Excellent sushi experience in Hanoi! I had the pleasure of dining at Hanoi Sushi Restaurant and loved it from start to finish! The food was simply outstanding - fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors and a presentation that made each dish a little work of art. The sashimi in particular was of exceptional quality, and the sushi rolls were creatively put together. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The restaurant's ambience is cozy and stylish, perfect for a relaxing evening. If you are looking for first-class sushi, you should definitely visit Hanoi! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Clear recommendation

The food was actually ok. It’s not BAD. But I don’t understand why they put grilled beef in my pho. Thats not traditional. And therefore it was very tough. However, it was tasty. Atmosphere is good. The vibe is really comfortable with a good level of music :) I like that! Service - now, this was the most disappointing sadly. The staff were inattentive and just very slow. We almost walked out without paying because no one cared. No one cared for the order, the bill, the seating etc everything. The food wait wasn’t long, but everything else was very bad. Every time we looked up, the line at the door just grew and grew even though there were lots of tables readily available. It wasn’t a matter of understaffing, it was just poor service pure and simple.

Duck wasn't crispy and the orange sauce wasn't tasty either, I wasn't asked if everything was OK with the food when I gave away my full plate. Ambience was good, very comfortable and not too loud. I added another photo (the back menu) because the restaurant denies not having duck with orange sauce! Outrageous and ridiculous. W1 - DUCK WITH ORANGE SAUCE!! ONCE OPEN YOUR EYES - DAAAANKEEE! PS: I'm deducting stars for arguing unnecessarily with a guest. I'll never go there again and from now on I'll advise my friends and acquaintances not to! Nice day.

Super fresh and very tasty. The price and quality are right here. Reservations on the weekend must be made a few days in advance otherwise there is no chance. Service was super nice & extremely polite. We would be happy to come back. Sushi highly recommend even one of the best in HH, decoration creative and beautiful. Midday: Pick up is also perfect, it's better to call in advance at lunchtime during the week otherwise it takes a long time because it's always full. Update: it is currently very difficult to find a parking space in the city center.

Great food with a very fair price, nice service, extensive selection and super friendly staff. The restaurant was full but all the dishes were really nicely prepared. Minus point: very difficult to get a seat and restaurant sometimes very loud. You should reserve tables a few days ago. Vietnamese specialties can easily be recommended by the boss or his relatives on site. Update: we were there again yesterday and the street in front of the restaurant is now a pedestrian zone. Parking is currently very difficult as parking spaces have become loading zones everywhere.

One of the best Asia restaurants in Hamburg!! This Hanoi was recommended to us by my german teacher when we asked for a good restaurant for vietnamese foods. We didn't try the vietnamese foods because it was too late and the kitchen was closed. Staff was very nice and we could try small things of sushi. It was really delicious and it may be the best sushi what you can get in Hamburg so far : fresh, fancy and tasty, a little different from another classic sushi. The price now a bit of expensive but it's normal in this time. The location is central near U3. We will come back.

The service is so bad. We stood inside the entrance waiting for a table, 3 employees walked past several times but weren’t interested in stopping and even saying they’ll be with us soon. Eventually a table right near the entrance opened up and we sat down, but nobody came to clean it and again the staff just walked past. After 15 minutes we gave up and left, almost thankful we didn’t end up giving them any money. On the way out, a waiter wished us a nice evening, the first employee to say a single word to us the entire time. Terrible service.

Wir waren auf einer Empfehlung von Freunden hingegangen. Zuerst das Positive: Das Personal war nett und schnell. Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich, nett angerichtet, aber es gab keine Geschmacksexplosion oder sonstige Überraschungen. Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hatte: Die abgegriffene und schmuddelige Tischoberfläche und die ausgesprochen schmierige Optik der Speisekarte. Es hat außerdem die ganze Zeit stark nach Toilette gerochen - obwohl wir ganz weit weg von der Treppe zu den Waschräumen saßen. Ganz ehrlich: Noch einmal werden wir ganz bestimmt nicht hingehen.

