Everything was incredibly delicious! You order conveniently from a tray, which makes the process very straightforward. You have 10 rounds in total to try the different dishes, and each one was a delight. Everything we ate was of outstanding quality and full of flavor. Definitely worth a visit; I'd love to come back!

Super tasty Suhsi. The quality is better than many others. The tapas are also delicious and usually arrive at the table hot. There is also a large selection available. The restaurant is modernly furnished. Even when it's full, you can still have a good time.

Kikko is a nice restaurant with Asian dishes. Kikko is particularly recommended for people who would like to try Asian food. There's a lot to choose from, from warm dishes to sushi and dessert. I like the atmosphere. However, some tables are very dark, so your eyes suffer after a while. That's why I recommend booking a table by the window or on the first floor early. In addition, the tables are very close together, especially on busy days, so it sometimes feels oppressive. But it's worth going to Kikko for the food. The sushi and desserts in particular are delicious and inexpensive. Food is ordered via an easy-to-use tablet. Unfortunately, Kikko does not have its own toilet, so you have to use the public toilet in the Neutorgalerie. This can be reached quickly via an elevator. I can generally recommend the restaurant.

Unfortunately the food is completely overpriced in relation to the quality. Potato rostis that are available in every cheap supermarket, sauces that also taste like they come from the supermarket. Very dark ambience, defective flickering lamps that have obviously been broken for a long time. “Lifestyle” is sold at a high price here. The only plus was the waiters were SUPER NICE and hard working.

Food was quite good. The selection isn't too big, but that's probably the norm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though it was hectic, everyone was always polite. I personally don't find the ambience very appealing. Overall everything was good.

The food was delicious and the modern tablet ordering method is convenient. The staff is friendly, but there are sometimes organizational weaknesses. It was particularly unfortunate that the table preparation for the birthday was forgotten despite the promise. At least there was a cocktail for the birthday child as an apology. Overall a good restaurant with little room for improvement in the service.

I actually find this sushi restaurant quite pleasant. The concept is also very good. The disadvantages are that it's not necessarily 100 percent Japanese but in itself. If you want to eat something nice for middle class money, I can only recommend it for a quick meal and then go home.

We (3 people) were here on New Year's Eve. Things didn't go as planned. When we got to the third course, one person was still missing food from the first course. It wasn't possible to eat together because the food only came moderately, let alone at the same time. When we complained about this, after several delays, everything came at once. Really not nice. A waitress probably told this to the boss, who then said that she couldn't help it either. Customer-friendly and accommodating are definitely different. We were here for the last time.

Solid sushi, without a lot of frills. The price is quite ok, service is routinely professional. Rather expensive for what is offered.

Some of the meat was very fatty, sushi was good as always, some dishes didn't go down well. Unfortunately not enthusiastic this time.

The food was great. But not anymore. The service was between okay and very nice. Due to the concept, there is no fixed operation. The ambience is harmonious but the tables are close together. It fits, but is not comfortable. But overall a nice evening.

Service unfriendly. Food okay, slightly cool. Service is confusing, orders arrive late or not at all. Wrong orders or multiple orders at once. Simply overwhelmed. Motchis cost €1, which is a disgrace given the current restaurant prices.

Very nice location, you are greeted politely at the entrance, children are welcome, there are impostors for very small ones, excellent service, I can only recommend it.

I found it very good there. The atmosphere was really very pleasant. The only reason I only give it four stars is the price. Price performance is a bit expensive but still a nice restaurant. I would like to go there more often if it wasn't so expensive in my opinion. Otherwise, I can only recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes sushi or other Japanese specialties.

