We've wanted to come here for a long time. Today was the day and we were surprised. Great ambience! The steaks are delicious. We'll definitely come back. It's a shame that smoking is allowed in the large room. Next time we'll sit on the left.

Best steak in Berlin. Price-performance ratio TOP! Absolutely brilliant shop! We have been going here regularly for 2 years now and have NEVER been disappointed. The Chateaubriand and the dry aged entrecôte are particularly recommended. A pleasure!

Hacienda Steakhouse – A pleasure for all senses! My experience at Hacienda Steakhouse was simply fantastic! From the moment I walked in to the last bite I felt completely pampered. The atmosphere of the restaurant exudes a cozy, authentic ambience that immerses you directly in the world of South American steakhouses. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Every member of staff I came into contact with was attentive and made me feel welcome and well cared for. The team at Hacienda Steakhouse have a real talent for delivering hospitality at the highest level. Let’s get to the most important thing – the food. The steaks were absolutely on point! My fillet was perfectly cooked medium-rare, juicy and with an incomparable flavor that brought pure joy with every bite. The side dishes, especially the grilled vegetables and the homemade mashed potatoes, were the ideal complement and also of the highest quality. Particularly worth mentioning is the variety of sauces, which give each steak a very personal touch. The selection of drinks, especially the wine list, also surprised me positively. The selection goes perfectly with the various meat dishes and rounds off the overall experience. All in all, Hacienda Steakhouse is an absolute must for any steak lover. It combines quality, taste and atmosphere at the highest level and invites you to come back again and again. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can only warmly recommend this restaurant!

Last night I went to the Hacienda Restaurant with my girlfriend, had something to eat and drink cocktails. We ordered the grill plate for 2 people, which was delicious and sufficient. The prices for cocktails are great, €6.90 is nothing these days. The only complaint is that there is no parking on site. It's better to come by public transport.

Not really good, our staeks were really cold. The beef fillet was really tough because it was the fillet head that is actually no longer offered as a staek but is used for sliced ​​meat. It's not true that it's fried on the grill but rather on the contact grill. After the meal and the first drinks we had to tell the counter that we would like to have something to drink.!!!!!! 1 condition for the whole store, really not enough. Since we were there once, we certainly won't eat there again

I checked out the Steakhouse Hacienda on a recommendation when I was nearby. First of all: I was there unannounced on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. with three people. Given this fact, the service was very good, despite the fact that it took a long time (due to the circumstances). The guys and girls seem to know their stuff because my steak was beautifully British. At least the steakhouses can do that! Another compliment to the bar group. When I said "Surprise me" when I ordered my drink, I wasn't expecting such a beautiful work of art. The ambience was very inviting, a nice fountain in the smoking area. However, the table next to us was very loud, which is not the restaurant's fault. Please note: The parking situation directly in front of the restaurant can be greatly improved, but there is good parking at an intersection away. See you next time!

Unfortunately very bad!!!!! The rump steak (ordered medium) was completely cold and barely chewable. When asked about service during the meal, our answer was: The food is cold and hardly chewable. The plates were cleared away half full and the question of whether it was tasty was answered again with - not edible - no interest. We asked if we should bring another piece of meat, but our appetite had completely disappeared. When the bill came for the full price and I asked if I was serious, the answer was. Yes, of course.

As a regular customer for years, I am more than disappointed with today's service. I only eat my steak "through" and since it was often served medium rare from the kitchen, the steak is now brought to me on the hot stone. Today's 300g sirloin steak was still rare to medium when I cut it on a hot stone. But I cut off a small corner. It was very sinewy and cartilaginous. The waiter came to the table and asked if everything was OK. be. I then told him that I was not satisfied with the quality of today's steak. He offered me a new sirloin steak. But since we had already waited about 30 minutes for our food, I declined because I was hoping that it was just because of the corner piece. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. When I wanted to speak to Keller again, he was outside and came to our table about 5-7 minutes later. In the meantime I ate the baked potato. I asked the cellar to take the steak off the bill. The waiter refused, saying he could bring me a new steak. Since I had already finished the side dish, in this case the baked potato, and everyone else at the table had already finished eating, I continued to refuse. I don't understand why people treat customers like this who have been coming here for many years, but apparently no one here cares. The bill came to €87.00, there was no tip for today's service, which I would otherwise always honor with an additional 10%. If they can't take the steak off my bill as a gesture of goodwill, then today would be my last visit. Beautiful ambience with winter garden and outdoor terrace.

The interior is loud and cool and there is a draft. Unfortunately the steak was very tough (not hung?), the side dishes were delicious. My cocktail (Cosmopolitan) came in a large glass, watery due to a lot of ice and almost alcohol-free. - no recommendation :(

Hello dear future visitors. I really like Hacienda Restaurant and if someone asked me where to find a very good steak house, I would put Hacienda on the top 1. The others are out of the question because the food is so delicious. What I always order is fillet steak (200 or 300 grams), salad and fries and green tea. There is also such a delicious sauce. The atmosphere is of course very good and the high-quality furniture everywhere looks chic. It's only when you sit outside that smoking gets very loud at our table and it's not so pleasant and you have to sit down inside. Otherwise you can eat here for a good price.

