We've been here often, but this will probably be the last. The food is okay, but no longer outstanding. The staff, while still the same, are very unmotivated and taciturn these days. They don't care about bringing drinks or food. They don't even ask if they want anything else. It's okay, people know each other from the neighborhood, so they tip. But not even an espresso or a shot on the house anymore. There are plenty of other places nearby where you're appreciated as a guest.

You wait forever until the waiters at the bar finish their chatter and you can order. Then they try to talk you into medium rare instead of blue or rare. It came out okay: rare. The fries with the meat came much later, way too late. And it wasn't even busy. The meat was great, the Béarnaise was from a factory, and the fries were okay.

The service was very unfriendly; it seemed like he didn't feel like working. The food was okay. I unpacked the food I took home and put it all in a bowl with salad. It was unacceptable. I won't be going back; there are better options.

I didn't like the experience here. Staff didn't speak good English, I ordered 2 different types of steaks, a different waiter came to the table and without asking anything he just places the dishes on the table and we stared to eat. After we figured out that I had wrong steak and my boy had mine. When I paid , I felt they were pushy because they asked tips. I was disappointed as I wanted to eat so much here and I didn't get a nice experience.

Fan de viande en passant devant pour aller à mon hôtel, je l’ai tout de suite remarqué, je suis retourné pour manger le soir on était deux une fois on a dû attendre cinq minutes pour être placé une fois placé, on nous a pris la commande assez rapidement 20 minutes après le Serveur me ramène ma salade et là disparu pendant 10 minutes. J’ai donc dû manger ma salade avec mes doigts, vu qu’il y avait pas de couvert 10 minutes de plus sans passer quand t’il reviens récupérer l’assiette de ma salade même pas remarqué qu’il y avait pas de couvert Au bout de 20 minutes, il nous ramène nos plats, et là mon collègue qui parle anglais et pas moi lui demande s’il pourrait ramener les couverts dans le menu le plat que j’ai pris marqué 250 g un mix de viande bœuf, poulet porc pour moi ça signifiait 250 g de viande, mais ce n’était pas du tout ça c’était 250 g entre la viande, les frites, la salade et la sauce cocktail et n’ont pas que la viande la viande de bœuf et la viande de porc était très bonnes. Par contre la viande de poulet ont sentait un goût de tournée ainsi que la viande de bœuf que mon collègue avait pris une fois nos plats terminés, on attend encore une vingtaine de minutes avant que nous soyons débarrassé au moment de Payé. Comme il avait à nouveau disparu, on se dirige vers le bar ou là il nous dit de retourner sur la table et que il reviendrait vers nous au bout de cinq minutes, il arrive et nous demande comment on veut régler. Moi je lui dis en cache et mon collègue par Carte total faisait 31.60 € il me demande si j’ai les 0,60 €, je le fais comprendre de faire sur 32 en lui donnant un billet de 50. Et là il me rend 15 €. Résumé de la soirée très déçu, et bien évidemment je ne viendrai plus chez eux et courage à vous

We had reserved for a Saturday evening. It was really crowded and there was only one waiter there. He really tried everything, but he just couldn't keep up. We were only able to order drinks after 45 minutes, but they came shortly afterwards. We were really...let's say annoyed. The food arrived 1:45 a.m. after entering the restaurant. The salad bar was already looted and no one had time to refill it. The reason was that many guests came at the same time. I think a second service person should have been there. The food was delicious. However, the fillet steak was more rare than medium rare and the entrecote was tough. All in all, I would say that you should only enter the restaurant when it is not busy or there are at least two wait staff there.

We have been to this steakhouse from time to time and the quality of the steaks impresses us every time. That's why we were there spontaneously yesterday with 7 people. However, several guests arrived at the same time. A waitress and a cook then tried to handle everything. The waitress really tried hard and walked a lot and also had to get the drinks ready at the counter. The tables for two were ready relatively quickly (including payment) and we were still waiting for our food. Unfortunately there was no remark or apology. In the end we all got a salad on the house...although most of us had a salad with the meal anyway. But that was just before our food was served. (Waiting time over an hour after ordering...) The steaks were great again, but we didn't really want to eat at 9:15 p.m. (Five of us came at 7:20 p.m. and the other two people came at 8 p.m.) So make a reservation next time! Then the staff can perhaps be planned better. If someone gets sick because of illness from 3 forces, it is simply bad luck. Possibly then no longer accept guests or point out the longer waiting time to the guests.

We ordered Florida ribs and T-bone steak. Both dishes were the worst we ate. The meat was cooked and had the consistency of minced meat, no roasted flavors, just smeared with marinade to make it look grilled. The ribs went back, but I got a sirloin steak. Looked really good, but tasted terrible because this meat wasn't grilled either. So it wasn't eaten either. I'm going to a steakhouse to eat grilled meat! Never again, I can only advise against it. Apparently they don't have a kitchen, the dishes were prepared at the counter like at a snack bar. The waiter tried hard.

