The attitude towards the customer is terrible, we sat in a group of 4 people and smoked a hookah, it was tasteless and I asked many times to change the coals, they changed them after 40 minutes and then they didn't change them at all and didn't want to, but their friends were sitting there and they came to them and changed them, I don't recommend this place because the attitude towards the customer is terrible

TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE STAFF! We sat together in a group of 4 people, the shisha was tasteless and weak. not only that, in 3.5 hours they changed the coals for us twice, even though we asked for it, they ignored us (they said that they would change them, but in the end they walked away with a dissatisfied face and acted like they were doing something, ESPECIALLY THE STAFF WITH THE GLASSES, he was particularly mean because when other workers asked him about the coals, he said that we didn't have to change anything). There was a group of friends of the workers or owners, I don't know exactly, who were given coal and tobacco every 30 minutes. In general I can't recommend it.

Very pleasant shisha bar, friendly staff who also answer questions if you have any questions. There are plenty of snacks available and the price/performance ratio is always good here.

Disappointing evening! We were really disappointed. At first we had to ask for mouthpieces 5 times before we finally got them. Then they said the coals would be changed in a minute - we ended up waiting 15 minutes. The shishas had no taste, and on top of that we were forced to order something in order to stay there. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, there was simply a lack of everything. No recommendation from us!

Very bad service! We had to ask for mouthpieces 5 times before we finally got them. Then we waited 15 minutes for the coals to be changed even though we were told it would only take a minute. The shishas were also completely tasteless. As if that wasn't enough, everyone was required to order a drink in order to continue sitting there. It was obvious that there was a lack of staff as everything was chaotic and slow. Very disappointing – definitely not recommended!

bad service, bad shisha, dirty toilet, only cash payment

Well - it's a shisha bar and not a restaurant, but apart from pretzel sticks and nuts there was absolutely nothing on the menu. All types of coffee were also “sold out”. The cocktails tasted very liver-friendly - i.e. almost alcohol-free. But - to be fair - the shisha was very good.

Very cool employees who work here, you can chill out with friends and definitely a highly recommended bar :))

Amazingly smooth hookah, good atmosphere and drinks. A little pricey, we paid €28 for two teas, one hookah and a water bottle.

The proprietors are very friendly and they ave Adalya flavors mostly! I would recommend the lemon freeze! This is a Cash only establishment but there are ATMs nearby!

The head was standard. However, the spot is not too crowded. In terms of price you get a very affordable pipe. But the best thing is the boss himself. Down-to-earth and cool. It's worth it for that alone.

It was really nice here, I can only recommend it. It's not too crowded here and the music is great and so is the staff.

Ich bin schon lange ein regelmäßiger Gast der Adara Shisha Lounge und ich muss sagen, dass ich immer wieder begeistert bin. Die Atmosphäre ist immer entspannt und die Getränke und Shishas sind immer frisch und lecker. Die Bedienung ist auch immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Adara Shisha Lounge nur jedem empfehlen, der ein nettes Ambiente und ein gutes Erlebnis sucht.

Sehr cooles Ambiente und netter Service

Typisches Shishabar Ambiente. Bis 21 Uhr hat man freie Platzwahl. Danach wird es leider sehr voll! Der Spieletisch ist unterhaltsam, nur sehr teuer. Manchmal erkennt er auch die Münzen nicht. 10€ rein (5€ Schein und der Rest Münzen) und nur für 5€ Credits bekommen. Die Auswahl der Shishas ist breit gefächert und die Shisha wurde immer perfekt serviert. Auch frische Kohle wird regelmäßig gebracht. Essen und Trinken ist für eine Shishabar Verhältnismäßig sehr gut. Empfehlenswert ist der Ingwer/Zitronen Tee!

Die Shishas sind super lecker und gute 2 Stunden rauchbar. Das Personal ist mega freundlich und aufmerksam, besonders der Jackson.
