Very nice and pleasant place! Great service and very delicious food! They give you bread and serve a complimentary Limoncello but then they automatically charge the tip. The wine was delicious but at €8 the glass was a bit expensive for my taste. In general everything very correct and pleasant.

Wanted to have lunch there yesterday. After we parked our bikes at the designated parking lot, we were looking forward to a break and hopefully delicious food. But it didn't come to that. Since we had our daughter with us in the bike trailer, we quickly converted it into a buggy. We then asked the waitress if we could sit at one of the front tables. So that we have our daughter's valuables and toys ready to hand. However, we then had to park our buggy in the designated bike parking space above the street, although there would have been more than enough space on the paved driveway. I would still understand if the terrace had been full. However, a handful of other guests were seated in the outdoor restaurant at 1:20 p.m. So I decided that we would rather go somewhere where guests are treated as such.

Very nice restaurant with a beautiful view of Lake Tegernsee. The service was really good and also very friendly. The waiting times were short (every table was occupied). We were also very satisfied with the taste. All in all, a recommendation if you want to spend a nice evening with a great view. In terms of price I would give it 4 out of 5 stars but it is also the Tegernsee 😊

Coming with my parents, I waited 2 hours for a burrata tomato salad. Neither good nor bad, just a cut tomato with burrata and two sheets of mache, nothing special to say, and therefore nothing that required so much waiting. When I wanted to order the suite, I was informed that it was impossible because it was too late. So I left very hungry, 13€ less, and 2 hours lost for cut tomatoes and two salad leaves, and not even a commercial gesture, just an apology from the waitress. I don't recommend it, unless that's all you need to do.

I was here with my wife and had to go straight back with good friends. It's a piece of Bella Italia on Lake Tegernsee. We'll be back.

I ate the worst Pizza Vegetariana here. No grilled vegetables, just raw zucchini and peppers placed on top. The waiter was very unfriendly and in the end he wanted to collect too much. Never again

I cannot confirm the negative reviews at this point. Service was very friendly and seemed well organized. The food was served in a normal time for a busy restaurant. It was very tasty and of good quality. The location is one of the most beautiful on the entire lake, with a fantastic view of the yacht club. We liked it so much that we reserved again straight away.

Unfortunately the starter (pizza bread) only arrived after 60 minutes. We were then informed that the main course had been ordered straight away and would arrive after 10 minutes. Unfortunately it only came after a total of 90 minutes... The service staff brought food and drinks to the wrong tables several times. Unfortunately, the food wasn't the best. It had to be seasoned properly with salt, pepper and parmesan. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant. The outdoor dining area is simply too big for the small number of staff.

The ambience is really very nice, great view of the lake and everything is very nicely decorated but that's it. The service was overwhelmed, dealing with a seemingly new colleague was impossible, rude, unfriendly. It took a long time to take care of us and other guests. At the next table the drinks were forgotten, all in all more appearance than reality.

I come from Munich and was visiting hospital, and then in the restaurant, When I got to the bar to pay for the food, the lady refilling the drinks was pretty busy with herself. When I said hello, she just looked at me briefly without saying a word and then looked away again. The waiter specifically told her to pack my drinks. Unfortunately, since she didn't listen or was too arrogant, no drinks were packed. At this price of 65€ - for 2x linguini with scampi and bruscetta 2x and 1x Cola 1x Fanta they asked for 61€, I have 65€ given and I'm very dissatisfied, when you call you're asked if you'll still be there tomorrow?! Instead of apologizing, I come from this far and to top it off I don't even get, Plastic cutlery, so it gets cold?? until I get there in 1 hour drive home, or I eat with my hands :( thank you very much

We cycled around Lake Tegernsee and felt a little hungry😉 My pizza 🍕 was really tasty and nice and crispy 👍 my husband had pasta in a good portion and also tasted very good. The highlight was the singer🤩 I have to say simply fantastic💫what a voice. We'll be back🙋‍♀️ it was great with you👍

