The first experience, a month and a half ago, was excellent in all aspects. However, the second experience wasn't as good (the drink was delicious and the shisha was good). However, the person who brought us our order wasn't very kind when he brought us our order. I wanted to help him and take the order from him, but I almost accidentally dropped my drink, but nothing happened or broke. However, the worker's reaction was uncomfortable and the way he spoke to us wasn't pleasant (although nothing broke or fell on the floor). However, the worker's reaction wasn't good. We hope for the best and for more customer care. Thank you very much.

We can't comment on the food this time, as we weren't hungry. The value for money is also absolutely spot on. So if you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy a meal, this is the place. The first impression was very nice; I received a friendly welcome. I found a seat very quickly and looked at the menu. I ordered a shisha and a drink. These arrived relatively quickly. After about 20 minutes, I was brought new coals. Another 20 minutes later, the waiter came and said, "I heard you want to leave." I was a bit confused. I actually wanted to order something else. I paid and left. That's how you get rid of customers.

I've been to your place twice with my friends, and we'd love to come back :) Since we're all from Brandenburg, unfortunately, we won't be coming back that often, but if we can arrange it, we'd be happy to come back! I think I speak for all of us when I say we were and are very satisfied. It starts with the great welcome; you immediately feel at home with both the ambiance and the service. The staff, no matter who they are, are super friendly and respond to questions and requests, and you receive excellent service. Even when it's busy, you don't get the impression that the employees or staff seem stressed and pass this on to the customers. The drinks and pipes are super delicious and beautifully presented, and there's a good selection on the menu. As for the food, we can't say anything yet because we haven't ordered anything. What can I say? Simply a great bar, great customers, great team. Please keep up the good work, and we'll see you more often when it's possible to visit you :)

White Lounge Berlin? Really great! The drinks came regularly, the service was attentive – they even gave us a blanket when it got chilly outside (shoutout to that!). The drinks? Homemade and really delicious. In short: a feel-good vibe with style. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Berlin!

The place was nice, it was a quiet place, you can go with your family. The glasses were a little smelly, I think they should wash the glasses well, other than that there is no problem.

The White Lounge was a hit! Cocktails like something out of a magic book – served in stylish goblets that were almost too fancy to drink (but of course we did anyway). The shisha? Deluxe edition! With pineapple and grapefruit bowls – that wasn't smoking, that was advanced aromatherapy. The German Football Association (DFB) final was playing on a flatscreen bigger than my TV, my self-confidence, and my tax return combined. Atmosphere: relaxed. Music: appropriate. Service: 10/10 – super friendly, fast, and with more insight than a VAR referee. Bottom line: If you don't chill here, it's your own fault. We'll be back – maybe for the next World Cup final. Or just because it was awesome.

The White Lounge is like a real-time Instagram filter – only with more smoke and better cocktails! As soon as I walked in, I thought: Have I landed in Dubai or just a tasteful shisha bar? The ambiance is so modern and stylish that I almost forgot why I'm here in the first place – oh yeah, smoking shisha and sipping fancy cocktails! My shisha bowl came in a real pineapple. No joke. I felt like I was on a tropical island – only with better Wi-Fi and the German Cup on a TV that's probably bigger than my apartment. The cocktails? A poem in liquid form. I didn't know whether to drink them or compliment them. Fancy, fruity, and dangerously delicious – one of them even had a flame. Me too. Inside. Conclusion: White Lounge is the perfect mix of vacation feeling, big city vibes, and a sports bar for people with style. I'll be back – if only for the pineapple.

I had my bachelorette party today, May 17, 2025! How should I begin? Everything was simply perfect! The decorations with the balloons were dreamy! The ambiance was perfect! The food and drinks were incredibly delicious! And the UFO shisha was the highlight of the evening! Not only did it look great, it also tasted perfect! The team was very open and friendly; they even organized a special okey table for us, which we were really pleased about. By the way, their San Sebastian was absolutely amazing, truly delicious, and the perfect way to end a meal. You can tell they place a lot of value on hospitality here. There were four of us there and we were thoroughly pampered. I highly recommend the San Sebastián cheesecake; it was delicious. The bar has a really great atmosphere - food, drinks and service are absolutely top. The shisha is very good, and the cheesecake is particularly recommended. Unfortunately, smoking cigarettes is allowed in the bar, which is a bit unpleasant for us as pure shisha smokers. Perhaps a solution with separate areas could be found here. Otherwise a clear recommendation!

Today I was playing backgammon with my girlfriend at White Lounge Krass Shisha was brutally delicious 👏 Kitchen was very tasty and Yussuf was super friendly and came before 👍

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this café. First of all, we were warmly welcomed by the waiter, which gave us a good first impression. We planned to order something else from the menu, but the waiters were so busy that they barely noticed us. After about half an hour, we were finally told that we would have to vacate the place if we didn't order shisha - even though we had explicitly stated that we didn't smoke. We even asked for a shisha to be able to sit longer, but the employee simply said that it was ok. What was particularly disappointing was the behavior of the boss, who was extremely rude and arrogant towards us. For a café that advertises hospitality, this is absolutely disappointing. We definitely won't be coming back and won't recommend it to anyone. Especially if you go there as girls. We as women were treated disrespectfully by the boss.

Every time I visit Berlin I go to the White Lounge. On my last visit I was more than disappointed. The shisha only tasted like coal and didn't pull properly. Unfortunately the staff that evening wasn't what I was used to. My drink was very good. I'll check on my next visit to see if it has improved again.
