We were there for the second time today, and the food is highly recommended. Unfortunately, once again, we weren't warmed to the service; it felt rather bored and just wanted to get everything over with quickly. Explanations were a bit sparse. The restaurant's ambiance was good. Tables sometimes seemed very small with the wooden log and menus always on them, making it a real challenge for four people to sit at, and taking away the coziness. And cushions for the benches would be nice, too. But you can't have everything.

After a long time we really felt at home again :) new service, new look of the shop :) expanded menu!

I had a vegan burger today, it was delicious 😋 . The servers are very attentive and friendly. As soon as a guest leaves the table, they clean up!

The service was very friendly and quick, the ambiance was very nice, and we didn't lack for anything. We were also lucky that there weren't many guests. The coffee was delicious. The restroom wasn't 5-star, but it wasn't bad or particularly dirty either; it just depends on the guests. Parking is available in the parking garage next door to the Sparkasse building.

Friendly staff, fast service, and the burgers, etc., are great. The "Hans im Glück" interior is starting to show its age. A new look would be in order. But it's only a minor inconvenience, as the staff and the food make up for it.

As always, everything was great. We'll be back again.

The waitress was very unfriendly yesterday. I didn't get what I ordered. Then, of course, I didn't eat, and she didn't ask what the problem was.

This place has a very nice atmosphere, with pleasant music. The menu has a wide selection for all ages, from appetizers to desserts. You can save money on the set meals, and they also provide an overview of your order. The burgers are delicious 😍

The food and service were very good. The food came quite quickly. The tables are a bit small when several people are sitting at one table, especially since all the sauces are still in wooden holders at the table. Otherwise, we'll be happy to come back because the food is delicious.

Overpriced and poor quality! None of the burgers we ordered looked like the ones on the menu. 5 pieces of iceberg lettuce and a slice of onion for €12.50. Drink prices are outrageous! Never again!!!!!

With the menu changes, not only have the prices gone up, but our favorite dishes have also been removed. (In our opinion, "classics") And when you have to pay €50 for a lunch for two these days, we're reluctant to come as often as we used to. The taste isn't what it used to be either. There's nothing to complain about the service. The waiters are always very friendly and attentive. The tables, etc., are also clean and tidy.

The bowl is now a lot smaller, drowned in cheap dressing. The bread is no longer toasted. The chicken strips are cheap. And: €37 for two bowls with a liter of bottled water is too much!

Always happy to be here. I like the Billy Goat Burger. The service and the kitchen are very fast. The new Cauli BBQ wings are really great. The coleslaw could use a little more liquid and the smash burgers could also be a little crispier on the outside. But everything still tasted very good. We'd love to come back

Is really a restaurant to recommend. The staff is really very nice and hard working! The ambience, especially the interior, is also top (state-of-the-art furnishings). The food (burgers) was also very tasty, but the prices were very expensive (the cheapest burger costs €9.50). That's why I give it a solid 4 out of 5 overall!

It was our first time in a restaurant of this franchise. It was really great and delicious. Since we were passing through, we immediately looked where the nearest restaurant was. We will visit that. We immediately bought the orange mustard sauces and the spicy barbecue sauce to take home

When it comes to food, I can say from a vegan's perspective that there is still a lot of room for improvement. I ordered a vegan burger with avocado. The boulette tasted like an artificial piece of meat (which it probably was) from the industry and not like a real plant-based alternative to the meat product. Today, for example, you can knead really nice, fluffy plant-based burgers with chickpea flour or other types of flour and then bake them in the oven without oil or additional fat. Something like that tastes really delicious, but here at Hans im Glück it's a very greasy artificial meat substitute product that neither tastes particularly good nor is healthy. The vegan artificial cheese was also a horror for me. As a vegan, I don't want to eat fake cheese and certainly not fake meat! For a vegan burger, I want a seasoned low-fat (without oil and fat) boulette made from fresh dough without any wannabe cheese. In terms of ingredients, this is likely to be significantly cheaper when purchasing, as well as taste better and be much healthier than the synthetic vegan substitutes for meat and cheese. And if I ever sin with the sugar drink Spezi, then I don't want a non-vegan Mezzo Mix from Coca Cola but a vegan Spezi from Paulaner! The service was good: the waiter was very friendly and calm, even though he had to listen to one or two stupid sayings from guests. He remained calm, even though there were ten of us at the table. Only the spoon with the long handle had to be changed into a small spoon so that I could eat the scoop of strawberry ice cream properly. The ambience was just okay: we sat right at the entrance and there was very little space for ten guests. It was also very dark and there was little natural light at the table.

Today we had delicious vegan burgers, vegan truffle fries and a salad with vegan chicken. Afterwards there was coffee with oat milk. There are also several vegan desserts such as chocolate cakes with berry ice cream. The vegan selection is really quite large, so there is really no reason for animal exploitation anymore! We went to Hans im Glück for the first time in Landshut on Saturday! The evening was really a success and what a great team. The boys and girls are super attentive and the food was great, like in every Hans im Glück. So if you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit!

Yes, my, HiG. The staff is very attentive, the Sparkasse underground car park is right opposite and the CCL underground car park is three meters away. Food is system gastonimically perfect. It's very easy for a HiG to have a conversation, so there's no need to shout against the noise. We like to go there.

After a good 5 years we wanted to go to Hans im Glück again, the slightly different fast food store because I generally avoid all other fast food chains. Recently I was there with my children, among others. to enjoy the extra large fries they used to have, but unfortunately we were disappointed. I knew that HIG was a little more expensive than other FF restaurants and the food still doesn't taste bad, but the portions have generally become much smaller. And they don't have their favorite fries anymore either, it probably wasn't very profitable for them because the children then ate "only fries" (what a miracle). But the 0.4l cocktails, which are available in the menu in the evening for 50% cheaper, were the real deal. Why so cheap? Sure, the glasses were at least 70-80% filled with crushed ice. After drinking it, without exaggerating, the large glass was still really 80% iced. In the end we paid almost 80 euros, were not full and were upset. So that's how it goes away! P. S. The service and the ambience are fine! But that's all positive. For us, that's probably it for the next few years and I'll keep it that way. Too bad!

First of all, the service was perfect, friendly and fast. The burgers were rather mediocre, the meat was completely cooked through and therefore dry. The fried egg on the "Market Barker" burger is also completely fried, in my opinion the egg yolk should still be liquid in order to make the entire burger "juicier". The hash browns in the burger were tasteless. We have eaten better burgers for the estimated prices. Finally, something positive: the atmosphere is quite appealing.

Ich war schon Öffner in anderen Städten beim hans im Glück Essen, egal wo ich war es war immer sehr lecker und die Bedienung waren immer nett.

Einfach nur klasse und auch wirklich leckeres Essen. Das Ambiente passt und es ist toll eingerichtet. Zudem nette und höfliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung.

Hervorragende Burger und eine tolle Bedienung. Auch die Cocktails waren einsame spitze. Jederzeit wieder. Die Bedienung war zudem richtig nett und zuvorkommend. Hier kann man einfach gut essen gehen.
