If you like tarte flambée, you've come to the right place! There is also delicious salad for salad lovers! I can recommend the salad bowl for four people. Then, however, “all you can eat” is no longer possible, because a tarte flambée is usually sufficient.
The prices are reasonable, both for food and drinks. Both times we had very nice waitresses who explained all the customs to us in a friendly manner (paying per table, not as an individual and “all-you-can-eat”).
There is a special discount for students on one day (I think it's Wednesday, but I'm not sure).
We were all very satisfied and full both times - with salad and tarte flambée, without an all-you-can-eat package.
I waited an hour for my order, it arrived cold and a bit hard, the standard taste was disappointing. The shawarma plate is extremely small compared to the price, you can get twice or three times more and tastier food almost anywhere for the same money. We definitely won't try ordering here again. I'm not exaggerating, but the meat smells a bit unpleasant and seems to be rotting. It is clearly very old.
It was very worth it despite waiting 6 months. It is a Bavarian tavern with the classics, but also with European and Japanese influences, without losing the origin of regional products and their place in a Bavarian tavern kitchen: just like the slogan of the Golden Star: “Heimatkost”. Mr. Fuẞ and his team do a top job. Feel-good atmosphere, service and food.
The price/performance ratio is overwhelming, large portions. The 8 course menu for €99. And there was another surprise course. We would have paid significantly more for it. The menu offers an excellent cross-section of the skills of Mr. Fuß and his kitchen team.
It is very pleasing that the open wine is of top quality at a low price and with very competent advice.
There is a vending machine in the parking lot where you can take selected dishes and drinks home.
A recommendation.
A truly fabulous restaurant, especially if you're new to fine dining. The dishes are lovingly designed and prepared, and you will be overwhelmed by the different flavors. In contrast to other “fancy” restaurants, you don’t have to lose a whole fortune straight away. The service was also always very friendly and was always available for advice and questions. The nice thing here is that the people seem a bit more down-to-earth, so you don't always have to pretend to be so extreme. Here you never feel uncomfortable or out of place. :) Depending on where you sit, the atmosphere is more or less cozy, but overall it's still really great there!
In a familiar and friendly atmosphere in a homely atmosphere, I enjoyed a very good pollack fillet with fresh vegetables and really good fried potatoes. Dear La Mer team
I will definitely come back.
Thank you very much ☺️
