One of the best Turkish restaurants I have eaten at. The meat is amazing! I can only recommend it!

When we went for the doner kebab, they said there was no doner, to force us to eat another meal, and when we left, they were cutting the doner kebab, the price was so high.

Food great, unfortunately long waiting times (60-70 minutes)

There were three people. Unfortunately, two of us received a long delay in receiving our food. The third person didn't receive anything after waiting 40 minutes because it was forgotten. Tavuk sis plate was very tasteless and the first time it came to the table was badly burnt. The waiter was still very accommodating. And as compensation he gave a plate of sweets on the house.

Best kebab I've had so far in Germany. 1 to 1 like from Turkey, not the cheap minced meat that is offered today. There is real craftsmanship here and you can taste it. PS.: add the homemade Ayran!

If I could I would give 0 stars. The side dishes came quickly, but that was it. 3/8 orders were brought to the table incorrectly (food came after 70 minutes, cold) and we only received one order when we paid after sitting there for 2 hours. The highlight, however, was that we were told there was no more kebab meat. As we walked we were able to examine the new skewer… In front of the “ambience” we were begged several times and tried to sell us stolen goods… Just a fever dream.

The only thing they didn't mess up was the appetizer and the drinks, everything else was shit in there. Everyone has already eaten and the last one hasn't even had his food yet. We were told that there was no more kebab, and after waiting 60 minutes for the food, a new skewer was already cut.

Hello, I'll now tell you my completely honest opinion. The most special thing about the whole shop is kebab meat. I find it extremely sad that they don't bake the bread for the kebab because then the taste would be completely different. What really bothers me is the service from the waiters. I order 2 soups with a friend, but don't get any vegetables, others also order soup but get vegetables, then I ask the waiter and then I'm told that they forgot. Unfortunately bread is brought cold 😢 And I think the worst thing of all, and this has been the case 3/4 times so far, is that almost every time after the meal the waiters put pressure on you and want to clear the table straight away, like please get up, I think that's really extreme Shameful and a shame, on the one hand I would understand it if the place was packed, but they do that even if the tables are still empty ❗️❗️❗️❗️

It is a very large venue and has a very heavy visitor traffic. However, unfortunately I did not like the interior design; It could have been arranged in a more beautiful and comfortable way. I ordered the doner plate, but it seemed too plain to me. Unfortunately, this Döner did not appeal to my taste. The employees were very attentive. Thanks

It's not a restaurant I go to very often, but it's a nice place I prefer. I went to eat rice pudding, but it wasn't available today, so I ate triliche instead, and it was delicious. The service is very good, friendly people with whom you can chat. Everything was great, thank you, our family.☺️

The layered meat kebab is something for connoisseurs and one of the best I have eaten in Germany so far. 5 stars Price-performance ratio is justified. Pizzas are also ok 4 stars The service tries hard to satisfy the guests, but sometimes seems overwhelmed. 4 stars What is unfortunately not true at all is the lack of hygiene in the store. 1 star Apparently support is needed in the areas of cleaning the shop area/toilet and dishes. A little more investment in the equipment might also be worth considering. Therefore only 3 stars overall. Too bad for the store. This is air at night above. Good luck!

I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant and absolutely loved it! The service was excellent - the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was simply fantastic. The kebab was incredibly tasty, and the lamb skewer was particularly tender and delicious. The Künefe was also a real pleasure. I can highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit!

When I arrived at the store I wanted to order a kebab bag. The waiter assured me that there was no more bread, so I (had to) choose something else. I decided on a kebab plate. After 15 minutes of waiting, my kebab plate arrived, without salad, without tzatziki. Although this was stated when ordering. When I complained about this, the cellar just told me dryly that he no longer had any tzatziki either. So I had to eat the dry kebab plate with just meat and fries and had a really hard time getting it down. But now I see at the next table how 3 young people (apparently the waiter and the young people knew each other) had ordered a kebab bag, with salad tzatziki, etc. When I asked the waiter about it, he just said, we have just received the delivery. Such a dubious shop. I will definitely avoid the store in the future and never go there again.

