The place looks nice, but food is too overpriced and just edible.

It was my first time here and overall I had a positive impression. The restaurant looks modern and cozy at the same time. The menu is aimed at meat lovers - my steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but you get good quality. I found the terrace particularly nice when the weather cooperates. The service was attentive, if not particularly quick. A good place for a relaxed dinner with friends or business partners - nothing fancy, but solid and stylish.

We had a great evening at the Hasir Beef Grillhaus on Leipziger Platz. As a starter there was wonderfully creamy hummus with spicy pastirma, fresh bread and aromatic olives - a perfect start to the evening. The main course was an absolute delight: the gentleman’s cut – perfectly grilled, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside – was served with a strong chimichurri sauce that tasted great together. There was also truffled mashed potatoes and crispy fries – a harmonious combination. The atmosphere was stylish and cozy, the service attentive and friendly. Definitely worth recommending to anyone who values ​​quality and taste. We'd love to come back!

To avoid, despite good meat. A real scam disguised as a restaurant. Sure, the meat is good, but that’s about the only positive point. The staff is cold, borderline unpleasant, and clearly gives the impression that the only goal is to extract as much money as possible from you. Everything is charged at full price: sauces for more than €5, accompaniments absent unless you pay extra for them, and not a drop of water if you don't take a bottle. We literally feel taken for a pigeon. The highlight of the show: they hand you the CB terminal without ever showing you the bill, with a 15% tip already selected. This is a dubious and frankly borderline process. An address to avoid, unless you like to be looked down upon and pushed to consume at each stage of the meal.

The meat is good, even tho all the other dishes are over priced. But the service is choking. They only want your money. It feels like a low cost flight company where you get overcharged for everything, water, you buy a 40€ main course but HAVE TO add 10€ for side. For the starters there is almost nothing under 20€. When it comes to the service, they were barely trying to be decent the entire time. When they brought the bill, they put themselves a 15% tip without even asking AND DIDNT EVENT SHOW US THE BILL WE HAD TO ASK ??!! When we said we didnt want to tip ( due to the really bad experience we had with a 380€ bill we paid) They didn’t say a word to us, threw our receipt on the table and didn’t even say goodbye. Terrible, overly expensive and overall bad service… they only want your money, not to give you a good diner

A great piece of meat… but a bitter aftertaste. We booked a table for 5 at Beef GrillClub, a Berlin steakhouse with quite a solid reputation and clearly positioned in the “high-end” price range. From the very start, disappointment set in: no real sense of welcome or personalization. We were seated hastily, with two tables quickly pushed together — without even checking the name on our reservation. The tone was set. The meal started with a few mishaps: a corked bottle of wine (it happens), quickly replaced. But when it came to the food, the starters were sadly bland: a tasteless carpaccio, a flat vitello tonnato, parmesan lacking any character… and table salt only — quite surprising for a steakhouse aiming for this level. As for the meat, credit where it’s due: the cooking was perfect, and the products were high quality. But beware: here, everything comes at an extra cost. Want a side dish? Expect to pay between €5 and €10. Fancy a sauce with your steak? That’ll be an additional €3 to €5. At this point, the experience starts to feel dangerously close to a Ryanair-style restaurant menu. To make things worse, their water policy is highly questionable: tap water is mysteriously “unavailable,” bottles are emptied without asking just to encourage you to order more, and the staff oscillates between cold indifference and irritation when you don’t follow their consumption script. The grand finale was almost comical: no printed bill at the table, just a card machine showing pre-selected tips starting at 15%. When I asked to see the detailed bill, it was shown to me reluctantly, before the machine reappeared immediately. Declining to leave a tip (given the service) seemed to trigger visible annoyance: the receipt was practically thrown on the table, and we left without a single thank you or goodbye. In short: yes, the meat is good. But that’s the bare minimum for a steakhouse charging these prices. Everything else — the service, the pushy commercial strategy, the complete lack of warmth — completely ruined the experience. You leave feeling less like a guest… and more like a walking wallet. I wouldn’t recommend it — unless, unlike me, you believe that good food should come without any notion of hospitality.