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The place was very full, okay normal on a public holiday. But it was very chaotic, loud and uncoordinated. You couldn't really have a conversation because all the tables were close together and either the waiters were constantly dropping something or the manager, who was probably the boss, was constantly running back and forth and drilling her staff. A very good Italian musician was singing outside and 90's pop was coming from the kitchen and waiters kept rumbling past you. At a restaurant at the marina it shouldn't happen that you get dirty glasses (lipstick marks!) When we complained about this, we rolled our eyes and were given two new glasses, one of which was dirty. There was no bruschetta as a starter like other Italians, nor was there tortellini or spaghetti carbonara. The pasta arrabbiata had mushrooms in it, which wasn't on the menu, so half the plate remained. My Giulia Luca pizza was soggy, almost lukewarm and, what I don't understand, the mozzarella was slapped on it cold from the fridge, which made everything even colder. Sorry, I don't know that! Since the meal took forever anyway, I ended up eating half of the pizza with great difficulty. Then the hustle and bustle that was going on in there made everything very uncomfortable. Sorry, that was absolutely nothing.

I was here last night. The service was great and everything went really quickly despite a full house. You could see that all the employees had fun doing their work and the relationship with the boss was also harmonious, who served us well. Waited 25 minutes for the menu, then 20 minutes for the drinks, 30 minutes for the pizza. After the pizza came the appetizer. The experience is enough for me to stop visiting the restaurant.

After a short research, we spontaneously decided to eat here. We and our child were seated very quickly, only with the information that the table was reserved from a certain time onwards. Our drink requests were asked at the seat and we quickly received our drinks. Our food was also delivered to us in a very reasonable time as it was freshly prepared. What we couldn't finish with our pizza was packed for us at the request of the staff. After paying, we were given our daughter's leftover bottle - definitely anything but a given in my eyes today - especially when the restaurant was at full capacity, as it was that evening. A few evenings later we felt like having pizza again, which we were able to pick up shortly after ordering by phone - another option for really delicious Italian food in Bad Wiessee and the surrounding area. We would be happy to stop there again on a future visit to the area if possible. (Only - and outside of the rating - children's chairs would also be a nice option for indoor use, but a small child can easily sit on the lap of the restaurant chairs/armchairs.) Thank you very much for a delicious meal in a nice atmosphere and a quick dinner thanks to the option to pick up.

Recommended by the hotel. This is a great cozy Italian restaurant tucked away on a quiet street close to the lake with amazing service - I dined at the restaurant twice and was served by the professional and friendly Manager Ms. Giulia. The food was very good, had the minestrone, pastas and pizza - everything was well prepared plus an excellent warm bread. Overall it was a great dining experience. Would absolutely reccomend a visit if in the area!

If you don't have time for a long weekend and still want to feel really Italian for an evening, I recommend La Vela at the lido in Bad Wiessee. Everything here tastes and feels like it is in Italy. We had a very noble affair, a beef carpaccio - the Italians call it carpaccio di manzo. There are countless variations of this simple but sophisticated dish and the carpaccio at La Vela basically left me hyper-flashed! Many thanks also to Jan Bratkowski for being such a great guy!

Absolute insider tip for me. You can argue about taste, but I ate the best pizza in my life there, and believe me, I've eaten a lot of pizzas, including in Italy this one. The wine is also highly recommended. The service and ambience also get 5 stars. Excellent.

Great location, right on the marina/Tegernsee. As a precaution, we already had a table for the evening in the afternoon (reserved on the terrace) and were assigned it. Drinks came quickly. The food took a while to arrive, but we had time. We shared an avocado/salmon salad, which was ok. Unfortunately the salmon wasn't homemade (it was smoked), but the price was correspondingly high given the location. Service suddenly decreased after the main course was served (no one asked for espresso/dessert or whether we had any other requests). It looks more like regular guests or clientele with a Munich accent are preferred here. But whatever! The Duroc pork was excellently cooked, and the pizza was also crispy (although the tomato sauce was unfortunately far too salty). The linguine with prawns were tasty, but the portion was very manageable. But since the store was full and has a top location, the basic attitude of the operators will probably not change. The food was good and tasty. But unfortunately that was it. I have never experienced such chaos in terms of service. Maybe the staff was a bit overwhelmed, but everything seemed very uncoordinated. It is also unpleasantly loud in the restaurant. Sometimes you don't understand your counterpart at the table. What is particularly unusual, however, is that everywhere in the restaurant it is stated that you can only pay with cash. Strangely enough, why is this always the case with Italians :-) But even when paying in cash, each table was only "roughly added up" and there is no receipt. A rogue who thinks evil of it.

