The best döner kebab restaurant in Munich! Every time we come here, we feel right at home in a familiar place. The handsome owner, who resembles Peter Parker, is very attentive. The place has a unique atmosphere. The döner kebabs are truly delicious. The portions are so large and filling that half is enough. This is the only place for student-friendly, delicious, and satisfying döner kebab.

So, it tastes okay, and I've always eaten there often. But the service is really poor. One day, I ordered sparkling water once, and once Dürum without chili. I got the still water, and the Dürum was spicy. I went there and told them, but they immediately refused, saying I'd ordered spicy. I had a colleague with me, and he confirmed that I hadn't. So, don't go there anymore. You learn in kindergarten that if you've made mistakes, it's not a problem to admit it. Denial doesn't help.

At first, I was totally taken with the look of the flatbread triangle, and I was totally convinced at first, but unfortunately, the kebab wasn't well-made. In other words, the meat, which was really well marinated, was gone two-thirds of the way through, just the sauce and salad, which were very standard. I also wish the sauces were spread on the bread. Card payments accepted, the shop is very neat and stylishly decorated, and the staff is friendly.

I ordered three rolls, they were too big, one roll was enough for two people.

We ordered House Kebap and Special kebap(instead of goat cheese I asked for Antipasti and they said ok.) House kebap should have Feta cheese and Antipasti but there was none of them.. it was same like their klassik kebap.. we paid 1 Euro extra for nothing. on Special kebap there was also no Antipasti. It is quite disappointing, since we paid extra for them. It was not even that full to mess up the order.

There aren't many seats, so choose the "Classic" option. The bread is crispy, the barbecue aroma is rich, and it's not greasy. The flavor is strong but refreshing. The fries are light on the sauce. It's recommended to eat as soon as possible after purchase.

This is one of the better, if not the best, kebabs I've eaten and I've eaten them... I recommend 11/10

Once again, the place is closed at 12 noon, and the owner is arrogant towards customers. The opening hours are incorrect. It's a disgrace.

Unfortunately they now close at 9pm, so I have no chance of getting a kebab after work (by the way, the door still says open until 11pm, they should change that).

Whenever we go to a concert, we go there. It's by far the best kebab around. Everything's fresh and the people are very friendly. We'll be back.

This place needs no explanation. You can eat outside, inside or take it with you. If there are people in line, you still get your food really quickly. If you go to Munich, you also have to visit here. Grab some and walk to the Olympic Hill to eat, if you can't bear not to taste it during your trip. If you taste it, you won't have time to get to the hill before you have to finish it. This is so delicious. The restaurant staff is great. There are also drinks.

I just tried a classic kebab at Pera and I can assure you I wasn't disappointed!! The chef was very nice and spoke excellent English. The kebab was delicious 🤤 the meat had a great flavor!! The music was just a bit loud. PS: Note to game lovers!! There are two betting/arcade games.

A very good kebab in terms of taste. During rush hour, the quality drops significantly. The bread is baked for far too short a time. The meat is cut from the skewer far too early and then seared – it should actually be done on the grill.

Walked past several Kebab shops to specifically come here as I had read good reviews. Slight communication issue, that was quickly resolved. I don't normally go for chicken kebabs but it was delicious. Beautifully marinated and very well cooked. Definitely the right choice and highly recommended.

Hello, I rarely write reviews, but unfortunately, this was a bad one. There were two people in front of us, and it took 15 minutes for our food to arrive. After being asked twice if we wanted spicy food and saying no, my mouth was burning 😤 Then, both of them were offered falafel, durum cabbage, and herder's cheese, even though the kidte was empty and the new herder's cheese was wrapped up next to it in the fridge. Annoying because you still pay €7.50. It's a shame, because it looked good, and then it was unfortunately inedible. Maybe next time.

Baba döner, the chef makes it in his own way, friendly staff, unfortunately a Dürum is downgraded to a Döner, but otherwise a nice view of ugly buildings, hairdresser next door cuts Baba hair and DDR shop is also around the corner, the chef makes Döner but very good with a lot of selection and options

The kebab was very tasty, unfortunately the boss mixed something up. But it was delicious. If you sit outside, you can enjoy impressive views of the 70s prefab buildings, and you can also see the BMW tower in all its glory. You can also watch the Olympia hairdressers at work.

I ate at pera with three friends a few days ago, and we all had a fantastic time. The value for money is excellent, and the owner is very knowledgeable. They offer meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes, perfect for takeout. If I'm ever in Munich again, I'd love to stop by again.

The food is quite okay. But when I pointed out that they were out of toilet paper, the response that they would report it was the end of the Pera for me. The ambiance didn't appeal to me. The location in the Olympic Village is good.

Fantastic Döner (Kebab) restaurant with ideal location, and the service was the best!! I even got a bottle of free drink while eating outside the door, as the last guest on that day!

