Nettes Personal, urige Atmosphäre aber unser Essen nicht empfehlenswert. Ente bestand aus Haut und Knochen, mengenmäßig aufgehübscht mit einer Brotfüllung. Dies alles schwamm in einer Soße gemeinsam mit Rotkohl und geschmacklosem Klos. Dies beleidigte nicht nur die Augen, sondern erforderte auch ein gewisses Geschick beim Hantieren mit Messer und Gabel.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Never experienced anything like this. I actually really enjoy going to the Bräustüberl, but simply stealing the table you were waiting for is an absolute disgrace.

Good food in the old Bavaria restaurant and very good service. Always very crowded. Reservation would be good to get space, otherwise there would be a bit of waiting time.

The Bräustüberl at Tegernsee is always worth a trip and a visit. The ambience is very good. Accessibility via train is also easy. Both the beer and the food are always delicious. The beer is particularly inexpensive. Conditions are usually very nice and always fast, although it is very stressful. I can fully recommend a visit. Have fun in the Bräustüberl.

Braustübl is a highlight in any weather! Good price-performance ratio, friendly and quick service. Nice ambience directly on Lake Tegernsee. You can also get it without prior registration you always have a place.

I just love sitting in the Bräustüberl. When it's warm, sitting outside on the sun terrace in front of the Bräustüberl, with a view of Lake Tegernsee... simply fantastic.

We were there during Advent on the weekend and were very lucky to get a table as a group, something we hadn't expected at all. The food was very good. Good vegetarian food is not a given in Bavarian restaurants. And the service was extremely friendly and quick. Big praise!

Nice old inn. Fast food, very tasty, good value for money, very low beer price of €3.30, where else can you find that today? Service Fatma was super friendly and quick. Can definitely be recommended. Reservations on Sunday are strongly recommended.

Highlight of our Bavarian road trip, probably the best and most worth it restaurant to go for a day trip in Bavaria. The food and beer are affordable and so tasty. The staffs are friendly and the atmosphere is really welcoming. Would definitely come back again and sit by the terrace for the whole day. They have their own speciality Bavarian cheese which you can only find in Tegernsee.

Despite the hut being full, we were seated quickly (we had reserved). Service was quick and very friendly, food was delicious. Nice gesture in the form of a small birthday present, thank you for that. We'll be back

You have to like it, it is extremely loud and very, very crowded. Especially indoors. The food is good, the drinks too. You can't say anything about the price. Just very, very loud and crowded

What are these small portions? The menu offers little choice. Lots of pig. Lots of potato/cucumber salad. The Wiener-style schnitzel is a joke. It's not what it used to be. Other traditional Bavarian restaurants can do it better.

There were two of us without a reservation and we immediately got a place with a very likeable couple. Service was good, and beer too😉. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. Mine had a schnitzel with fried potatoes - schnitzel small with dry, partly almost burnt breading. Meat quality was poor. Fried potatoes were dry and everything was carelessly prepared. My oven roast was a little better - unfortunately it was also very carelessly prepared. The cutlery was a disaster - the crust was almost impossible to cut with the thin cheap knife. Too bad!

Very nice restaurant and a must if you are nearby. Prices for food and drinks are unbeatably good, e.g. €3.2 for 0.5 liters of beer or €15.90 for a schnitzel that you can't find anywhere else. It is recommended to reserve in advance. Service courteous and super quick. There are no waiting times for food or drinks here. Waited seven (7!) minutes for our main course after ordering - impressive!

Lokal liegt direkt am Tegernsee. Sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten innen und außen. Große Auswahl an Speisen. Tegernseer Bier in verschiedenen Sorten vom Fass. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und schnell! Jederzeit kommen wir hier wieder hin

We stop here every year on the way to our ski vacation. Totally delicious and a huge brewery. The Braubarzi is simply great... We love coming here and can only recommend it!

