The food was very tasty, especially the loaded sushi! The atmosphere outside is fine with good weather. The service was a bit overwhelmed with the orders :(

You can find first-class Vietnamese cuisine here. This culinary pearl is also on the shoulder blade. There is a small menu with super delicious dishes. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Paying with a credit card was no problem. On the weekend you should reserve here in good time. Everything was clean and tidy. We would love to come back 😋

Our 7 year old son needed the toilet when we walked by, and I asked if he could use their toilet. We were rejected by the team manager who would only allow customers to use their facilities. We are shocked that there wasn’t an exception made for our little boy!!!

I haven't been here for half a year. I was really looking forward to the pork belly tapas, the salmon tapas, the beautiful sakura decorations and an elephant neck... Niente. Almost everything on the map has disappeared... This restaurant was always at number 1 in my personal ranking, just because of the 3-4 most expensive cocktails and the tapas... what the hell happened there...?! Otherwise we always ate there every few weeks and then one day you won't be there for a while and then this. I'll have to process this first. The Saigon Smash cocktail is still very good... the fried shrimp tapas were served in an enamel pot. So the dishes were probably changed too... I don't have any photos, too shocked by the change... The renovated bar is beautiful and the separation from the kitchen is interestingly designed.

Quan 36 er stedet man skal besøge, hvis man ønsker et lækker vietnamesisk måltid - MUMS det var lækkert! Restauranten har et klassisk look der matcher perfekt til konceptet. Atmosfæren er god med en summen af turister og lokale der er ude for at hygge sig. Der er både mulighed for inde- og udendørs servering. Servicen var god, maden utrolig lækker, portionerne var tilpas, fair priser og serveringen forgik i et tilpas tempo.

Glutamate shock! The food was mediocre, but after leaving the restaurant my daughter and I both had symptoms at the same time. I had this years ago in another restaurant - slight dizziness and unpleasant altered perception for several hours. It's incomprehensible that you can't simply make food without glutamate.

Vietnamese cuisine - I particularly enjoyed the mango salad and the tofu pho. However, I didn't like the wacky menus and farted seat cushions at all - sorry to say that. Many tapas are simply fried and, in my opinion, the quantity offered is difficult to justify in relation to the price. Please check your kitchen exhaust again - my clothes smelled very badly of grease/food, which bothered me during the late evening program. Hamburg offers a variety of restaurants, so I wouldn't actively recommend it. I'm sorry.

Hello, This is the second time I've been to Quan. The first time brought me to Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant is located in the heart of the ski jump. What am I supposed to talk about? The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was great too. You definitely have to try the PHO (tofu) 👍. Can highly recommend the restaurant. Price performance is also unbeatable. The restaurant is always very full, which I think speaks for itself. The walls and ceilings are really beautifully decorated, and the tables are generally quite close together. Overall, the ambience gives you an Asian feeling and you feel comfortable. Despite a lot of stress, the service was nice to you and didn't keep you waiting. The layout of the menu was very nice to look at and the many different small tapas are highly recommended. There are also plenty of vegetarian and vegan alternatives. However, the cards could be reprinted again as some of them already looked very worn out. The tapas we ordered were all good to eat and gave you a good gut feeling. Some tapas could have been a little more varied in terms of taste. Price-performance ratio is right here, especially for this location.

Unfortunately, our positive dining experience was overshadowed by a subsequent event. My brother, who had mussels from the restaurant, suffered from food poisoning shortly after our meal. It's worth noting that throughout our trip, we shared the same meals, except for this instance. This incident significantly affected the remainder of our trip, our plans and overall enjoyment. We reached out to Quan36 through Instagram and email to inform them of the situation, hoping for understanding or some form of compensation. However, the response we received was disappointing, as they refused to acknowledge the incident or offer any form of reparation. This lack of empathy and customer care was disheartening and contrary to what we would expect from a reputable establishment.

It was fine. The small portions just didn't really fill us up. Rice or another side dish should be ordered with it.

I've always enjoyed going there, but I've noticed for a while now that the portions are getting smaller and smaller but the prices remain the same. The quality of the ingredients has also become strange. In one I put the onions aside and in the end the plate was half full... And the summer rolls are getting smaller and smaller... 24€ per person and still hungry. A pity. But service is always very nice.

