We ate at Restaurant El Dorado 3 days and it was as usual, super delicious food. Can you especially recommend their delicious red steaks, I don't think you can get them better anywhere, they are so deliciously tender and then they were grilled, which accentuated the taste and then a delicious baked potato with spiced butter and pan-fried vegetables, and a good fl. red wine, then it doesn't get much better. And then, of course, 5 stars for the staff who are always super sweet, nice and helpful, who make the whole experience a higher unity. Can only recommend this fantastic restaurant.

Finde es schade das das Restaurant leider nur mit 3,5 Sternen bewertet ist. Habe mir dafür extra TripAdvisor geladen um zu sagen, dass es sich bei dem Restaurant um ein sehr gutes mit sehr höflichem Personal handelt. Wir hatten beide ein Steak und die Pfeffersauce sowie das Steak war vorzüglich. Für die Preisklasse am Kudamm definitiv auch vertretbar.

Never had our food so slow.... We arrived here with 5 people with an online reservation at 8:00 PM. We walked in and saw that it was busy. There were 3 staff walking around. We sat for about 10 minutes and the waiter came to take our drink order. It took a little too long and the waiter suggested that he should come back later, so he quickly ordered drinks. After 5 minutes our drinks arrived and we ordered our starter. And main course. We would like a straw with the coke, we asked the waiter and he didn't help us very well, I think because of the crowds. Then I grabbed straws behind the bar and one of the waiters thanked me. Our bread arrived at 8:40 PM.... Without aioli..... After 10 minutes we asked for more aioli. The man said, it will happen soon. At 9:15 PM the aioli finally arrived. At 9:25 PM our garlic bread arrived, along with our main courses. In short: sad for the staff that they have to work with such a high workload and have to run around with the food. As a result, communication between the staff was not always friendly. A tip for the owner: organize your table policy better from now on and otherwise hire more staff, especially if you are located in such an expensive location!! Even though the food is delicious, and they come with free bread afterwards, this Dutchman will not come back here, unfortunately!! A shame for the delicious food and the nice tent. Good luck for Saturday when the Berlin Marathon takes place.

For a restaurant in this price range, when ordering a steak you might expect to be asked about doneness, which was not the case. It also seems strange that you are crammed into a table of 4 with 5 people, even though almost everything is free and a fifth set of cutlery isn't even automatically handed over. Furthermore, it is unacceptable to press yourself close to guests just to serve food. If it doesn't work from the right, as an exception you can start from the left. That's what I expect from a restaurant in this price range that has such knowledge. Definitely not recommended. Unfortunately.

A restaurant on a central street in Berlin

Een gemiddeld Spaans restaurant . Veel van de getoonde gerechten (op video band) waren helaas niet te bestellen.. Jammer.. Eten was verder prima, en de bediening ook.

Had a great, well priced steak salad. Yum.

Frozen potatoes and apart from the steak. €10 brick wine stronger than vinegar. Bitter waiters. I'm from Madrid, don't come here, this doesn't represent Spain.

Four of us were here for dinner on July 27th. The interior design alone makes you want to have a nice evening. Sat at the open window with a view of Ku'damm. Splendid. Spanish tapas as a starter: delicious. Various main courses, but the ribeye steak was awesome. I have rarely, no, never eaten such a well-grilled piece!! The Rioja Reserva went perfectly with it. Later we drank perfectly mixed cocktails, Planters Punch, outside. Everything was perfect that evening, including the attentive service. The El Dorado proves that Ku'damm is not always just a tourist trap. Thanks for the evening.

Super steaks and cozy atmosphere. BUT hate when a perhaps negative waiter begs for a tip.

We are always happy in this atmosphere. Special thanks go to the super nice bartender who is usually always behind the counter and today as a waiter and bartender who generously treated my son to a dessert. Otherwise he is always quick and friendly. Thank you very much for that. Today the same great waiter with a big heart served us so lovingly. The other employees and the boss were always friendly, courteous and concerned about our well-being. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

As a Spaniard, it doesn't represent me, the smallest and most expensive tapas I have ever seen in my entire life, the calamari are the frozen ones from the supermarket, the wings were a pittance. And the tortilla cover..., the worst I've ever seen, underneath it was so burned that it looked like the Berlin Wall. And with peppers.