Once and not again! Only the spare ribs are recommended. The T-bone steak is a disgrace. It is normal for meat to lose weight when grilled, but not more than 50%. The steak was just 1 cm thick and what are the cooking details if the griller is not able to grill a steak medium. Of the 3 different areas in the restaurant (indoor, outdoor and covered pergola), only the pergola was well attended, unfortunately there is a train station atmosphere in this room and smoking is allowed! If you don't need this enjoyment, you have to go to the currently. When the temperatures prevail, go indoors or sit completely outdoors. However, you are ignored there... how 4.3 rating points come together is a mystery to me, but perhaps the expectations of the guests are relatively low. Nothing with parking spaces!

The service was bad, we were a group of 30 people, we sometimes waited 30 to 40 minutes for the drinks. The staff stood together in small groups. They talked to each other and had the feeling of not being welcome. The eye contact was there but there was no reaction. THE decoration was very clear. There was only a salt and pepper tax, it was stuck together.....Cheap paper servers, no flowers, tea lights or candles, the bread and olives only came with the meal. The food was very good and tasty. BUT I WILL NOT COME THERE ANYTIME!!!!!!

Those who give 5 stars here have probably never eaten a really good steak. Had dinner here with 10 people. Of the 3 entrecotes medium, 3 were cooked completely differently. A steak was cold as were the fried onions. The chef can't tell a porterhouse steak from a T-bone steak. Sangria was a mix of orange juice and cherry juice with a splash of red wine - laughable. Only the spare rips were good. You have to like the ambience, the smoking in the covered annex and the train station atmosphere. But I don't have to have that again and I'd rather drive a good kilometer further out of town because there's a really good steakhouse. Let's see how long this review is online before Google deletes it because it is supposedly not accurate.

For me personally the best steakhouse in Berlin. Here the preparation of the steak was perfected. I've probably eaten here over 20 times and the steaks have always been perfect in terms of preparation and taste. I can highly recommend the homemade steak sauce. The staff is very friendly and quick. In terms of ambience, it is modern mixed with classic accents. If you love steaks, the Hacienda is the perfect place for you 🙂

When we didn't let the fried turkey go back all the time because it was raw, we were insulted... because they were the only ones complaining, and there were only 4 other guests because maybe everything was ok, but there were 10 of us People can understand that you want to give out the food at the same time, but then it has to be ready, never in the store again, and we were not allowed a replacement or waiver for a bill of 240 euros

Unfortunately, the cooking point was not hit at all. All 3 steaks were not medium rare. 1 fillet steak was so stringy that only half could be eaten. The bread that comes to the table free of charge with olives was anything but fresh. The edge of the bread was so hard that it was inedible. We ordered ketchup, which we got when we were finished eating. We were there with a small child who had to be changed, unfortunately no changing option despite space in the disabled toilet. At the end we waited 20 minutes for the bill because the waiter preferred to chat with friends at a larger table in the smoking area. Unfortunately it's a shame, the shop had potential but apparently it's enough if you look at the big cars in front of the door :)

Have only been there once so far. There is a menu with what feels like 100 dishes. How everything is supposed to always work fresh and in good quality is a mystery to me. There's a lot that comes out of the deep fryer. Personally I didn't like it that much, but my daughter thought it was ok. Ok for in between, but if you're looking for a good steakhouse with a cozy atmosphere, I would personally go somewhere else.

It's like being on vacation ☀️ The restaurant has seating inside, as well as a separate smoking area and an outdoor area for warmer days. Everything was furnished very lovingly and with every detail in mind. There is a fountain in the smoking area and several patio heaters if it gets too cold. The service is friendly and accommodating and even when it's full, you don't have to wait long for your food. The prices are adjusted and moderate. Any food – and we have already tried it several times – is recommended without exception. In the entrance area you can take a look at your later choice of meat - in the appropriate cooling area. My recommendation is the onion roast and the lumberjack steak or the burgers. The portions are very sufficient - you don't have to worry about leaving there hungry 😅. The food this time was very tasty. Unfortunately it wasn't quite as good the first time, hence the star deduction. The ambience is great and so is the service.

If the restaurant is a little fuller, it takes a while to get your food. Whenever the "waiter" said he would be back soon, he came very late or not at all. This is about the waiting time while eating, the waiter spilling drinks or the fact that the children got their ice cream very differently. Food was ok, but a little too spicy for me personally and I miss a few more vegetables. Finally, I ordered an iced cocoa, which only had vanilla ice cream at the bottom, then milk was added and the cocoa powder was somehow sprinkled on top. The cream came on top. It wasn't stirred at all. You could have eaten the cacao powder straight away. Now these glasses are often almost full to the brim, so stirring them so that the milk and cream didn't spill out was quite an art. Because the tables are so close together, it was very loud. The place is nicely decorated, toilets were clean. You can sit outside. Parking spaces not available. I remember the hacienda from before, where there was always a lollipop or candy for the kids at the end. Everyone was happy then.

Well, we were at the hacienda in Alt-Mariendorf for the first time, the beautiful weather invited us to visit the beer garden. We both chose the mixed grill platter and have to say that the meat was very well grilled and tender (beef, turkey, pork), the atmosphere was relaxed, the service was very friendly and the price was reasonable at 17.90 euros, as were the cocktails really good. We will come back.

Service and quality have improved significantly compared to 2 years ago. Unfortunately I didn't get a Flying Hirsch twice in a row because there was no Red Bull left. But the food is super delicious

I had mixed feelings about my visit to this restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was really good, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the service, which was well below our expectations. I hope this was a one-off issue and would be happy if the service reflected the quality of the food and atmosphere in the future.
