Very pleasant atmosphere, super delicious food, best service, great price-performance ratio!

This food isn't just nice and Asian. But it could be that the sauce somehow tastes a little different than what you already know, and that means: pretty cool. The fried noodles in a slightly soup-like sauce with meat and vegetables not only taste really delicious and retain their crunch in the sauce, but you also make a fool of yourself while eating it and say "Hmmmmm!" with every second bite. or just sigh to yourself. Yes. Why do you sigh? Because you can't taste the whole menu... But you can dream.

A fantastic experience at XeÔm Eatery My visit to XeÔm Eatery in Hamburg was simply great. I was really impressed by the authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The pho in particular was a highlight – so flavorful and perfectly prepared. The diversity of the menu offers something for every taste, and the quality of the ingredients is noticeable. Another plus point is the great outdoor seating options. It was wonderful to sit outside and watch the hustle and bustle while enjoying the delicious dishes. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the bustling streets of Hanoi and creates a unique dining experience. The service was also excellent – ​​friendly, attentive and quick. The staff made sure that we felt completely comfortable and that all of our wishes were fulfilled. The interior of the restaurant is stylish and cozy, which makes the entire ambience even more pleasant. The presentation of the dishes is also particularly worth mentioning. Each dish was prepared with great attention to detail and was not only a feast for the taste buds, but also a feast for the eyes. The fresh ingredients and authentic flavors perfectly rounded off the dining experience. Overall, my visit to XeÔm Eatery was a wonderful experience. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit. A big thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable lunch!

I have visited this restaurant several times and am still impressed by the excellent price-performance ratio. On my last visit, we ordered the beef and chicken pho soup, along with a homemade drink and tea. In terms of taste, the soup was an absolute highlight – a clear 10/10. What is particularly noteworthy is that there are no artificial flavor enhancers such as glutamate. Instead, the natural flavors of the fresh ingredients such as lemon balm, crunchy vegetables and perfectly cooked meat come through wonderfully. The rice noodles fit harmoniously into the dish and ensure that the soup is not heavy on the stomach. The homemade drink was solid, but not exceptional – but still quite pleasant. The tea, on the other hand, surprised me positively and is definitely worth recommending. The service is always attentive, friendly and responds quickly – another plus point. Overall, a great place that I recommend to anyone who appreciates natural flavors and doesn't mistake over-seasoned food for authentic Asian, especially Vietnamese, cuisine. Absolute recommendation!

Very tasty Vietnamese food, quick and plentiful. Dessert would be great on the menu, so you have to enjoy the cocktails/long drinks.

Very friendly service, cool atmosphere. And the food is really good. I just had a quick pho but I was really really sad when the bowl was empty. The soup was incredibly delicious, the ingredients were fresh and crunchy! Price performance fits!

An undefeated institution of Vietnamese cuisine in Hamburg for years. Food from traditional to fusionist - everything is included. In terms of taste, the Pho have so far been unbeatable. Many dishes also have vegan versions. My fusion tip: Sweet & Beefy The Vietnamese coffee with sweet condensed milk is always worth a sip. Street kitchen style ambience absolutely cool. Only the toilets take some getting used to :D

I’m Vietnamese and this is not authentic at all. Tasty but not authentic at all. Lack of herbs and greens for the pho and bun Bo hue. Summer rolls are dull and also missing some herbs and greens. Boring beers from their own tap. Service was however very nice. Chill out place

The food was okay, nothing extraordinary. The Alsterwasser I ordered was almost lukewarm, which was not enjoyable at all on a sunny afternoon. To make matters worse, the service from one of the younger women was horrible. She was extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome. CASH ONLY!

When this restaurant first opened, it was a little bit special. However, there is now an enormous selection of Vietnamese in Hamburg, most with a very similar menu. However, there are still one or two dishes here that stand out positively, especially the porridge. Unfortunately I have to deduct two stars because card payment is not possible. This is simply no longer appropriate and annoying these days.

In love their pho bo! Came here twice with friends and we tried different selections. The BTM was nice and a great vegetarian option. The fried spring rolls were amazing! Thick filling and very savoury with tangy dip. Very crispy! The bo bun hue was also nice! Generous beef topping and not too spicy as well. The winner was the pho bo! Broth was really deep and comforting! Sliced beef was also really fresh and good. For my fellow SEA spicy lovers, ask for fresh cut chilies.. man, it really elevated the broth! Oh, and the portions of each dish was quite big as well. My friends had some of their mocktails and they loved them! It’s cash only payment and tip is encouraged. Will definitely return for the pho bo 🥰.

We are often in the area and were there for the first time. The restaurant is well located, ambience is ok, stools outside but only semi-comfortable in the long run. We ordered the summer rolls as a starter. They were really tasty, but that was it. One of the fish main courses we ordered was no longer available at 7 p.m. We then changed our order to “rice porridge” (2nd picture). But here too, one of the interesting ingredients was missing, which was initially kept secret from us. If you forgot to say... Nobody notices. When we asked, they initially didn't want to accommodate us in terms of price, I could "exchange" it for something else, of course I would then have to pay in full for the other dish... we agreed on a 10% discount... The taste was ok, but nothing special, a bit boring. The service was also rather disinterested. Only cash payment possible. It's a shame, but we won't be coming back.