Bad service experience. I honestly tried to be understanding, but this restaurant has zero respect for its customers. My bill was double charged—once on my card and once in cash—because of their payment system upgrade. I get that technical issues happen, and I was patient at first. But what happened next was beyond frustrating. Instead of solving the problem, the staff pushed me around like a ball, sending me from one person to another. No one took responsibility. Every time I asked for an update, I got vague answers like “It’s being processed” or “Come back later.” Well, guess what? It’s been TWO MONTHS, and I still don’t have my money back! I came in with patience and understanding. What I got in return was complete disregard and terrible customer service. If they mess up your payment, don’t expect them to fix it anytime soon. Avoid this place unless you want to pay twice and get treated like an inconvenience!

Hello, our stay was so good, I just have to tell you about it! I reserved the whole thing via the app (open table). It was both a date and a birthday and so I stated this in the app and asked in free text for a small gift worth 10-15 euros for dessert. The service was top notch, there were waiters nearby all the time who were always there for us, concerned about our well-being, but weren't too intrusive. We also received good advice on our choice of food. Instead of the 200 and 300 g portion of fillet steak, we were told that there was also a 500 g portion for the same price, where the meat was of even higher quality, unfortunately I can no longer say what meat it was. Anyway, we changed our mind and didn't regret it. As a starter there was the carpaccio, which tasted excellent. Then came the main course. The fillet was exactly as we had imagined, medium rare, and was cut for us by the waiter on a small trolley at our table. That alone was exciting. The meat was then served on a hot metal plate. My meat only lay with the corners on the plate so that it didn't go through any further. The waiter intentionally put the meat on the plate for my friend because she preferred it medium rare and so this wish was fulfilled. Excellent service and a super nice host. The taste was just great, just as it looked! The crowning finale was the dessert, a cheesecake with a candle on top, as a special treat as ordered. The whole thing was then garnished with red berries. The taste was also great again and we were particularly happy when we found out that it was even on the house for us. Thank you for this lovely evening! Gladly again.

Boring restaurant in a boring place. Almost €30 for some cauliflower with hummus and a cold half avocado? Unfortunately, service was only ok for this price range.

Good location and great food. Nice atmosphere although somewhat empty given it was a Monday night. Service was ok (not great) and the reason for one star was the tipping “trick” when paying which I would not expect from a place like this. I’m given the card machine without breakdown of bill. I ask for breakdown which shows about EUR 40 below what the card machine stated. I asked whether amount includes tip and waiter explains machine has default but now I can suddenly decide what I want to give. I ended up giving 10% but really disappointing they try to cheat people. Not the money but the principle. Ps. Charging EUR 5 for steak sauce is a bit ridiculous although may have been listed on menu. Please do better for repeat business even if we are just tourists.

Be careful with the bill it’s not the first time they want to abuse with the total amount. First time they added to the bill 18% tip they said it was compulsory by law. Tonight the waiter comes with the terminal without showing me the bill . The total amount shown was not correct the Second amount was 50 euros on top Of what I spent the third again mistaken . Honestly the food is good there is no need to try to abuse customers specially in periods when there are trade fairs and there is a lot of international business clients .

We spontaneously ate here last night and the food was really delicious! We were particularly enthusiastic about the dessert, as well as dinner - everything fresh and well prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive, which also made the evening pleasant. Unfortunately I have to say that the prices are quite high. I found the drinks in particular to be very expensive, which spoiled the overall experience somewhat. The quality of the food and service is good, but overall the price-performance ratio isn't quite right for me. Nevertheless, it was a nice evening, which certainly wasn't the last - but the price of the drinks could be a little more moderate.

wir waren seit jahren treue gäste..auch nach der frechheit, an silvester 23/24 die portionen halbiert hatten und uns eine tisch fast am windfang angeboten hatte, schwamm drüber-der hammer war nun am 28.12. es gibt keine burger, weil es kein burgerbrot mehr gab...da langt man sich schon mal den kopf, wenn ein gehobener burgerladen keine buns mehr hat. schade, aber nie wieder,wir sind wieder gegangen

A spontaneous visit to Potsdamer Platz became the highlight of New Year's Eve. Very friendly and competent employees. The lamb chops and the beef skewer were excellent. Best part of the dinner was leaving and seeing the firework outside. Steaks were undercooked, chateaubriand was over cooked, pepper sauce was 80% raw peppercorn, service was nothing less than horrible. Don't go unless you wanna spend way too much and leave really disappointed.

