Delicious food, very nice staff, nice atmosphere. We'd love to come back.

The service was courteous and very nice! The food gets 1 star deducted because the side salad was a bit bland, you had to look for dressing and there was no way to spice it up yourself with vinegar/oil. Ambiance 1 star deducted because of the many very artificial looking plastic flowers and plants.

I have to adjust my old rating. We spontaneously went to Hacienda again in March. The service was really not good this time. There were waiters running around, but it took a long time for orders to be taken. Somehow no one felt responsible. We then asked a waiter that we would like to order. He was annoyed because his colleague hadn't done that yet. But they were always friendly to us. After the drinks were ordered, we had to fight again to somehow get rid of our food requests. It seemed disorganized. But the food came relatively quickly. There were no questions asking if we wanted to order anything else. I actually wanted to order more drinks, but I was too stupid to try to place an order again. It's precisely from drinks that a restaurant makes its money. So I don't understand why the staff doesn't aim for this and just ask if there's anything else they can do. The question of whether it tasted good should always be included. The quality of the food was ok. Unfortunately my wife's steak was a bit tough. Also a shame: no children's menu and sometimes only small drinks (e.g. Cola in 0.2 bottles for a lot of money) Ambiance is great as always. There's nothing you can say.

I went to Hacienda Steakhouse and absolutely loved it! I had the lady steak with a fresh salad and a delicious cocktail - just perfect! The steak was cooked to medium rare, super tender and full of flavor. The service was also first class – friendly, attentive and quick. The cozy atmosphere rounded off the evening perfectly. I can only recommend the Hacienda Steakhouse and am already looking forward to our next visit!

The location is very nice. Almost a WOW moment upon entering. The servers are also very friendly. Nothing to complain about. BUT: The food didn't arrive for 1.5 hours, and no one told us it would take so long. The promised free beer never arrived either. The meat wasn't cooked to perfection, the side salad was swimming in water from washing and consisted mostly of cheap iceberg lettuce and canned corn. The bill wasn't reduced either. All in all, this is just unacceptable. What a shame; it should have been a lovely family evening.

We came here on the recommendation of a dear colleague and were not disappointed. The Hacienda is a very nice restaurant with a great ambience, very friendly and competent staff. When the main courses were prepared at the table and then served on the platters, it was almost a show. The food was a treat and one of our new favorite restaurants.

A very nice restaurant with lots of space inside and outside. There are very tasty cocktails there. The first cocktail on the menu is awesome, unfortunately I can't remember what it's called, but it's really delicious. Very well made and well rounded. Price-wise it's ok. When it came to warm dishes, I only saw that some dishes cost over 20 euros, which I personally think is a bit too much of a good thing. But you also know how the situation everywhere is not true. The toilets were clean. The tables were beautifully set up and the shop generally looked very inviting. Especially the steak display case, really great. Personally, I always really like such eye-catchers. I only had the bruschetta and the baked mushrooms that evening, but those were also delicious. We will definitely come back and try the other warm main courses.

Unfortunately, today was also our last visit. Today was our last time as regular guests. Waiting time was almost an hour today. When our food finally arrived, I had a hell of a year. We called the waiter, who just said “the chef has no hair” (????!!!!) I had the minced steak with fries. My meal was still complete, I ate two fries and noticed the hair on the second bite. Of course I gave the plate back, I had lost my appetite. When we later ordered the bill, the minced meat was actually included. I asked the waiter about it, but he just shrugged his shoulders. We were regularly at the hacienda several times a year, our bill was always over €200, but when you are treated THAT way, regardless of whether you are a regular or a new customer, then today was the last time we were there. We'll get rid of the money elsewhere, and seriously, the price/performance ratio here was in no way right. It's a shame that everyone opens a shop these days and restaurateurs can complain.

If you want to go back to the 80s and clean your entire wardrobe and wash your hair after your visit, this is the right place for you. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant area. The toilets were not clean, but later there was no toilet paper, soap and towels. The food was well, but the service was bad, waiters rarely came and it took forever for both the orders and the bill to arrive.

The food was great, the service was friendly and uncomplicated. It would have been such a nice restaurant for us if it wasn't for the smoking area and the constantly open door. This means the entire restaurant is a large smoking area. So unfortunately it will probably be the only visit.

