It was a spontaneous decision to eat here, as we were nearby. Apparently, it was a very good one, because we had the most delicious burgers in ages! Unfortunately, the fries weren't actually made from potatoes (in my opinion, they were mashed), but the sauces were homemade and extremely delicious.
My boyfriend and I ate there yesterday and were extremely satisfied. The owners are very friendly, and the food was delicious, fresh, and filling. We highly recommend it. 💪🏼
I went to Little EAT Italy with a good friend on Friday evening (August 15, 2025, around 6 p.m.). Since it was my first visit to this restaurant and I'd heard that the Neapolitan-style pizza was supposed to be very good, I was very excited. I ordered a salami pizza, which was delicious and of very good quality. The lady who served us was friendly, albeit curt. The dishes are a bit more expensive, but considering the high-quality ingredients, this is perfectly acceptable. The ambiance is nicely designed; the space is a bit small. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant gets busy (especially on weekends).
Exceptionally Good - On All Levels
We visited the restaurant spontaneously and were not disappointed.
Great atmosphere with a concept that we found exceptionally well-executed.
The food and drinks were consistently very good and we were truly impressed.
The service was very courteous, and the wait times were reasonable for a spontaneous visit.
We'd be happy to come back.
There was a lot of choice and interesting combinations, but I found the meat substitutes too bland—beans, tofu, seitan, and more. The flavor came solely from the sauces, while good, but at times it just felt like a tasteless filling you dip into instead of offering any flavor in itself. I found the papaya salad delicious and harmonious. For me, there was too much focus on simply being a direct meat substitute.
We were on a three-day short break at Lake Tegernsee and, as big fans of "Dahoam," stopped by Doreen's (two days in a row). The restaurant is very cozy and exceptionally decorated. You immediately feel at home. The food was freshly cooked with love by Doreen herself and was absolutely worthy of a five-star rating. To finish off, we tried Doreen's famous Kaiserschmarren, and we think it was the best in the world! Finally, we would like to mention their exceptional hospitality. Doreen and Wolfi are there for their guests with heart and soul. You feel as if you've always known each other. A birthday chat long after opening hours was a given for them.
Dear Doreen, dear Wolfi (and dear Peter K.), it was truly a great pleasure to meet you. We'd love to come back next time we're in the area... and we're sorry we can't do it more often due to the distance (Upper Palatinate).
For all readers: a clear recommendation in every respect.
Greetings

Spacious restaurant with generous dishes. We arrived without a reservation and were able to get a seat despite it being a public holiday.
Highly recommended.
The asparagus burger was divine, as was the slow-cooked meat.
Vegetarian options are also available.
We were the only guests on a Saturday evening, along with two other guests. That should have made us suspicious, but we were drawn in by the truly lovely ambiance.
The service was really friendly. We started with toasted bread and dip. Free and delicious...
Everything else was unfortunately rather disappointing, considering the price. A grilled salmon fillet with frozen creamed spinach, lots of ajoli, and a dry lemon wedge. Completely disappointing. The dish lacked imagination and sophistication, which I'd expect for €31 (mind you, without the potato side dish, which, unfortunately, is also nowhere to be found on the menu). The Gigantes beans with feta in tomato from the oven were okay for €15. But again, a bit lacking in ideas.
What a shame! Because I think the place has real potential!
It was a wonderful menu, highly recommended. We chose the "Homeland" menu. A fantastic take on classic dishes you'd expect from a ski vacation, but on a completely different level.
I'd be happy to go back!