The place is atmospheric, beautiful, good staff. We had dinner with a friend in this restaurant. All the advantages that we saw in this place were outweighed by one big minus! A day later we fell ill with rotavirus infection...! The doctor confirmed rotavirus, prescribed treatment. Either we caught the bacteria from cutlery, or from lamb ribs... We are very disappointed that this happened in this place. At first glance, the restaurant inspired confidence...

Teníamos grandes esperanzas para este lugar, especialmente dada la etiqueta de precio y se veía la parte, pero no estaba a la altura del aspecto o el precio! El servicio era muy pobre Pedimos dos filetes de caballero 55€ cada uno más el costo de los lados y 7€ para una salsa de pimienta. También pedimos dos filetes de señora con lados. Los filetes del caballero eran buenos, pero la salsa de pimienta era como agua con una tonelada de pimienta y no era comestible. Las señoras llegaron totalmente frías y filetes diminutos por lo que enviamos de vuelta, las trajeron de vuelta recalentadas pero pedimos filetes frescos a los que accedieron. 25 minutos después llegaron los filetes (los chicos habían terminado de comer) y aunque ahora eran buenos y más grandes, los lados originales estaban fríos, así que tuvimos que esperar para comprar otros nuevos. Pedimos ver el pesebre o chef, pero ninguno de los dos llegó, sino que el camarero dijo que estaba golpeando a las damas filetes de la cuenta, que era genial, pero estropeó totalmente la comida. Pagamos la cuenta menos los costos de la salsa ya que eran diabólicos y salieron dilatados. Tantos lugares agradables para comer e incluso después de descuento esto era más de 250 € por lo que nuestro consejo sería darle una falta.

An experience in every respect, delicious, sweet, funny and generous.

Worst food ever in a long time. Had 150 g entrecote (only 70% of it edible) carelessly arranged on the plate with 15 frozen fries and a small bowl of sauce. Complaint was dismissed with the fact that we would receive some garnish next time. Really disappointing and definitely we will never go there again. Unfortunately, out of frustration, I forgot to take a photo.

It was a wonderful evening with friends and great food. I would also particularly like to praise and mention the service! Very friendly and attentive guys with great service quality. Recommendation for the Beef Grill Club in Berlin We had the pleasure of eating at the Beef Grill Club in Berlin and our visit was an experience in a class of its own. We reserved a table by phone in advance and when we arrived on site everything was perfectly prepared. The welcome was warm and professional, the team was helpful and courteous. We could choose whether we wanted to sit on the ground floor or on the stylishly designed second level. The way to our table took us past the impressive meat counter. There we were presented with the highest quality products, including the smokehouse and the grill on which the meat was freshly prepared. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a dream: tastefully decorated and thought out down to the last detail. When we arrived at our seat, the professional service team took our order in a friendly and efficient manner. Shortly afterwards the drinks and appetizers were served. The main course was a real highlight. For our group, the main waiter prepared two generous grill plates with the best meats and delicious sides. Every type of meat was cooked to perfection and the selection left nothing to be desired. Everything was presented with such perfection that it was truly a delight. The consistently attentive service was particularly pleasant: water bottles were served with the drinks, and our coats were handed over to us at the end of the evening. We left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied and with a full stomach - and we agreed that we would definitely like to repeat this wonderful evening. We were happy to give a generous tip for the team's excellent performance, as it was more than deserved. The staff at the Beef Grill Club do an exceptional job. The food and restaurant were good but the service was a disaster. We were there 4 times, once the service was good otherwise always very dissatisfied. It's a shame but we won't go there anymore. The service also has to be good for these prices.

