Ordered a salami baguette yesterday, the bread was tough, the toppings were poor. It wasn't even that good. But at least delivered on time.

We are regular customers and there is no better kebab shop in Karlsruhe that delivers such delicious food across the board. Very tasty and always very friendly and fast service!!

We've been regular customers for 10 years, and today was definitely our last time there! He charges €12 for a kebab plate and has reduced the portion by half. Furthermore, a new employee (perhaps even the new owner) has been working at the snack bar for some time now, and he can't handle criticism at all. An example from about 3-4 weeks ago: The Pizza 79 has strips of bell pepper on it. I ordered this pizza as a party pizza and only wanted strips of bell pepper on one half. He charged €2 more for this. The reason given was that it would be extra work for him to spread the pizza ingredient, which is already on the pizza, only on one half of the pizza 🤦🏼‍♀️ But today was the icing on the cake. My husband had ordered food there. He completely ignored me and just served the next customer. My husband then said I'd like to eat something too. Then I was allowed to place my order. And instead of bringing our food to the table together, they only brought my husband the doner kebab he'd ordered, which was suddenly reduced by more than half, and I had to wait another 10 minutes for my pizza. By the time I started eating, my husband had already finished. I went up to the employee (possibly the new owner) and told him I would have liked to have eaten with my husband. But he just can't handle criticism. Instead of apologizing, he just lashes out. And as I said, the price of €12 for the doner kebab, where the portion was reduced by more than half, is simply outrageous. We're saying goodbye, never to see you again!

I actually always really liked the store. But the guy who works there today is a horror. He doesn't understand German and demands extremely high pay from me for no reason.

I wanted my kebab with herbs and curry sauce and with sheep's cheese. What did I get, a kebab with herb sauce and hot sauce. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home.
