Spontaneous visit as an overnight guest in town. In the best possible sense, it was unspectacular. Good value for money: Decent portion size and reasonable price. After waiting for a while, it was unfortunately unclear that you had to order at the counter yourself. The chicken breast strips in the salad could have been a little hotter. But that wasn't anything dramatic. Pleasant surprise: The price for the “Dubai pizza” shown on the board ended up being EUR 4 cheaper (EUR 13.90 instead of EUR 17.90). Tip: I understand the background, but please write it clearly on your card that you only offer the 1-liter drinks for take-away sales. The way it is written on the menu now creates false expectations and causes frustration. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Great food, a pleasure like in Italy! Not too much was promised with the Neapolitan pizzas! 100% recommended!

I ordered pizza and pasta to pick up there for the first time today, so I can't comment on the ambience. The food was cold when I picked it up, I had specified a pick-up time, which was obviously not taken into account, but the food was prepared like it was off the shelf and then left standing until picked up, about 30 minutes. The food itself was of absolutely poor quality, discounter goods were resold at a high price. The pizzas were completely soggy, the toppings (very little for €12.50) were burnt and distributed very clearly. The chef's salad was not washed, sand and mushy leaves were hidden under the cheapest ingredients like tuna. Even the bruschetta bread was completely burnt, you have to sort that out first. Unfortunately not recommended, for us the first and last order.

On Halloween I ordered a pizza. Unfortunately, the delivery time was extremely long and the pizza arrived ice cold. I then wrote an email with my complaint but never received any response. I wasn't even hoping for a refund, but to give absolutely no response to an email from a loyal customer (who has ordered there countless times) is absolutely incomprehensible to me. Nevertheless, I ordered there again two weeks ago because the dishes - when warm - are really tasty. When ordering this, I mentioned in the comments that the pizza was cold last time and asked for that not to be the case this time. There was no reaction to this notice either. At least the pizza was warm this time, but other delivery services have delivered me much hotter dishes. The real low point, however, was the Italian salad. The ham looked as if an entire package had just been placed uncut on top - without any effort in preparation or presentation. You don't order and then stand in the kitchen yourself and chop the ingredients that are delivered into small pieces. The tomatoes were only roughly chopped, and the remaining ingredients such as corn and cheese did not have an attractive presentation. This makes a loveless impression, especially for a dish that you pay for. It's a shame because the dishes basically have potential. But with experiences like this - from cold food to the long delivery time to the lack of response to complaints - I will no longer order there.

Food was okay, waiting time was stated as 30 minutes. When we wanted to pick it up, the pizzas were first put into the oven. After a total of 45 minutes, one of them burned and we had to wait again. We ended up waiting for an hour and were given 2 drinks as compensation, but the waiting time and ultimately the taste weren't great. Have come here several times.

Food came twice as late, we waited 1.5 hours instead of just 45 minutes. Then there was also the wrong pizza. So service wasn't that good, but food was tasty.

Unfortunately that wasn't the case today - both pizzas were completely soggy and one pizza had 3/4 of the edge completely burnt. Delivery arrived on time before ordering. Driver was very nice

The pizzas are perfect, not too much cheese but not too little, well seasoned, you don't have to wait long for your food and the price is great. Just under 8 euros for a margarita and if you have the pizza delivered to your home you'll be happy to give 11 euros for that too a good tip, the employees always have a smile, keep it up

Very well made pizza and high quality ingredients. A real recommendation and worth a detour. You should know that although you can sit (a few seats) and eat on site, due to the narrowness and design, it is more like a snack bar than a restaurant. Eating alone or as a couple is ok.

Unfortunately the food was bad and our children vomited. The salad was not fresh. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

We had the food delivered to Rüdesheim, the delivery time was met and the delivery person was friendly. Our food had a very good portion and filled us up, unfortunately there is no indication of the size of the pizza. Our pizza bread was very oily, otherwise everything was very good. We will definitely order from here again!

Due to the open kitchen, dogs are only allowed outside. But that is more than understandable and was absolutely no problem. Communication was friendly and the service seemed very polite to me. Most importantly: The pizza is super delicious! In my case I had the Pizza Vegana. The base was thin and crispy, the edge was nice and airy and crunchy. The dough was super tasty and the topping made a fresh impression on me. All around the pizza was really excellent! Absolute recommendation if you eat in the area. I also really like the selection of drinks. Fritz limos are simply great. Very happy again! 😊

Leider ein Reinfall was Pizza und Salat anbelangt. Und die vielen positiven Bewertungen hier scheinen nicht der Wahrheit zu entsprechen. Sehr seltsam ! In Sachen Pizza am Besten beim Bewährten im Umkreis bleiben !