A great place for people to come enjoy traditional Vietnamese food, I was really impressed with the pho, the flavor was just as rich as when I ate in Hanoi.

Unfortunately, the Hanoi Deli Haus was only slightly better than a snack bar/train station restaurant. The food was ok but more intended to fill you up than to enjoy really good food. Unfortunately, the equipment was straight out of a snack bar; it had little to do with restaurant equipment. We would have preferred not to touch the menu cards. The website is a classic “Catfish” and the restaurant is nothing more than a tourist spot. Also, my friend found a piece of chicken in a vegetarian sauce.

The two of us had dinner at Hanoi Deli. The ambience is very nice, but the acoustics are very loud and therefore uncomfortable. Not for a first date ;)! The food was good quality and we were full, it just didn't have much to do with authentic Vietnamese cuisine for me (I've been to Vietnam many times). BUT: For me, a good meal also needs a good wine as an accompaniment. Paying 9 euros for a glass of white wine from the “Claus Jakob” brand (bottle available in the metro for 3.90) is unacceptable!

Went there at lunchtime, got a seat but it was still very loud. You basically had to scream to understand something. Our food was a decent portion, but we weren't completely full. The chicken was saved in the chicken dish. Nevertheless, the criticism is at a high level, which is why it has a medium-good rating. If you're hungry and in a hurry, this is perfect but nothing to relax or wind down.

El lado positivo: Tienes allí un lugar muy agradable para alojarse, se ve muy bien desde fuera también desde dentro. La decoración es buena. Por qué no recomiendo: 1 . El personal era agradable pero no profesional, mientras estábamos comiendo el miembro del personal vino a nosotros y nos pidió que pagar porque "van a un descanso pronto" que no se mencionó en su sitio web, así que no sabía antes. 2 . Los miembros del personal tomaron una manta y durmieron en la silla del restaurante / banco y jugaron con su, algunos simplemente jugaron con su teléfono mientras que otros estaban tomando literalmente una siesta, toda mi vida esta es la primera vez que experimenté esto, para mí esto es como decirnos "por favor, váyase, tenemos un descanso ahora" 3 . Sobre la comida, también estoy decepcionado, tal vez simplemente elijo el equivocado "Pho Thron" Espero que lo escriba bien, era arroz - pasta con pepino y muchas otras verduras y carne. Este no es para intentarlo, no es bueno. Realmente espero que se den cuenta de lo mal que hace que el restaurante se vea y cuánta gente no solo yo sino otros mientras experimentan esto nunca volverán de nuevo.

We spontaneously went to the Hanoi Deli. It was very full, but we got a table after a short wait. It went very quickly and everyone was really friendly. We were given very good advice when choosing the dishes. Everything was creative and beautifully presented. There are large portions for small prices. We will definitely come back

My must-visit when I'm in Hamburg

Friendly and quick operating instructions, delicious food, excellent value for money.

The soup and sushi were very good. The flying noodles with the peanut sauce were ok. It could have tasted more like peanuts and the sauce was very watery. It should be emphasized that there is a separate vegetarian/vegan menu, which is very positive. However, individual dishes on this menu are marked as containing fish. This is not vegetarian or vegan. The map urgently needs to be revised. Too bad!

The food was very tasty. However, I didn't tolerate it at all. I felt so sick after eating that I could barely make it to the toilet. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. And that in the middle of the city center, just before my long-distance train arrived. I was extremely panicked about missing the train and shitting my pants. I was sick for several days afterwards. I then looked online for additives in dishes, and flavor enhancers or preservatives are added to almost all dishes. That's such a shame! My girlfriend is Vietnamese and cooks Vietnamese dishes without artificial additives and they are very tasty. These additives are not necessary at all and are also harmful! Next time I will definitely check the ingredients. However, I didn't expect to react so violently to it, since you eat out every now and then and I've never reacted so violently to additives in other restaurants. That's why unfortunately there is only one star. I wouldn't come back out of fear and would instead switch to a Vietnamese that doesn't use any additives.