Ordered delicious tapas for two people. Very varied. Meat, fish and vegetables. Very tasty and very friendly service. Top.

The restaurant is located next to our hotel and since it was rainy we thought we would dine here for convenience. The Argentinian sirloin steak was very good. Tender, medium rare and prepared well. The kid’s meal was in big portion. The food wait was reasonable and the service was fast. The price is at par with the restaurants in the area. I would go here again just for the steak.

The El Dorado restaurant in Berlin is a real highlight. The food is excellent, the dishes are creative and tasteful. The ambience is stylish and inviting, the service friendly and attentive. An absolute insider tip for connoisseurs. We'll definitely be back!!

If you want good Spanish cuisine in Berlin, you can eat well there. Gladly again. The prices for drinks and food are reasonable.

Really good address in a prime location with nice outdoor dining. Went there twice in a row because you were still welcome even at a later hour (Saturday and Sunday after the musical and concert around 10.30 p.m.) and could end the evening with very good tapas and delicious wine. Very friendly and extremely attentive staff. When a lone guest, who was clearly unknown there, sat down at the neighboring table with clear behavioral problems and an increasingly aggressive tendency to communicate, he was initially not left out of his sight, but was then guided in a friendly and determined manner to a remote table. This quickly made it possible for the ladies at our table to have a relaxing evening again. A very special thank you to the team.

Super delicious food for every budget. There is also something for the younger guests and the staff are very child-friendly. Although the outdoor area is located directly on Kurfürstendamm (street), the background noise is limited. It's easy to reach by S-Bahn and U-Bahn in just a few minutes' walk.

I always like coming to El Dorado, it's a very dog-friendly restaurant and the steak is terrific. So juicy and great quality but the other dishes on the menu are also super delicious. A very romantic restaurant see pictures I have attached. The waiters are nice and polite, I feel like I'm in good hands there and very well served. If you are looking for something nice and romantic and like delicious steak then I can really recommend you :) Thank you again and again for the good food :) I was there this afternoon and it was relaxing, thanks to the service.

Ein langer Tag der Anreise und dann: Der perfekte Ausklang! Direkt am Ku'damm bequem auf der liebevoll eingedeckten und bepflanzten Terrasse ein kühles Bier genießen - natürlich ein Estrella Galicia. Das Steak war perfekt. Hier werden die hochwertigen Steaks noch richtig gegrillt. So muss das sein! Vorspeisensalat frisch und knackig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top. Danke an die Küche und das aufmerksame Personal! Hier ist man ein geschätzter Gast. Das wird leider immer seltener in der Gastronomie. Also: Mein Top Tipp zum Ausgehen, genießen, gut essen und Berlin sehen. Laut Kellner gibt's das Restaurant schon lange - also ein Klassiker wie der Ku'damm selbst.

The first impression: the store is empty, sit in the back where there is space. I was then informed that the entire area was reserved (until the end no one came for whom the supposed reservation was. The restaurant conveyed that it was a Spanish restaurant... The tapas on the menu too. So ordered a tapas plate. They also came very quickly, too quickly for my taste. Nothing could have been freshly prepared and it didn't really taste that good either. Because it seems to be attached to a hotel, there is a lot of hustle and bustle that has nothing to do with the restaurant. Gladly never again.

- frozen calamares and fried - bad quality Spanish ham, topped with Parmesan cheese and served with Alioli (you serve Spanish ham that way) - bad quality meat - bad quality mix salad - empty restaurant

Spanish tapas like you can get anywhere, very tasty but there's that certain something missing to make you come back more often.

Food top. Price matches the food. However, when you get full and you have your food, you are no longer noticed and plates are not cleared for 30 minutes and this is pointed out when paying, no excuses, nothing. A pity

There is nothing to complain about about the food, especially the lunch menu is always great. However, there is criticism for the service: the waitresses often seem too quick and the communication, whether medium/through etc., is not always immediate.

Fantastic food. Got Argentinian sirloin meat which was really good. Good service and got my food relatively quickly, even though there were quite a few customers. Good experience.

A very attentive and friendly service. Everything about the appetizer platter was delicious, but a little too potato-heavy. The classic bacon-wrapped dates would have been nice. You can see the conflict between restaurants about how they should deal with the higher taxation. The decoration is funny, the music is a bit too loud. The aniseed schnapps was generously served and was a good recommendation.

