We went to the bar to use the Freachly app (creator discount with mention on Instagram), however we are not given this discount. Complaint to Freachly is out. In addition, the manner of communication is anything but friendly.

Waiter absolutely rude, we wanted to redeem our Freachly app when paying and we were refused with the words “too late”. They said we had to say it when we entered but according to Freachly they are obliged to MENTION it in the offer on the app, which of course is not the case. They forced us to pay it even after we discussed it for 20 minutes. Absolutely not to be mentioned! The food and the shisha were really bad anyway.

Went to the bar for the third time to use the Freachly app (creator discount with mention on Instagram), but we were repeatedly not granted this discount. If you ask Freachly directly, the bar is contractually obliged to do this at any time. Very unfortunate. In addition, the manner of communication is anything but friendly. We won't be coming back. With air and love it is much more pleasant - better choice.

The Anu Bar on Boxhagener Straße has Hussein, one of the most talented mixers in Berlin. His Coconut Kiss is the best non-alcoholic cocktail I've ever had. I'll definitely come back here. Particularly worth mentioning: little ice and only the ingredients that matter. Clear recommendation!

The Shisha was great, the service was good, the drinks were good. An amazing place to hangout with friends!

Great Service / atmosphere ! Good prices/ clean. Despite being tourists treated us very well! If you want shisha and cocktails this is the place.

Unfortunately it's not possible to give 0 stars. Yesterday my girlfriend and I were only able to order half an hour later. After an hour there was nothing. At some point we saw a waiter (with a bald head) and asked him, he immediately became rude and blamed us because he “walked past several times” (which is not true). We said we wanted to leave then and he told us yes, go ahead and shut up. A few meters further we were with air and love; friendly service and everything was problem-free

Sorry, but that was a disaster yesterday CL Finale and the picture runs with a time delay to the sound (we heard something was happening or not before we saw it) You wait an eternity for the overpriced drinks / have to order twice to get a drink. The shisha man was the only one who really worked there. The boss can then help out a little instead of running around the store and filming the guests for Insta advertising or whatever...

Full of monkey club man is forced to order a drink even though all he wants to do is smoke a shisha

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. We waited 30 minutes for an order to be taken (I also had to go into the store to remind the waiter). An hour passed when we ordered. Then we spoke to another waiter who was bald. HE BLAME US WE DIDN'T CONTACT HIM. Then he said we should go and he replied: “Yes, then go ahead and shut up!”. IMPOSSIBLE. People don't go there. With Air and Love (just a few minutes away) we got everything right away (in a full store).

The guests are forced to order the drinks here! I've never seen this anywhere else! And what does that mean to you as “customer-oriented”? They try to insist on their own rights until the end. Well, if that's your policy?! Well, now you deserve 4 bad reviews! Keep it up!

We wanted to spend a good Friday evening there, but unfortunately that didn't happen. Since when are guests obliged to order something to drink when they go to a shisha bar?

They were poisoned after cocktails, or they slipped something in or burned alcohol. I do not advise

We had a great time, good drinks, good hookah but above all the company is good! The waiter (whose origin cannot be known) was super nice. We started a challenge but he won! P. S. Cucumbers are excellent

I love this place. Very good Shisha. From the very fisrt time, Hussein and Mustafa who work there have been very friendly. Even when there are a lot of customers, they have been very friendly and the give good recommendations about shisha and drinks. My favorites have been Limette Minz and grape fruit shisha. They make it the best. All in all the service has been great. I like going there. There is one more person who makes shisha, sorry i don't know is name but I would say everyone is good. Overall it has been a great experience going to anu bar. Every one is friendly and they make the customers feel good by offering great and friendly experience. I would recommend this place and rate it as 10 out of 5 starts.

Great atmosphere, great music, delicious shisha and brilliant drinks. Huge variety, everyone will find something here. Definitely new home address, always happy! Addendum March 30, 2024 Unfortunately, there was no information anywhere that the bar would open later today, so we found ourselves standing in front of the closed door at 3 p.m. After we wrote to the bar, we were told that it wouldn't open until 5 p.m. today. At 5 p.m. there was still no one there, the first responsible person didn't come until around 5:10 p.m., we still weren't allowed in because he was alone and had to prepare everything. So sorry, you know something like that beforehand and prepare it accordingly. So we waited 2.5 hours for nothing. Otherwise we always spent hours here and were happy to leave money there, but unfortunately not like that. Whether we'll try again is anyone's guess, but probably not any time soon. Are now in another bar…

I don't think the very bad nor very good recessions apply here. You find yourself somewhere in the middle. The ambience is definitely pleasant and can spend a good time there. At the start, the service was very attentive and took care of it quickly, but this didn't result in any further reports for the next 2 hours. I'm also someone who likes to pay the price for good quality, but €17 for a shisha isn't even offered in upscale bars in the West. It's definitely not a bad bar but I personally wasn't impressed with it.

