Very good restaurant in the heart of the trendy Schanzenviertel. We enjoyed the starters and main courses, and they were truly delicious. The restaurant also has outdoor seating. Very friendly, fast service. Schanzenviertel is a great place for shopping, usually from 10/11 a.m. to 6/7 p.m. It's a lively place in the evenings, especially when the weather is nice.

It was our first time there, but definitely not our last. The food was fantastic!!!! 💣

The food was very tasty, both the starters and the main courses. Only the level of spiciness didn't always match what was on the menu. Portions were sufficient. Communication was a bit difficult at times, which was also due to the volume in the room. Unfortunately, it's not comfortable to sit in, everything is very tight and hectic. It's enough to eat, but not enough to linger.

We were there for lunch today, the food was very good, everything tasted great. Our order was taken quickly and our drinks arrived shortly afterwards, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. There was a good selection of food and also exceptional drinks that were very tasty. The next time we are in Hamburg we will definitely come back.

After a 7 hour drive we discovered this very lovely restaurant in a pedestrian zone. We had a short wait before the friendly staff took us to our seat in the middle of a very tasteful and appropriate interior. My colleague and I had a sushi plate and a delicious purple drink together. This restaurant was furnished with great attention to detail. We didn't have a reservation but I think we were lucky. Therefore I would definitely make a reservation. Definitely worth a visit!

Nice ambience and very good service in this restaurant. The waitress was super friendly and brought us the homemade lime soda as well as teriyaki, dumplings and udon noodles with a smile. Food was delicious and filling. I found the portions completely sufficient.

An incredibly delicious Vietnamese restaurant. I tried a vegan dish and it was delicious! It is a very nicely decorated restaurant with a wonderful ambience. As expected, the noise level is quite high but by no means disturbing. The employees are very friendly and competent. The kitchen simply knows the craftsmanship, you can taste it! I can only recommend Quan36 and would definitely go there again! :)

I found it very good here. I liked the atmosphere and there is a huge selection of different dishes. We decided on the sushi and we really enjoyed it. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the sushi with cheese, but of course that's also a matter of taste. Price performance was really very good here and I would definitely come back. I think the pictures speak for themselves! The crunchy rolls were particularly delicious.

We ordered 2 dishes yesterday. Unfortunately only one dish arrived. Neither the restaurant nor the supplier feel responsible for this. When we asked the restaurant we were told that unfortunately they couldn't do anything for us. The delivery person also apologizes and points out the restaurant. We enjoyed visiting the restaurant, but it spoiled our appetite to order or eat out here again.

Price-performance ratio doesn't suit me, few vegetables in the food (only a few spring onions and carrots), service not attentive and overwhelmed. Ambience ok, but not great either. There are much better Vietnamese restaurants!

Food was incredibly delicious. We had to wait outside until a table was free and because it was so cold we just got tea to warm ourselves up. Staff was also very, very nice!

Five of us were at Quan36 yesterday, the reservation worked great and we had a table by the window. It's been great every time so far. The food is very tasty and the price is ok to expensive. Unfortunately, cocktails are super small. Unfortunately the service is not that good, everyone is nice but especially at the beginning it usually takes a long time until an order is taken and then it is cleared away even though half of the people are still eating. There is real room for improvement here. But since the store doesn't rely on it that much due to its location and popularity, I don't know whether anything will change here in the future.

Vietnamese on the shoulder blade Quan 36. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine, pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant, and a well-stocked menu. Some portions are a bit small, but apparently it depends on the dish. Just try it out.

We spontaneously went to Quan36 on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was full to capacity, but we were still greeted and served in a very friendly manner. The staff was very attentive and the food was delivered within just 15 minutes. The food was incredibly tasty and the drinks (homemade lemonades) were also really great. We thought it was great and can't understand the few bad reviews. Thank you for the great evening.

Strolled through the ski jump & landed here!!! Shortly before the kitchen closed we got a red curry, spring rolls and dumplings! It was simply fabulous...So fresh & crispy...the ambience...the service was super nice & authentic...everything to the point! We'll definitely be back🫠

The restaurant has already been designed. But the price-performance ratio wasn't right for us at all. I ordered a rice dish and received a mini bowl, barely bigger than the palm of my hand (see picture). My girlfriend's food was okay. Tapas also very small.