The fried udon noodles have an enormous amount of garlic in them and it was really incredibly tasty. I keep coming back for these noodles. Sensational. However, the service is overwhelmed. Forgot beer, forgot appetizers. Everything takes forever and we had to ask to pay several times.

Kokossuppe geschmacklos teriyaki sauce so sweet gruselige. Rollen mit mango ohne Worte. Aber anscheinend mögen viele dieses Essen. Abzugsanlage nicht gut, meine ganzen Klamotten haben noch Tage lang gerochen. In der heutigen Zeit muss das nicht mehr so sein.

Es hat uns super gefallen. Der Service war toll, es gab keine Probleme mit unserer Reservierung und das Essen wurde mit frischen Zutaten gemacht. Die Udon Teriyaki waren super!

Wir hatten keine Tapas. Deshalb kann ich diese nicht bewerten. Die Hauptgerichte waren lecker, allerdings auch keine Offenbarung. Service war sehr freundlich und die Lokalität von der Einrichtung auch ziemlich cool. Warum ich nur 3 Sterne vergebe? Wir rochen alle danach extrem nach dem Essen bzw. nach der Küche. Klamotten mussten direkt in die Waschmaschine. Da sollte man an der Belüftung der offenen Küche irgendwas machen. Deshalb leider ein gedämpftes Erlebnis.

Essen ist durchschnittlich, eher fad. Service leider nicht aufmerksam, erst nach Nachfrage erhielten wir unsere Getränke, beim Bezahlen rechnete man uns Tapas vom Nebentisch mit ab.

Hatten gute Stimmung. Bis wir Mäuse an den Wandecken entdecken durften. Dazu auch im Küchenbereich. Eine Plage, die auch andere Kunden entdeckten. Auf Nachfrage wurde schmunzelnd erwidert, dass sie „eine Katze hätten“, diese würde das Problem schon lösen. Schwierige Erwiderung. Zur Wiedergutmachung bekamen wir die schon unverschämten teuren Drinks aufs Haus. Tropfen auf dem heißen Stein. Nicht zu empfehlen. Gesundheitsamt ist kontaktiert.

Wir waren Anfang Januar 2024 zu zweit dort zum Abendessen. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht und leider auch sehr dicht bestuhlt. Das führt zu einem sehr hohen Lärmpegel. In Kombination mit der zugigen Eingangstür (Winter in HH, wann hat man das schon...) liegt hier eine astreine Bahnhofsathmo vor. Das Preisniveau und die Getränke sind absolut in Ordnung. Das Essen hingegen war eine satte (Ja, wir wurden satt) Entäuschung. Die Kokossuppe gibt es dreimal besser beim Bok-Imbiss in der Bartelsstrasse. Die Tapas waren ein Desaster (Ausnahme das Knoblauchgemüse -PakChoi). Die Tofuwürfel oder Summer-Spring-Rolls sollte man meiden. Eigentlich würde ich den ganzen Laden meiden... Die Saucen sind ebenfalls grenzwertig. Alles wo Majo dransteht (Chili-majo o.Ä.) unbedingt umschiffen. Zusätzlich wäre es schön gewesen heisses Essen auf den Tisch zu bekommen und nicht nur lauwarm. Aber das macht den Kohl nun auch nicht mehr fett. Das Personal ist nett und eher nicht für das Küchendesaster verantwortlich. Mein Rat: Spaziert weiter durch die Schanze und geht woanders hin.....

Liebe diesen Laden! Bin immer wieder gerne da für das leckere, abwechslungsreiche Essen und den unaufdringlichen Service. Man sitzt in einem hübschen, kleinen Restaurant mit guter Atmosphäre. Das Essen wird meistens sehr schnell serviert und die hausgemachten Limonaden sind sehr lecker :)

Yammy, leckere vietnamesische Küche. Die Auswahl ist überschaulich. Du hast du Wahl zwischen kleinen Gerichten (Tapas) auch vegan und gängige Hauptspeisen wie Udonnudeln, Phosuppe, Reisnudeln. Empfehle den Mangosalat mit dünne Julienne Streifen ist ein fruchtiger Salat mit Röstzwiebeln und Erdnüssen. Wir waren an einem Sonntag Nachmittag Essen, ging ohne Reservierung :-) Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leckeres Essen, wir hatten uns für ein Gericht mit Fleisch und ein vegetarisches Gericht entschieden und waren sehr zufrieden. Auch die Limonaden sind zu empfehlen.