The restaurant has a great location right on the lake and marina. All in all a great location. Food, drinks, staff, everything was great. Very friendly, courteous staff. Price / offer: Very good. Sufficient parking spaces available. We'd love to come back when we're nearby.

Salvatore has upgraded! La Vela recently had new seating. Pleasant lounge chairs at their best. Now the ambience matches the usual great cuisine and service.

There are also plenty of parking spaces if you come by car. Absolutely okay in terms of price. The food was very, very tasty. Above all, we were impressed by the friendliness. Typisches Yachtclub Publikum.. nachdem, trotz Reservierung 2 Tische zusammen geschoben wurden, wir komplett im Durchzug gesessen haben und die ersten 15 min übersehen wurden, wurde es ein schöner Abend mit leckerem Essen

Restaurant mit Sonnenterrasse direkt am See. Unglaublich nette Kellner und leckeres Essen. Unbedingt reservieren!!!

Wir wollten zum Abendessen dort hin. Als wir ankamen wurden wir, trotz Reservierung, an einen unabgeräumten Tisch gesetzt. Dieser blieb auch leider so schmutzig, bis wir das Restaurant ohne etwas bestellt zu haben verlassen haben. Es waren bestimmt 10 Hunde anwesend, die alle gebellt haben und einer ist sogar ohne Leine durch den Laden gerannt und hat Streit mit anderen Hunden begonnen. Es war so stressig und laut. Sehr unangenehm. Außerdem hat es leider sehr nach Essen gerochen. Vermutlich war die Lüftung aus. Wir sind nach 20 Minuten in denen unser Tisch nicht abgeräumt wurde und wir nichts bestellen konnten einfach so wieder gegangen. Sehr schade. Die Dame die leider alleine gekellnert hat war aber sehr nett, nur leider alleine überfordert.

Das Restaurant liegt an einem einzigartigen Ort, das Essen ist wirklich köstlich und die Wartezeit im Verhältnis zur Anzahl der Gäste ist kurz. Erstklassiger Service, immer freundlich. Ich empfehle es sehr.

Das Essen war leider nicht gut (wir hatten Spaghetti al olio, penne arrabiata und ein pizzabrot). Vom Niveau auf dem Level wie man es leicht zuhause hinkriegt. Das pizzabrot war zudem deutlich kleiner als man es von anderen lokalen kennt und sehr trocken. Das ist schade, da das Lokal schön gelegen ist und auch der Service grundsätzlich gut ist.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und der Service sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Beschwerden aus den schlechten Bewertungen, die das bemängeln, absolut nicht bestätigen. Es gibt nicht wahnsinnig viele Plätze vorne am See, man sollte ohne Reservierung nicht damit rechnen dort zu sitzen.

Service top! Jedoch Ambiente und Essen wirklich nicht herausragend, vor allem bei den Preisen. 19€ für Pasta & 16-19€ für Pizza (deren Rand einer TK-Pizza gleich kommt) sind bei Plastikrattanstühlen & Waschbeton im Außenbereich mMn. nicht gerechtfertigt… 0,5l Tafelwasser im Glas übrigens 3,50€.

Wir waren heute Abend an unserem vorletzten Urlaubstag dort und haben es absolut nicht bereut. Der Service war vorbildlich, das Essen hervorragend. Trotz vollem Hause gab es keine außergewöhnlichen Wartezeiten. Das italienische Flair, verbunden mit der direkten Nähe zum Tegernsee, ist beeindruckend. Und an die junge Dame (die wohl noch recht neu im Service ist), der das kleine Missgeschick mit dem Aperolglas passiert ist: Es war nur ein Glas und kein Beinbruch. Es hat sich niemand verletzt, es gab keine Flecken, nur der Hund am Nachbartisch hat sich etwas erschrocken. Nur wer nichts macht, kann nichts falsch machen. Sowas passiert auch "alten erfahrenen Hasen". Also Kopf hoch und weiter so. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im La Vela.