Sunday visit: Since the shop had good reviews, I wanted to try it out. I was a bit shocked because there were two skewers rotating, a small, very old one and a large, fairly fresh one, but in my case, the meat came from a warming pot next to the skewer. So, it wasn't freshly sliced, and unfortunately, I could taste it. The meat was soft, mushy, and dry; it didn't taste fresh from the grill/skewer to me, but rather like warmed chicken with a lot of marinade. The bread was disappointing. Not crispy, crumbly, and also seemed a bit old. The sauce spread on the bottom is a real shame; it simply tasted like curry ketchup. I didn't know that, otherwise I would have rejected it (as well as the meat, i.e., the kebab as a whole). The advantage was that this curry ketchup sauce overpowered the flavor of the meat from the warming pot, but unfortunately, it wasn't enjoyable for me. The coleslaw/red cabbage was fresh. Not a good kebab for me, less than standard on this Sunday. Perhaps this place would be better when it was busier, but meat cooked in a warming pot, standing to the side of the rotisserie, is completely unacceptable – in my opinion. That's unbecoming of a kebab shop. Very disappointing, but the prices are quite high.

Place right next to the BMW Museum, I ate there after my visit to the museum and it was the best kebab I ate in my life, and yet in France I ate a lot of them.

It was more of a chicken burger than a kebab. More expensive and less expensive than in Berlin, the brown sauce is far too sweet, the onions are rustic and some are as big as my little finger. You have to study the menu to understand it. The toilet is clean, but it shakes and you couldn't dry your hands.

In the summer of 2023, I ate döner kebab in Berlin at the recommendation of a friend, and was completely blown away by the taste, which was completely different from the kebab I had eaten in Korea. Because I was surprised that such delicious food exists in the world. A year later, I came to the University of Munich as an exchange student with Cheongun's dream of finding the world's most delicious döner. Everything was new, and I was very stressed adjusting to it. As I didn't have any cooking utensils or ingredients, I ended up eating cheap döner at a restaurant near my dorm at the recommendation of a friend. I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe in front of this delicious dish that surpassed the döner I had eaten in Berlin. I emptied my plate as if hiding my crab eyes, and finished paying in the dark afterglow. From that day on, I started learning Turkish at the University of Munich. When the professor asked me why I came to study, I confidently answered, “Because I like kebabs.” I also traveled around Germany and visited some of the best kebab restaurants. In particular, I went to all the famous kebab restaurants in Berlin. But, but, nevertheless, I haven't found a döner like pera's döner. Therefore, whether my family came to visit or I met friends, I always recommended Pera and always took them there. And today, before my last meal on my last day as an exchange student, I visited Pera without hesitation and ate döner as always. It was as delicious as the day I first came here and ate it. I don't know when it will be in the future, but I promise to visit again. The introduction was long. It's really delicious and the staff are really friendly. The food is excellent and the staff are lovely. I made a mistake by taking a spicy pita, they made me another one apologizing even though the mistake was mine, even offering us free drinks.... really they are super nice and once the pita was not spicy but it was good!!!!

Extremely confusing review score. We came here with the assumption we would have some of the best doner in the city and it was some of the worst we had. The staff have no idea what they are doing and messed up all of our orders. The ingredients were limited and terrible (extremely old rice, no tomatoes, falafel we literally saw them take out of a frozen grocery store packet, dry shriveled vegetables etc). Sauces were weird. Scharf option is only red pepper flakes, no scharf sauce. Very small serving sizes (teller was the equivalent of a "box"). Special doner had an extremely confusing title: "special kebab goat". We thought it was a goat kebab which might be interesting but I guess it's GOAT like "greatest of all time?" But Goat wasn't in capital letters; It was spelled "Goat". It didn't list the meat type. And it was chicken. Speaking of chicken they didn't have any cow meat, only chicken. Pretty weird for 6 pm on a Saturday night. It took the guy at the register like 5 times to do the math to tell us our total and his system looked like "write indecipherable gibberish" on a scrap of paper, hand it off to the 13 year old running the food line and then verbally explain it incorrectly resulting in all of our orders been done semi wrong. There was a huge line of people after we came, and when arrived we were the only ones, and it still somehow took them 30 mins to make our takeaway order for 5 peole. don't go here. While the staff were terrible, disorganized and running around in an uncoordinated fashion the meat and bread were ok. Among our group we scored it maybe 4-5/10. It was edible but the small serving sizes and terrible ingredients did nothing to help it.

Tried the new Chips - Döner Combo. I first saw this idea in the US with food trucks where you bring your own pack of chips. I must say Pera took it to another level! They have different flavors already in the shop and you can choose what you want and they fill the chip bag up with extreme tasty Döner and special sauce. Added some salad inside also, it was very tasty. Can only recommend. Price is very student friendly also...

I was in the area for a business trip and only came across it by chance and the very good reviews. And yes, the chicken wrap (with everything) was really excellent and the staff was extremely friendly too. I'll definitely be back there next time I'm in Munich! Ate there, the food was great. Almost every dish includes antipasti, for example, which I'm not familiar with but tasted really good. You can choose between three sauces. Price-performance ratio is absolutely top, I would go there again every time I am in Munich
