First time ordering from there. Every cent is too much for the poor quality. If you like sushi, stay away. A complete rip-off....

So, attention all sushi lovers, My wife and I got sushi there today, and we were very disappointed. The place isn't very professional in terms of ambiance, and the sushi lacked flavor. It always fell apart, and you could tell there was no attention to detail. I had my salmon nigiri and salmon maki in a box with the other sushi dishes, so the salmon was warm and inedible. It was pretty cheeky for the price, and the quality of the fish left a lot to be desired. Maybe I was expecting too much, but this wasn't good sushi.

We ordered a large sushi box last weekend because we had visitors! Everyone loved it! The food arrived in a cloth bag, and the sushi box was very high quality. And the sushi – just WOW! The driver was also super fast and very friendly.

I only had it delivered once. Therefore, my review has no everyday value. 😉 A reasonable price for 35.30 without a tip for the driver (photo). Dumplings and sauce were super delicious! 👍 Baked banana was first-class! 👌 Sushi, however, was unfortunately dry/hard/flavorless, like the packaged stuff you find on supermarket shelves. 😕 Spring rolls are 95% dough - what's up with that? For that money, you can get much tastier sushi at the sushi-making snack bar around the corner - in three times the quantity. At least, that was my one-time experience. I would order again for dumplings. Unfortunately, they don't appear on the included flyer - so, well, not.

We were very satisfied. Very fast delivery, very tasty sushi. The bowl with karaage, avocado, carrots, rice, and peanut sauce was also very tasty. Good quality! Highly recommended!

I have to say, I've often been disappointed with the sushi I've ordered over the past few years, but my last two orders were truly delicious! I don't know if the chef has changed, but I think the quality has improved dramatically. Best regards.

The restaurant deleted my review on Google because I had attached a long, sharp piece of plastic in the food and a photo. Very dubious to delete that. The review was deleted due to “denial”. How is this denial? I even attached photo evidence. But what do you expect?

Thanks for ruining my daughter's birthday and still paying a lot. It's unbelievable that the dog was bad, so there's no point in making a new portion with the same batch.

The Soul Sushi concept itself is great and could really make a splash, but they're skimping on the quality of their staff, which means they're not adhering to hygiene guidelines. Stomach aches and intestinal cramps come free with every meal here. A friend even had to be hospitalized with food poisoning. Please hire qualified staff or close the place down; you're a danger to all customers. However, the customer service and friendliness aren't bad.

Disappointing Experience at Soul Sushi in Dinslaken Unfortunately, my visit to Soul Sushi in Dinslaken was anything but satisfactory. I was looking forward to fresh, authentic sushi, but was disappointed – on a very basic level. The biggest problem: They don't even use proper sushi rice! Instead of the slightly sticky, aromatic rice typical for sushi, they used a completely unsuitable alternative that doesn't do justice to the taste and texture of real sushi at all. This is an absolute no-go for a restaurant that claims to be "sushi." The quality of the ingredients and the preparation also left a lot to be desired. The fish didn't seem fresh, and the rolls were carelessly and sloppily made. Overall, there was a lack of attention to detail and the authentic Japanese touch that one would expect from a sushi restaurant. The service, while polite, couldn't make up for the disappointing quality of the food. For the prices charged here, you'd expect much more—especially the use of proper basic ingredients like sushi rice. All in all, I definitely won't recommend Soul Sushi in Dinslaken, nor will I visit it again. Sushi fans should look for a better alternative!

I wrote the review some time ago and gave it one star for what I considered to be a poor value for money combined with a long wait. The owner had this removed as "slander," and—hard to believe—dozens of other reviews did too. The average rating rose from 3.4 to 4.0 in the last 7 days. It's convenient when you don't have to improve anything, but just have it removed. That's probably what the owner thinks. I see it differently. If the owner had contacted me or responded along the lines of "Sorry, come again, that wasn't our standard." - OK! - but like this? So, I stand by it: the sushi wasn't tasty, but it was still rather expensive, and we had to wait almost an hour. That's not appropriate, for my taste and in my personal opinion. This is a personal opinion and does not represent a generally valid rating.

