A very pleasant experience! The food was delicious, and with many vegan options. The service was very nice and the restaurant itself is so beautiful! The prices are very cheap for the level they offer. We will visit again!

The food was very tasty and the ambience is really nice. Unfortunately the service is bad. The hostess is unfriendly, inattentive and hectic. Her hectic manner creates an unpleasant atmosphere. As a result, we didn't really feel comfortable.

I've been coming here about once a week for several years. It's a nice little restaurant where you can sit nicely. The bistro is (my assessment) run by several generations of a family and there is always a positive atmosphere among each other and towards the guests. I don't understand a word, but from the way the conversation is conducted it's clear that we have fun at work and get along well :) The food is absolutely excellent. Always fresh, plentiful, very tasty and fairly priced. For me there is no reason to go across the street and I hope the shop stays with us for a long time ;)

The restaurant makes a clean, if spartan, impression with a canteen flair. And so is the food: a bit bland and 3 shrimps in the soup with few vegetables were disappointing, as was the duck meat that followed, which was crispy but in a sauce that didn't differ from the soup. Almost 40 minutes later the stomach grumbling with diarrhea started. We won't come a second time.

I've stumbled into many German bars, but I've never been treated as unfriendly as here. And that happened twice. The first time, I saw mostly soups and salads on the menu, but I was craving something heartier, so I asked if they had anything like fried noodles or fried rice. The owner snapped at me, saying, "They're not Chinese," in such an aggressive and unfriendly tone that it took away my appetite. I declined, pointing out that I was hungry for something savory and the card didn't cover it. The second time, I wanted to change money for the ticket machine, but they said they wouldn't change money if I didn't buy anything. I offered to buy a drink, but was refused because they didn't offer takeaways. I replied that I would be happy to have the drink there, but was refused. She couldn't give me any reasons for this. She also made comments like, "We don't want you here (I'm Turkish)," or "We always do the same thing to people like you." That was from Vietnamese people, and that was in the Karoviertel. One of the employees was just as horrified as I was and apologized to me as I left the store. And I wasn't unfriendly, disrespectful, or anything else toward her; even after her xenophobic responses, I still reacted in a friendly and calm manner. So the owner doesn't just have a problem with Chinese people, but apparently also with Turks and Muslims. The store is a case for the Antifa and a disgrace for the Karoviertel.

Very good food at reasonable prices.

Very friendly and freshly cooked food. Our request was met with a “robber plate”. We will be happy to come back. The curry sauce for the rice dish was personally my favorite. Unfortunately there were very few people there.

Disastrous service. In keeping with the fast food atmosphere of the restaurant, the order was taken after less than 5 minutes. But then we waited forever for our drinks, even though some of the waiters were standing comfortably behind the bar. When we asked politely several times when our food would come because we had to go on a tour, they said "in 10 minutes" or "immediately" several times. The first of the two dishes we ordered only arrived after 40 minutes. When we wanted to cancel the second one (at that point we still had 15 minutes until the tour started and had waited 45 minutes), the boss began to "reprimand" us in a very unfriendly and loud manner, saying that this wasn't possible and that we had to pay. Not once did we hear an apology. The table next to us got their food after about 10 minutes. It wasn't particularly good either.