The taste is not suitable for Vietnamese people. Rare beef pho and Hue beef vermicelli, stir-fried noodles are really delicious. Hue beef noodle soup only has a few pieces of cooked beef. Rare beef pho only has a few pieces of beef, and the pho broth is like water. There is nothing like the smell of pho at all. My family will never come back. A small restaurant right at the Hamburg trade fair. We were guided on an evening walk and found a place to eat here. Spontaneously, without an appointment, a place for two people was available outside. However, we didn't really like the food and it wasn't that good for us either. We once had summer rolls, the 16th and the 19th, all vegetarian with tofu. The food was a bit lacking in spice, which made it taste a bit bland. Otherwise, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the prices are okay too. The service was solid. Only card payment possible. For me the restaurant is not recommended.

Everything was good, everything was tasty, friendly and accommodating. Good as always. 08/16/21 just bring some soup Rice noodles and chicken were just good in this weather.

Good Vietnamese restaurant near the Hamburg exhibition halls. The menu is extensive and the Vietnamese noodle salad we ordered was tasty. The furnishings are very modest, you sit outside on small stools. All in all, consistent.

We were really disappointed. Have eaten here a few times and it was good back then. But now we were back here after a long time and were surprised that it was so bad. Pho didn't taste like Pho, the rice noodles of a bun dish were clumped together and also tasteless... When we said that unfortunately it didn't taste good, there was no reaction from the waitress... It's a real shame. We're definitely not coming back.

Food was good. Prices are still OK. Ambiance very suitable and cozy. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The table was not clean and after the request to have it done again it was carelessly wiped over. Unfortunately the table wasn't much cleaner afterwards. Only cash possible...you ask yourself why!? When it came to the tip, it became very strange. There was an emphatic demand to give more. It's really a shame because we were generally satisfied with the food.

Sooo lovely! 🧡🤤 We ordered Pho and Bon Bo Nam Bo and were not disappointed. Both dishes were extremely authentic - simply delicious and top quality! We will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend the restaurant. The location is beautifully decorated and takes you straight to Asia. The Vietnamese coffee was also delicious. And the service was top too!

It was the first time there, I thought the food was ok, but what really got worse and covered everything up and spoiled the appetite was the unfortunately very unpleasant smell like in a public toilet. This flowed through the entire guest room. We left immediately after eating without ordering more.

The three of us had dinner yesterday. It was extremely crowded and we waited a short time for a table. The drinks were great; the food came quickly. Everything was great!

There were 4 pieces of tofu in my pho with tofu - and that for a whopping €13. Taste OK, but nothing special. Not a recommendation for me personally. I guess the place lives off its reputation from earlier times when the food and service were better.

The “Sweet & Beefy” for 15 euros now promises “aromatic marinated beef fillet”. But then there came - a quite manageable amount at that - breaded, deep-fried liver slices... The room is rather dark and not exactly comfortable. The service was friendly and the food came very quickly.

Amazing Vietnamese food! I had the Pho Chay and it was so close to the ones I had in Vietnam. Definitely recommend to try! Service was great and the vibe is very authentic :)

In the beginning, years ago, we visited here every week...for a very long time...since then there were never any new dishes on the menu, so we were looking for something new...at some point the operators changed , but the menu remained the same... but we wanted to test it again, in our opinion the food is no longer tasty... I had the once great potato curry with chicken, unfortunately it doesn't taste good and doesn't have much in common with the Vietnamese one Kitchen to do, the spiciness tastes like some additives... on top of that was the unfriendly service, because the food was brought to the table very rudely and without any comment, maybe because we didn't order any drinks or for whatever reason... ergo There was no tip and it was our last visit!!

Very good food. I ordered the beef with the sweet potato fries and they were probably the best fries I've had so far. The portion could have been a little larger, but that's not a drawback for me in this case.

The food is very very tasty! The people are all super friendly and helpful. The food came really quickly too. The drinks were great too! The only thing I didn't like was the chairs without backrests and the fact that it was a bit tight. But otherwise everything was great!

Schneller Service, gute Lage bei SBahn Haltestelle, authentisches Ambiente wie in Vietnam mit der Wand Deko und den Kabeln an der Decke. Pho Ap Chao absolut zu empfehlen - mal ein bisschen anders als die typische Pho Suppe daheim, Rest ist in Ordnung, aber lieber bei anderen Vietnamesischen Restaurants. Sinh To Xoai (Mango Milkshake) auch sehr lecker! Faire Preise, schneller Service!

Eigentlich esse ich nicht gerne Pho auswärts, weil es daheim immer am besten schmeckt aber diese Brühe war soo gut und sehr kräftig genau so wie man es von zuhause kennt! Kann ich echt nur empfehlen und die Getränke war auch sehr gut!!