As a sushi fan, I really missed a shop like this in Dinslaken. The ordering system with the tablet is amusing, but most of all: the sushi is fresh and delicious! ... I'll have to come back often and train until I can survive more than six rounds of orders 😋

If you want to enjoy delicious sushi with great service, this is definitely the right place. We have been there many times and have never been disappointed

We've been visiting Kikko for years and it's really no secret that the quality has deteriorated after the pandemic, but what we've experienced now just didn't work at all. This time we were there spontaneously at lunchtime, and the selection of food is always smaller than in the evening. That wouldn't be so bad if it tasted good. Sushi was a complete disaster, tasted old. Chicken teriyaki was absolutely overcooked and the tasteless, fried vegetables, which mainly consisted of pepper strips. Mushrooms inedible, tasted like feet that had fallen asleep. Spinach salad ice cold, an absolute horror for people with sensitive teeth. I could go on and on, but after the criticism I would also like to praise the quick and very friendly service. The service has always been very nice so far and that's why the one star really only applies to the inedible food and the absolutely terrible music to fall asleep to.

Unfortunately, orders often come all over the place or at long distances so that someone can often eat alone. And the warm things, especially the beef, are 90% cold when they arrive! And I don't know why 1kg of sesame has to be on everything. Perfectly ok for sushi, for everything else I'd rather go somewhere else.

The food was simply disappointing in terms of taste, appearance and the selection! Chicken teriyaki was just overcooked soup chicken with no taste. I'm still chewing on the beef, it was so chewy. Very good concept - ordering the various "All-U-Can-Eat" rounds via tablet with a timer between rounds. This way you don't order too much all at once, because everything that isn't eaten has to be paid for extra - I think that's a very good thing too! The food is solid and, in addition to sushi, there are also many other dishes on offer, so that even "non-sushi eaters" can definitely find something. Sometimes you lose track of what exactly was ordered because the dishes are brought to the table in a bit of a mess and sometimes something is forgotten. Still highly recommended if you want to eat well in Dinslaken!

As always, we had a lovely evening there, service very attentive and friendly. The only drawback is that portions have become smaller and the selection of dishes has become smaller.

We have eaten at Kikko several times and have never been disappointed! Great taste, very good selection of dishes and good service (which sometimes assigns unsuitable tables). Nevertheless, 5 stars overall are well deserved! Great store!

Super nice service. Ambience very nice. The food was very tasty and always fresh. The food was always at the table very quickly and always fresh. Our special requests were always fulfilled. We were there on a Saturday evening and it was pretty full. There are enough parking spaces available.

Had the all you can eat there, the sushi tasted good and varied. There were also sushi variants without fish but with chicken. The all you can eat menu was divided into five courses with five dishes each. The restaurant had modern interior design and four people could easily sit at one place.

Most of the food was tasty and warm, but the meat was mostly tough and dry.

The ambience and the ordering process with the tablet distract from the fact that it is just an "Asian food stamp" like all the others.

Unfortunately the sushi selection is really small, it's always the same roll, just with a different topping. All other side dishes are really delicious and always fresh! It would be nice if Kikko would go with the trends, for example also offer fried sushi and basically bring more variety to the sushi rolls.

An excellent experience. The food was mostly very good. Only the duck and chicken were too dry. However, the star deduction is for two Hefeweizen without yeast. Unfortunately, this one probably remained in the barrel.

We didn't have to wait for a seat. We had free choice of table. But we were there right at the opening. For the lunch buffet. €22 is completely fine, although the food selection used to be a lot more. It's definitely worth going anyway.

It wasn't our first visit and fortunately the technical problems at the time (tablets) have apparently been resolved. Unfortunately, the quality of the grilled food varies greatly. Some of it is really good and tasty, but unfortunately some of it wasn't that good in quality... The sushi was generally very tasty, unfortunately not always easy to classify as the picture on the tablet and in person were sometimes very different. The service was friendly and even when the restaurant was full, everything came quickly...when it came, unfortunately some things we ordered weren't delivered at all. In terms of price, it's rather above the middle...but if you're a good eater without time pressure, you should get your money's worth.

All good, but not super cheap either. €34.50 per person, order 10 times with a maximum of 5 “sample”... One thing is for sure, everyone will definitely be fed up! There really isn't a need for 5 "dishes" in each round, after all there are a maximum of 10 possible rounds. Everyone has to know for themselves how many passes they want to do... A 15 minute timer runs between each order, but this is absolutely no problem. It is more problematic to remember what you have ordered until it is brought so that you don't eat "the wrong thing from your neighbor".. 😁 For us, there were three of us, it was OK. 144€ including drinks is also a house number...

