Ein absoluter Glücksgriff, dass wir spontan im Hanoi Deli zu Mittag gegessen haben! Unsere, sowie die an den anderen Tischen servierten Speisen waren wunderschön angerichtet. Genau so lecker schmeckte dann auch alles bestellte. Ambiente, sowie Bedienung waren ebenfalls super - und dies alles zu einer unglaublichen Preis/Leistung! Top Empfehlung für Liebhaber der asiatischen Küche.

The food was really good and beautiful presented. There were some more rare dishes on the menu which is nice. The interior was also stylish.

Sehr gutes Restaurant direkt am Rathaus Hamburg. Preisleistung top , service sehr freundlich. Etwas laut am Mittag aber Abend bischen ruhiger. Wir haben Mittag Salatbow bestellt und Abend Sushi probiert. Super frisch super lecker. Hier ist es total lokale Stimmung sehr viele junge Leute mit Lachen und “zum Wohl” . Also die Stimmung hier wie in Vietnam.

Had a meal there with a group, all the dishes were good and the prices were reasonable. The service was friendly. The restaurant was well attended. Unfortunately it was very drafty there and we had to put our jackets on again. Unfortunately, we tried to reserve a table by phone several times without success and finally went in person to make a reservation.

The quality of the seafood was good, the salmon sashimi and the black tiger prawns were delicious, but the drinks were awful. There was unmelted white sugar under the icy soda. The staff even told me to stir the sugar in the ice water myself, which was ridiculous and not cheap. We can eat sashimi here, but we can forget the rest.

Food great. Great value for money. It was full to the last seat, so the service took a while. But would come back at any time.

Good location in the city center, great presentation of the food with a “wow effect”. The seafood platter essentially consists of fried things from the freezer, but the sushi would be more recommended. Some places outside are basically in the shop window

The food is really very tasty. We had a selection of sushi and delicious snacks and there is actually something for everyone. Of course, you can also order various Asian dishes, especially Vietnamese cuisine, and also other local specialties, which are really delicious and beautifully served. Since the restaurant was very full, we sometimes had to wait a little longer. Otherwise really very good and tasty.

Bad quality Bún Bò Huế. It does not like Bún Bò Huế. I wonder if they know how to cook it. I do not recommend this menu.

My favorite Vietnamese! The price-performance ratio is completely convincing here. The food is extremely delicious and the offering is so diverse that everyone will find what they are looking for. However, a reservation is definitely recommended, especially for the evening, as it is often very busy then.

Very good Vietnamese restaurant, with a very large selection of sushi and an impressive way of serving. The request for allergens also worked here, even if the waiter was a little unsure about what at first. Everything is marked on the map and will be answered in detail by the kitchen upon request.

You can eat very well in Hamburg and at a fair price in Hanoi Deli Rathaus! The extensive lunch menu is available until 2:30 p.m., so even picky kids are sure to find something they like. We were thrilled and would love to come back!

It's a good thing we had a reservation because it was practically full on this completely normal Thursday evening. And rightly so! The service was nice, the food was great, the portions were decent, the prices were reasonable. Gladly again!

Nice service: although it was busy and we didn't make a reservation, a place was organized for us. Service was relatively quick, but unfortunately the food wasn't that good. I don't understand the hype (don't always believe TripAdvisor 😉), it wasn't flavorful enough for us, the classic aroma was just missing (Pho). Maybe we had a bad day, but we felt like we didn't really get our money's worth. Relatively cheap for Hamburg city center.

This Vietnamese is very tasty and therefore very popular, you should make a reservation! We were lucky and got a place despite not having a reservation. The food was very tasty and was served very quickly. It was a bit loud and crowded, so one star less.

If you like Asian cuisine, this is the place for you. Very tasty dishes, in many variations, all served in a very special way. Because the food is so good here, you should make a reservation. The service is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. This restaurant is my new number 1 in Hamburg.

Very tasty food, brought to the table very quickly

Unfortunately, my food wasn't quite my thing. I had peanut sauce. This was very runny and didn't really taste like peanuts. The duck was deliciously crispy and the vegetables were quite ok. The rice is classic and good. The Vietnamese iced coffee was too sweet. The toilets are horror. Looks like it was renovated a few years ago and then simply ignored. All in all okay, but won't be our favorite.