The prices are average, the "Spanish" or "Argentinian" restaurant obviously doesn't have any Spaniards or Argentinians working there, but it doesn't matter, the same situation is found in the vast majority of Italian restaurants. Good things: The meat and the chicken wings. Exquisite. The service is just above average. The location honestly disappointed me. The environment is nice, but the absence of tablecloths, the paper napkins, the centerpiece that isn't changed... No, I wasn't satisfied. However, since I came to eat meat and found it delicious, I will return. Nothing else matters.

Excellent service very very kind stuff especially the long hair gentleman was amazing . He explained everything to us was very helpful and made our time nicer . Although the food is a totally different story i was greatly disappointed almost everything was tasteless with none of the quality and taste of food maching the prices . Really should do something with this .

Un lugar perfecto para vacacionar

Erlebnisgastronomie der etwas anderen Art. Zuerst einmal, das Ambiente ist sehr schön und die Bedienung meist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wer das „besondere“ möchte möge die 65 (Schweinelachs) bestellen. Dann bekommt man für nicht wenig Geld einen großen weißen Teller mit einem Stück Fleisch drauf , aber NUR das Fleisch und nichts anderes, nicht einmal ne rudimentäre Garnierung. Hab ich so noch nie gesehen!! Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, ist echt ein Erlebnis!!! Wir kommen gerne niemals wieder.

Ну, что сказать!!! Сходили туда и на этом наверное всё..не мой ресторан..хоть официанты и дружелюбные и хорошо обслуживание,но поварам надо научиться делать презентацию блюд..подать просто стейк и картофель на тарелке без овощей, это не вариант ресторана на Кудам...

Super Lokal, authentisch, Speisen alle top .

Schöne Location Leider das Essen etwas lieblos zubereitet, Brot vorher ohne Butter oder wenigstens etwas Öl - schade Service war nett, aber Tisch war nicht sauber, Kerze nicht an etc..

Eigentlich *NULL* Sterne! Völlig überforderter Kellner. Saßen 15 Minuten, ohne beachtet zu werden. Sind dann gegangen und der sagt:" bis zum nächsten Mal Ladies!" Waren max 10 Leute im Lokal. Nie wieder!

The food was okay and so was the service, I did however quite enjoy the atmosphere. Sadly the bathroom was inthe basement so not quite accessible for everyone.

Essen lieblos angerichtet. Fleisch nackt auf dem Teller, dafür viel zu teuer. Imbiss Qualität. Leider nie wieder, bei den heutigen Preisen, erwarte ich definitiv viel mehr! Sorry, so kommt keiner wieder. Herren WC unterer Standard.

Delicious food and a really cosy place! We ordered paella and steak, both were incredible. Prices are very reasonable for this location and staff was helpful and nice. Definitely would recommend!

Die völlig überforderte Servicekraft wurde beim Zahlen der Rechnung (sechs Personen, die die Rechnung getrennt zahlen wollten) so abfällig und pampig, dass ich mir eine Diskussion verbieten musste. Leider nicht zu empfehlen...

Der Service war sehr freundlich, das Essen lecker. Die Athmosphäre sehr lebendig. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und beim nächsten Berlin Kurzurlaub kommen wir wieder! Besonders gut war der Garnelenspieß, die Chorizo und die Salsicia 👍🏻

Sehr schnelle und höffliche Bedienung am Sonntag Mittag. ABer das Gericht für das Kind - Schnitzel mit Pommes war zu salzig und fritiert so stark, dass der zweijährige Junge nicht beißen konnte. Daher 3 Sterne.

Ruhiges Restaurant, gutes Essen und gut zu erreichen mit den Öffis. Update vom 4.6.23: Neuerdings gibt es auch mexikanische Speisen, womit die Speisekarte meiner Meinung nach weiter abgerundet wird. Gerade das Chili Con Carne macht dem Namen "Chili" alle Ehre und der Hinweis in der Karte "leicht scharf" sollte wahrlich ernstgenommen werden. Ich mochte es!

Rien à reprocher à ce restaurant à part peut-être le prix de ce dernier, les viandes étaient bonne mais nous ne nous avons pas demandé les cuissons, dommage.

