Ich hatte heute ein wirklich wunderbares Erlebnis und bin absolut begeistert. Die Qualität der verschiedenen Sushi-Variationen auf dem dunkelblauen Teller mit dem Rautenmuster hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Alles war frisch angerichtet und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Besonders die kleinen Details, wie der sauber geformte Klecks Wasabi, zeigen, wie viel Mühe sich hier gegeben wird. Ich komme definitiv bald wieder.

Edoki ist mein absoluter Lieblingsort für Sushi in Paderborn! Hakan hat hier wirklich etwas Besonderes geschaffen: richtig gutes Sushi in der Stadt und das seit 25 Jahren! Besonders begeistert bin ich von der veganen Auswahl: super kreativ, unglaublich lecker und immer perfekt abgestimmt. Man spürt sofort, wie viel Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Detail hier drinsteckt. Auch das Konzept ist einzigartig in Paderborn: Bestellt wird bequem per Smartphone oder Tablet, inklusive unkomplizierter Online-Zahlung. So kann man entspannt vorbestellen, ohne Stress ins Restaurant kommen und längere Wartezeiten vermeiden – oder einfach zwischendurch schnell nachbestellen. Ist und bleibt einfach meine Nummer 1, trotz des inzwischen entstandenen Wettbewerbs. Danke, Hakan! 🫶

Wir waren als Touristen in Paderborn, und haben uns für diesen Laden entschieden. Es war 12 Uhr, als wir ihn betraten, es gab verschiedene Mittagsmenus mit Kalt/Warmgetränk, Suppe, Salat und Sushiplatte. Suppe war sehr gut, der Salat lecker, das Sushi Bombe. Gerne wieder

Sehr nett, glutenfrei klappt sehr gut. Es gibt glutenfreie Sojasauce und jedes Gericht kann glutenfrei gemacht werden. ( natürlich außer Sachen mit Teig oder so). Besonders der Chef ist sehr nett und immer gut drauf👍

Ich habe sehr leckeres veganes Sushi gegessen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und angenehm. Immer wieder gerne!!!!

Edoki Sushi-Bar ist für uns eine echte Institution in Paderborn – und für viele wahrscheinlich die erste Adresse gewesen, wenn man hier Sushi kennenlernen wollte. Dass es die erste Sushi-Bar in Paderborn war, merkt man bis heute: Hier steckt Erfahrung, Leidenschaft und viel Persönlichkeit drin. Der Laden selbst ist eher klein und unkompliziert, aber genau das macht auch einen großen Teil des Charmes aus. Statt auf Show wird hier auf Qualität gesetzt – die Zutaten sind immer frisch, das Essen schmeckt konstant sehr gut und man merkt, dass hier mit Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber auch Hakan. Er ist ein unglaublich freundlicher, entspannter und angenehmer Mensch. Es macht einfach Spaß, mit ihm zu reden und man fühlt sich jedes Mal willkommen. Diese persönliche und unkomplizierte Atmosphäre findet man heute nicht mehr oft. Für uns seit Jahren ein Ort, an den man immer wieder gerne zurückkehrt – wegen des guten Essens, aber genauso wegen der Menschen dahinter. 🍣😊

Ich habe bei British Columbia Vegan Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, und der Besitzer war unglaublich freundlich. Er hat mir die Speisekarte verständlich erklärt, und das Sushi hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt.

Ich war da zu einem gemütlichen Sushi Abend mit der Familie und war wirklich begeistert. Der Inhaber ist sehr gastfreundlich und schlägt keinen Wunsch ab. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Wir haben eine große schön angerichtete Sushi Platte bekommen die absolut keine Wünsche mehr offen gelassen hat 😁 Das Sushi wurde als wir da waren gerade frisch zubereitet für uns 👍🏻 Also wer gutes Sushi in Paderborn essen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben 😁

Ich habe schon an vielen Orten der Welt Sushi gegessen, unter anderem in Pakistan, Istanbul, Frankreich und Belgien, aber der Geschmack hier ist wirklich authentisch und fühlt sich an wie in Japan. Qualität, Frische und Präsentation sind hervorragend. Man kann den original japanischen Geschmack in jedem Bissen erleben 🍣✨. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die echtes Sushi lieben.

