So far we have only ever reserved one table, I don't know what it looks like if you go there spontaneously in the evening. But at lunchtime there always seems to be room for a spontaneous stop by. The ambience is very nice, although many sit close together, you can forget how many are actually sitting there. Especially in the evenings, the restaurant is lit in a pleasantly dimmed light, which creates a nice atmosphere. There are always new things to try out on the tape, if something isn't there you can ask for something and it will be prepared for the tape. The ice cream buffet is included in the all can you eat price, but if you don't order a drink you have to pay a small extra charge. However, you will need to drink there because you eat a lot of food. The service is wonderful, you are always asked if you want something more to drink, the plates are picked up very regularly, regardless of how many have already been stacked! I can't complain, I've been there 3 times with my fiancé and we had the same impression every time. It's also great that you can watch the chef at the end of the line preparing the small portions!

The carousel is quite interesting but the food is really just middle class There are much better Asian-style restaurants there

I'm very reluctant to give a bad review, but we were your guests and ate from the lunch buffet. When asked if we would also stay for the evening buffet, we clearly said no. And afterwards to claim that this was a misunderstanding and instead of giving us the difference, to fob us off as if we had communicated it incorrectly, I find it very bold.

Dear Managing Director, We had a bad experience at your location in Hagen today because there was a "misunderstanding" (which could be interpreted as a scam). We were there for the lunch buffet, but we were charged for an evening buffet, even though we were asked if we would still like to help ourselves to the evening buffet, which we said no. How can this lead to a “misunderstanding”? After we pointed out the error, we were fobbed off without understanding it. So we paid €14 for a service that was not provided. In addition, the almost intrusive reference to the tip after we said that we were paying by card was very unpleasant.

Salmon is not fresh and does not taste good either. Too much rice & wasabi is also too dry. Too little choice & can't be compared with Japanese sushi at all... Very disappointing…

The food is delivered on a conveyor belt, which is great for impatient people like me, plus the drinks also come in 2 minutes or less and the waiters are very personable! The surroundings are kept dark, but it looks really great, I couldn't find any counter-argument as to why you shouldn't go to this place. I I often go to this restaurant and would recommend it to every sushi fan!☺️

What the waiter did was rude! The meal cost 57.60 for 2 people, I gave him 60€ and he just gives me 1€ back! Of course I would have left a tip, but such a cheek? Food wasn't special either! Never again

There were two of us and we had to wait until a place became available, there were two more people in front of us who had to wait, then a group of 4 people came in, they were let in and the two people in front of us left because it was actually their turn Boss immediately followed, all well and good, we were sat down and just started to eat, the boss comes in with the two who left before and asks us to get up because the ones in front of us (THEY WENT OUT) while we are just starting to eat! ! Disgrace, that's no way to run a business, it's an absolute disgrace!!! Never again !!!

I love the place! Always very tasty food and also great for vegetarians. Lots of choice, whether sushi, mushrooms, shrimp, meat, noodles or even fries. Super nice staff and the price is great too! Been there many times and plan to come often!

The food itself was ok, I had a few suggestions for improvement. It's a shame, for example, that there was/is sauce on breaded and baked chicken, making it mushy/mushy. I would then rather offer the sauce like that. Same with salad. The melon wasn't ripe, so it would be better to have a smaller selection of fruit. It would be nice to have a mark on parrying whether it is fish or meat. Why the rating is mainly only 2 stars: - The service preferred to talk to each other rather than to us - as you can see in some pictures from other reviews, there are black spots on the rails of the glass, which unfortunately caught our eye immediately and unpleasantly (hygiene and cleanliness) -I asked that there wasn't a slice of lemon in my glass, unfortunately there was. This confirmed the impression that we were disrupting the service in your conversations and that we were not being listened to

We love eating there. You can talk in a relaxed manner and eat at the same time. Children are also welcome there (high chair available).

Very good sushi with excellent quality salmon and shrimp. Rice and tuna a bit dry, but only marginally noticeable. Large selection of both cold and warm dishes at the lunch buffet. Friendly staff, prices absolutely okay. Restaurant well designed and easy to reach through the underground car park.

