Price-performance ratio is great. No long waiting time, nice staff, very tasty food

We ate there two days ago and had cockroaches visit our dining table. The restaurant is covered in cobwebs and appears dirty. The staff hangs over their mobile phones and is more comfortable on the move. About 2 years ago it used to be a really nice restaurant where people enjoyed sitting and eating. It was an enrichment for Willy and we really enjoyed being there. Unfortunately we won't be going there anymore. Too bad

Very good restaurant in the heart of the trendy Schanzenviertel. We enjoyed the starters and main courses, and they were truly delicious. The restaurant also has outdoor seating. Very friendly, fast service. Schanzenviertel is a great place for shopping, usually from 10/11 a.m. to 6/7 p.m. It's a lively place in the evenings, especially when the weather is nice.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately we had to wait a relatively long time even though there wasn't much going on. The restaurant wasn't even a third full, only a few tables were occupied.

Had a delicious lunch. Everything very fresh. I was also very happy with the food the second time. The owners are very friendly and the boss and son cook themselves. The ginger tea was great.

Absolutely rude, horrible service. The staff opened the door today almost 10 min later than it’s supposed to be, and even when we asked “can we come in…it was 16:35” because its raining and very cold they didn’t not allow us. They not providing check or bill, everything in the ipad and in waiter hands, which is very low level. My sharing plate was broken when waiter give it to us. And when we came inside, we sit down one of the shefs just lay down on the sofa and had toothpick in his mouth…. Absolutely not recommending!!!!!!!!

Delicious food. However, from my point of view, it's rather average. The 3 stars are given based on the overall impression. I still recommend the restaurant for people who don't want to cook in everyday life or want to have a snack.

I'm absolutely thrilled with Le Cochinchine - an absolute insider tip in expensive Eppendorf! Above-average price-performance ratio, friendly atmosphere and a culinary experience that surprises and delights for the price. Every visit is a pleasure and I can only recommend it. The chef can't even cut large pieces into bite-sized pieces. I'm not a wolf, and there wasn't a knife. I really like eating Thai Asian food in Hamburg. But I've never experienced this before.

Unfortunately, the service was so unfriendly and impatient that this was a recurring theme throughout the meal and afterward, and it really spoiled the evening. The food was okay. The €40 for the appetizer platter wasn't worth it. The main courses came with the appetizer, and we had no chance to eat the appetizer without the main course getting cold. The place was pretty empty. Other guests were also being yelled at. Let's just say...difficult. I'd like to take a closer look at the days of the 5* reviews. For every bad one, five good ones appear the next. Also weird.
