As always, the food was delicious, but the service was subpar. Orders do not arrive as ordered. The side dishes are missing from the quite expensive dishes. The restaurant was not full when we visited. Three tables occupied and four people running around. So one per table and still it didn't work. I wonder what happens when all the tables in the huge restaurant are full. Service is still polite and courteous, one thing has nothing to do with the rest.

I especially recommend Antep Paça Legend. The employees and the owner are very polite and sincere...

I became aware of the original doner kebab on Instagram and had to try it immediately. The service is, as usual in such restaurants, simple and unprofessional. But no one was rude. The ambience is also ok. As already mentioned, I had the kebab plate twice and what can I say? Simply perfect. Thank you so much that we can finally eat the original kebab in the Ruhr area 👍 That was long overdue. The prices are very humane, I think they are much too cheap. Anyone who offers this quality can easily be 4-5€ more expensive than the competition. I'm looking forward to the next time!

Good kebabs are a dime a dozen, BUT here it's definitely on a different level!!! We had Saç Kavurma and a meze platter as a starter and a portion of doner meat, and everything was absolutely world class👍🏽. Very friendly waiters are also on site and the ambience is also nice here…… And the biggest plus point is that the store is open for a long time and is very clean. We'd love to come back

I ordered lentil soup, doner kebab over rice and open ayran. There was no taste of lentils in the soup. Forty minutes after the soup was finished, the doner kebab served with rice arrived. Although the rice was mediocre, the doner kebab was really good, but no salad or appetizer was served with it. After eating, I saw the open buffet salads, the waiter could give information beforehand. The buttermilk was frothy but had no taste, it was too watered down. The last time I ordered Maraş ice cream, he said he needed to see if the waiter was there and left, twenty minutes later we made eye contact, he said I forgot to mention there was no ice cream. Although the place is generally good, I cannot say that I had a good experience thanks to the staff.

You come in as a woman and everyone looks at you because there are only men sitting at the entrance, you immediately feel uncomfortable. Waiters were overwhelmed and not friendly but rather rude. Fries were hard and dead fried. Drinks only came when the food had already been with us for 15 minutes, even though we said so several times. Unfortunately, many problems on a broad level. The service was poor. The waiters scurry back and forth, but little is done! Pointed out a hair in the salad, salad was taken away and not replaced. I asked twice why the salad wasn't served, but waited in vain. Nobody really cares about the guest. The soups always come lukewarm; Pointed out and still served cold. You can wait a long time for tea. Ordered exactly ten times and only received it once. Toilets were pretty unhygienic. The grievances were pointed out and the response was ham-fisted. After a long wait, we gave up and left the place without dessert. Now we were there for the third time and left a total of 350 euros there. Same problems on all three visits. No place can be so great that you constantly feel like you're being ripped off and still go back. At some point it will be said that that's it for us... Unprofessional 👎

Bizim Çorbacı convinced us with his authentic Turkish food! There is a large selection of soups and traditional dishes, and everything tastes like home-made. The Kelle Paça soup in particular was excellent, very well seasoned and the consistency was just right. The lahmacun and the meat dishes are also recommended. The ambience of the restaurant is simple but cozy. The staff was friendly and attentive, even though the store was busy.

Unfortunately it was too full and, like in many other stalls, it was made quickly. We were also made to wait for tea. Until we got up ourselves. Card payment was also not possible today!

The poultry was still raw inside and the service was rude so I won't go in there anymore.

I was in the store today and ordered 7 kebab bags. Super nice employees. The kebab was very tasty, great meat, highly recommended. Will now be our new main kebab shop 😄 Donerday!

The restaurant is a failure. The restaurant was well filled. We were placed on the left side, where there weren't many people. We were treated accordingly. We were all but forgotten. Our orders were taken and everything was fine until then. We started waiting and it just didn't end. After about an hour the waiters came and told us that they were out of kebab, so two of the orders had to be changed. We didn't think it was a big deal that the kebab was empty, but they told us that after an hour. The food arrived at some point. Up to this point we haven't received any bread, meze or anything else. After the food was there and we asked several times, the mezes arrived, which of course was much too late. The service is catastrophic, the food is ok but the waiting time is definitely not worth it. It's not worth another visit...

Merhaba! Ilk defa geldik bu mekyana ve sizinle paylasmak istedim. Yemek yemeyi seven bir aileyiz ve "Bizim corbaciyi" kesfettimiz icin cok memnunuz. Harika, lezzetli corbalar ve yemekler. Garsonlar güleryüzlü ve dikkatli. Tam not veriyorum ve arkadaslarima tavsiye edeceyim.

Der Döner war sehr lecker. Fleisch wird im Restaurant selbst gemacht und nicht industriell eingekauft. Ich kann es wirklich nur empfehlen. Außerdem ist das Restaurant sauber und sieht so aus dass hier wirklich auf die Hygene geachtet wird.

Alles war mehr als erwartet und lecker. Wir wurden gut bedient und das essen kam auch sehr schnell. Und Pide kann ich nur empfehlen. HAUSGEMACHTE AYRAN 1A. SO WIE IN DER TÜRKEI😋

Es war um 2 uhr wo ich auf dem weg wieder nach Hause wollte, bin dieser Restaurant vorbeigekommen und so etwas türkische Tee kurz pausiert, da muss haben vollgeladen werden. Und hab trotzdem nachgeguckt was Menükarte darin war. Hab überlegt , hätte mich Gözleme entschieden, dann bekam ich nach ca 5 Minuten schon auf dem Tisch als ich aus der Toilette zurück war, plötzlich war das anderen was ich wünschte. Das war Pizza ohne Information. Und es ist schon nicht zu heiß sondern kühl und schmeckte es nicht sehr herzhaft und zu wenige etwss drauflegen. Meiste Pizzateige für Flachbrot. Aber natürlich war nicht schön mich irgendwie diskriminiert mich uninteressant zu fühlen. Sehr schade, schade und leider nicht so besonders, Tee war mir richtig sehr gut genießbar. Gibt's verdientes Trinkgeld und schlechte Bewertungen.... Tut mir leid dass ihr erfahren musst. Keinen Schreck oder Ärgernis... Hoffe ihr versucht um behinderten Menschen Wiedergutmachung zu respektieren.