Rating for All-you-can-eat Running Buffet: The food is often rather dry or mushy. Solid in taste. Since hairnets are not used in the kitchen, you can sometimes find a hair on the plates. The service is friendly and attentive. The ambience is simple. If you want to eat your fill, this is the right place. If you want to try Asian food, you should stay away from this restaurant.

We really enjoyed the whole buffet. Food there is delicious. Maybe not enough choice when it came to sushi 🍣 but there were other dishes, cold and warm, and that was really good. I'll definitely come there again!

The employees are friendly and ask whether everything is to the guests' satisfaction. There is enough space for guests in the restaurant and the distance from table to table is completely sufficient. Disappointing Experience - Outrageous Behavior and Lack of ChoiceReview: My visit to this all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant was extremely disappointing. Not only was the food cleared away early, but the selection of food was also extremely limited and unimaginative. The staff showed outrageous behavior when they no longer wanted to serve us dessert despite ongoing operations and open tables. Even though the kitchen was supposedly closed, they could have at least kept the option open to order dessert until the restaurant officially closes. The lack of food selection was also frustrating. There was little variety and innovation in the dishes on offer, resulting in a monotonous and uninspired dining experience. Overall, my visit was marked by disappointing customer service, outrageous staff behavior and a disillusioning food selection. I definitely won't come back and unfortunately I can't recommend this restaurant.

We were there just yesterday evening and during the course of the evening the waiter asked us if we had anything we wanted. 5 minutes later there were shrimp 🍤🦐 Really good! It's a good roll sushi concept, the food is also very tasty, only the waiter started making jokes about the German economic system. Out of nowhere someone said to my 6 year old sister "Ohhh Germany takes a lot of money, bad tax office hahaha". That wasn't really very professional. Still delicious food.

I now come here quite regularly with my son's girlfriend to eat delicious food and have a nice chat. We both think the food is really tasty, the selection of sushi and other delicacies is very good and the belts are always full. The drinks are fresh. The waiters are all very nice, quickly bring the requested cutlery and quickly clear away the empty plates. The guest room, glasses, cutlery and treadmills are clean, the toilets are fine. Fits. I find it a bit noisy here sometimes, the tables are quite close together, but you can still move around easily. You can pay by card here, I give the tip in cash after the payment process and no one has ever been rude to me because of it. Maybe you should just treat the staff the way you would like to be treated yourself, then everyone will be happy! The prices are absolutely right, it's very cheap! We feel full and satisfied every time we leave. Thank you very much for a delicious experience every time, we would love to come to you!

The food is all very tasty and for a good price, the service is nice, humorous and quite quick. The ambience can be a little loud because everyone is talking, but it's not bad, and there's music playing in the background.

Never again! As already written in the comments, the service only works as long as you pay a tip. As soon as you don't pay a tip 💁 you won't even be looked at and the receipt will be thrown in your face. So many people have complained about this here and the replies always say they are talking about it. I don't think they tell their waiter that he can't just handle the customers. We weren't even told goodbye. Very disgraceful!! The sushi was ok. Nothing special. Because of the service, I won't eat there again and I won't recommend it either!

It is our daughter's favorite restaurant. We come here regularly and really appreciate the service. The food is of great quality, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Really absolute class. The buffet from 5 p.m. goes a step further. It's definitely worth it!!!

The last time we were at Sakura's was on Valentine's Day. On the other hand, we are for the lunch buffet. The restaurant was of course pretty full, but since we came all the way from Arnsberg, we waited. The staff was friendly and accommodating, there were extra waiting tables where we were served drinks. After about 15-20 minutes, everyone waiting got a place because they got the second sushi line running. The food for the lunch buffet was very varied and tasty and the employees always came to the table and asked if everything was okay. Unfortunately, the food and the tables were not as stylishly prepared as usual and the table and some of the bowls were still a bit dirty. Nevertheless, overall a great stay, always happy.

