Le Bistro in Tegernsee impresses with its excellent food. The burgers are juicy and fresh, the hot dogs delicious and well-seasoned. Quality and taste are spot on — highly recommended!

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time: crispy buns, juicy patties, and a good balance of sauce, lettuce, and other toppings. The fries (sweet potato and regular) were also crispy but not dry. Everything was excellent! The service was quick, a great experience! The only downside is that the interior could use an update (my chair was quite wobbly) or be more inviting.

A cozy, friendly place. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious! I tried the Cheese Rocker – it was fantastic! Definitely worth a visit!

I'm not from around here, but I have to say the things I ordered tasted delicious; I would definitely order again.

Prompted by reports from relatives traveling in the US, I specifically searched for an American diner and came across this place. I called, the three of us drove there, and got a seat. It's a rather small bistro, with three tables inside and a few on the terrace, an open counter; it's more of a takeout place. The menu is very burger-heavy, but that was the reason for our visit. We had a regular hamburger, the Burgermeister, and a selection of hot dogs – it was fantastic. The sweet potato fries deserve special praise: crispy, delicious, and plentiful. And they're fast; it took maybe 15 minutes from ordering to serving. The burgers were perfect, tasty, the salad crisp, the meat perfectly cooked, not too greasy. The hot dogs were also very tasty, especially the Kraut Dog, a taste experience. The portions were manageable; all in all, a successful evening. Highly recommended if you're in the mood for burgers and American food. We had a great time and would happily return.

So, I'm going to leave a juicy review here – just as juicy as our burger was. We ordered the Fat Boy via Lieferando. Yes, I admit, I was very hungry – but: I haven't eaten such an insanely good burger in a long time, maybe even ever. It was a real explosion of emotions. My day wasn't really that great, but the moment I ate the burger, the outside world was blocked out. All thoughts and worries vanished for a brief moment. I wished I could stop time and eat the burger for at least an hour – without the hunger fading and the taste fading. I chewed more slowly and deliberately than ever before. The sweet potato fries were a perfect finish. The many positive reviews for this restaurant are more than justified. Luckily, I don't live nearby – otherwise, my entire salary every month would probably go on this burger.

Their meat isn't halal. I came because there was a comment saying it was halal, but unfortunately when I got it, it turned out it wasn't halal. It's beef, but the way they slaughtered it isn't halal. I got crispy chicken, it was good. My bill came to 67 €.

Great burger (crispy chicken). Delicious, spicy, and fresh toppings. Very tasty bun. Airy and full of sesame seeds, just as requested. We were served quickly, and the crowds weren't very busy. Minus points for the cardboard plates and the slightly dirty table. Service was friendly, but not overly emotional. We'd be happy to go again.

The best halal restaurant, morals and high-class treatment of everyone

We spontaneously stopped by to order takeout for dinner. Unfortunately, we didn't realize until we got to the hotel that one of the burgers was wrong. We ordered a chicken burger, but we got a beef burger. It was really delicious, though! The grilled cheeseburger was also really tasty! The portion of sweet potato fries was perhaps a bit pricey, but that's normal for the region. All in all, absolutely solid and highly recommended!

I admit, I was very hungry but I think this was the tasiest and freshest burger I had in Germany. I had the LeBurger and it was perfect, the meat was tasty, the bread was fresh and soft, and you could eat the thing with your hands without it falling apart, the fries were also great! I had a Kraut Dog too, and it was just epic! Well done guys, don't change a thing.

Seems like a junk food place, but it's really not. The food was well made and thought into the little details. I loved the sweet potato fries, it had rosemary in the salt.

Within a very short time, we were served the tastiest fries we've had in a long time. Made from whole potatoes with the skin on, perfectly crispy but soft on the inside, just as they should be. 👌🏻 We didn't have anything else except drinks, as we were just passing through, so this review is only about the fries. ^^

I ordered two burgers and sweet potato fries to go. They tasted good and were juicy, but nothing special. The price was almost too high, in my opinion. The service was nice, and I immediately received a recommendation. Unfortunately, neither the server nor the chef were in their work clothes; it makes a very unhygienic impression, especially in the kitchen, when you're standing there cooking in a shirt and shorts.

Very tasty burgers, we were there with 4 people, cool little atmosphere, we were full and very satisfied. The patties were still rosé on the inside and extremely juicy, the cheddar was great. Everything was perfect, good value for money, highly recommended

We had hamburgers and beer. The bun was good but the portion was small. You have to order the potatoes separately. The taste is 5 ⭐️, but the quantity is only 4 ⭐️. I would still come back!

We ordered food here and had it delivered. This wasn't a problem at all after Gmund. As traveling guests, we can only give feedback on this one occasion, but everything was good. The food arrived still warm, quality and taste were good. Thank you.

We were here several times during our vacation and were always super satisfied: Very nice service and the burgers are really top: The meat in particular is not the standard frozen patty that you often find! The taste is very good and also balanced and great combinations of the burgers! Highly recommended!

We had a “Cheese Rocker” and a “Dick Bauer”. Very nice little location with super tasty burgers. The toilet was very clean, small but nice. We would be happy to come back at the next opportunity.

Terrific... We ordered various citizens with fries and drinks. 1. The service is very friendly and accommodating. 2. The view of the mountains and away from the crowds so you can relax and enjoy your meal. 3. The dishes (mainly bourgeois) are a culinary delight. Very tasty prepared and freshly put together. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates good citizens.

We came here because of the good reviews, but to be honest the burger wasn't anything special and didn't seem all that fresh. We weren't there until 3 p.m., maybe that's why? The Crispy Chicken Burger was also a bit awkward to eat because it consists of a lot of nuggets and one kept falling out. The fries were pretty good and hot dogs were okay too. The lemonade was very tasty. But unfortunately in the end we were quite disappointed and had hoped for more.

We went to Le Bistro 78 on our vacation based on a recommendation. The food and service are simply top. We ate burgers and sweet potato fries. The meat was divine. So tender and juicy. I've never tasted such good burgers. The employee was very nice and gave us extra sauce for dipping. Delicious. We will definitely be back and can only recommend Le Bistro 78

Hello! We popped in for a quick lunch. The hamburger is very tasty, and the fries are divine! I have never eaten such a delicacy, I can tell you! Very few staff and Hungarians. If you are there, don't miss it! If we go there again, I will definitely stop by! I can only recommend!

Small and inconspicuous, but very impressive. Mainly there was a large selection of burgers, but also salads, chili con carne, and some side dishes with matching dips. I ate the homemade chili con carne with tortillas. Simply great!

The best Burger (Cheese Rocker)I have had in a LONG time. It was juicy, the meat had flavour and was for sure fresh! The burger buns are soft and delicious. Amazing really. We've also had a Hotdog and a Chicken Caesar Salat, both were delicous. And FINALLY, for the first time in Germany, I have had a natural lemonade, which is common in my country (slo), but in Germany I am always looked at strange and offered Sprite when I ask for a lemonade, so that is also a huge plus. From now on, this is my to go place for a Burger, and YOU should try it 2! Good job