I ordered from Soul Sushi and am beyond dissatisfied. My sushi order was delivered incorrectly three times. On the third attempt, they simply delivered the first, incorrect order again – an absolute joke. Despite repeated feedback, I received no solution or apology. Instead, I felt like my complaints were ignored. The service is unprofessional, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After this experience, I will definitely not order from this restaurant again. Very disappointing!

Totally bad There's no other way to say it, sushi is my favorite food and I can't say how many times I've eaten sushi and in very different places and therefore in many different restaurants. I have to say I've never had such bad sushi, it's really terrible. To be honest, I'm very disappointed for a price of €50. The dishes are tiny, like the makis in the picture. I've never seen SUCH small lemurs in my life, very stingy. I don't even need to start with the nigirs, I think. You can see for yourself in the photo, I've never seen nigirs like this before... super thin and disappointing. And, for example, the ginger portion is also totally tiny. All in all, I'm very disappointed that it cost so much. Extremely microscopic portions of everything and unfortunately it only tastes like ready-made sushi. 😂👎🏻

The food itself was okay, but the delivery method was awesome. My friend ordered and also gave her number. The delivery guy used this to write to her on WhatsApp. After she blocked him there, he thought “okay, I'll try it on Snapchat.” After she blocked him there, he thought it would be a good idea to write to her again on Telegram. So really professional is something different.

I've never been so sad after a meal. I ordered the Poke Bowl via Lieferando for €15! There was such a measly portion, especially 10% of it was maybe salmon. I just ate rice with cucumber, corn & sauce. For 15€ :(... I'm just super disappointed.

We have ordered sushi there several times and have never been disappointed. The sushi looks fresh, is beautifully presented and tastes delicious. I've already tried the veggie bowl and it's great. Delivery is always relatively quick, suppliers are friendly.

Food arrived after 95 minutes instead of 20-40 minutes as stated and could then be described as "barely edible" at best. Sushi rice partly dry, partly almost raw, fish smelled strong, tasted bitter and was thrown away. “Crispy” chicken roll was leathery/limp on the outside, completely tasteless on the inside. I have rarely eaten worse sushi. BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT! NEVER AGAIN! Kimchi was also mushy and rather...not very tasty. Portions very small for the price, staff on the phone very unfriendly, all in all just not worth the money! It's a real shame.

Ate maki avocado here. Good sushi, both in terms of taste and appearance. The aftertaste is also good. Everything looked very fresh. I can't say anything about the ambience because they were renovating when I was there. But the employees here make a competent impression.

Would like to give 0/5 stars. But unfortunately it doesn't work. Therefore one star. We pre-ordered for delivery on the Soulsushi site for 8 p.m. The food we ordered arrived shortly after eight. (Perhaps we should attribute one star to this fact) Unfortunately from then on it was a complete disaster!! The food that was supposed to be hot was ice cold and not edible. The filled dumplings couldn't even be separated from the foil underneath and so couldn't even be tried. Spring rolls, baked shrimp and chicken skewers were simply inedible when cold. After a call, we were “kindly” offered a voucher for €10. The value of the inedible items alone was over €30, and after such an experience you certainly wouldn't want to order there again. The order was also refused to be picked up. We ordered food for around €115 and had to pay €1.20 delivery fees for food that wasn't edible!! Absolute disaster!

Sushi that tastes quick, then everyone is at the right place here.... TOP

So I have now ordered there a few times via Lieferando and have also eaten there a few times. It's not really good quality but it's not terribly bad either. We ordered a few things. From large platters to normal sushi rolls. We like the crispy sushi roll. And so far it's been ok. The skewers are also ok. It's just the MC D 😂... the sushi version :)

We mainly have deliveries because the atmosphere is not that inviting. But the food always tastes good to us.

Ordered online via Lieferando. The sushi had the wrong topping. The horseradish paste, ginger and soy sauce that were supposed to be there were also missing. When unpacking I discovered that the spring rolls and the bottle of sesame dressing were missing. So we called where we were told it would be delivered later. After 75 minutes of waiting, the missing food arrived without an apology or anything.

Das Sushi und auch die anderen Speisen (ich habe sie nun beinahe alle probiert) sind wirklich lecker! Die Preise sind für mein Verständnis zu hoch - eine komplette Mahlzeit zum satt werden ist im "All you can eat" beim Japaner empfehlenswerter! Service ist eher mies - die ausschließlich männlichen Angestellten sind unmotiviert und muffelig.