The shop looks good, that's about it - unfortunately it's very cold and there's a draft everywhere. Service: the lady who served us was unfortunately absolutely unfriendly and didn't feel like it. After a complaint about a bad drink, we ordered something else, then the bartender came and said you still have to pay and tried to remake the drink, unfortunately without success. Drinks: see above. Shisha: you can smoke, but for the price (17€) worse than other cafes in Berlin. Overall bad experience, left after an hour.

When I visited Anu Bar in Berlin I was disappointed with the experience I had. The waitress was unfriendly and didn't seem to have any interest in her job. Furthermore, it was disappointing to learn that hot drinks are no longer offered after 10pm, which is incomprehensible at that time. The quality of the shishas also left a lot to be desired and were also overpriced. Two of my friends ordered whiskey sours, which unfortunately tasted terrible. After complaining and returning the drinks, we ordered something else, but when the new drinks arrived we were told by the employee that they were just regular whiskey sours and that he had tried them himself. It was disappointing to see the employee dismiss the complaint and insist that the drinks still had to be paid for. Above all, it was not pointed out when returning the item that payment still had to be made. Since the drinks were entered into the cash register system, no cancellation is supposedly possible. Quote: “If you don’t pay, the employees have to pay, wallah.” Such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable and a huge disgrace. Overall, my visit to Anu Bar was a disappointing experience that I would not like to repeat and, above all, recommend. Don't be fooled, the reviews are definitely bought!!! Let's see how long mine is online!

Rating for the bar: "A terrible experience! We entered the bar hoping for a pleasant time, but were instead greeted by an icy wind blowing through the room. When we decided to order a whiskey sour, our expectations were quickly dashed when we received a potion that was not only inedible, but also an insult to the taste buds. After politely asking for a replacement, we were served whiskey sours again, which tasted just as terrible as the first. When we insisted not to pay for the unacceptable drinks, we were confronted by the boss or a member of staff who told us we would still have to pay for them. The fact that we were not offered a refund or cancellation is outrageous. The lack of customer focus and inability to provide an adequate service experience is unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this bar unless you have a masochistic tendency towards self-torture."

Unfortunately we waited forever for the drinks. Only when we had signaled that we wanted to leave did the drinks suddenly arrive. I also noticed that cheap vodka a la Gorbachev was used for the cocktails. The waitress was very nice. The ambience was nice, but it was very smoky even for a shisha bar.

Perfect for relaxing with friends. The flavors of the shisha are very good and the cocktails are also highly recommended. This is currently the go-to place for my friends and me to smoke shisha. :)

If I could rate the shisha bar with -5 stars, I would. We waited half an hour for the shisha to come. Even after this waiting time there was an error in the shisha. The food also came after an hour. The service was bad, the waiter was unfriendly. I don't know where he got the 4.9 good ratings from! Maybe he bought the good reviews!!!

Really nice there ❤️ Drinks absolutely delicious, as a self-employed person in the catering industry, I really rate them at a high level, but the drinks were extremely good for the price-performance ratio. You could hardly taste the alcohol in the cocktails -> what a good cocktail it is! My friend also rated Shisha as great. Our favorite shisha bar in the future. Oh and of course you shouldn't forget the service, it was really friendly and always there for us.

Ich war mit einer größeren Gruppe hier. Wir wurden sehr nett von dem Barkeeper bedient (Wahil oder so hieß er?!) Wir haben uns sooo wohl gefühlt den ganzen Abend,weil er total lustig,aufmerksam und nett war. Und sind sogar bis Ladenschluss geblieben! Die Cocktails und die Shishas waren sehr gut! Da ich dem Chef erzählte, dass ich vor 18 Jahren schonmal Silvester hier gefeiert habe, hatte er sich so gefreut und spendierte uns sogar 2 Nacho Teller!! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür! Ich empfand den Chef als extrem nett und aufgeschlossen. Danke, für den netten Abend und hoffentlich bis bald!! :)

Bedienung war sehr gut. Ansonsten war alles Katastrophe.. shisha kam garnicht, Getränk hatte keine Kohlensäure mehr…

Worst customer service ever The owner was very rude with customers and i could see with the staff as well We wanted to buy drinks but a bit later but we were kept on force to buy right now and we did not. We left the place on the spot.

Our experience has been terrifying. The guy from the bar wanted us to pay a beer that weed surely didn’t order. We showed that we didn’t drink that beer and he locked us inside the bar saying that he would call the police. (That’s illegal ig), then we had to pay for that beer that we didn’t drink!! He told me that I’m a b1tch and spitted on me No words It was also pricey compared to the normal prices in Berlin

Sehr viel Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Wir waren abends unter der Woche da. Super liebe Bedienung, entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir haben draussen gesessen und hatten wenn uns kalt war auch eine Decke zur Verfügung. Eine nette Abwechslung zur Luft & Liebe Bar. :)