Es war sehr voll, trotzdem wurde alles Mögliche versucht allen einen Platz zuzuweisen, auch ohne Reservierung. Die Bedienung war immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und ließ sich den Stress kaum anmerken. Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir mussten -trotz des vollen Restaurants- nicht lange auf unser Essen warten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir finden es auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert! Was soll ich sagen, mehr als 5 Sterne kann ich nicht vergeben. Mein Mann und ich waren an unserem letzten Urlaubstag dort essen und obwohl die Hütte voll war, war das kein Nachteil, das hätte eher italienisches Flair. So eine schöne Location, direkt am Wasser. Das Essen kann man nicht übertreffen, ich hatte Linguine Vongole. Ich bin ein erfahrener Restaurant-Besucher, es gibt hier überhaupt nichts zu kritisieren. Das Personal ist so aufmerksam, trotz vollem Lokal. Auch das Brot ist so lecker und die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung. Danke für den schönen Abend, macht weiter so. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall vorbei.

Das Essen war gut - allerdings unglaublich lange Wartezeit. Wenn man abends zu lange sitzenbleibt, wird man - trotz vollen Gläsern - "hinauskomplimentiert" (aufgeräumt, mit Geschirr und Gläsern laut geklappert usw.). Das ist uns schon 2x passiert. Sehr ungemütlich! Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder :(

Das Restaurant liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, an einer (für mein Befinden) viel befahrenen Straße. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Hat sich auch in der Küche nach den genauen Gerichtzutaten erkundigt. Wir haben uns für einen Beilagensalat, Pizza und eine Nachspeise entschieden. Der Beilagensalat war nur mit etwas Balsamico angemacht. Die Pizzen waren ein Gedicht. Selten so eine gute Pizza gegessen. Der Boden dünn und knusprig, mit einem luftigen Rand, der nicht zu dick war. Die Tomatensauce perfekt abgeschmeckt und sehr lecker. Der Belag war nicht zu viel, aber auch nicht tu wenig. Alles in allem sehr gelungen und zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns für eine gemischte Nachspeise entschieden. Diese war sehr lecker, aber nach dem Salat und der Pizza etwas zu viel des Guten ^^ Das Restaurant ist sehr zum empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant, mit leckerem Essen und überaus freundlichem Service.

Wir waren heute im La Vela, weil wir das Restaurant von Freunden empfohlen bekommen haben. Das Essen war wirklich fantastisch! ABER: der Service war eine Katastrophe. Zunächst einmal wurden wir 15 min lang ignoriert und die Nachbartische, die nach uns besetzt wurden, hatten bereits ihre Getränke bekommen, bevor man uns nach unserer Bestellung gefragt hat. Dann bekamen wir einen Brotkorb, aber kein Essig /Öl, wie die anderen Tische. Meine Getränkebestellung war leider ebenfalls nicht richtig und es wurde mehrfach nach der Essensbestellung gefragt (Stift und Zettel könnten helfen). Man hat die Überforderung sehr gespürt - Sorry, aber von einem gehobeneren Restaurant erwarte ich einen besseren/aufmerksameren Service bei 5 oder 6 Servicekräften.

Das Essen Steinbutt vom Grill , Lasagne mit Lach waren gut, Salat kam - auf Nachfrage- da war ich mit essen fast fertig... die Bitte auf Karotten verzichten wurde leider nicht erhört. Die Rechnung dauerte -2×angefragt- immerhin NUR 30 Min. Schreit alles nicht nach WIEDERHOLUNG... das geht viel viel besser

Sehr schönes Restaurant direkt am See, das Restaurant wirkt sehr familiär und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, dazu noch das leckere Essen und die wechselnde Wochenkarte sorgt für Vielfältigkeit in der Auswahl! Im Großen und ganzem nur zu empfehlen:)
