I made a reservation by phone about two weeks ago for New Year's Eve, which was yesterday. Unfortunately, we arrived to find the restaurant closed. No one expects perfect German, but someone answering the phone and speaking to guests should at least understand what's being said. I asked loudly, clearly, and repeatedly if they were open on New Year's Eve. Disappointing. Very disappointing.

We come here regularly and always enjoy returning. A small, charming Bavarian restaurant with a very cozy atmosphere. The food is consistently excellent, honest, and freshly prepared. The service is friendly, attentive, and warm. Since the restaurant is quite small and popular, you should definitely make a reservation. For us, it's a real favorite spot that we highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An absolutely top-notch restaurant in Munich. Everything here is perfect, from the service and the ambiance to, above all, the food. We were served expertly yet unobtrusively and given excellent recommendations. A true delight.

Despite the constant influx of new guests, everything was handled efficiently, professionally, and courteously, and quickly brought to our table.