Lekker eten en snelle service. Het restaurant was vol toen we aa kwamen maar na 5 minuten was er al een plek voor ons. Sfeervolle aankleding en heerlijke zelf gemaakte limonade! Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Das Essen ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Preise ok. Der Tee leider überteuert. Das Ambiente ist ok für diese Area-schön geschmückt mit Laternen. Schade war nur, das wir an einem Samstag nicht reservieren konnten, es hieß kommen sie -wie von uns gewünscht- gegen 20 Uhr vorbei. Wir kommen voller positiver Erwartung vorbei und der Kellner sagt tatsächlich bitte noch 25 min warten. Nach 25 min sollten wir weitere 5-10 min warten, weil wir zu viert waren, und andere zu zweit durften vor uns rein. Dieses Vorgehen hat mir persönlich nicht gefallen und mich eher abgeschreckt nochmal dahin zu gehen, aber als wir am Tisch saßen, waren die Kellner nett und aufmerksam. Unser Hunger wurde gelöst. Dann ging’s wieder:) Alles in allem netter Laden, aber Reservieren sollte möglich sein-damit man sich nicht ärgern Neuss über Wartezeiten.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir hatten eine Tapas Variation. Die Kokosmilchsuppe war leider nicht ganz so gut. Das Rinderfleisch war dafür umso besser. Für zwei Personen empfehle ich zwischen 4-6 Tapas. Kann den Laden sehr weiterempfehlen. Der Preis stimmt auch.

Tolles vietnamesisches Essen, nette Bedienung. Der fehlende Stern liegt eher daran, dass es allgemein auf der Sternschanze aus meiner Sicht zu voll ist. Empfehlung: Ente mit Hoisin Soße u Reis (46 oder 36a)?

Dehr leckeres und preiswertes Essen, diesmal zum Mittagstisch! Es gab köstliche gebratene UDON Nudeln mit Gemüse und Rind. Die Sauce in der die Nudeln serviert wurden, war außerordntlich gut! Meine Frau hatte das bekannte Bun Bo, ebenfalls sehr lecker und zu empfehlen! Abgerunded durch lecker selbstgemachte Limonade und einem schönen Ambiente ist das Quan36 jedem zu empfehlen! Einen Kinderhochsitz für den kleinen gab es ebenfalls :)

Wirklich sehr leckeres 😋 vietnamesisches Essen. Das Lokal ist stark frequentiert und auch wenn man nicht reserviert hat, bekommt man einen Platz, nach ein wenig Wartezeit. Das Personal ist sehr gut organisiert und die Aufgaben sind verteilt. Leider entsteht dadurch eine Atmosphäre von Fließbandabfertigung. Eine richtig gemütliche Atmosphäre will sich nicht einstellen, deswegen 1 Punkt Abzug.

Bij toeval kwamen we hier terecht en dat bleek een uitstekende keuze. Vriendelijk personeel, top gerechten en sfeervolle locatie. Maar het gaat uiteindelijk om de gerechten. En die waren super. Alles was even lekker. Gelukkig hebben we nog een dag en gaan we hier opnieuw naartoe. Hou jij van Aziatisch eten? Dan is dit jouw place to be.

Die perfekte Wahl für einen vietnamesischen Abend mitten in der Schanze auf dem belebten Schulterblatt. Mittelgroßer Laden, guter Style und vor allem gute Auswahl an vietnamesischen Vorspeisen und Gerichten. Der schnellen und aufmerksamen Bedienung konnte auch der rege Betrieb eines Freitag Abends auf der Schanze nicht aus dem Konzept bringen: Super, und vor allem alles super lecker. Wir kommen wieder. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einzige Anmerkung: ein bischen zuviel Knoblauch im Nachgeschmack - aber das mag Ansichtssache sein:)