Hab essen für meine Freundin geholt die im Krankenhaus nebenan liegt. Schönes Ambiente, sehr höfliches Personal.

Ich bin begeistert und Ihr gleich auch :) ... für gewöhnlich kommt man zum ersten Mal in einen Laden und irgendwann kommt irgendwer und du bekommst irgendwas, doch hier kommt man herein und vor dir ist direkt die Theke und ein dicker großer Typ mit der Präsenz eines Meister Miyagi des Sushi steht vor dir und begrüßt dich wie einen alten Freund. Man bestellt zeitgemäß mit Tablet, das Menü ist üppig und es gibt sogar frisches Weizenbier. Weizenbier zu Sushi ist super, keine Frage aber was wirklich knallt ist ein Bananenweizen zu Sushi, leider gibt es den nicht auf der Karte was mich nicht daran hindert den Typen an der Theke zu fragen ob er Bananensaft übrig hat... "das ist ja so 90er" sagte er mir und wir lachten und ich merkte, der Typ, der mit der stylischen Brille, der dicke hinter der Theke ist ja der Chef. Die Meister Miyagipräsenz schien nun noch heller als zuvor als er mir anbot zum Nachbarn zu gehen, eine Cocktailbar... ich sagte natürlich, dass das unnötig sei. 5 Minuten später hatte ich meinen Bananenweizen. Man fühlt sich einfach besonders nach so etwas.. aber kommen wir mal zum Essen: es wurden 5 Rollen bestellt. Je nach Rolle bekommt man zwischen 5 und 8 Stück (zumindest bei unserer Auswahl) und ich mochte sushi so bedingt, nicht wirklich aber Edoki... diese Küche, diese Hände zaubern dir ein gutaussehenden und üppiges Gericht, dass Zweifler überzeugt. Der Abend war super, das Essen noch besser und Meister Miyagi an der Theke hat es geschafft, dass ich wieder kommen möchte um seine Sushi zu essen. Als wir nicht alles aufessen konnten, wurde alles eingepackt und mitgegeben, wie man es kennt, ne? Falsch... es wurde dazu nochmal sojasauce gepackt, nochmal frisch wasabi und nochmal diese scharfe zeug dass man zum neutralisieren isst... das habe ich am nächsten morgen gegessen und war wieder begeistert, denn die sushi schmeckte immernoch frisch... Fan-tas-tisch

Wir haben einen Sushi-Kurs bei Hakan gemacht und sind total begeistert! Er hat den Sushi-Kurs sehr unterhaltsam gestaltet, wir haben viel gelernt und natürlich köstlich geschmaust :) Kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen. Und Sushi essen kann man da natürlich auch immer gut ;)

EXORBITANT LECKER ist es immer bei Hakan! Die California Rolls sind groß, zu viel Gerolltes dürfen wir kostenlos futtern und die Getränke-Flat lohnt sich bei durstigen Kindern!

Hier kann sehr lecker gegessen werden! Alles wird frisch zubereitet und in kürzester Zeit serviert. Sehr freundliches und auf besten Service bedachtes Personal, nicht zu vergessen den Chef des Ganzen, der sich auch kurz mal die Zeit für einen kleinen Plausch am Tisch mit den Gästen nimmt. I miss the set lunch menu, I think they stop doing it now as the opening hours starts from 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I tried Maki Maki (which is owned by Edoki and just down the street from them) it didn't wow me, but that's just my opinion.

The Edoki Sushi Bar is an absolute tip for sushi lovers in Paderborn! What is particularly impressive is the large selection of vegetarian and vegan options, which are prepared with a lot of love and creativity. The food is simply great – fresh, varied and of excellent quality every time. Particularly noteworthy is the owner Hakan, whose warm manner immediately conveys a feeling of hospitality. He takes time for his guests and always surprises with new, creative ideas on the menu. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, perfect for a cozy evening. For me it's definitely an absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy good sushi!