Even though the restaurant was almost empty and there were only three waiters on duty, we were completely ignored. After a long wait, someone finally came, but the waiter was extremely unfriendly and didn't take our order despite several attempts. Added to this are the overpriced prices - definitely not justified given the poor service. I definitely won't eat here again.

When you come here, you can expect the highest quality in all areas. But you should also be aware that good food comes at a price. Nuestro grupo de cinco incluía dos chicos de 18 años, y qué experiencia tuvieron. El atento sommelier rápidamente ajustó el tamaño de nuestra fiesta y recomendó por expertos un menú perfecto: entrantes ligeros pero fantásticos seguidos de un plato principal compartido tanto de tomahawk como de chateaubriand. Cada plato fue cocinado a la perfección, con sabores y ternura como nunca antes había probado. Incluso las guarniciones podrían haberse mantenido solas como platos por derecho propio, con maravillosas combinaciones de sabores y un equilibrio perfecto. La noche fue llevada a cabo juntos por Giacomo, un anfitrión que nos cuidó constantemente, haciendo que la experiencia se sienta verdaderamente real. “¡La mejor experiencia de restaurante de la historia!” declararon nuestros dos jóvenes de 18 años, y no podía estar más de acuerdo. You have the feeling that the kindness really comes from the heart. It doesn't seem fake or intrusive. The food was perfect and preparing it in front of the guest was an absolute highlight. Above all, people ask whether you want cognac with the beef tartare or not. TOP. Also that a sample was given out first. All I can say is I was thrilled. The food came quickly and, as I said, was perfect. And so the price-performance ratio was great for us. If we are in Berlin again, we will definitely come back because this meal made our day! I had pretty high expectations from this store. It really presents itself as a deluxe. These expectations were not entirely fulfilled. The burger was good - but not very good! I ordered the burger medium - unfortunately it didn't arrive (see photo). That shouldn't be the case in a store like this! Especially not for this really extremely high price. Don't get me wrong: the burger had a good meaty taste, was light and relatively juicy. But it could have been better - especially if he had really been a medium. The fries were pretty good! But it can also be a little better. All in all I was satisfied! But the price... I expect a little more for that.

! BRILLIANT PRAWNS! I Went Here Only A Few Hours Ago And Trust Me It's Amazing! The Staff Speak German & English (if they speak more languages I'm unsure) And Their Polite And Everything A Staff Member Should Be! So I Had The Mit Garnelen And It Was Spectacular! (I'd Put Some Pepper And Salt On It For A Lil Bit Of A Kick) And Trust Me It Was Amazing! The Prawns Had A Brilliant Crunch To Them And They Were HUGEEE And I Really Really Mean Gigantic In Size! The Chips Were Awesome Aswell. The Staff Were Nice And Their English Was Fluent So A Big Bonus For That! The Booths Were Comfy And The Tables Were Nicely Sized. My Main Was Pretty Big Aswell (which I love) So Danke!

Everything was very good! Service and food were A1! Great value for money! We had the steak burger with beef fillet and the walnut salad with beef fillet. Our wishes were met 100%. All of our wishes were fulfilled - even off the menu! We'll be back tomorrow :) Definitely worth a visit if you're in Berlin.

Really nice place, not a lot of people at the time i visited. Customer service is really nice, attentive and accommodating. The food i ordered was really tasty, the meat was soft and well seasoned. The wine was really good as well. Although the prices were a bit on the high side, it's understandable due to the area being located and the quality/cut of the meat. I can see myself returning here.

Leider nicht mehr als untere Mittelklasse mit gehobenen Preisen. 9,50€ für industrielle Pommes und schlechtem Parmesan ist auch am Leipziger Platz kein angemessener Preis. Mein Filetsteak war gut, aber viel zu weit (sehr well done, statt Medium well). Hier geht es eindeutig nicht um qualitativ hochwertige Speisen. Der Service war freundlich.