Great food with a very fair price, nice service, extensive selection and super friendly staff. The restaurant was full but all the dishes were really nicely prepared. Minus point: very difficult to get a seat and restaurant sometimes very loud. You should reserve tables a few days ago. Vietnamese specialties can be very well recommended by the boss or his local relatives. Update: - today we were there everything was great and another nice experience in Hanoi. Lunch as usual and enjoy sushi again in the evening. - For reservations by phone at the moment it almost doesn't work, rather via Instagram or not during rush hour. - Reservation via Instagram is very simple and easy.

Every Thursday I have lunch with my colleague in Hanoi and I look forward to the visit! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, the food is delicious! Particularly recommended are C2, C10 (with duck and coconut milk) and the weekly dish #1.

Unfortunately, the Pho soup was not very authentic and seemed comparatively small to us. Only when we asked were we given chilies and lime. The glasses do not have a calibration mark. Staff seemed listless. Addendum: We were definitely in the right Hanoi and I find this answer to be outrageous. The authorities will be informed about the other observation.

I reserved a table for two via Instagram a few days in advance. There were no problems with the reservation, we got our table, which was very close to the other tables, which made it difficult to overhear the conversations at the neighboring table. The service was very good, the staff is courteous and nice. We got the drinks after a short time and about 5 minutes later the starters, which tasted really good. Immediately after I finished my starter, we got the main course. The other starter had not yet been eaten at that point. The food seemed to be prepared and served very quickly, which made you feel like you had to hurry. If you ignore this feeling and enjoy the efficient service, you can enjoy freshly prepared food in a beautiful ambience. We paid around €70 for two drinks, two starters and a sushi platter for two people. Recommended.

We were lucky to get a last minute table here when turning up without a reservation, so probably worth booking if you're thinking of going. Exceptional starters of spring rolls, summer rolls and secret leaves sticks. My main of duck in peanut sauce was lovely. The only disappointment (hence only 4 stars) was my wife's pho which was very bland and lacked hardly any flavour, which considering how good everything else was came as a surprise and disappointment. The staff were friendly and helpful and I wouldn't be put off by the one slightly disappointing dish.

The food was delicious and came quickly. The prices are fair and the service is friendly. The shop is beautifully decorated and the dishes are beautifully presented. Here, for example, a lot of work is done with dry ice or flowers. The toilets might also need to be modernized a bit. They don't fit in with the rest (yet).

I usually like to eat duck at Asian restaurants. Of course there are restaurants that do it better and some that do it worse. But here it was just underground. The meat was not only dry, but had a pungent taste, as if it was no longer good. I've never experienced anything like that. The waiter noticed that something was wrong and when I asked, I told him that the dish was really bad. I thought it was a shame that no goodwill was even offered. Edit: I definitely went to their restaurant

Delicious. I recommend everyone to eat vermicelli noodle soup with mango salad at the restaurant, which is quite good. The day I went to eat, I was given a plate of fried sweet potatoes. The service staff at the restaurant was a bit okay.

The food was very tasty and was served very quickly.

Alles perfekt von Essen bis zum Service. Ich finde die hausgemachte Starters und Sushi hier mega lecker. Inneneinrichtung ist top aber leider bischen laut. Wenn jemand eine Lokation mit lebendiger Stimmung sucht hier passt es 110%. Ruhig ist es hier leider nicht. Die Servicekraft ist sehr lustig finde ich persönlich aber manchmal so übermotiviert.

The food was okay, had R1 spring rolls/glass noodles/salad. But it doesn't last long if you're hungry :) . Service was quick, food came quickly.

I don't understand how this review came about. I've been to the restaurant twice now and both times it was disappointing! Drinks don't come as ordered or not at all, the food has no sauce. First they say my colleague will take care of it, then it takes 20 minutes until we speak to someone else. This gentleman then told me there was sauce and I had to show him that my food was dry. He then said I would get new vegan sauce so they could have more. He brought me soy sauce. Wow The guests next to us had a fly in their food. Ok, this can really happen (shouldn't). The person who noticed it didn't want to eat anymore. After the waiter kept asking this person if he/she wanted a new dish, but the person didn't want to, I was about to say something because it was almost harassing. In the end, the waiter simply brought him/her the newly cooked dish, packaged up to take away, even though the person didn't want it. The service is bad, if you have questions or just want to pay, it's like in an electrical wholesaler where no one is responsible. It's dirty, the toilets are a disaster. The floor is broken so that the chairs almost tip over because there is a hole in the floor! There were two chances like that, never again. Sorry!