On February 22, 2024 at 7:20 p.m. I was there with my wife. The reception is very bad! The waiters are unfriendly and I would even say racist. I come with my wife and right at the entrance we get a dirty look and the waiter almost threatens us. I can't rate the food because we left immediately. Never again!!!

The running buffet is hardly filled and the same things always appear. There is nothing special at the evening buffet either and you wait a long time until something good comes. If we wanted to pay, it was taken for granted that we would pay a tip and if we didn't, the receipt was just thrown on the table and we weren't even told goodbye, as if it were our duty to pay a tip. We liked going there more often back then, but we won't do it anymore.

Ich wurde noch nie so unfreundlich bewirtet. Nicht ein einziges Lächeln wurde mir zugeworfen, auf meine Frage nach einem Malzbier wurde abfällig die Zunge geschnalzt, daraufhin mehrfach verurteilend nachgefragt ob ich eine Gabel brauche statt den Stäbchen, vermutlich weil ich ein alkoholfreies Bier bestellt habe. Denn daraufhin wurde mein Malzbier gebracht, mit einem „Hier dein Kinderbier haha…Kinderbier“ sehr von oben herab. Der Besuch war dadurch ein schreckliches Erlebnis.

Eigentlich war es ein schöner Abend. Ich war mit meine Eltern dort, die das Restaurant bereits kannten und bis jetzt zufrieden waren. Bei der Abrechnung wurde ich aber sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Ich hatte getrennt von meinen Eltern gezahlt, welche bereits ein Trinkgeld gaben. Als ich bezahlen wollte wurde bei mir versucht an Trinkgeld ran zu kommen. Ich fand aber das der Preis von 26€ für ein Stilles Wasser und das Buffet schon gut bezahlt war und wollte keines geben (Zumal es auch nicht meine Pflicht ist). Drauf hin reagierte der Kellner sehr unfreundlich und meinte zu mir ich sollte in der Schule besser aufpassen. Das fand ich sehr befremdlich und unverschämt zumal meine Eltern bereits Ein Trinkgeld gaben. Leider hat das den Abend kaputt gemacht, was sehr schade war. Mein Fazit ich selbst werde das Restaurant so schnell nicht wieder besuchen.

Приятное заведение, уютное и комфортное. Приветливый персонал. Мы пришли спонтанно в пятницу вечером когда полный зал, все забронировано и расписано, но нам смогли найти место. Попросили подождать 5 минут... за что очень благодарна. По меню... хотелось бы добавить разнообразия в ролах ... нет с угрем, очень мало с креветками, без филадельфии, очень много с крабовыми палочками и маринованным туцом. Очень вкусные порционные креветки, рис с овощами, утка и жареные ролы. Очень сладкая дыня и ананас. Рекомендую на пятницу бронировать столик или приходить после 7...

Wir waren schon öfters dort und ich kann das Restaurant gut weiterempfehlen. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei und wir sind mehr als satt geworden. Service funktioniert auch super und ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal 😃

Service war echt gut drauf und hat sich top um einen gekümmert! Muss man echt sagen🫡. Die Preisleistung stimmte für 23.90 Euro all you can eat. Jedoch war auch die qualtiät der Sushi / Gerichter Auswahl auf dem Band entsprechend beschränkt.

Waren heute Nachmittag bei Sakura und wurden von Sammy vorbildlich bedient, auf individuelle Wünsche wurden prompt reagiert. Immer wieder frische Gerichte auf dem Band. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein Ort an dem ich immer wieder gern einkehre. Eine Kette die ihren Standard hoch hält. Die Bedienungen sind gut drauf, das Essen reichlich und gut und sicherheitshalber sollte man einen Tisch vorbestellen.

Hat sich in den letzten Jahren sehr gemacht. Running Sushi und mehr, mittags auf einem, abends auf zwei Bändern, oben warm, unten kalt, eine Eistheke gibt es auch. Große Auswahl, für jeden was dabei; was gerade nicht auf dem Band läuft kann man über die Karte ordern. Moderne Atmosphäre, gut gelaunte aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen gerne.
