This restaurant has a good selection of sushi with great lunch deals. The quality of the food was good and the price is reasonable and exceptional with the lunch deals. However, the service is just ok and can be quite slow. I went there in an afternoon there were just two table there including me but they forgot my drinks orders and I need to request it again after 20 mins. Overall it was just an ok experience.

The sushi dishes are great. Very good quality of products. Everything freshly prepared. Highly recommended.

Were there for the first time. A complete disaster from the first minute. Far too expensive at 34 euros per person even though the menu says 32 euros. Drinks are added. Dirty glasses. Napkins that stick to your fingers as soon as they get a little wet. You have to go to the toilet after using it to clean your fingers. Non-working trays for the orders. Crashed several times. The ordering process is already a bit complicated. Dilapidated sofas that are completely worn out. Absolutely not recommended.

One of the best Sushi spots in Cologne, much better than the branch in the city. Minus point would be they don't take card in the evening, very odd for a restaurant.

I order from you and don't receive my food. 60 minutes AFTER I was supposed to receive my food, I call them and ask where my food is. Then I am told that my order was canceled because I left a bad review on Lieferando. If you provide poor service, you can expect a bad review. Be glad I even gave you another chance. You also report to someone if you don't perform well. It's a shame not to even contact me to tell me that I haven't received my order.

The shop no longer exists there. I ordered for pickup via Lieferando and it was a big surprise. No restaurant! Construction site only. After a short while the call came that we had moved to the new address. The sushi we ordered was there, the first and last time for us. A disaster in terms of taste and quality. 👎

I ordered for delivery at the end of October 2024 "via the app" - unfortunately I wasn't aware that the store was closed! I paid via Paypal and still haven't gotten my money back. I am in contact with support.

I got sushi here yesterday because I was in a hurry. Today I have extreme stomach cramps etc. The health department should come here.

It is actually a bit difficult to eat on site, but to take away or order the food is always a pleasure... the peanut sauce is the tastiest of all the peanut sauces I have eaten so far and there were quite a few... friendly staff and delicious food

Don't understand the bad reviews. The food has always been very tasty, whether warm or cold. The delivery has always arrived faster than stated. Since we live a bit outside, I could definitely have tolerated longer delivery times

Ordered for over 100 euros. Unfortunately, an order wasn't delivered. Apparently it wasn't passed on. Despite the high order total, we didn't see the need to come back. Very disappointing. If you were looking forward to the sushi.

Beware of fraud! Ordered through Uber Eats and never received the order. The driver was said to be on the road, but was never shown in the app. After calling the restaurant they said the driver would be there in 10-15 minutes. Now no one answers the phone!
