Mardin Döner in Itzehoe

I paid €9 for two cans of Mezzo Mix today. The renovation must have cost a fortune. I actually enjoyed eating there, but that was the last time.

The doner kebab's bread was hard and had a strong roasted aroma, and there was almost no sauce despite the "please" sign. Not good...

Everything was great Steak meat on Thursdays is always a highlight

The portions are very generous. The fries just need to be cooked longer, no matter how busy the place is!

The renovation was really worth it, much bigger and more modern and very nicely designed

It's become far too expensive, and the taste isn't as good as it used to be. A small kebab box for €7 is no longer normal.

Far too expensive. In Turkey a doner kebab costs €3.50, in Germany it costs almost €8. Is that even possible? The meat is bland and not seasoned enough. The doner kebabs used to be bigger. Have they shrunk? Or is it intentional? Maddin's doner kebab in Wellenkamp is awful, while Maddin's doner kebab in Kremperheide is top notch.

I haven't had such a bad kebab in a long time. The meat wasn't kebab meat, but minced meat from a skewer. This was my last visit.

So it's definitely not a restaurant, but it's one of the best kebab shops in the Steinburg district 💪 If there were nicer seats, I would definitely be there more often.

Huge portion, unfortunately far too much cabbage, red cabbage and onions on both the kebab plate and the Dürüm. The tzatziki was very salty, cocktail sauce was delicious. If we had been blindfolded we would not have been able to identify the "meat" as meat. Last but not least, we both developed stomach problems. Iberogast then had to serve and a tablet for heartburn before going to sleep. The next day my wife was also treated to some liquor. The logical consequence is “no thanks”. I don't like giving reviews like this, but I think it's something that needs to be said. See it as a constructive, factual but detailed review.

Mardin Döner is one of the best kebab snack bars in Itzehoe. The ingredients are always fresh, juicy and delicious and your wishes are always taken into account. I'm always happy to come by.

The food is actually very good. However, what some people wrote here about the employees being “super nice” etc. is greatly exaggerated! 😒 Although I've always been very friendly towards them - that's how I was raised! - the guys remained rather reserved and couldn't raise the corners of their mouths to smile! So I'm exaggerating the niceness of the people there!!! ☝🏻🤨 THANK YOU.

Small kebab shop and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the meat is cut too thin and therefore quickly gets cold and curled... dry! Portion was very large. And one request: ask for cash or card payment first if cancellation is not possible, thank you. That might save you some trouble... although there is a savings bank next door, but it doesn't have to be that way.

Super nett und zuvorkommend! Essen ist immer frisch und meistens sehr lecker. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier! Update: Mittlerweile der beste Döner in Itzehoe. Hier fährt man gerne an mehreren Dönerläden vorbei, um seinen Döner dort abzuholen!

Netter kleiner Dönerladen. Die Qualität ist super sowie das Personals. Sehr freundlich und nett. Leider ist es da um essen sehr ungemütiich.

Mein Gott, ist das teuer geworden! 4 Euro für eine Pommes. Da ist die Tankeam Kreisel günstiger und die Portion das doppelte. Schade, war früher gern hier, das war heute das letzte Mal.

Bester Döner hier in der Umgebung! Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt auch! Nur weiter zu empfehlen;)

Das Essen ist IMMER köstlich, sehr frisch und vor allem auch heiß

Die Lage an der Schule ist einfach optimal. Jeder kann über die Preise sagen was Er will, aber Ich liebe diesen Dönerladen einfach. Nettes Personal, tolles Essen, schneller Service. Ich gehe hier immer wieder gerne hin und kann den Laden nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein wirklich perfekter döner.... Selten so zu finden

Heute zum ersten Mal hier den Döner der mir mehr als häufiger empfohlen wurde probiert! Leider war ich enttäuscht! Positiv ist die Freundlichkeit die Schnelligkeit und das war es schon! Das Fleisch was zu 60 % auf meinen Döner gepackt wurde lag schon geschnitten da! Von daher leider lauwarm! Auch die Fleisch Qualität hat noch Luft nach oben! Im groben und ganzen alles ganz okay! Aber für meinen Geschmack eher eine Notlösung für das nächste Mal!

Auch wenn 20 km fahren muss immer ein Besuch wert

Wenn Döner, dann Mardin Döner.....schön das er fast vor der Haustür sitzt

Geschmacklich echt gut, jedoch ist ein Jumbodöner so groß wie ein Normaler Döner. Ein Vegetarischer Döner nur mit Salat kostet soviel wie einer mit Fleisch. Ab ner gewissen Uhrzeit kein Hänchendöner mehr... Preise sind dafür echt gesalzen. Service ist aber wirklich gut und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Der Hähnchendöner einfach Klasse, leider aber nicht immer zu bekommen. Nachmittags meist schon leer, das ist mir unverständlich. Warum macht man nicht mehr wenn er doch so gut läuft.
