Good service, good food - always happy

We came here for breakfast with four adults and four children (aged 5 to 8) and paid an incredible €168 for it. What particularly annoyed us was that the children had to pay the full price even though they ate very little. For that price we could have had dinner at a good steak restaurant - and you don't even pay that much there! In various other Turkish restaurants we have always paid less than half for the same number of people. 168€€€ that's really steep. The food was OK, but definitely not exceptional enough to justify the exorbitant prices. Price-performance ratio is simply not right here at all. We will not visit this restaurant again on principle.

We ordered the dish recommended by the waiter for two people. The appetizer was quickly on the table. We enjoyed the side dishes and the salad. We really enjoyed the main course (600 grams of beef fillet). The sweet pastry “Katmer” looked like katmer but had little to do with it. There is a need for improvement. The whole thing was pretty overpriced.

Very tasty food. You can notice the quality of the meat. Employees are very friendly and make an effort. We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, the waiter ripped us off and offered us a steak for €85, but we had to pay €170 for it, apparently €85 per person. How can you eat a steak for two!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited the steakhouse and was completely impressed! The food was absolutely top - the steak was perfectly cooked, of the highest quality and simply a pleasure. The side dishes were also excellent and well balanced. I would particularly like to emphasize the excellent service. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. The waiting time was pleasantly short, so we were able to enjoy our food quickly without it feeling rushed. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant, including the toilets, was also exemplary. You can tell that attention is paid to details here. Overall a great experience - I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this steakhouse to everyone!

I ate for the first time. I think it was the first and the last. The appetizers arrived sour. It was said that it was from the heat. Only hot weather, one yesterday and two today. How correct is it to put rancid appetizers under the name of a restaurant? Or one should have known from the smell beforehand. People want to stay comfortable while eating, but they almost tried to clear the plate when it was half-finished. All of you, get up and go. I personally didn't like it and I thought it was ridiculous that so many people wrote good reviews for this place.

I ate a rump steak and it was the tastiest steak I've ever eaten. It was incredibly tasty and juicy. Definitely a 20 out of 10! I would definitely come again. The waiters were also very friendly and accommodating.

I ate there for the first time today, it was a poem. Not to be compared with conventional Turkish restaurants (Ocakbasis). The steak was grilled to perfection. The rest of the dishes that were ordered were very tasty (burgers, fillet steak and shrimp). The service was very courteous and very friendly. I can really recommend everyone to eat there. You will not regret it.

A great restaurant! I went there for the first time on the recommendation of a friend and I didn't regret it. The staff is very attentive and accommodating, the service is great and the meat is simply a poem! The entire meal was incredibly delicious. A fillet of beef that melts in your mouth - exactly what you want! In terms of price, the restaurant is in a more than fair range. It was definitely not my last visit there :)

Very nice service and price/performance is also perfectly fine. Both the restaurant and the kitchen were very clean. I particularly liked the open kitchen and the quick service.

Went there today with friends to try it out. It really tasted very good and the order was taken very carefully, which unfortunately is no longer a given these days. The food didn't take a long time to arrive and it tasted wonderful. Atmosphere was very pleasant and not too intrusive. I can recommend it without hesitation.

My wife and I were guests at this lovely little restaurant for our wedding anniversary. From the service to the quality of the food, everything is really exemplary. I am an absolute steak fan and am completely convinced. Steak was perfectly prepared and cooked to perfection. Others can learn something from this store. Definitely an example of what it should taste like. The restaurant was suggested to me on TikTok and completely met all my expectations. Thank you for the great evening.

Unfortunately I was taken for a ride by the waiter, how can you try to cover up a price? A steak 170€ It's ridiculous that you try to hide something like that and are surprised later!!!

The location is inviting, clean and clearly laid out. The staff is very friendly and fulfills realizable wishes. The breakfast was more than sufficient, super tasty and top quality food. Eating out is fun.

Very tasty meat and top service.

We went to this restaurant with four friends to break our fast. Although it wasn't really crowded, we waited almost 50 minutes for the food after the starter. The soup selection was very poor (only lentil soup). Taste ok.

We were there on Ramadan. Unfortunately you can ONLY order the Ramadan menu, which consisted of 6 dishes. This means that you can't order anything from the 'normal menu', which is pretty bad. The Ramadan menu which you MUST take includes the main course, soup, salad and dates. These start from around €40. If you don't want soup or just want another dish, you've come to the wrong place. When we asked why this was the case, we unfortunately received an unsympathetic answer from the lady, saying that it was like this 90% of the time everywhere. Funny, as restaurant connoisseurs ourselves from the catering industry, the four of us heard this for the first time. In addition, one person in the group forgoes meat; since all dishes contain meat, there was no alternative. The lady cheekily replied to this comment that it was a steakhouse. Nevertheless, the 'normal menu' still has vegetarian alternatives. If this had been discussed with us beforehand on the phone when we made the reservation and we had been informed about it, it wouldn't have been a problem for us. Unfortunately, they're just trying to get the maximum profit here so that every customer has to choose from ONLY 6 dishes, which start at around €40. On the whole, we were unfortunately very dissatisfied with the lady's rude answers and would not make a recommendation.

