The place was nice, it was a quiet place, you can go with your family. The glasses were a little smelly, I think they should wash the glasses well, other than that there is no problem.

The White Lounge was a hit! Cocktails like something out of a magic book – served in stylish goblets that were almost too fancy to drink (but of course we did anyway). The shisha? Deluxe edition! With pineapple and grapefruit bowls – that wasn't smoking, that was advanced aromatherapy. The German Football Association (DFB) final was playing on a flatscreen bigger than my TV, my self-confidence, and my tax return combined. Atmosphere: relaxed. Music: appropriate. Service: 10/10 – super friendly, fast, and with more insight than a VAR referee. Bottom line: If you don't chill here, it's your own fault. We'll be back – maybe for the next World Cup final. Or just because it was awesome.

The White Lounge is like a real-time Instagram filter – only with more smoke and better cocktails! As soon as I walked in, I thought: Have I landed in Dubai or just a tasteful shisha bar? The ambiance is so modern and stylish that I almost forgot why I'm here in the first place – oh yeah, smoking shisha and sipping fancy cocktails! My shisha bowl came in a real pineapple. No joke. I felt like I was on a tropical island – only with better Wi-Fi and the German Cup on a TV that's probably bigger than my apartment. The cocktails? A poem in liquid form. I didn't know whether to drink them or compliment them. Fancy, fruity, and dangerously delicious – one of them even had a flame. Me too. Inside. Conclusion: White Lounge is the perfect mix of vacation feeling, big city vibes, and a sports bar for people with style. I'll be back – if only for the pineapple.

We were in a group and wanted a nice evening, so we managed to reserve a table outside in the awning at short notice/spontaneously, which I thought was great and very accommodating. The selection of food and drinks is decent. The service is friendly, accommodating, and the guests are well looked after. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable.

I had my bachelorette party today, May 17, 2025! How should I begin? Everything was simply perfect! The decorations with the balloons were dreamy! The ambiance was perfect! The food and drinks were incredibly delicious! And the UFO shisha was the highlight of the evening! Not only did it look great, it also tasted perfect! The staff were super friendly and in a great mood! It was a truly lovely evening and ended the day on a special note! If we're ever in Berlin again, we'll definitely come back 😍 Thank you!

We were traveling in Berlin as a group from North Rhine-Westphalia and immediately felt welcome at this shisha bar. The team was very open and friendly; they even organized a special okey table for us, which we were really pleased about. By the way, their San Sebastian was absolutely amazing, truly delicious, and the perfect way to end a meal. You can tell they place a lot of value on hospitality here. The atmosphere was relaxed, the shisha was really good, and the service was attentive. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Berlin. Highly recommended!

Excellent place, the music is very diverse, there is oriental, Turkish, but also French music and African, Latin, Caribbean culture and so on. The staff is lovely, the service is fast, excellent value for money and the cherry on the cake, super safe for women. I highly recommend!

The bar has a really great atmosphere - food, drinks and service are absolutely top. The shisha is very good, and the cheesecake is particularly recommended. Unfortunately, smoking cigarettes is allowed in the bar, which is a bit unpleasant for us as pure shisha smokers. Perhaps a solution with separate areas could be found here. Otherwise a clear recommendation!

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this café. First of all, we were warmly welcomed by the waiter, which gave us a good first impression. We planned to order something else from the menu, but the waiters were so busy that they barely noticed us. After about half an hour, we were finally told that we would have to vacate the place if we didn't order shisha - even though we had explicitly stated that we didn't smoke. We even asked for a shisha to be able to sit longer, but the employee simply said that it was ok. What was particularly disappointing was the behavior of the boss, who was extremely rude and arrogant towards us. For a café that advertises hospitality, this is absolutely disappointing. We definitely won't be coming back and won't recommend it to anyone. Especially if you go there as girls. We as women were treated disrespectfully by the boss.

Every time I visit Berlin I go to the White Lounge. On my last visit I was more than disappointed. The shisha only tasted like coal and didn't pull properly. Unfortunately the staff that evening wasn't what I was used to. My drink was very good. I'll check on my next visit to see if it has improved again.

Such a good shisha bar! Service 12/10, music is not too loud and varied so there is something for everyone. The snacks were so delicious and the drinks too (I trust Black Moskito). The shishas were also great and they even had Uno 🥹🥹💘 It was great, I'll definitely come back.

Food was great Service was good Unfortunately the music was sometimes quite loud so you couldn't have a conversation, and the UFO shisha wasn't particularly great for the price. But all in all it was a nice evening :)

The non-alcoholic cocktails taste of a high standard, and the shishas impress with their quality and a good selection of tobacco types. The service was professional and attentive without being intrusive. A special highlight: For the birthday there was a really cool show with fountains and all the trimmings - a real eye-catcher and perfect for special occasions. Don’t go there, if ever in Berlin! They lied about showing the game. Unfriendly workers ( Lebanese and serian) both inattentive and gives only stupid answers whenever asking for charcoal, food or whatever. Don’t know who advised them to be such silly with guests to gain more customers👎🏻 will not go there anymore as there are much better alternatives in Berlin

We came with my friend upon the recommendation of my cousins. As soon as we entered, we encountered a perfect atmosphere. Even though it was very late, it was full and had a warm atmosphere with its music, lights and interior design. They took such good care of us at our table; We left very happy with the atmosphere, the food we ate, and the polite attitude of the staff. This is an extraordinary place with its own style. Chic atmosphere, a bit too cramped in my opinion, you're basically sitting at a table with others! The rest was fine, the drinks were great, the fruit plate was super tasty and the nachos were perfect too! The cocktails are delicious and the shisha is really good. Many different flavors. The atmosphere in the shisha bar was pleasant and relaxed, and the prices are really fair. The service was friendly and the dessert was really tasty – a real highlight! Unfortunately, the standard shisha wasn't that convincing because the taste was missing. This was probably due to the attachments, which only fit two coals. Overall a nice evening, with small improvements to the shisha it would be perfect.