The employees are very rude and surly. Even though the meat tasted good, I won't come again because I was served like this. It did not meet our expectations. It cannot be canceled immediately after placing the order. You have to pay. There was no proper sauce in the doner kebab.

Very tasty grill plate recommended

The three of us had dinner there last night around 7 p.m. Ordered a grill plate including 3 drinks... it was €80. However, the portion was far too small. In addition, the meat was not completely grilled. We had a lot of raw spots on the meat. When we explained this to the waiter, he said "that's the type of meat that is like that" Absolute nonsense. The waiter should have offered us alternatives. If necessary, a new plate will have to be served! €80 thrown in the trash. Unfortunately !

Our visit to Bizim Çorbacı in Gelsenkirchen was an absolute highlight! Without exaggerating, this shop sells by far the best meat you can eat. The owner Ferhat is a butcher himself and knows his craft like no other. You can taste the freshness and quality in every bite. If you value really good meat, you should definitely stop by here. Absolute recommendation!

Ordered a grill plate with fries as a side dish. The fries were rock hard. When we asked, the waiter promised us new fries, but they only came when everyone was ready. The new fries were much better but still too firm. As far as the meat is concerned, nothing special. There are enough Turkish restaurants in Gelsenkirchen that do it much better. No recommendation. Doner kebab was already sold out at 7 p.m.

The food tasted good, even the salads were very fresh, but 2 points were deducted. We wanted another meal. Bread didn't come when we said so, I definitely wasn't the excuse. I'm not blind, and then the excuse was that we were full. So again, that wasn't the case. The plates were put away, we weren't even asked if we would like more tea or anything else. It didn't come across as friendly or likeable to me. There wasn't a smile. Everyone was stressed out. Parking was impossible. As we were leaving, no one said thank you or until soon unfortunately zero.. I couldn't pay with a card either and what's more, the bad reviews aren't shared so I had to change the stars to share

The food was very delicious. Separating the family living room is a somewhat primitive practice in this era. Mr. Kenan, one of the waiters, was extremely hardworking, caring and respectful. Five stars for his sake.

Service staff are at your back and watch the guests while they eat.

At the checkout, it is important to serve customers in the order in which they are in line - regardless of whether someone is wearing a uniform or not. I have lived in Ankara for 25 years. I have been in Germany for 2 years. The best dish I have eaten in 27 years is here. Perfect environment, perfect appetizers, perfect pitas, perfect kebabs, a place where I go into a flavor coma every time I eat it, excellent service, thank you, Mr. Kürşat, thank you, Mr. Kenan, Thank you, Mr. Doğan.

Today I went to our soup shop to eat mixed grill. I really say this with all my heart right now, everything was great. Portions are plentiful and prices are affordable. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I wish the owner of the house a lot of fruitful profits. I will definitely go again, Inshallah. 🌹

Best Yaprak kebab...but extremely crowded on Saturday evening.

Ordered a grill plate .. instead of Adanakebap 2 wafer-thin meatballs as a replacement (looked like poultry meat) meat skewer like rubber .. after complaining the plate was put on the grill again .. now everything came out burnt and charred. 4 people Paid 120€ but the return is worth 0€. Cheeky statement from the service staff... it's just beef... it's always tough... as if we've never eaten beef before omg. Guests' children continued to run/run in the restaurant like they were in kindergarten... it was unbearably loud

I particularly recommend the legendary Antep Paça soup. The staff and the owner are very polite and sincere...

The soup was very tasty, but unfortunately that was it. We went there especially for the “Sivas Köftesi” and I have to say: If you don’t know the original from Turkey, you definitely shouldn’t try it here. It had nothing to do with real Sivas Köftesi. We ordered a grill plate for two people - everything was missing salt. The meat was partly dry and so tough that it was difficult to cut.

Its name is DELUXE but it has nothing to do with Deluxe!!! Organization zero! The boss/head waiter walks around and never keeps his mouth open while serving, he keeps eating while people are waiting for food 🤣🤣 I've never seen anything like this in my life. The toilet is awful, dirty. The food is mediocre, not bad, but the rest is also very important and unfortunately we are disappointed in that regard. The service is very slow, they are not well organized.

