We were at the Istanbul Bistro around 5:30 p.m. today. My husband, our daughter and I. We wanted 2 half chickens (quite expensive at €6 per half). We were told that it would take about 15 minutes and whether we would like tea or coffee while we waited. There was a green artificial "apple tea". The 2 half chickens each came with a dollop of spiced ketchup. The hammer was yet to come. The 2 small chicken halves came instead of 12€, 15€..1€ for the ketchup and 2€ for the artificial green tea, which we didn't even want!! We thought it was a nice gesture because of the long wait!! We used to come here more often. Well, that's a great way to scare away customers! Now the store has earned €3 more but we will never buy anything there again!! In the past we left quite a lot of money there, now someone else gets it!! This is a good way to get rid of customers!!

This is just about the worst doner meat I've ever been offered. A hard mass that looks like potato skins, is heavily seasoned, and unfortunately doesn't taste like meat. We didn't like it, and we won't be visiting this snack bar again.

Had a grill plate and almost everything was great.

The meat is perfectly seasoned, juicy and fresh from the grill – simply delicious. The bread also tastes fantastic, the side dishes are always fresh and the sauces round the whole thing off wonderfully. There is also a super nice team that always works friendly and quickly. Price-performance is great, and I will definitely come back (: Absolute recommendation: D

Schnitzel in mushroom cream sauce tasted very bland and cheap. There were no mushrooms in the sauce, probably "open the bag" and that's it. Unfortunately not recommended.

Average taste. It meets your expectations, but I expected better taste performance.

Indicates that the meat is Halal. There is not a single reference to this in the store itself. Also no Halal certificate. Then he sells a lot of alcohol bottles which is contradictory. Real pawn catcher. Who knows what's in the meat...

We come from Weißwasser and when we are in Görlitz we always eat there. Dönner plates are simply super tasty. Only the atmosphere could be more modern and friendly so that you can eat there.
