordering pizza all over Berlin for 35 years, sometimes it's satisfactory, and most of the time it's awful. Today I ordered a ham pizza with real cooked ham, and as soon as I opened the box, I was amazed by the wonderful aroma wafting out. It was by far the most delicious pizza I've ever ordered, an absolute delight...
We spent a few days' holiday in the area with a group of Italians and Germans. Restaurant Rosario was recommended to us. Everything was excellent. The dishes were deliciously prepared, the staff friendly and professional. The ambiance was rustic. You feel like you're in Italy. The fish was freshly caught and prepared in a Mediterranean style. My wife had a pizza with dough that had fermented for at least 48 hours – wonderfully light and delicious. The homemade ice cream was also excellent. And all this with a breathtaking view of the lake. The other Italians were also enthusiastic. What's special about an Italian restaurant is that it's run by Italians. Here you experience authentic Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, restaurants like this are becoming increasingly rare in Germany.
The Tonic - mega delicious burgers.
Cozy, centrally located location with very tasty, fresh food. Friendly & attentive service. Would love to come back.
A restaurant with a real identity, having been there several times: when the owner is there, the welcome is warmer. When he is absent, it is felt a little in the slightly less cheerful vibe on site. A small downside is the dough that is sometimes a little dry, even if the ingredients are always delicious and the setting very pleasant. It remains by far the best of the crêperies tested in Berlin so far.
Pros:
Very flavorful lasagna, really delicious.
Awesome pizza dough and toppings, also really delicious.
Cons:
The vitello tonnato was practically nonexistent and there wasn't enough of it (especially not enough tuna sauce).
The large capers weren't to our taste at all.
The lasagna was so small you practically had to search for it in the casserole dish (to put it bluntly), as delicious as it was, there was definitely not enough of it. The accompanying salad was okay.
Overall, 4 stars for the visit.
I ordered a doner kebab plate and had to wait over an hour for delivery. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and the wrong order had been delivered.
To avoid waiting any longer, I drove to the shop myself to get the order corrected. Unfortunately, things got even worse there: the owner was very unfriendly and rude instead of apologizing for the mistake.
This kind of service is absolutely disappointing. This was definitely my last visit.
One of the best Indian restaurants I've visited around Munich. Authentic taste, reasonable pricing, good service and fresh!
Special points to Kadhai Paneer and Gulab Jamun!