Die Lieferung dauerte zwar etwas lang, was zu einer leicht abgekühlten Mahlzeit führte. Leider schien die Pizza auf dem Weg durchgeschüttelt worden zu sein. Die Nudeln hingegen überzeugten sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich. Verbesserungspotenzial besteht bei der Temperatur und der Handhabung der Pizza während der Lieferung. Insgesamt dennoch ein geschmacklich gelungenes Essen. 01.12.2023 Update: Food Factory überzeugt nach anfänglichem Missgeschick Nachdem meine erste Bestellung bei Food Factory mit einer durchgeschüttelten Pizza nicht den Erwartungen entsprach, hat das Unternehmen großzügige Entschädigungen angeboten. Heute kann ich jedoch mit Freude berichten, dass die neuerliche Bestellung meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Die Pizza war nicht nur optisch ansprechend, sondern auch der dünn-krosse Teig und der köstliche Belag verdienen volle 5 Sterne. Die Nudeln waren perfekt aldente und wirkten wie frisch aus dem Restaurant. Als jemand, der oft in Italien traditionelle Pizzen genossen hat, kann ich mit Überzeugung sagen, dass Food Factory geschmacklich auf demselben Niveau ist. Ich werde euch garantiert weiterempfehlen🎄

Italienischer Schnellimbis. Pizza ist gut, Atmosphäre sehr schlicht mit Selbstbedienung.

Eigentlich ganz gut für zwischendurch, allerdings variiert die Qualität sehr stark und geht leider teilweise zu schlecht.

Leider war bei der Letzten Bestellung der Pizza zu viel Öl drauf 🫣 Ansonsten war ich immer Zufrieden mit der Pizzeria und der Auswahl die sie haben. Und die Lieferzeit war auch angemessen.

Essen war super aber der laden ist ein weenie Klein für mehrere Personen und es gibt keine Toiletten aber sonst super essen und super Service🤙🏼

Hab jetzt 3x hier bestellt. Pizza, Nudeln und Vorspeise. Alles Speisen waren mega frisch und lecker. Ich bin jetzt neuer Stammkunde - von mir gibts eine klare Empfehlung.

Leider sowohl vor als auch nach der Renovierung gehören wir zu den Gästen die in 3 Besuchen nicht überzeugt werden konnten. Sehr geruchsintensiv zwar besser nach Renovierung aber nicht so wie erhofft. Daher nur 3 Sterne.

Wir hatten das Essen bestellt. Es wurde schnell geliefert und war noch heiß. Die Pizza war echt super. Auch die Pasta mit den Angus Streifen hat super geschmeckt.

Eine Perle am Rhein! Sensationelle Pizza trifft Rheingauer Wein Kultur. Schlemmen wie in Neapel, hervorragende Weine aus der Region und Gastgeber, die den Aufenthalt zu einem Kurzurlaub machen. Egal ob Vorspeise, Pasta oder Pizza, alles von sehr guter Qualität und liebevoll präsentiert. 5 Sterne für alle 3 Haupt Kategorien und das absolut verdient.

Die Pizza ist unglaublich gut, aber für meinen Geschmack fehlte immer etwas Käse. Ich hatte heute einen anstrengenden Tag UND meine Tage. Ich wusste, ich kann keine Pizza mit wenig Käse heute essen. Niemals. Mein ausdrücklicher Wunsch nach extra Käse wurde nicht nur erfüllt, er wurde ÜBERTROFFEN. Ich meine, man gucke sich dieses wundervolle Monster an. Ich würde diese Pizza heiraten, wenn ich es könnte. Kurzum: die Pizza war unglaublich lecker und ich kann mich nur bedanken.

Der Rand der Pizzen ist schön kross, der Boden schön dünn und die Belags-Kombinationen schmecken toll.

Ich kann sagen, dass ich schon lange nicht mehr so ​​gute Pizza gegessen habe !!!

Die Pizza war top 5! Unglaublich lecker. Ganz dünner Boden, super leckeres gegrilltes Gemüse drauf. Trotz des sehr dicken Randes (was mich etwas abgeschreckt hatte) war die Pizza überhaupt nicht Trocken. War wirklich top!

Ich hatte eine Sucuk Pizza mit scharfen Beilagen und sie war perfekt. Das Sucuk optimal klein geschnitten und die optimale Schärfe. Dazu noch eine sehr freundliche Bedienung, die ich Vorort zu spüren bekommen hatte.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Hab Pasta mit Hähnchen und Sahnesoße probiert, war echt mega und hat satt gemacht. Pizza auch sehr lecker. Wenn man nicht kochen möchte, dann aufjedenfall empfehlenswert!.

Wow wir sind begeistert. Haben heute zum 1.mal Food Factory ausprobiert. Und was sollen wir sagen es war einfach mega lecker. Das war auf jedenfall nicht das letzte mal!!!

Sehr solide Pizzen, guter Geschmack, der Teig könnten etwas krosser sein. Schönes Ambiente im Ladenlokal, sehr stylisch gehalten. Alles in allem eine gute Adresse für einen schönen Abend vor Ort oder die schnelle Lieferung nach Hause.

Sehr lecker: Pizza, Nudeln und Salat. Wir können alles empfehlen. Waren dort bereits öfters. Ambiente: modern und zweckmäßig Personal: stets freundlich und gut gelaunt Unser Hund darf leider nicht mit rein (offene Küche!), aber das wurde uns sehr, sehr freundlich gesagt und für diesen Besuch mit Hund eine sehr nette Lösung gefunden. Bei schönem Wetter kann unser Hund mit kommen (vor dem Lokal sind auch Tische).
