Today I was playing backgammon with my girlfriend at White Lounge Krass Shisha was brutally delicious 👏 Kitchen was very tasty and Yussuf was super friendly and came before 👍

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this café. First of all, we were warmly welcomed by the waiter, which gave us a good first impression. We planned to order something else from the menu, but the waiters were so busy that they barely noticed us. After about half an hour, we were finally told that we would have to vacate the place if we didn't order shisha - even though we had explicitly stated that we didn't smoke. We even asked for a shisha to be able to sit longer, but the employee simply said that it was ok. What was particularly disappointing was the behavior of the boss, who was extremely rude and arrogant towards us. For a café that advertises hospitality, this is absolutely disappointing. We definitely won't be coming back and won't recommend it to anyone. Especially if you go there as girls. We as women were treated disrespectfully by the boss.

Every time I visit Berlin I go to the White Lounge. On my last visit I was more than disappointed. The shisha only tasted like coal and didn't pull properly. Unfortunately the staff that evening wasn't what I was used to. My drink was very good. I'll check on my next visit to see if it has improved again.

The food and dessert were very tasty, the sisha was perfect, we felt very comfortable as a group of girls, the service was top, very nice colleagues are always there from now on

Such a good shisha bar! Service 12/10, music is not too loud and varied so there is something for everyone. The snacks were so delicious and the drinks too (I trust Black Moskito). The shishas were also great and they even had Uno 🥹🥹💘 It was great, I'll definitely come back.

Food was great Service was good Unfortunately the music was sometimes quite loud so you couldn't have a conversation, and the UFO shisha wasn't particularly great for the price. But all in all it was a nice evening :)

There were six of us there and everything went smoothly. The ambience is modern and stylish, ideal for relaxing. The non-alcoholic cocktails taste of a high standard, and the shishas impress with their quality and a good selection of tobacco types. The service was professional and attentive without being intrusive. A special highlight: For the birthday there was a really cool show with fountains and all the trimmings - a real eye-catcher and perfect for special occasions. Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a high-quality shisha bar with a special flair. We'll definitely be back!

Don’t go there, if ever in Berlin! They lied about showing the game. Unfriendly workers ( Lebanese and serian) both inattentive and gives only stupid answers whenever asking for charcoal, food or whatever. Don’t know who advised them to be such silly with guests to gain more customers👎🏻 will not go there anymore as there are much better alternatives in Berlin

Pleasant atmosphere and very tasty shisha. The staff is really friendly and often walks around and asks if everything is okay 😉. That's exactly what I imagine customer friendliness to be. The prices are also really reasonable and the shakes are awesome 👍 I will often spend the evenings there

We came with my friend upon the recommendation of my cousins. As soon as we entered, we encountered a perfect atmosphere. Even though it was very late, it was full and had a warm atmosphere with its music, lights and interior design. They took such good care of us at our table; We left very happy with the atmosphere, the food we ate, and the polite attitude of the staff. This is an extraordinary place with its own style. The waiters were very good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was, as expected, very good. The shisha was very tasty. The employees came every now and then to change the coal and see if we needed anything. Very hospitable. Good price, would go there again every time.

Chic atmosphere, a bit too cramped in my opinion, you're basically sitting at a table with others! The rest was fine, the drinks were great, the fruit plate was super tasty and the nachos were perfect too! The cocktails are delicious and the shisha is really good. Many different flavors. Prices are also completely clear.

The atmosphere in the shisha bar was pleasant and relaxed, and the prices are really fair. The service was friendly and the dessert was really tasty – a real highlight! Unfortunately, the standard shisha wasn't that convincing because the taste was missing. This was probably due to the attachments, which only fit two coals. Overall a nice evening, with small improvements to the shisha it would be perfect.

Great pipe and nice staff. Could perhaps be a bit more attentive. Next time we come to Berlin we will go again.

We came to Berlin from Heidelberg and were not accepted anywhere as a group of 5 men. But for you it wasn't a problem at all. The pipe was not as expected, but it was replaced free of charge. The boss attaches great importance to customer satisfaction. Thank you for the pleasant evening! :)

We found this cafe by chance on TikTok and went straight to try it out. We were more than thrilled. Very very friendly and warm staff. As soon as we came in he took care of us. The music is very good, very pleasant and creates a great atmosphere. The drinks were amazing, I can only recommend them. There was so much choice that we couldn't even decide on the many delicious cocktails. There were also sweets. Great for vegans because the sweets were vegan. All in all, this cafe is a very heartfelt recommendation. If you want to switch off and have fun, this is the right place for you!!!!! 😊

We came all the way from Denmark to have fun. 🤩 we searched online after a nice and cozy place with good music. So we saw this lounge online… the food was so good. The service was outstanding and even thought I was very picky with the taste they made everything over and over again without even once getting annoyed! It was so fun, and very good taste of music. I removed my self and sat another place because I was cold. Instead of telling me that, that seat is for someone else, he took the heater and placed it right beside me! 😇 it was So worth it. And it will not be the last time!

The drink doesn't look anything like it does in the photos (attached is the comparison of the drink to the online menu), tastes artificial and plastic, even though it's supposed to be homemade. The service is sometimes unfriendly and rude. The interior design is nice.

Coming all the way from Texas, I was looking for a good hookah and food spot as soon as I landed in Berlin, and this place did not disappoint!