Among the sushi 🍣 restaurants I've tried so far, it was the best food, in terms of quality, taste and appearance! Price/performance was absolutely reasonable. At just under 35 euros it's not a low price, but the quality and quantity coupled with very attentive and super friendly staff means the price ratio is right. Highly Recommended! The fact that the toilet is on the first floor does not deduct any points from my review.

Not very interesting sushi or menu, very limited for an all you can eat. The sushi didn't look nice and the fish wasn't fresh. The sashimi was cut weird and it wasn't really tasty. I wouldn't really recommend.

We like kikko a lot. I can't say anything qualitatively either. It always tastes good. But what I have to complain about is the prices. I imagine it would be very difficult for a family with more than two children. Of course the prices have risen everywhere, but it's already a house number.

We were in the restaurant with 4 people last night. To date it has always been our favorite sushi shop. The first 2 rounds were ok, in the 3rd round our sushi stopped coming. Even outside court were not brought. When asked, they just said there were problems in the kitchen. The sushi from rounds 3 and 4 only came to the table about 45 minutes later. The dessert we ordered in the meantime didn't come at all. When we asked, we were told that the order had not arrived in the kitchen. Please reorder. I then complained to customer service on site. An apology was made, but it took us 3 hours to complete 5 rounds and the price of €176 is nothing to sneeze at either. Unfortunately we have to say that we won't be coming back. For such poor cuisine and these prices, you can really go somewhere else to eat. A pity.

I was there today with my wife and two friends because our regular sushi restaurant is currently closed. The location on the edge of the city center is good. Another positive thing is that you can sit outside. Ordering is done via tablet. Now for the negative points: None of us were blown away by a single piece of sushi. Quality, taste and especially the selection can clearly be improved. The biggest surprise came when we ordered the bill: 187 euros for 4 people. Some things have to be paid extra again at 3.5 to 4.8 euros, even though the "entrance fee" is already 34.80 euros... that's not possible and borders on deception, as you can hardly notice the extra prices and they aren't pointed out. When we asked the waiter about it at the end, he just said that he didn't think it was good, but that was the way it was... Overall, not recommended for all of us. The price-performance ratio is simply not right.

Unfortunately not as good as before. On my last visit, the food that was brought was often only lukewarm to cold, the avocado in the sushi was partly brown, and I was given sushi that was probably no longer good. The staff is actually always friendly, even when the store is full. And in my opinion, the price/performance ratio is unfortunately no longer right. A real shame.

It's very tasty there. Lots of small, tasty portions. Many food courses I also think it's good that you have to pay something if you leave something on your plate. If you don't know a dish, just take a small portion at first and if it tastes good, you'll have it for the next course. We thought it was really great. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it.

I write reviews far too rarely, unfortunately we were there today and the food arrived straight away every time, but unfortunately it was always cold, it didn't even taste fresh, the price was way too expensive, there was far too little choice for the money you leave there, but nevertheless the staff was very nice.

The restaurant is still nicely decorated. Very empty when we visited. The staff was, as always, very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer there. At €35 for the evening rate I expect something more than "stale" sushi, and fried, but COLD!, beef. Soups were also only lukewarm, and some dishes we ordered simply didn't arrive without comment. All in all, we weren't satisfied and will probably look for a new "Japanese". A pity!

The service here is top. Both the explanation of the concept and the later service at the table. The concept as such is also very good if the quality is right. Sushi for 40 euros is great, if not rather cheap. Unfortunately the quality is not right. Too much rice...not enough on top. At the beginning the restaurant was great, good quality food, nice staff and always worth a visit. We went a month ago and it was a disaster, we haven't been going since. The food was cold, the tuna on the sushi was already brown, the banana in the baking coat was already bad. We told the staff but no response. For the price it is no longer justified. I'd rather go to a real Japanese place and get good quality. Everyone who praises the place has never had real sushi. I also had stomach cramps several times from the miso soup. At some point I noticed the Maggie bags in the kitchen. The store was pretty empty for a Friday, so you could tell that something was wrong. I'm really very disappointed.

No toilets, you have to walk to the nearest shop. But these were super clean.
