Ordered chicken teriyaki. What was delivered was indefinable disgusting meat. I would actually like my money back for this cheek. That borders on fraud.

Never order anything from them again. The food is just cold. All the sauce spilled out in the bag. 50€ order for nothing. Just crap.

Most horrible experience ever. For exampIe, I was served black tea and the server insisted it was jasmine tea and made me pay for it. This was a while back maybe the owners have changed again.

Best sushi 🍣 there is! Nowhere else have I eaten such good and fresh sushi. Unreserved recommendation!!

It seems like only attention was paid to correct billing, but service quality and customer satisfaction were not the focus. Very disappointing.”

The food is always fresh and very tasty. Large selection. I think price/performance is very good. I can recommend this without reservation. However, I find the ambience and the charisma of the people a bit strange and distant. I wouldn't sit down to eat there, so I'll just get something to take away there.

Incredibly poor service and delivery times. I've experienced this several times where I waited hours for my order, and no one answered my phone when I had questions. Preferably zero stars.

Apparently no orders can be taken at first due to overload and then not again 10 minutes later. I already feel ripped off.

It is great to have possibility to take quickly away healthy food in supermarket for lunch when you dont have time. I had chicken poke, 2xvegan poke and my mum had 2x sushi wrap and 1x chicken gyoza. All of them were good. Nothing special but when you do not have so much time it is really worth it

Everything was incredibly delicious! You order conveniently from a tray, which makes the process very straightforward. You have 10 rounds in total to try the different dishes, and each one was a delight. Everything we ate was of outstanding quality and full of flavor. Definitely worth a visit; I'd love to come back!

We went to Sakura Hagen for the first time today and are absolutely thrilled! A “running buffet” on two floors: one warm (Asian cuisine, warm dessert, specialties) and one chilled (dessert, salads and of course sushi). The food is fresh, prepared to perfection, absolutely delicious! The journey from Duisburg (!) was definitely worth it! In addition, a great, friendly team that, despite the large crowds, always works relaxed but quickly. Thank you very much for a wonderful evening!

Here you can get elementary sushi, anxious beginners and sushi experts will find happiness here. I've eaten sushi all over Germany, but I always come back to Edoki because it suits my taste exactly and the master takes his time every time. Only recommended!