Absolutely fantastic food! Creative sushis and a huge menu card. Plenty of exciting things to chose from. I will definitely come again. The staff are really friendly. What a fantastic place.

Unfortunately we interrupted the afternoon break, but we were still allowed to sit in. After the break, tables were wiped down and tidied up. Just not our table. That only changed when other guests came along. We were the last of them all. Unfortunately, it took a long time to get a service person to the table, both for ordering and paying (asked three times). A pity! Although the food was ultimately delicious, it detracted from the overall experience.

We visited this restaurant for the first time 2 years ago. We were looking forward to being able to eat just as deliciously again. But we are shocked. After a short taste we couldn't continue eating. Very bad! Chunky, slimy sauce, spoiled meat taste, bad aftertaste! Even meters (!) from the toilet you could smell where the path was leading. Once you get downstairs, you're overwhelmed by the nasty smell of the toilet. Furthermore, there was a hole in the wall, the toilet paper device was loose and wobbly, and I don't even want to report looking into the toilet bowl. The only positive thing to mention is the service. Very friendly and hardworking. But sanitary facilities and good-tasting food are the most important hallmarks of a restaurant. Kindness does not reduce our disgust! Never again!

Due to its popularity, the restaurant is well filled, which creates a corresponding noise level. But it's not disturbing. We will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to Hamburg.

Despite having a reservation, we unfortunately had to wait a few minutes, but in the meantime we were treated to free wine. The food was prepared quickly, tasted great and was presented in an absolutely unique way. Personal special requests for meals were also easily accommodated. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Waited about 15 mins to have my order taken when eating on my own. The food was fine but nothing special, I had the summer rolls and duck in mango sauce. The rolls were chewy and not many prawns in them, the duck was nice. Seems like the focus is on the food being instagramable. It’s not bad but I was surprised by the high rating.

Had a very nice appointment here and even though it was pretty full and we were in the restaurant for almost 3 hours and were late for the reservation, we weren't rushed or anything like that. Food was very solid, price in the middle range. We paid €43 for two people with dessert. There was also a reasonably good selection of vegetarian options, but I can't say much about vegan options.

They have pictures of food in the menu, but don’t have this dish at all! I ordered soup from the picture and they bring me another one! And didn’t tell there is no soup from the picture… poor service :( For what you take pictures of food for YOUR menu if you don’t serve this food in the restaurant?! I hate this thing

Das Essen dort war super lecker, die Auswahl gut, das Sushi spektakulär. Und das Ganze für angemessene Preise. Mittags natürlich sehr voll, da würde ich vorher reservieren.

Das Essen ist erstklassig. Die Bedienung war freundlich und alles war sehr ordentlich. War nicht ohne Grund gut besucht und daher wäre eine Reservierung empfehlenswert. Bei der Qualität ist der Preis pro Person überraschend angemessen. Kann ich sehr empfehlen und werde hier noch häufig Essen gehen. Ist jetzt eines meiner top Lieblingsrestaurants.

Delicious food served with consistent excellence! When I lived in Hamburg through lockdown, I had pho and summer rolls delivered atleast once a week. Now when I visit the city I'll have lunch or dinner there multiple times. I usually stick to pho but I've enjoyed the curries as well. Great ambience and friendly service as well! All locations have great food, this location probably has the best decor.

Das Sushi wird toll angerichtet mit wow Effekt. Geschmacklich gut. Aber mir ist es dort viel zu laut. Kantinenflair.

Super leckeres Sushi! Ein toller, schneller und zuvorkommender Service! Das Essen kam nach der Bestellung (trotz 13 Uhr und randvoll) schon nach fünf Minuten. Preislich auch total fair! Kann ich nur empfehlen. Ein kleiner Tipp: der WC Bereich sollte nochmal ausgebessert werden..;) Sonst aber top und nur zu empfehlen!

Neues Jahr und plötzlich stimmt nichts mehr. Die letzten zwei Jahre war dieses Restaurant noch einen gute Wahl. Jetzt ist einiges nicht mehr in Ordnung. Der Service ist unaufmerksam. Das Essen ist nicht mehr so geschmackvoll wie gewohnt. Die Toiletten sind verdreckt und stinken. Der Gestank reicht bis ins Restaurant. Wir machen erst mal Pause vom Hanoi Deli.

Das Essen war fantastisch! Es ist ein sehr großes Restaurant und dementsprechend ist auch der Geräuschpegel. Die Toiletten könnten mal eine Grundsanierung gebrauchen!
