Alpenbrasserie in Tegernsee

It's good for a one-time meal. The meat in the dish we ordered was still half raw... But we got compensation.

Beautiful view, but unfortunately closed due to staff shortages.

I've been coming here for 44 years. I've experienced countless waitresses, all of whom were first-class and lived up to the high standards of this hotel. Back then, there were regular parasols, and then came cantilever parasols, and finally the current sunshades that adjust automatically. I could tell you so much more. That would be too much. The most important thing is: whether I was 16 and stomped in here in my motocross suit for coffee and cake, or whether I come today in a suit, I'm always treated with first-class courtesy and respect. But what was also excellent, besides the staff and the hotel management, was the food (later there was also a beer garden) and the coffee and cake. I'm always just a day guest. I highly recommend spending time there with this wonderful view and the staff.

While looking for an afternoon long drink, we stumbled upon this establishment. The well-kept street front looked inviting, but behind the house, a garden awaited us that we hadn't expected. The relaxed atmosphere and wonderful views, combined with fine drinks served with friendly service, invited us to linger a while. It's on our list for our next trip!

A gorgeous restaurant located at the Das Tegernsee hotel with amazing panoramic views of the lake and a fabulous outdoor terrace. On a sunny day this would make a fabulous spot for an outdoor lunch / dinner or an aperitif:-) They have an amazing selection of cakes here and I loved my Prinzregeten torte. Service is nice and friendly and you can get here by car or walk up the hill slightly from the main train station on the way to Neureuth. I have walked by here many times but never stepped in and I am glad we finally did. Well worth a detour while in Tegernsee.

Very fine food, attentive service, and a great view. Unique flavor combinations. However, the price is a bit too high.

waren auf einer Hochzeit hier. Im großen und ganzen hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Manchmal machte das Personal den Eindruck von Überlastung 😭

Sehr schöner Abend mit leckerem Essen und tollem Service.

Leider Enttäuschung, tolles Lokal mit wenig Aufmerksamkeit, mich hat das Lokal mit dem ersten Blick fasziniert dann habe ich für einen schönen Abend einen Tisch reserviert. Ich wollte mit meinem Freund während des Abendessen, mit dem schönen Blick zum See, den Abend genießen. Nach 1 Stunde Fahrt von München kamen wir an, obwohl ich beim Reservierung das deutlich ausgedrückt habe, leider hat die Kellnerin uns ganz hinten um die Ecke einen Tisch gezeigt mit kaum Blick zum See. Als ich ihr ganz höflich gefragt habe, ob wir ein anderen Tisch bekommen könnten , da wir hier etwas hinten sitzen, sagte sie mir "nein andere sind schon reserviert, das ist der Blick zum See" mir war in dieser Moment alles vorbei. Ich wäre am liebsten wieder zurück gefahren. Ich habe mich sehr daran geärgert, bis ich die Rechnung bezahlt habe, andere Tische die ganzen Zeit leer waren aber trotzdem die "nette" Kellnerin wollte die Wünsche ihr Gäste nicht erfühlen. ich finde einfach schade die ganze Situation. ich hätte gerne mir 1 Stunde Fahrt vorgenommen und da öfter gegessen aber würde nie wieder hin gehen.