Sushi ist leider viel zu Matschig. Haben für 97 Euro bestellt ,ist sehr ärgerlich wenn beim hoch nehmen alles auseinander fällt.

Über Lieferando bestellt, nach 1,5 Stunden angerufen, Warteschleife und keiner geht ans Telefon… Das Essen kam dann nie an also kann ich das nicht bewerten, aber der Sevice ist nicht zu empfehlen

Leute nicht Bestellen! Die Portionen sind so unfassbar klein. Das Sushi ist super klein und dünn gerollt, das ist es nicht wert. Solche Sushiboxen kriege ich woanders für 12€ und hier habe ich 21€ gezahlt. Die Fotos auf Lieferando sind total anders als die eigentliche Portion. Bestelle da nicht mehr. Kimchisalat total matschig und nur eine Pampe, kann man so in die Tonne kloppen. Sushi war auch sehr matschig und Sojasoße hat am Zahnfleisch gebrannt. Schade ist einfach nur ein Schnellrestaurant mit Abziehgarantie.

Also sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Abgepackte Saucen und Zutaten ohne Geschmack und verwässert. Das Sushi war essbar, aber kein Genuss und maximal matschig und der Reis mit dem Rest fast verschmolzen. Das hat nichts mit Sushi zu tun, jede Kühlware hat mehr Qualität. Bitte gebt das Geld nicht für convenience Sushi aus und greift zu Alternativen.

An sich ja nur Lieferdienst- geht aber auch vor Ort! Sehr freundliches Personal und das 🍣 und alles andere ist sehr Ok! Und es ist sauber da 😀

Geschmacklich top, Lieferzeit beide Male in Ordnung, Lieferfahrer(in) super freundlich. Was gar nicht geht, ist der Preis… Ehrlich. Lieferservice, bisschen Sushi, ein Salat, 2x Bananen= über 60.- EUR. Das mache ich so schnell nicht noch einmal…

[Waren vor Ort essen] Essen war sehr schnell da Portionen waren üppig und sehr lecker! Die Crispy Rolls sind sehr zu empfehlen. Einziger "Negativpunkt" war lediglich, dass die einzelnen Stücke recht groß waren, aber ich glaube, es gibt Schlimmeres. Preislich kann man auch nichts sagen - haben für 3 Portionen + 2 Getränke nichtmal 32€ bezahlt (Mittagsmenü) und waren echt satt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Bin begeistert, (Bestellt über Lieferando)Lieferung war schnell, alles frisch und lecker. Es wurde eine Kleinigkeit vergessen und in unter 15 min. nach meinem Anruf dort, diskussionslos nachgeliefert. Top Geschäftsgebaren! Gern wieder. Preis/Leistung angemessen.

Innerhalb von 20 min da gewesen, aber dementsprechend war das Essen angerichtet. Weder Sojasoße noch Wasabi dabei und keine Erdnusssoße und Röstzwiebeln bei der Chicken Peanut Roll obwohl das alles so mit angegeben war. Ohne Wasabi und Sojasoße war mein Sushi recht ungenießbar. Erst Recht, wenn der Reis, wie hier, noch sehr hart war. Schade aber auch. :( Die Lieferantin aber sehr nett.

Ich habe online vorbestellt, was auch gut geklappt hat. Leider war die Lieferung fehlerhaft, statt vegan wurde Lachs geliefert, leider erst später bemerkt nachdem der Fahrer schon weg war. Auf meine Beschwerde hin hat bisher niemand reagiert.