Every member of staff I came into contact with was attentive and made me feel welcome and well cared for. The team at Hacienda Steakhouse have a real talent for delivering hospitality at the highest level. Let’s get to the most important thing – the food. The steaks were absolutely on point! My fillet was perfectly cooked medium-rare, juicy and with an incomparable flavor that brought pure joy with every bite. The side dishes, especially the grilled vegetables and the homemade mashed potatoes, were the ideal complement and also of the highest quality. Particularly worth mentioning is the variety of sauces, which give each steak a very personal touch. The selection of drinks, especially the wine list, also surprised me positively. The selection goes perfectly with the various meat dishes and rounds off the overall experience. All in all, Hacienda Steakhouse is an absolute must for any steak lover. It combines quality, taste and atmosphere at the highest level and invites you to come back again and again. Last night I went to the Hacienda Restaurant with my girlfriend, had something to eat and drink cocktails. We ordered the grill plate for 2 people, which was delicious and sufficient. The prices for cocktails are great, €6.90 is nothing these days. The only complaint is that there is no parking on site. It's better to come by public transport.

Not really good, our staeks were really cold. The beef fillet was really tough because it was the fillet head that is actually no longer offered as a staek but is used for sliced ​​meat. It's not true that it's fried on the grill but rather on the contact grill. After the meal and the first drinks we had to tell the counter that we would like to have something to drink.!!!!!! 1 condition for the whole store, really not enough. Since we were there once, we certainly won't eat there again

I checked out the Steakhouse Hacienda on a recommendation when I was nearby. First of all: I was there unannounced on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. with three people. Given this fact, the service was very good, despite the fact that it took a long time (due to the circumstances). The guys and girls seem to know their stuff because my steak was beautifully British. At least the steakhouses can do that! Another compliment to the bar group. When I said "Surprise me" when I ordered my drink, I wasn't expecting such a beautiful work of art. The ambience was very inviting, a nice fountain in the smoking area. However, the table next to us was very loud, which is not the restaurant's fault. Please note: The parking situation directly in front of the restaurant can be greatly improved, but there is good parking at an intersection away. See you next time!

Unfortunately very bad!!!!! The rump steak (ordered medium) was completely cold and barely chewable. When asked about service during the meal, our answer was: The food is cold and hardly chewable. The plates were cleared away half full and the question of whether it was tasty was answered again with - not edible - no interest. We asked if we should bring another piece of meat, but our appetite had completely disappeared. When the bill came for the full price and I asked if I was serious, the answer was. Yes, of course.

As a regular customer for years, I am more than disappointed with today's service. I only eat my steak "through" and since it was often served medium rare from the kitchen, the steak is now brought to me on the hot stone. Today's 300g sirloin steak was still rare to medium when I cut it on a hot stone. But I cut off a small corner. It was very sinewy and cartilaginous. The waiter came to the table and asked if everything was OK. be. I then told him that I was not satisfied with the quality of today's steak. He offered me a new sirloin steak. But since we had already waited about 30 minutes for our food, I declined because I was hoping that it was just because of the corner piece. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. When I wanted to speak to Keller again, he was outside and came to our table about 5-7 minutes later. In the meantime I ate the baked potato. I asked the cellar to take the steak off the bill. The waiter refused, saying he could bring me a new steak. Since I had already finished the side dish, in this case the baked potato, and everyone else at the table had already finished eating, I continued to refuse. I don't understand why people treat customers like this who have been coming here for many years, but apparently no one here cares. The bill came to €87.00, there was no tip for today's service, which I would otherwise always honor with an additional 10%. If they can't take the steak off my bill as a gesture of goodwill, then today would be my last visit. Beautiful ambience with winter garden and outdoor terrace.

Hello dear future visitors. I really like Hacienda Restaurant and if someone asked me where to find a very good steak house, I would put Hacienda on the top 1. The others are out of the question because the food is so delicious. What I always order is fillet steak (200 or 300 grams), salad and fries and green tea. There is also such a delicious sauce. The atmosphere is of course very good and the high-quality furniture everywhere looks chic. It's only when you sit outside that smoking gets very loud at our table and it's not so pleasant and you have to sit down inside. Otherwise you can eat here for a good price.
