I am extremely satisfied with my visit to the Imera Lounge in Plochingen. We had a larger reservation for 12 people and the team looked after us brilliantly from the start. Despite the size of the group, we were seated immediately; everything was well prepared and organized. The service was very attentive, friendly and always tried to make sure we didn't miss anything. The quality of the shisha was also excellent, tasted great and was very well prepared. Many thanks to the entire team for a successful evening. I can recommend the Imera Lounge in Plochingen and would be happy to come back.

We've been going here about once a month for some time now and are very satisfied. The shisha always lasts a long time, the drinks are great and the atmosphere is relaxed. Here everyone is among themselves, no one is looked at stupidly or talked to, as is sometimes the case in shisha bars. There are a lot of regular customers here for good reason. You really feel comfortable.

Unfortunately not a particularly good visit. The water only came after 15 minutes because they simply forgot about us. The staff was unfriendly and not attentive. The toilet was dirty - definitely not a comfortable place. The shisha didn't taste good and the overall atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Only cash payment is possible, which is no longer appropriate today. The many good Google reviews apparently only come about because of a free shot for 5 stars - that's pretty misleading. Two stars only because at least we were served at some point.

Despite the phone number not being reachable after calling several times, we were told at the door that you weren't allowed to sit down outside because of the public order office. When we asked whether a friend could sit down for a moment to rest because he had an operation and was using crutches, we received a very unfriendly answer. We were literally scared away. Very unfriendly and inhumane staff.

It was my first time in this shisha bar and I was totally pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was really chilled, with comfortable seats and stylish furnishings. The shisha was great – great taste, well built and lasted a long time. I was also impressed by the selection of tobacco types. The staff was very friendly and helpful, you immediately felt at home. Perfect place to relax with friends. I'll definitely be back!