As long as I live in Siemensstadt, we've been going to this steakhouse. In the 30 years the quality of the food has always remained at a very good level. It just happened once that the meat wasn't good and in the end the chef wasn't in the meat. Last time it was again simply delicious and that came from the entire group. Small side note regarding some of the comments here. Anyone who has steaks delivered to their home and then has problems with the quality has really lost control of their life. Something like this belongs straight from the grill to the plate, there's no other way, or you have to live with the losses.

Then an onion sauce was simply poured over the meat without it being on the menu! The store smelled so much of old grease that our clothes had to be cleaned first. I thought in the car afterwards because I was still in the restaurant, that's what our things smelled like. Salad bar? Sorry, the whole thing was so unsightly. The store still needs to do something! Both dishes hardly Seasoned. The only thing that was good were the drinks. 🍷. Sorry for the review but the food was just bad. Made something to eat at home!

When we (8 people) wanted to eat in this restaurant on a Wednesday evening, everything seemed very professional at first. However, it took 40 minutes after ordering until the food was on the table. First the starters became main courses, the ribs were inedible as they were so hard you couldn't remove them from the bone. The steak was not medium but rare, and after a discussion with the waiter it was prepared again. On closer inspection, the furnishings appear very old and worn out. They could do with some renovation.

I made it clear to him that, firstly, it wasn't my problem, secondly, my child was sleeping, and thirdly, if he didn't feel like the job, he should look for something new. After the gentleman got here, he complained loudly in the stairwell and argued with me, I actually wanted my change back down to the cent because I wouldn't like to tip a guy like that... but so that he can just leave the house quickly, Because I wasn't in the mood for him anymore, I gave him the money as a tip. I then called the store and complained. Now comes the best!! After an hour I got a call, I didn't answer because it was already after 11 p.m. and I was in bed. Then the doorbell rang more than 10 times, I then opened the door angrily and asked what the problem was. Apparently I didn't pay!! He was screaming around here again, so late in the evening in an apartment building! I threatened to call the police, but in the end I had to call my neighbor before it escalated. He left the house and called me again the next day. Of course I didn't answer. I wrote a review on Lieferando. They had these deleted! I asked the boss, he's never there and no one gets back to me. Cowardly filth, and I left a lot of money back then.

Traveling for work alone, where to go for dinner, I am a regular traveler to Berlin, but not here before. Close to my hotel, I wandered in, and I am glad I did. Ordered the mixed grill, on the day menu, and it was delicious. The service by the 2 gentlemen was brilliant. Food was delicious and will be back to other options on the menu.

The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating, which made the visit an even more pleasant experience. I can highly recommend the steakhouse and will definitely come back!

There's no better way to prepare a steak

Ordered from them via Lieferando. With an order of €90, there was no bread for the 2 soups we ordered. Called there and asked. Employee rudely says that I have to order bread separately. I look in the app and there is no option to add bread to the soup. I'm going to the restaurant personally. The employee shows me that I can order garlic bread, but they don't have regular bread. Waste of time and nerves.

I was here for the first time on a Friday evening in February 2024. I was surprised at first, around 9 p.m. we were almost the only guests, the restaurant isn't that small after all. So we sat down and ordered. The food came quite quickly. My pepper steak medium was really good, and the fried potatoes were also very tasty. The herb butter was OK, but the mushrooms were good again. When it comes to corn salad, you should know beforehand that it is actually corn with dressing on top :-D I didn't have it, my companion did and it probably tasted good, but I would have been surprised to get corn with dressing 😂 Anyway, we were finished and wanted dessert - ice cream. However, at 9:50 p.m. the kitchen had already closed and there was no more will. The feeling was conveyed that it was late enough and time to call it a day (even if it wasn't stated). That's a bit of a shame, since according to Google it's open until midnight... And even if the chef is already at home, there should still be some ice cream. The atmosphere seems a bit older, which isn't a bad thing at first. But at the latest when it comes to the toilet, which is certainly from the 80s, you could think about renovating/renovating it. Of course that's a matter of taste. I fluctuate between 3 and 4 stars and am definitely somewhere in between. Ultimately, my feeling is more like 3 stars. If the steak had been rated separately from everything else, it would have been 4 stars!

Mijałam ten lokal milion razy, skoro znowu jem mięso to trzeba było sprawdzić co dobrego mają w ofercie. Zamówiłam steka 🥩 obtoczonego w pieprzu, z masłem i ziołami plus brokuły, jako, iż chwilowo całkowicie bojkotuję ziemniaki. Grubo mielony pieprz daje kopa! Rozgrzewa! Mięso delikatne, dobrze ugrillowane. Całość była bardzo smaczna. Do tego zimne piwko i udana kolacja gotowa. W lokalach z otwartym grillem miewam problem z oczami, kiedy nie mają dobrego odprowadzania dymu, tutaj nic się nie działo, a siedzieliśmy najbliżej grilla, więc super! 👍🏻 Obsługa bardzo miła i szybka. Myślę, że jeszcze tam zawitam!

Leider war es, wie in vielen anderen Restaurants auch, am Sonntagabend ziemlich leer und damit fehlte vielleicht die Wohlfühl - Atmosphäre. Das Personal war der Atmosphäre angepasst, aber das Essen war okay. Unser Favorit wird es nicht werden.