With Sultan of the Meat I visited the first steakhouse in my life and was more than positively surprised by the expectations, the service and the ambience. You are greeted in a very friendly and friendly manner, the menu is explained down to the smallest details and there are also little extras. We decided on a beef fillet special. You can choose the cooking level, but with the special the fillet is covered in butter on a scalding hot plate, which you can then turn yourself. The quality of the meat is very good and the taste is also very convincing. In fact, I was also very positively surprised by the side dish, the rosemary potatoes. The steak was cut in front of us, covered with butter and then served. We were asked for salt and pepper, so we did absolutely everything right. For dessert there was Künefe and I have to say that it was by far the best Künefe of my life. In general, I can say that Sultan of Meat is very impressive in all criteria. Absolute recommendation!

I don't understand why this store got such a high rating. We recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately we were not satisfied. The taste of the food did not meet our expectations and we found the price-performance ratio to be inadequate. Even the fries didn't even taste good. You can't do much wrong there. The atmosphere was ok but overall we had a disappointing experience.

The service was good, although I was surprised why we were served 5 pieces of bread for 6 people as a small starter from the house (consisting of flatbread with two dips). Otherwise the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was rather below average. All guests at our table found the fries too dry and too hard, and there was no salt. The burgers were bland. Unfortunately I didn't like my Adana skewer at all. It only tastes of grilled aroma, smoky, otherwise I simply missed the spices. A sauce would have improved the whole thing. The vegetables announced on the menu consisted of two broccoli florets and two slices of carrot. I would have hoped for a little more. The guest room is visually well designed, but it is loud and narrow. Despite the ventilation, you can smell a lot of food when you leave the restaurant.

I wanted to have a fancy meal with my husband for my birthday, we've tried steak several times and definitely had the tastiest food here. We were served super friendly by Mustafa, the food was brought quickly and the location is definitely for nice occasions.

There were several women at a table when we were cleared and the waiter said he had to push between us to take the plates. He slammed into us with both his stomach and his arms. It doesn't work at all! Either you send a waitress (and there were more than 2 waitresses that day) or you ask politely so you can move aside a bit. But we were eventually forced to slide. I don't think something like that is appropriate, you can argue about the food, so only one star.

Sultan Saray, which has been pleasing us with its delicious dishes for years, wants to offer us innovations under the name of Sultan of Meat. This time, I wanted to go to the restaurant that I try to go to frequently to support, for dinner, I made a reservation for two people, I said around 19:00, and when I entered at 19:12, the disrespectful lady at the door, who thought politeness was just wearing a black suit, gave us our seat to someone else because we were late. He said we could go if we wanted, rudeness!! Other than that, the staff, the environment is very nice, the food is delicious, but frankly, the concept intended to be done and the treatment given are very different (answer). Ignoring people's complaints and just defending your employees shows your inexperience. A good business owner would not act incompetently like this!!! I just wrote what is true, your answering it this way does not change the truth. My comments so far are correct and clear,

Unfortunately, my visit to this Turkish restaurant was not the dining experience I expected. The prices seemed excessively high compared to the quality offered. The food itself was also disappointing. The taste was below my expectations and the portions seemed out of proportion to the prices. The food seemed carelessly prepared and did not meet the standard you would expect from a Turkish restaurant. Service was average, but that couldn't make up for the deficiencies in the kitchen. Given the high cost and disappointing quality, I probably won't return and unfortunately I can't fully recommend this restaurant.

Had dinner there today with my boss and some of my work colleagues, simply a treat for the soul. Ordered various things and everyone was completely satisfied. I can recommend it to everyone. The boss herself was also on site and rounded off the shop with her friendly manner and her sweet smile ☺️

Für mein ersten Besuch kann ich nicht's schlechtes bewerten. Der Service war gut die Speisen sind so angekommen wie es bestellt wurde. Es kamen alle Speisen zur gleichen Zeit und schön warm. Ich würde einen zweiten Besuch mit meiner Familie dort hin machen.

Das Essen, das Personal, der Service waren super! Die Beratungen bei Rückfragen half bei den Entscheidungen und trafen am Ende unserem Geschmack. Das Fleisch (bei mir Kalbspieß) war sehr gut zubereitet und hatte einen rauchigen Flavour. Perfekt! Wir haben (mit 6 Personen) drei Nachtische bestellt -zum Probieren- , jeder war lecker! Nicht ganz günstig, aber in jedem Fall zu empfehlen!

Es war ein schöner Abend, Essen hat sehr geschmeckt Service gut, Ambiente schön, wie gesagt ein schönes Abendessen, kommen gerne wieder.
