I ordered there for the second time now and was disappointed again. Cold burgers although delivered in a good time. My burger wasn't even stacked properly in the box. Tastes accordingly. Unfortunately I had 2 menus for €38 and only received disappointment. Premium burgers are advertised...

Hello . The promise to deliver in 25 minutes is absolutely a fool's errand. The guy would be there in 50 minutes. There should be vouchers for their failure. Didn't get any. Next I would like to criticize the supplier. When he has completely covered his face and the customer feels like they have to let the dogs go! So a robbery is pulled off but not delivered. Especially in these tense times, yes.

Burgers are okay. Food is delivered quickly and arrives warm.

We were just at Burgerme. Very friendly staff! The burger tasted great and the price was also great! We'd love to come back.

I am absolutely disappointed with Burgerme. My order was a disaster from start to finish. First, the food was delivered almost 30 minutes late, which is annoying enough. When I finally got my food, it contained the wrong ingredients to which I was allergic and specifically canceled my order. This is not only unacceptable, but also dangerous. I will never order here again and can only advise anyone not to eat at Burgerme. Bad service and inedible food – absolute disappointment!

First about the burgers: The burgers were topped with fresh vegetables and the meat was unique. Together with the bun, it was the tastiest burger I was able to eat (in a fast food chain) although I don't know if that counts as fast food: o The fries that were included in the menu are also far better than those from similar restaurants. It was a very tasty and filling menu. We ordered on site and the employee only spoke a little German, but in the end we were able to order. Nevertheless, he was very friendly. The inside area offered a few seats, but they didn't really seem inviting for eating on site. Mind you, it is also a chain that largely offers home delivery services. So next time I'm hungry for a burger, I know where I can get a delicious one. Definitely again.

Fries weren't fresh, burger was good, but everything was almost cold. Unfortunately not satisfactory.

Positively surprised. Pre-ordered - paid online - the burgers were picked up on time. The taste is very good, fresh vegetables on the burgers - especially when it comes to special offers, the price/performance ratio is also right.

We ordered burgers for 12 people. Unfortunately, none of us were really satisfied. The burgers were small and only delivered lukewarm and the extra cheese wasn't really tasted. We called and the customer service there was super nice, passed it on and apologized. The Landshut site manager then contacted me and sent me evidence that there was double cheese and another burger had the extra ingredient on it. Unfortunately, apart from this information, he has not contacted us again. Our main problem was the cold burgers and we haven't heard from them since April 29th.

Best alternative to well-known fast food chains. Burgers taste fresher, drink selection is great, fries are just right for my taste. The portions of the menu are also large enough, so the price/performance is much better than the well-known competition.

So far I have really enjoyed going to Burgerme. Today, however, was the last time. I had a voucher for €25. Today I wanted to redeem it completely because I had ordered several menus/burgers and the amount was correspondingly high. Unfortunately, I was only able to redeem the voucher for €20. So €5 remained on the voucher. When purchasing the voucher, the purchaser of the voucher, who was also present today, was not informed that it had to be redeemed in installments. The voucher was also shown in partial amounts without the buyer's knowledge. Unfortunately, our complaint was not addressed regarding the lack of information when purchasing. Information should have been given at the time of purchase. You don't retain customers by sharing vouchers in the hope that they will come to the restaurant more often to redeem them. You retain customers by providing clear information and acting in a customer-oriented manner. I no longer support companies that only focus on profit at all costs. I'll buy my burgers somewhere else in the future. It's really a shame that Burgerme acts like this.

Where should I even begin? Super delicious fresh food. Absolutely nice employees. It is a take away meaning you pick up the food. There is a table but I wouldn't eat there. What's great is that everything looks clean. They only deliver by bike which deserves another 10 stars.

Advice from Udo safe 10/10! Burger was great, fries ok. Does BK or MCDs have beer? No! You can order beer here! Try it yourself!

Food good so far. Unfortunately, when delivered it was always only lukewarm. More temperature would be better. Unfortunately, paid additional orders do not ensure that they are actually on the burger 😞 Second time I ordered something and it wasn't on the burger but it was noted on the box. A pity!!!

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first... upon closer inspection, the store itself was very "cheap", the price board was more at Munich Schwabing level and there was a counter employee who served without uniform but wearing sunglasses. The latter turns out to be very competent and well trained. He sent my helplessness in front of the order board and guided it to my satisfaction. The “Chil’n Chese Frise” in the menu with sweet potatoes and Fritz Cola…really good! MC Stupid is edible waste on the other hand! You can really imagine something! Keep it up!

Ich wollte Burgers bestellen, aber der frau hat gesagt wir lieferen.nicht nach ergolding. Aber laden ist in Altdorf, das ist ungefarh 3 kilometer.

Haben schon des Öfteren dort bestellt und waren immer begeistert. Die Burger sind super lecker die Pommes kommen immer kross an (trotz Lieferung) und die Saucen Auswahl ist toll. Die Lieferanten waren immer sehr freundlich und schnell bei uns. Auch bei Abänderungen der Bestellung ist das Service-Team sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann burgerme nur empfehlen 😊

Die Burger schmecken sehr lecker und sind riesig. Die Angestellten sind freundlich und haben einen umweltfreundlichen Lieferservice bei jedem Wetter.

Wenn's ein Burger sein soll, dann nur hier! Die Zutaten sind frisch, der Salat knackig, das Fleisch saftig und die Pommes dünn und knusprig, wie es sein soll. Der Lieferservice ist zuverlässig und rasend schnell. Immer wieder sehr gerne!

Schmeckt wirklich sehr gut. Nettes Personal, Lieferung passt immer perfekt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Auch der Chef Udo ist immer gut gelaunt und sehr entgegenkommend :)

Gehe wirklich oft und vor allem sehr gerne zum Burgerme. Chef Udo begrüßt seine Kunden immer mit einem Lächeln und das Essen schmeckt durch den hervorragenden Service direkt noch besser.

Bei der Lieferung wurde 1 Bestellung falsch geliefert. Nach einem sehr freundlichen Telefonat würde es sehr schnell nachgeliefert und es gab eine süsse Überaschung dazu. Habe schon öfters hier bestellt und war immer überascht, wie lecker alles hier schmeckte. Geliefert wurde auch immer im angegebenen Zeitraum. Wieder gerne.