The kelle pacha we drank was very tasty and had plenty of meat, except that it was a little lukewarm. Prices for drinks are around 6-7 euros, which are reasonable compared to the market. The fact that the restaurant is open 24 hours a day is a blessing for those who want to enjoy soup at night in a place like Germany. There is also a special section for those traveling with their families and spouses to eat without being disturbed. Those who go alone are taken to a separate place. I think this deserves an extra point. I recommend.

Bad service, rude waiters - never again!

Always happy to go there with family and friends. The food and service, as always, nothing to complain about. The meat and the kebab are a taste explosion every time. Despite self-service at the tea corner, the waiters try to serve the tea whenever possible. As a family, we cannot understand some of the negative reviews. Anyone who didn't eat there was missing out. A lot of things make up your own mind.

We drank tripe soup, the brothers drank chicken and Antep trotters. Tripes were warm We ate the doner kebab plain, it was delicious, well done. It is difficult to find delicious doner kebabs in Europe.

As always, the food was delicious, but the service was subpar. Orders do not arrive as ordered. The side dishes are missing from the quite expensive dishes. The restaurant was not full when we visited. Three tables occupied and four people running around. So one per table and still it didn't work. I wonder what happens when all the tables in the huge restaurant are full. Service is still polite and courteous, one thing has nothing to do with the rest.

I became aware of the original doner kebab on Instagram and had to try it immediately. The service is, as usual in such restaurants, simple and unprofessional. But no one was rude. The ambience is also ok. As already mentioned, I had the kebab plate twice and what can I say? Simply perfect. Thank you so much that we can finally eat the original kebab in the Ruhr area 👍 That was long overdue. The prices are very humane, I think they are much too cheap. Anyone who offers this quality can easily be 4-5€ more expensive than the competition. I'm looking forward to the next time!

Good kebabs are a dime a dozen, BUT here it's definitely on a different level!!! We had Saç Kavurma and a meze platter as a starter and a portion of doner meat, and everything was absolutely world class👍🏽. Very friendly waiters are also on site and the ambience is also nice here…… And the biggest plus point is that the store is open for a long time and is very clean. We'd love to come back

I ordered lentil soup, doner kebab over rice and open ayran. There was no taste of lentils in the soup. Forty minutes after the soup was finished, the doner kebab served with rice arrived. Although the rice was mediocre, the doner kebab was really good, but no salad or appetizer was served with it. After eating, I saw the open buffet salads, the waiter could give information beforehand. The buttermilk was frothy but had no taste, it was too watered down. The last time I ordered Maraş ice cream, he said he needed to see if the waiter was there and left, twenty minutes later we made eye contact, he said I forgot to mention there was no ice cream. Although the place is generally good, I cannot say that I had a good experience thanks to the staff.

Unfortunately, many problems on a broad level. The service was poor. The waiters scurry back and forth, but little is done! Pointed out a hair in the salad, salad was taken away and not replaced. I asked twice why the salad wasn't served, but waited in vain. Nobody really cares about the guest. The soups always come lukewarm; Pointed out and still served cold. You can wait a long time for tea. Ordered exactly ten times and only received it once. Toilets were pretty unhygienic. The grievances were pointed out and the response was ham-fisted. After a long wait, we gave up and left the place without dessert. Now we were there for the third time and left a total of 350 euros there. Same problems on all three visits. No place can be so great that you constantly feel like you're being ripped off and still go back. At some point it will be said that that's it for us... Unprofessional 👎

Bizim Çorbacı convinced us with his authentic Turkish food! There is a large selection of soups and traditional dishes, and everything tastes like home-made. The Kelle Paça soup in particular was excellent, very well seasoned and the consistency was just right. The lahmacun and the meat dishes are also recommended. The ambience of the restaurant is simple but cozy. The staff was friendly and attentive, even though the store was busy.

Unfortunately it was too full and, like in many other stalls, it was made quickly. We were also made to wait for tea. Until we got up ourselves. Card payment was also not possible today!

The poultry was still raw inside and the service was rude so I won't go in there anymore.

I was in the store today and ordered 7 kebab bags. Super nice employees. The kebab was very tasty, great meat, highly recommended. Will now be our new main kebab shop 😄 Donerday!