The food was delicious and so were the drinks, although quite expensive. Unfortunately we weren't asked if we wanted to order anything else and had to constantly call the waiter. There are about 10 minutes between the last round and being kicked out (the glass was taken out of my hand!).

Great atmosphere, very nice service, good quality and short waiting time. If you are looking for authentic Asian cuisine, you should visit Quan 36. The restaurant interior is very nice.

I haven't been here for half a year. I was really looking forward to the pork belly tapas, the salmon tapas, the beautiful sakura decorations and an elephant neck... Niente. Almost everything on the map has disappeared... This restaurant was always at number 1 in my personal ranking, just because of the 3-4 most expensive cocktails and the tapas... what the hell happened there...?! Otherwise we always ate there every few weeks and then one day you won't be there for a while and then this. I'll have to process this first. The Saigon Smash cocktail is still very good... the fried shrimp tapas were served in an enamel pot. So the dishes were probably changed too... I don't have any photos, too shocked by the change... The renovated bar is beautiful and the separation from the kitchen is interestingly designed.

Quan 36 er stedet man skal besøge, hvis man ønsker et lækker vietnamesisk måltid - MUMS det var lækkert! Restauranten har et klassisk look der matcher perfekt til konceptet. Atmosfæren er god med en summen af turister og lokale der er ude for at hygge sig. Der er både mulighed for inde- og udendørs servering. Servicen var god, maden utrolig lækker, portionerne var tilpas, fair priser og serveringen forgik i et tilpas tempo.

Glutamate shock! The food was mediocre, but after leaving the restaurant my daughter and I both had symptoms at the same time. I had this years ago in another restaurant - slight dizziness and unpleasant altered perception for several hours. It's incomprehensible that you can't simply make food without glutamate.

Vietnamese cuisine - I particularly enjoyed the mango salad and the tofu pho. However, I didn't like the wacky menus and farted seat cushions at all - sorry to say that. Many tapas are simply fried and, in my opinion, the quantity offered is difficult to justify in relation to the price. Please check your kitchen exhaust again - my clothes smelled very badly of grease/food, which bothered me during the late evening program. Hamburg offers a variety of restaurants, so I wouldn't actively recommend it. I'm sorry.

Hello, This is the second time I've been to Quan. The first time brought me to Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant is located in the heart of the ski jump. What am I supposed to talk about? The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was great too. You definitely have to try the PHO (tofu) 👍. Can highly recommend the restaurant. Price performance is also unbeatable. The restaurant is always very full, which I think speaks for itself. The walls and ceilings are really beautifully decorated, and the tables are generally quite close together. Overall, the ambience gives you an Asian feeling and you feel comfortable. Despite a lot of stress, the service was nice to you and didn't keep you waiting. The layout of the menu was very nice to look at and the many different small tapas are highly recommended. There are also plenty of vegetarian and vegan alternatives. However, the cards could be reprinted again as some of them already looked very worn out. The tapas we ordered were all good to eat and gave you a good gut feeling. Some tapas could have been a little more varied in terms of taste. Price-performance ratio is right here, especially for this location.

Unfortunately, our positive dining experience was overshadowed by a subsequent event. My brother, who had mussels from the restaurant, suffered from food poisoning shortly after our meal. It's worth noting that throughout our trip, we shared the same meals, except for this instance. This incident significantly affected the remainder of our trip, our plans and overall enjoyment. We reached out to Quan36 through Instagram and email to inform them of the situation, hoping for understanding or some form of compensation. However, the response we received was disappointing, as they refused to acknowledge the incident or offer any form of reparation. This lack of empathy and customer care was disheartening and contrary to what we would expect from a reputable establishment.

It was fine. The small portions just didn't really fill us up. Rice or another side dish should be ordered with it.

I've always enjoyed going there, but I've noticed for a while now that the portions are getting smaller and smaller but the prices remain the same. The quality of the ingredients has also become strange. In one I put the onions aside and in the end the plate was half full... And the summer rolls are getting smaller and smaller... 24€ per person and still hungry. A pity. But service is always very nice.

The fried udon noodles have an enormous amount of garlic in them and it was really incredibly tasty. I keep coming back for these noodles. Sensational. However, the service is overwhelmed. Forgot beer, forgot appetizers. Everything takes forever and we had to ask to pay several times.