Very good food, good value for money. The schnapps with pear is highly recommended. We ate there a total of 3 times on vacation this year and it was always a pleasure. We'll come back on our next vacation :)

Very full, but still very friendly service, I had roulades with bread dumplings and red cabbage. The bread dumpling was totally watery, the red cabbage was lukewarm and the roulade was ok

Typical Bavarian brewpubs. Crowded, loud, down-to-earth food. The waiters are different, sometimes 2* or 5*, quality of the food 4*, price 5*. Always my pleasure.

So last night we were at the Bräustüberl with a few others and I have to say I've never experienced anything like it. Went in at five and the table was reserved for 6:30 p.m. My friend wanted to order something to drink at 5:45 p.m. and lo and behold the waitress didn't bring him anything anymore, she said the table was full and we had to pay and leave. And that immediately happened to the others who were on the bus with us. That was the first and last time I go in there. So that means eat and go.

The brewery was full, so it is advisable to reserve a table in advance. I had the schnitzel with potato salad. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't perfect either. The atmosphere in the brewery was great.

The Bräu is an institution on Tegernsee. You are always served quickly. The selection of Bavarian dishes isn't that big, but it's good and the prices are really fair. The Tegernsee beer tastes even better here ;)

We got a tip from friends to visit the Bräustüberl, so we did that straight away. We had a waiter with us who served us very friendly and the food and drinks came relatively quickly. On the last evening, however, the service was very bad, the ladies walked past us 4-5 times and none of them even came to the table to take our order. When we then spoke to a gentleman, he simply ran away, looked at another waitress, ran away and after about 20 minutes one came to us at the table and asked if we had already ordered something... Well, of course there are a lot of regular customers , but the waiters sitting with them during working hours and drinking beer(s), I've never seen anything like that 😂 Nevertheless the food and the beer tasted good!

It's probably better to rely on bus companies. It's full of bangs, incredibly loud, no space in the hostel, stressed out waitresses. Too big, too crowded, too loud. The term “Stüberl” is a massive understatement. So 4 hungry guest candidates had to flee without having achieved anything. What's particularly negative is that you can't make a reservation. Only bus companies.

We stopped there at lunchtime today. Lots of friendly waiters and good food. Beer is of course very praiseworthy anyway.

An institution - for good reason.

We were at Tegernsee and also at the Bräustüberl on a really nice day. There was a lot going on outside, but not so much inside. Unfortunately, our waitress didn't even look at us for 25 minutes...we then asked another waitress if we could order from her...unfortunately we got a firm "no" with the justification that everyone has their own area. Maybe so, but the sound makes the music. We considered sitting at another station (there always seemed to be someone there) but nice people came to our table and we stayed. The food was good and the space is of course great, but you can still work on the friendliness 👍

Verur Bavarian and comfortably furnished and of course the beer tastes very tasty. I enjoy coming here several times a year and always feel comfortable and treated with great care.

Just good!!! Had dinner here again. Since the weather was nice despite November, we sat in the beer garden. Fatma served us very nicely. The food was, as always, to die for. The whammy cannot be topped. Very tasty and above all cheap. Where else can you get a wammerl with dumplings or potato salad and sauce for 13.50 euros? The light one 3.30 euros. Really recommended again and again. You can see that there is another way and not just overpriced. Thanks!

Food was ok but service was really bad. Extremely slow to get the attention of the waiters. One of them refused to attend to us because apparently it was not his table. Finally when paying the waiter was not happy we were paying separately.

A traditional Bavarian-style restaurant. Super old interior like in the old days, with vaults and massive wooden tables and chairs as well as benches. A lot of tourism now but just ok. Outside with a huge terrace and lots of seats in the sun. You will be served very quickly and friendly. I really like making snacks here, it tastes better, but there are a lot of warm dishes. The best is the BEER TEGERNSEER SPECIAL. So it's definitely worth a visit.

Were here for the first time and were very impressed.. Food prices moderate, beer prices as well... The service (I think Sabine) was friendly and attentive despite the full hut... Conclusion: A cheap, great restaurant and fully recommended!!!!!

Cozy, spacious, really good food at moderate prices, on the table 5 minutes after ordering, very friendly service. Tip: Add a little more apricot jam to the apricot pancakes...there was almost no taste of it.
