What makes Emilio so special? The perfect combination of everything a first-class Italian restaurant should offer: attentive and warm service that makes you feel instantly welcome, an inviting ambiance that evokes a true Italian atmosphere, and fair prices that perfectly reflect the quality. The menu is intentionally small and refined, with constantly changing dishes that highlight seasonality and fresh ingredients. Here you'll find both timeless classics and exciting, reinterpreted Italian delicacies. The fantastic wine list and selection of Italian drinks – from various amari to the perfect limoncello spritz – are particularly noteworthy. Our personal highlights: The antipasti are always an absolute delight and a worthy start to the evening. The changing fish dishes are exceptional and highly recommended. The semifreddo is divine and the perfect finale. A small note about the tiramisu: It is undoubtedly excellent and very popular with most guests. For purists like myself, who prefer classic Italian tiramisu with mascarpone and eggs (without cream), it remains a long-standing quest – but that's probably more of a German market adaptation than a flaw in the restaurant. Special recommendations: In summer, be sure to use the outdoor terrace – pure Italian flair! The adjoining wine bar can be reserved for company and family celebrations. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Conclusion: Whenever we are in North Rhine-Westphalia, a visit to Emilio's is an absolute must! A restaurant we always enjoy returning to and can recommend with complete confidence. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We went to the restaurant today and unfortunately paid more than the price list indicated. I didn't notice it while we were there, although something seemed off to me even then. After the visit, I checked the prices on the website, and according to my calculations, we should have paid €52. I also asked for a 10% tip, so the total should have been €57.20. However, we actually paid €62.90 (or €63.90) – definitely much more than the price list indicated, even with the tip. We ordered the mixed grill platter, the kofta burger, two coffees, tea, and a wheat beer (0% off). We only received a printout from the terminal, but no proper receipt. The printout showed the total as a breakdown of the price and tip, but even this breakdown didn't reflect the actual charges at all – I ignored it at the time, but now I realize it wasn't a coincidence. I also noticed that this isn't the first comment about incorrectly calculated prices, so I decided to write this review. It's a shame, because the food was good and served quickly.

Takumi is one of my favorite ramen spots in Nuremberg. The ramen is exceptionally delicious and of the highest quality. The karaage, which is expertly prepared, and the gyoza, which are also very impressive, deserve special mention. All the dishes taste fresh and high-quality. Add to that the extremely friendly staff, a pleasant atmosphere, and a beautifully designed interior. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

A very nice and friendly restaurateur, excellent cuisine (slightly adapted to German tastes). We like to stop by whenever we're in Bautzen or the surrounding area. Until next time!

A very nice restaurant. My husband ordered pork medallions from the menu, and I ordered half a duck with roast potatoes and red cabbage. We didn't have to wait very long for our food. My husband said to me, "Please try my medallions." I tried them and said, "They taste strange; it must be a peculiar marinade the meat was in!" My husband said that when he received the plate, the meat already smelled very strange! I put a piece of the meat in a napkin and went to the front of the bar to the server and explained what had happened. A short time later, the owner came to our table, very abruptly took my husband's plate from the table, and asked what my husband would like to eat. No apology, no explanation, nothing of the sort happened! My husband said that he would like the duck; it looked very crispy. My duck was indeed nice and crispy. It wasn't long before my husband received the duck. Not crispy, but very wobbly and not even a little bit crispy! My husband got the rest of my duck! The meat was spoiled, and the cook in the kitchen should have noticed! The meat smelled so bad that my husband said he would never eat that stuff again and would never visit that restaurant again 🤢🤮!! My conclusion about the two half ducks was that you can buy these half ducks frozen and boned in any store, because I've bought and prepared them before. When we had finished eating, we went to the front to pay, and the owner rushed us to the bill. The bill came to €89.00, so I asked the owner why such a high bill?! He said it was for the pork medallions, the two half ducks, and the drinks. My husband then pointed out that it was just the two ducks and the drinks, so it should be a bit over €60.00, because the fillet hadn't been right! The owner recalculated and then said it was €79.00. How he arrived at that figure is still a mystery to me! Finally, he said, "Give me €70.00 and everything will be OK." We simply didn't want to argue with him anymore, so I gave him the money and we left the restaurant, both in agreement: never again! There was absolutely no apology from the establishment! We were, and still are, very disappointed! 😤😠😡

The two of us spontaneously stopped by for dinner because they had a vegan menu. Since it was mid-afternoon, we were able to get a table without a reservation, but it was still busy. The service was friendly, and the food was served very quickly. The food was delicious. The drinks were also excellent. A large selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. The prices were absolutely fair.
