The food was generally good. I had the Argentinian skillet. The taste was ok but the meat (pork + beef) was quite tough. You could count the mushrooms. According to her, my friend's schnitzel was ok, but the fries weren't enough for this price. The men had the giant mixed grill once with fries and once with fried potatoes. Nothing was huge and it wasn't even hot. Full is different. Unfortunately. The waiter really tried hard. I just wonder if he was thinking about the well-being of the guests or so that more would be ordered... Last but not least, the invoices were not issued correctly. Excuse me? None! We sorted it out between ourselves. Conclusion: we won't be coming back.

As a group of hoteliers, we stayed at the Titanic Gendarmenmarkt Hotel and had dinner in the restaurant area, the Beef Grill Club. Unfortunately, our experience there was a complete disappointment. The service was a disaster - orders were mixed up and food wasn't served for two hours. The meat dishes were not prepared to the desired degree of doneness and there were significant errors in the order of the dishes: salads were only served after the main course, and the side dishes only arrived after the main courses were already on the table. This massive service glitch completely ruined our dinner. We hope Hasir Restaurants will fix such issues in the future and improve the standard.

Fan de viande en passant devant pour aller à mon hôtel, je l’ai tout de suite remarqué, je suis retourné pour manger le soir on était deux une fois on a dû attendre cinq minutes pour être placé une fois placé, on nous a pris la commande assez rapidement 20 minutes après le Serveur me ramène ma salade et là disparu pendant 10 minutes. J’ai donc dû manger ma salade avec mes doigts, vu qu’il y avait pas de couvert 10 minutes de plus sans passer quand t’il reviens récupérer l’assiette de ma salade même pas remarqué qu’il y avait pas de couvert Au bout de 20 minutes, il nous ramène nos plats, et là mon collègue qui parle anglais et pas moi lui demande s’il pourrait ramener les couverts dans le menu le plat que j’ai pris marqué 250 g un mix de viande bœuf, poulet porc pour moi ça signifiait 250 g de viande, mais ce n’était pas du tout ça c’était 250 g entre la viande, les frites, la salade et la sauce cocktail et n’ont pas que la viande la viande de bœuf et la viande de porc était très bonnes. Par contre la viande de poulet ont sentait un goût de tournée ainsi que la viande de bœuf que mon collègue avait pris une fois nos plats terminés, on attend encore une vingtaine de minutes avant que nous soyons débarrassé au moment de Payé. Comme il avait à nouveau disparu, on se dirige vers le bar ou là il nous dit de retourner sur la table et que il reviendrait vers nous au bout de cinq minutes, il arrive et nous demande comment on veut régler. Moi je lui dis en cache et mon collègue par Carte total faisait 31.60 € il me demande si j’ai les 0,60 €, je le fais comprendre de faire sur 32 en lui donnant un billet de 50. Et là il me rend 15 €. Résumé de la soirée très déçu, et bien évidemment je ne viendrai plus chez eux et courage à vous

Hello, our stay was so good, I just have to tell you about it! I made the reservation via the app (open table). It was both a date and a birthday, so I indicated that in the app and asked for a small gift worth €10-15 for dessert in the free text. The service was excellent; there were waiters nearby the whole time who were always there for us, caring about our well-being, but not being too intrusive. We also received good advice regarding our meal selection. Instead of the 200 and 300g portions of fillet steak, we were told that there was also a 500g portion for the same price, with even higher quality meat. Unfortunately, I can't remember which meat it was. In any case, we changed our minds and didn't regret it. For starters, we had the carpaccio, which was delicious. Then came the main course. The fillet was exactly as we had imagined, medium rare, and was sliced for us by the waiter on a small serving trolley at our table. That in itself was exciting. The meat was then served on a hot metal platter. My meat was only resting on the edges of the platter, so it didn't cook any further. The waiter deliberately placed the meat on the platter for my girlfriend because she preferred medium, and so her wish was fulfilled as well. Excellent service and a super friendly host. The taste was simply amazing, just as it looked! The crowning glory came with dessert: a cheesecake with a candle on top, as a special treat, as requested. The whole thing was garnished with red berries. The taste was also excellent, and we were especially delighted when we learned that it was even on the house. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening! We'd be happy to come again.

The quality and portion size have unfortunately become smaller and worse in recent years, but the staff and service as well as the ambience in the restaurant are good. The sanitary rooms are long past their best. The cleanliness could also have been better that day. We were very disappointed with the Cambert, it was frozen and correspondingly small. Also from 3 champions for almost 8 euros as a starter wasn't a hit either. As a main course I ate a Wrap Pollo, which was carelessly filled with rice and chicken and didn't contain any vegetables, avocado or anything similar. Too bad.
