The best kebab place if you're in Karlsruhe. Overall, the best place for a meal in the city center. The drink selection, seating, ambiance, and taste are top-notch.
Everything on the menu tastes very good.
We had lunch at a fantastic restaurant this Easter Sunday and loved the culinary experience. The freshly prepared 3-course menu was excellent - I could even have imagined a 4th course! We decided on the char siew, which was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious.
As members of Slow Food, we found the restaurant using the app, which you can easily download from the store. As enthusiastic fans of excellent cuisine, we are always impressed by slow food restaurants. The selection of fine wines, draft beers and fresh smoothies is impressive and adds to the exquisite atmosphere.
The only small downside was that only cash payment was accepted. Nevertheless, the price-performance ratio was absolutely fine. The toilets were extremely clean and the guest room was beautifully decorated and very cozy - this definitely contributes to a pleasant ambience.
I strongly recommend reserving a table in advance as it can be difficult to get a seat without booking in advance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I recommend to everyone. We'll definitely be back!
It's a small bar in the heart of Potsdam. The food is excellent and impressed us. The appetizer, main course, and small dessert were all excellent. Even the wine was good, in our opinion. We were very satisfied, thank you!
Highly recommended!
Home-style cooking and fine dining under one roof, plus select wine recommendations for a small wine tasting.
A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy!
The food was very good, visually appealing, and the ambiance was also fine. The only downside to the meal, in my opinion, was the dessert menu, which didn't match the quality of the main courses (almost exclusively ice cream desserts).
The service, however, was unacceptable; it seemed to me as if the lady had forgotten who was the customer and who was the server. After I tried to offer constructive criticism during the payment process, she interrupted me loudly and rudely. I simply pointed out in a friendly manner that I expected the packaging for taking the leftovers to go to be included as a hidden component of the total bill (so-called mixed calculation) – nothing more. The lady serving the food then said that such packaging costs money, and that the manager has been in the industry for more than 40 years and knows what she's doing – which, by the way, I don't doubt. My expectations were simply different, which I would have gladly conveyed. A friendly "Thank you for the feedback" would have sufficed.
Ultimately, the total customer experience is what matters to me. That's why I only give it two stars.