We found the store by chance and were able to get a spot. The soup was brilliant and our main courses were also perfect. Will definitely come back. Keep it up!!👍

We had booked a table on New Year's Eve. The first impression of the atmosphere was of course Asian, but not kitschy. Reserved wisely as the store was packed to the rafters. Nevertheless, the service was quick for us and the order was taken quickly and very friendly. The plates were on the table very quickly and looked very good. Ordered sushi, dumplings and a seafood platter and it tasted excellent. I have to deduct one point because the seafood platter was filled with deep fried products that were simply too greasy. Afterwards we had some Prosecco on the house and we left the Hanoi Deli happy and satisfied on New Year's Eve.

The food is delicious and the dry ice show is nice. But what is NOT possible AT ALL: The miserable stench from the men's room that wafts into the hallway and to the table at the top of the stairs. And it's not because the toilets are dirty, but because an odor trap is probably broken. And it's been like this for a year(!). This is an untenable situation for a restaurant! So: If you don't want to lose your appetite, don't go to the toilet before eating, don't use the table at the top of the stairs to the toilet. And don't go to the toilet after eating so that the smell of the food doesn't come back up.

Certainly ok for lunch, but overall not really authentically Vietnamese. Fried onions don't belong on a mango salad. 😉

Good lunch fare near the town hall. Always busy, so take some time during peak times. But it's worth it!

Unfortunately, I can't understand the good reviews and I wouldn't give the restaurant a 4.6. 1) the tables are “cleaned” with dirty smelly rags 2) You have to point this out to the waiter, otherwise you will get the menu and the food served on a dirty table. 3) According to the waitress, there is only one cloth to clean in the store and “just” enough disinfectant 4) the food tastes like in a bistro. So like in the “Thai tent”. Cola is not served cold and without carbonation. 5) the ambience is ok. However, the food or service could not compensate for the “so-so” ambience. 6)I wouldn't come here again.

We got in shortly before the end, but were still accepted, even though we specifically asked if it was still a good fit. The staff was completely in after-work mode and asked us to pay during the meal. There was a loud background noise from boxes being moved back and forth. We sat close to the toilet entrance and there was a beastly smell coming from there. The flying noodles are not recommended. Looks nice, gets cold immediately and is bad to eat. Not worth the money. But soup was very tasty.

We were able to make a spontaneous reservation on a Friday via Instagram Chat without any problem. The menu is very diverse. Our starters tasted more extravagant than the main courses. The staff was really very accommodating. However, for me it is a no-go to want to settle the bill in the middle of the meal (9:20 p.m.) with the words “we do that at every table because our kitchen is about to close”.

I've been to many restaurants and have always reserved reviews, but Hanoi Deli Town Hall has some of the best sushi I've ever tasted. Definitely top 3y I always enjoy coming here.

It was just spontaneous and we weren't disappointed. The starter soup was delicious with fresh vegetables. Then the main course of duck on pack of fresh vegetables with homemade sauce. The duck was really cross the way I like it. A small downside, unfortunately there was no WuChiaPiChie of Asian herbs to combat bloating. We'll be back soon.

Unfortunately, the food did not reflect the good reviews. The sushi was standard at best and many rolls were very similar. Some with very strange “dressing”. Instead of this show dry ice on which the sushi is served, you should invest in a sushi chef. The curry was nothing special either and had the usual cheap, tasteless chicken. I can accept that at a Thai fast food joint, but here I had higher expectations. Two stars are still well-intentioned.

One of my favorite lunch spots in Hamburg. I absolutely recommend M3 for lunch, it’s served with liquid Nitrogen and gives an amazing look. Prices are absolutely alright. During lunch time sometimes you have to wait, but it’s worth it.