Ich war vor 3 Wochen mit einer Freundin dort. Leider hatten wir nur 30 Euro in Bar dabei und die Kellnerin sagte, dass das fürs Essen reichen würde und wir nicht zum Automaten gehen müssen. Als wir bestellt haben hat das nur für ein Getränk gereicht und wir fragten, ob wir ich Glas Wasser aus der Leitung bekommen können. Die Kellnerin sagte, dass man das nur mit alkoholischen Getränken bekommen würde...??? Ich habe sowas noch nie gehört und hab selbst in der Gastronomie gearbeitet. Hat euer Wasser irgendwelche Besonderheiten? oder wird das importiert? Wenn ein Gastronom sieht, dass die Kunden (weil das Restaurant keine Karten annehmen) gerade so das essen zahlen können, würde man den trotzdem eine angenehme Mahlzeit zubereiten. Zudem war es geschmacklich nicht besonders. Werde diesen Laden nicht nochmal besuchen. Falls ihr gute, authentische und freundliche vietnamesische Restaurants besuchen wollt, geht zu: -Asia Lam -Aivy Ca Phe!! oder zu Ngan Tinh im Levantehaus

Wir gehen gerne mal zu XeOm, beim letzten Mal waren wir allerdings etwas enttäuscht. Normal ist der Laden immer unglaublich voll und es dauert manchmal bis man einen Platz bekommt. Nicht so beim letzten Mal, die wie sonst immer freundliche Begrüßung blieb aus, stattdessen saß das Personal in einer Ecke und wirkte eher anteilnahmslos. Auch erkannten wir niemanden vom sonstigen Personal. Die Pho war durchschnittlich, aber nicht wie vorher herausragend - es gab Zitrone anstatt Limette und bei Koriander und Co. wurde gespart. Die Pho war an dem Tag sehr Ingwer - lastig, nicht schlecht aber eben auch nicht der Hammer. Vielleicht haben wir einfach einen schlechten Tag erwischt 😊

War 2019 noch ein hippes vietnamesisches Restaurant mit coolem Stil. Freundliche und wirklich schnelle Bedienung ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Seit 2023 hat die geschmackliche Qualität gelitten und die Preise sind explodiert.

Wir waren Anfang November hier. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht ("industrial style"); ich fand sie ansprechend. Gar nicht ansprechend fanden wir den seltsamen Geruch, der sich zu dem Zeitpunkt im ganzen Lokal ausbreitete (verstopfter Abfluss?). Wir haben uns mehrfach umgesetzt, aber es gab kein Entkommen. Der Service war freundlich, das Essen okay, aber keine Offenbarung. Mir hat der Frische-Knusper-Geschmackskick gefehlt; es sah auch ein bisschen hingeklatscht aus.

Super vietnamesisches Essen, tolle Auswahl und gute Qualität. Wir hatten mehrere unterschiedliche Speisen und haben geteilt - alles hat super geschmeckt. Der Service war nach der ersten Bestellung leider nicht mehr so super aufmerksam sodass wir ziemlich lange brauchten um nochmal Getränke zu bestellen und die Rechnung zu bekommen. Zahlung ist nur in bar möglich.

Leckere Asiate mit freundlicher Bedienung - essen auch gut

Die Pho Bo Tai ist mega lecker, der Service eher nicht so gut, aber für den vorhandenen Flair stimmt das Gesamtkonzept.

Das Essen war lecker aber absolut miserabler Service. Kein kleiner extra Teller für das Teilen, Gerichte wurde sehr laut auf den Tisch hingelegt und zum Schluss wurde uns extra hingewiesen, dass die Rechnung kein Trinkgeld beinhaltet. Für das Trinkgeld gab es auch kein Dankeschön.

Einer meiner Lieblingsorte in Hamburg. Leckeres Essen, nette Bedienung, gute Atmosphäre.

Authentisches Essen, freundliche, zuvorkommende Bedienung, interessante Atmosphäre im Streetfood-Style. Man sitzt halt auf Hockern, gehört aber dazu. Leider keine Kartenzahlung, aber man wird am Eingang mit Schildern darauf hingewiesen.

Authentische Küche und sehr freundliches Personal. Preis-Leistung hat sich für unseren Abend sehr gelohnt und wir waren froh auch ohne Reservierung Freitag Abend für 6 Leute einen Platz zu bekommen. Gerne wieder :)

Authentische und leckere Küche, schnelles & freundliches Personal, Preise für ein Hauptgericht sind fair (12-18€). Bin bereits mehrmals mit kleinen Gruppen zum Abendessen dort und stets zufrieden gewesen. Gute Auswahl für Vegetarier, speziell die frittierten Nudeln sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr authentisch - hier bekommst du kein "Ente süß-sauer" sondern eine feine Auswahl an vietnamesischen Spezialitäten! Sehr zu empfehlen