Mein Freund und ich hatten heute Hunger auf Sushi und haben uns spontan für diese Location entschieden. Das Restaurant ist sauber und ordentlich. Schöne Möbeln und Geschirr. Das Licht viel zu grell und kalt, dadurch geht die Gemütlichkeit komplett verloren. Die Musik war zu laut und der offene Kühlschrank wurde regelmäßig auch sehr laut. Das nervte. Leider sind sehr viele Sachen aus der Karte fertig gekaufte Produkte, die nur aufgewärmt werden. Frühlingsrollen hatten kaum Füllung, die undefiniert war, dafür viel zu viel Teig. Sushi waren optisch schön anzusehen, fielen aber auseinander und der Geschmack kam nicht auf. Das Wasabi war sehr krummelig, so eine eigenartige Konsistenz haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir haben 4 Gerichte bestellt und bekamen diese auf einer Platte serviert. Es war sehr unbequem und sehr eng, zu zweit mit Essstäbchen von der einer Platte zu essen. Das Personal war zwar sehr nett und freundlich, brachte uns sofort nach unser Nachfrage noch 2 Platten und ein Schälchen zu Tisch, allerdings reicht es uns nicht, um zu sagen, wir würden nochmal da essen wollen.

Sehr lecker, hatten für Zuhause bestellt und mitgenommen.

Sehr leckeres Sushi! Ich lasse meistens liefern von daher kann ich kaum was über das Ambiente berichten. Die Lieferung erfolgte immer reibungslos und pünktlich. Die gelieferte Ware sah optisch immer sehr ansprechend aus und schmeckte auch super. Ich habe das Sushi einmal vor Ort abgeholt. Das Lokal wirkte sauber,ich wurde nett begrüßt und es wurde sich sofort um mich gekümmert. Ich bin durchweg zufrieden!

Wir haben Vorort gegessen. Es war super lecker und super Ambiente. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir werden hier nie wieder hinkommen! Erstens die Misosuppe hat gar nicht geschmeckt, es war säuerlich wie kurz vorm umkippen. Wir haben das unserem "Kellner" gesagt aber von seiner Reaktion her, gehe ich davon aus, dass es ihm gar nicht interessiert hat. Danach kam das Sushi, bzw. die Crispy Rolls. Die Crispy Rolls haben nur nach fett geschmeckt, komplett vollgezogen mit fett, sodass man die Füllung gar nicht geschmeckt hat. Die Toiletten waren so dreckig, total ekelhaft. Toilettenpapier überall am Boden, Haare in die Waschbecken. Wir haben an der Kasse gesagt, dass es uns nicht geschmeckt hat und selbst da wurde nichts von der Rechnung gestrichen. Als wir weg wollten kam die Anmerkung "ich kann Ihnen ein Gutschein anbieten für Crispy Rolls". Ne, wir kommen nie wieder nach so ein schlechter Behandlung.

80€ verbrannt. Qualität schlecht. Maki zu klein. Sushireis kaum genießbar. Avocado nicht reif dadurch bitter. Ebi sticks(Garnelen) waren gut. Für 6Stck waren 80€ zuviel. Hoffe ihr habt mehr Glück.

Das Personal und das Suhsi und vorallem die Mochis🤤 sind super lecker. Allerdings sind die Portionen ziemlich klein und ich musste über 1 std auf mein Essen warten, statt der 25-30 angegebenen Minuten. Allerdings wurde das Essen nach meinem Anruf umgehend geliefert.

Ich hatte 16 sushi rolls gehabt waren sogar viel früher da als in der App angezeigt. Trocken war auch nichts. Ob 13,80 dafür zu viel war 🤷?!

Wir haben vor Ort gegessen.. es war sauber und die Bedienung war nett. Die Präsentation des Sushi war sehr gut und optisch ansprechend. Geschmacklich hat es uns auch sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leckeres Essen, Top Bedienung wirklich nichts zu meckern

Am besten wären hier Minus Sterne angebracht ! Das Essen kommt zu spät weil es niemandem kümmert, wieso auch Privates geht natürlich zur Arbeitszeit vor. Nur mal so Leute damit ihr wisst warum ihr stundenlang warten müsst. Über die Qualität der Ware und die dafür verlangten Preise brauch man gar nicht erst reden 👎

Den einen Stern gebe ich auch für die pünktliche und freundliche Lieferung ! Unfassbar wenig für das Geld … sehr kleine Sushis …die Soja Soße viel zu salzig … ich esse sehr oft Sushi und bin wirklich enttäuscht

Essen kam zu spät und das warme Gericht war kalt. Lieferung erfolgte lt Aussage des Lieferers mit dem Fahrrad weswegen das Essen von Stadtmitte bis Hiesfeld ja nur kalt ankommen kann.