Zu Gast im Bizim Corbaci Deluxe Gelsenkirchen. Eine Weile schon stand dieses Restaurant auf unserer Testliste. Hier gibt es leckere klassische türkische Küche. Wir haben uns einige Speisen von der Karte bestellt. Los ging es mit einem hausgemachten Ayran als Getränk. Gekrönt wird der Ayran durch eine wunderschöne Schaumhaube. Serviert wird dazu ein Löffel um die Schaumhaube zu genießen. Die Konsistenz des Ayrans ist genau richtig, der Geschmack ist nicht zu salzig und gut abgerundet. Als Vorspeise bekommen wir einen Teller mit verschiedenen Dips/Cremes. Dazu gibt es sehr leckeres und noch warmes Fladenbrot. Das Brot gefällt uns ausgesprochen gut im Geschmack. Da in diesem Restaurant alles selber gemacht ist, sind auch die Dips hausgemacht und schmecken durch die Bank weg gut. Bis auf die scharfe rote „Soße“ ist kein Dip scharf, was uns besonders gut gefällt. Als Vorspeise für uns Brot- und Dipliebhaber perfekt. Dazu mussten wir natürlich auch die klassische türkische Linsensuppe probieren. Diese ist von guter Konsistenz und hat einen leicht pikanten Ansatz. Bevor wir uns in das Restaurant gesetzt haben, haben wir einige Wochen zuvor den Döner ausprobiert. Da dieser uns so gut gefallen hat mussten wir nun auch den anderen Speisen eine Chance geben. Probiert wurden als Hauptspeisen: ein Dönerteller, Lammrippchen ohne Knochen, verschiedene Grillspieße: Adanaspieß, Kalbspieß, Lammspieß, Putenspieß, Bulgur, Reis und Salate. Bei dem Dönerfleisch handelt es sich um reines Scheibenfleisch, das nicht zu stark gewürzt ist. Die Würzmischung ist sehr stimmig und gefällt uns ausgesprochen gut. Wir legen großen Wert auf Fleischqualität mit nur leichter bis moderater Würzung, was hier genau der Fall war. Das Fleisch wird sehr dünn und zusammenhängend vom Spieß geschnitten was auch eine Kunst für sich ist. Es ist zart, saftig und man merkt, dass es sich hierbei um Scheibenfleisch mit optimalem Biss handelt. Die Spieße werden über Holzkohle gegrillt, was für ein schönes Aroma sorgt. Alle Spieße waren auf den Punkt gegrillt, saftig, zart und nicht überwürzt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Lammspieß der mager aber trotzdem wunderbar zart war und mit seinem mildem Lammaroma auf der Zunge fast dahingeschmolzen ist. Wer Lamm mag, sollte diesen Spieß probieren. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Lammrippchen, denn diese kann man bereits ohne Knochen serviert bekommen. Diese werden auch über Holzkohle gegrillt und entwickeln dadurch das schöne Grillaroma. Auch die Rippchen waren auf den Punkt gegrillt und zart. Wer Lamm mag und gerne fetteres Lammfleisch isst, ist auch hier an der richtigen Adresse. Auch der Bulgur ist eine Erwähnung wert, dieser ist mild gewürzt und fein abgeschmeckt, hat genau den richtigen Biss und passt sich gut in das Speisensortiment auf dem Teller ein. Die Salate sind frisch und bekommen ein leichtes unaufdringliches Dressing. Auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen. Bedient wurden wir vom Chef persönlich, der uns alle Fragen zur Qualität und Zubereitung der Speisen beantwortet hat. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass in diesem Restaurant in den Unterschiedlichen „Abteilungen“ Fachleute am Werk sind. Ein Mitarbeiter kümmert sich alleine um den Dönerspieß, auch für Suppen, Reis und Bulgur, Fleischspieße und Brot gibt es eigenen Fachleute, die sich ausschließlich mit ihrem Handwerk beschäftigen. Dies führt zum einen zu optimalen Ergebnissen und zum anderen zu gut abgestimmtem Küchen-Ballett. Der Chef ist sehr herzlich und auch das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und probieren noch die ein oder anderen Speisen aus.

Sehr gutes Essen! Köstliche Fleischgerichte und Suppen von Spezialisten zubereitet. Nicht zu stark gewürzt. Man schmeckt die Qualität des Fleisches und der Zutaten. Gute Portionen zu fairen Preisen. Sehr sauberer und großzügiger Gastraum. Netter Gastgeber, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Ursprünglich sind wir dorthin gefahren um den Döner zu probieren. Den finden wir wirklich gut weil er aus reinem ScheibenFleisch besteht und nur leicht gewürzt ist so dass man das Fleisch toll schmecken kann. Mittlerweile waren wir jetzt schon öfter da und haben auch andere Köstlichkeiten probiert, die wir sehr lecker fanden. Auch Sonderwünsche werden ermöglicht. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