La comida es buena, sin ser algo espectacular. Quizás sea mejor para tomar unas cañas o unas copas de tinto y probar distintas tapas, que para cenar. Lo más destacable es la atención de Mario y su disposición para hacer sentir cómodos a las comensales.

Gut, aber eben nur gut. Wir hatten eine kleine Vorspeise, die war klasse - 5 Sterne. Der bestellte Beilagensalat war lieblos angerichtet und schlecht angemacht. Das Dressing wäre sonst gut gewesen. Dann hatten wir ein Schweinesteak mit Pommes und eigentlich einer Sauce dazu, die Sauce wurde aber vergessen und auch nach einer Erinnerung nicht gebracht. Das Fleisch und die Pommes waren OK, aber angerichtet wie beim Schnellimbiss. Teller her, Fleisch und Pommes draufknallen, ab zum Gast… peinlich. Die Paella war wieder klasse. Einen kleinen ticken zu trocken aber trotzdem klasse. Auch mit ordentlich Fisch und Huhn. Aber auch hier vergleichsweise lieblos angerichtet. Ein bisschen mehr Liebe beim herstellen und anrichten würde viel ausmachen. Der Service ist grenzwertig OK. Für uns leider eine Enttäuschung gewesen.

De inktvis was uit de diepvries en kon zo bij de supermarkt gekocht worden (niet echt speciaal). Verder was het qua eten veel te weinig voor de prijs die je voor de gerechten krijgt. De garnalen waren erg droog.

Ein gutes Restaurant mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, die Karte ist ausreichend. Preislich allerdings doch etwas mehr als erwartet. Das Fleisch war dafür aber auch super!

Ein schöner Abend im El Dorado. Die Qualität der Speisen ist hervorragend. Bei den Garnelen in der Pfanne fehlte Knoblauch. Die Tapas Variante für 2 Personen war große Klasse. Sehr zu empfehlen! Das Ambiente ist befriedigend aufgrund der Lautstärke im Restaurant. Das Servicepersonal ist sensationell freundlich und aufmerksam. Muchas gracias🇪🇸🫶

Sehr leckeres Spanisches Essen in einer interessanten Atmosphäre

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. In erster Linie aber von der Bedienung, einem netten jungen Mann….einer sehr liebenswerten Berliner Schnauze !!! Und natürlich war auch das Essen sehr gut…die Steaks auf den Punkt! Sehr zu empfehlen…Wir kommen gerne wieder….

Essen: Steak Entrecote habe ich rare bestellt. Der Garpunkt war gut. Leider wenig Aroma, wenig Salz und Pfeffer. Die Kartoffelecken haben selbstgemacht geschmeckt, also sehr gut. Der Dip hätte intensiver schmecken können. Service: Freundlich

Il vaut mieux ne pas prendre les clients à 21h30 même si on ferme à minuit plutôt que de les expedier en 3/4 d heure !!! Et en réclamant un pourboire en plus !!!

Essen war echt gut - man konnte es sich jedoch nicht wirklich schmecken lassen auf Grund der sehr überheblichen und unfreundlichen Bedienungen … wer gerne dort etwas verweilen möchte sollte lieber neben an beim Capone einfallen :)

We ordered two steaks and an appetizer and waited almost an hour for the appetizers to be served. Then we waited over an hour and asked the waiter where our steaks were. He said in a very bad manner that we didn't order. We were very angry and the person we ordered together made it very clear why this happened? No apology either! Very poor dining experience!

35 min auf Essen gewartet mehrmals nachgefragt immernoch nicht gekommen, Kellner sagt ob wir denn gehen wollen und verlangt das ich die getränke die sie ohne essen serviert haben bezahlen soll was ich abgelehnt habe. Schade da ich eigentlich immer gerne in diesem Restaurant gegessen hatte.

The snacks are rather average and not surprising. The service is patient and cheerful, so that's a big plus. oThe overall impression when it comes to food is a solid three stars.

Das Essen war aus der frieteuse hatte nix mit spanische Küche zu tun. Der Kellner hatte null Bock ..und es waren mit uns 2 hör andere 4 Leute in dem ganzen Restaurant. Man kann getrost dort nicht hingehen

Hatten eigentlich schon zu haben uns trotzdem noch einen Tee serviert.