I've rarely been as enthusiastic about a restaurant visit as I was about this sushi restaurant. The service is fantastic – especially the owner himself, who personally attends to guests with incredible humor and warmth. I've truly never experienced such warm and attentive customer service. You don't just feel like you're being served here, but valued and welcomed. The restaurant's culinary offerings are also impressive across the board: The ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and simply unbelievably delicious. You can taste the attention to detail and the quality of each individual dish. I particularly recommend the Te Maki Party – a treat and an experience in itself! The team always has an eye for the guests and ensures that you don't miss anything. If you want to enjoy authentic sushi in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

5 stars are still not enough, I give 20 stars! :) We booked the sushi course for 4 people and it was incredibly fun. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn to make sushi. The boss has a sense of humor, is incredibly personable and everything he tells you is exciting and instructive. Other than that the food is delicious. We had a pregnant woman with us and the ingredients were also taken into consideration. It was just a perfect, fun and delicious afternoon. Thank you for that. :)

I'll never order there again! We waited 3 hours for the order, the delivery came at 10:15 p.m., no thanks! We were held up twice with incorrect delivery times and no attempt at compensation or accommodation! Zero customer service! Never again!

Landed here by chance and is my new favorite Japanese restaurant. Great food, great service and fantastic value for money.

The sushi was quite good. The place was a bit chilly and not particularly comfortable. However, the drinks concept (soft drinks for €2.50 for self-service) is innovative and really cost-effective. The owner was friendly. However, the order processing was a bit strange: you enter the order on a tablet and submit it without completing it - seemed a bit disorganized. It was also annoying to be spoken to from the counter during conversations. Overall it was tasty and reasonably priced, it's unlikely we'll come back again.

We reserved a table for New Year's Eve 2 months in advance. The answering message states that you will call back if something goes wrong with the reservation. Alternatively, you can't get through to make reservations by phone. When we got there we found out that there were no reservations for this evening. The manner of communication alone was inappropriate and no apology was given either. Very annoying.

We love eating here, we all like the sushi with tuna best - try this. Very nice owner, good service, good atmosphere!

Hello one of the best sushi bars in Germany, this waiter has improved the ambience even more, he is super nice and beforehand I threw down a bowl and it made him laugh, he had forgiven me and then we ordered the menu and we took it with us He philosophizes about life and what goals we have, what we do with a billion euros and how he came to his restaurant. This was one of the most interesting conversations we've had in a long time. We found the food very tasty and extremely fresh and juicy. There was also a book from him about his story about how he came up with the sushi comb. Overall, the best visit to a restaurant or barr ever.

I'll tell you: we came to the store and the boss sitting outside immediately started a friendly conversation. We were a larger group and wanted to push the tables together, but unfortunately we dropped some bowls. The pieces were picked up, the boss said: this is for luck. While our sushi was being rolled, we talked/philosophized about a variety of things. He pointed us to his book, in which he tells how he came to open this shop. So really a great experience. The food was also really diverse and some people who didn't want to eat were still able to try sushi. So all in all, it's a really great store.

We were there yesterday evening and were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner and had a free choice of table. Our dog was also lovingly cared for right from the start. Viewing and ordering the individual sushis, menus and drinks is done using a tray and shopping cart...which worked without any problems. Special requests were addressed and these were also taken into account. The food was really, really tasty! For us, Edoki is definitely recommended and we will definitely come back!

Edoki Sushi Bar delivered the best sushi I have ever eaten! The fresh raw tuna, especially the high-quality bluefin that was fortunately available that day, was outstanding. Have a quick sushi lunch: If you like eating rice, this is the place for you! The sushi platter offered for lunch was terribly bad. The quality of the ingredients offered was the cheapest possible. Lunch menu not recommended. Can't say what it's like in the evening.

Today we visited this restaurant. I really liked the sushi. A very friendly and nice man. He probably runs this place. He jokes and treats the children. The children and I liked it. The taste is not the same as in Ukraine, but it has its own style and taste, I really liked the sauce for Sashimi fish. I recommend it.

Best sushi in paderborn without question. Ingredients are very fresh and prices are quite good. Owner is also very friendly. I dont go to the other restaurants anymore after eating once here.

The food is of average quality and quite boring. The staff barely understands German and seemed overwhelmed. There are chip shops with more ambience. Now you can pour your own drinks and get them from inside. The choice is the usual drinks buffet for a child's birthday party plus wine. The food is served carelessly. Good fish can be expensive, there's no question about that. But then the ambience and presentation also have to be right. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. Mediocre at best.

Essen ist nicht mit wirklich gutem Sushi Restaurants zu vergleichen. Eine Karte gibt es nicht mehr. Wer den Chef darauf anspricht wird sehen wie sein fragiles Ego Risse bekommt und er sich vor anderen Gästen über die Fragenden lustig macht. Aufgeblasene Vorträge darüber wie Sushi Meister im allgemeinen respektiert werden und dass 25 Jahre Sushi Erfahrung ja wohl ausreichen um adäquate individuelle Platten zusammen zu stellen, dafür braucht es keine Karte.. Man kann also nur online vorbestellen, am Tisch per QR code falls man ein Smart Phone dabei hat oder sich auf Hakans Empfehlung verlassen. Sogar bei der Beratung der folgenden Gäste werden noch bissige Spitzen eingeflochten. Das ganze passt dann zu lieblos servierten Platten, Personal das kaum Deutsch spricht, einem Restaurant mit dem Charme einer Imbissbude und Selfservice am Getränketisch in der Ecke mit Flair einer Turnhallenparty. Seit seiner Zeit in der Spätschicht bei Mc Donalds scheint sich da persönlich nicht wirklich viel entwickelt zu haben..

In my opinion, the boss was very pushy and rude. You couldn't talk or eat in peace. After the visit I had a slight stomach ache and that night/next morning it was so unbearable that we went to the hospital in the evening and I was diagnosed with a salmonella infection.

Our wishes were addressed individually and a plate was prepared accordingly. Very very tasty and top quality! Today I was lucky enough to visit this place. Everything was simply amazing, there are several options for sets, we took for 3 people (there are also for 1,2 and 4). Excellent service (as I understand, the owner of the establishment is always there). He was very sweet and pleasant, joked a lot and made the experience truly wonderful and unforgettable. The sushi was very tasty, it felt like it was prepared with love. You can also get unlimited drinks for €3.50 per person. I definitely recommend this place to visit.

Small but fine sushi restaurant with incredibly friendly staff, delicious sushi and a very pleasant atmosphere. I wasn't really expecting anything big, but I was surprised in every way.

Unfortunately our visit was totally unpleasant! The owner lacks sensitivity for guests, he is either pushy or totally cheeky/arrogant. I come from the catering industry myself and something like that is a no-go. Never experienced, let alone allowed to serve guests like that. We would have left, but our friends were looking forward to the sushi. The sushi is good, price-performance ratio overpriced. The ambience at the front is okay, toilets, well. Waiting time for the food was okay. The staff doesn't understand German, which isn't a bad thing, but unfortunately they hardly speak any English either. Does this make sense? Conclusion: I often turn a blind eye, but not here. As a guest, you want to feel comfortable and relax. An alternative will definitely be found. Or rather homemade.

Hatte für 18 Uhr Sushi für 60,- Euro bestellt. Leider kam bis 18:30 Uhr nichts, erst nach Anruf wurde es 10 Minuten später geliefert. Susi, wie immer, sehr gut! Aber der Service wird von mal zu mal schlechter, habe ich das Gefühl. Diesmal waren nicht mal Stäbchen mit dabei.

Das Restaurant war top, das Essen sehr lecker, besonders cool war das Unendliche Nachfüllen von Softdrinks (einmalig bezahlen), was es hier in Deutschland ja leider nur selten gibt. Die Bedienung war besonders hervorragend, sehr höflich und bemerket schnell wenn man etwas braucht.

Das beste Sushi was ich jemals gegessen habe. Es ist definitiv zu empfehlen und ein Besuch wert, wenn man in Paderborn ist!!! Das Sushi wird frisch zubereitet und ist damit geschmacklich super lecker. Zudem sind die Preise, der Service und die Ambiente für die Qualität super. Was auch zu beachten ist, ist die Vegane Variation die Edoki bittet, sehr lecker!

Wenn man Sushi liebt ist man hier richtig. Habe in Paderborn so in einigen Locations Sushi gegessen und Edoki ist eindeutig die Nummer eins. Auswahl, Frische und Geschmack sind unschlagbar. Wir haben uns mit meiner Frau ein Menü geteilt und es hat uns satt gemacht. Hier läuft auch alles digital von der Bestellung bis zur Bezahlung, sehr vorbildlich. Freuen uns auf das nächste mal
