⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ War jetzt schon ein paar Mal dort und bin jedes Mal echt zufrieden gewesen. Preis Leistung passt einfach, die Shishas laufen richtig gut und schmecken auch entsprechend. Was mich zusätzlich positiv überrascht hat, sind die Desserts, wirklich lecker und mal was anderes als nur Standard. Der Service ist auch super entspannt, freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und kommt gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung.

Es war eine sehr schöne Location um Zeit mit seinen freunden zu verbringen, Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und schnell. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann es dort vom herzen empfehlen.

Schönes Café, jedoch sehr schade, dass man für den Wintergarten immer abgewiesen wird, solange man nicht mindestens zu secht ist. Am Telefon wird gesagt spontan vorbeizuschauen, aber vor Ort ist es unmöglich einen Platz mit weniger als 6 Personen zu bekommen.

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre mit einem richtig angenehmen Ambiente. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl, egal ob man entspannt rauchen oder einfach einen guten Abend verbringen möchte. Das Personal ist super freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell – man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Service gelegt wird. Das Cökerme war wirklich sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich top abgestimmt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch, ich komme gerne wieder!

Cooler Laden, hat spaß gemacht!

Der typ an der tür der dünne kerl immer schlecht gelaunt denkt er wäre was besseres und schickt einen weg als wäre man ein hund. Er kann das in einem normalen ton sagen aber nicht so abwertend und das hat er schon zum 2. mal gemacht! Rufschädigend!!! Keiner hat lust sein gesicht zu sehen direkt am eingang

Ich hätte gerne 5 Sterne gegeben, der Service war die letzten male sehr zu bemängeln, vorallem beim Thema "neue Kohle"

An sich ist der Laden ganz gut, allerdings wirkt der Manager etwas hochnäsig. Dass man überhaupt nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht. Den Rest könnt ihr euch selbst überlegen……

I've heard many good things about the café, but when I recently tried to make a reservation by phone, I was told that reservations weren't possible. When I asked what would happen if I arrived and the café was full, I was told, "Then you're out of luck." I found this response very rude. When we finally arrived and sat down, the waiter completely ignored us. When we spoke to him, he kept rolling his eyes, a behavior I found extremely disrespectful. I'm reluctant to return.

I just got yelled at by three different waitresses because I asked a question about a table. The reason: a power outage and stress. Unfortunately, I wasn't the one who caused the power outage. These girls are just taking their frustration out on the customers. What's wrong with you people? I work in the restaurant industry myself, get a grip on your lives and have some respect for your customers.

A fantastic bar, friendly and on the ball. Very good shisha and the most delicious Kaiserschmarrn outside of Austria 🙃 Cleanliness is particularly impressive. Berlin's first shisha spot.

This store is simply embarrassing

This evening, I went to Pustebacke on a friend's recommendation. My expectations were more than exceeded. The place has a lot to offer, both in terms of cuisine and the decor down to the last detail. I'd especially like to single out the waitress named Lara. Her manner and demeanor are surpassed only by her professionalism and first-class service. So, all in all, an extraordinary experience that definitely deserves to be repeated.

I love this place 😍 it lacks nothing...the waiters are all very attentive and friendly, the food is top-notch 🤌🏼, and the atmosphere is simply lovely. We'll be back again and again ❤️

A sophisticated place to linger and enjoy a nice break. I was here for the first time yesterday and was very surprised. The service was extremely friendly, and the customers were also very nice (everyone in the shop greeted us 😊). When even the customers greet someone warmly, it often says a lot about the atmosphere and culture of the place. Great 💪 The shisha was a 10/10, and the drink selection was very good. If you're looking for a cool location with great staff, a perfect pipe, and, above all, a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. Waited 50 minutes for food even though it wasn't even full

The pizza was large and looked delicious at first, but unfortunately the taste was disappointing. Dry, lacking in flavor, and the tomato sauce was barely noticeable :( The cocktail deserves special mention: really tasty and well-mixed. The service was also friendly at first. When paying, I was told at the cashier that card payments weren't accepted, which would have been fine if an unpleasant situation hadn't arisen afterward. I had already tipped and stated a flat amount. Then I was suddenly told that no change was available because there were no coins. The server waited in awkward silence, as if I had to find a solution myself. In the end, I simply tipped more to somehow resolve the situation. Offering cash payment alone is fine, but you should also be prepared for such situations and not leave guests to deal with it alone.

The last three visits were very disappointing; I won't be coming back. The food is still great, but the service is unfriendly and the whistling has no flavor and doesn't even last 30 minutes.

A very nice shop with a truly relaxed atmosphere. I don't usually eat at shisha cafes, but I really wanted to try the food. I had the pide, which wasn't bad, but not great either. It was edible. But otherwise, there's nothing to complain about; the service was super friendly and the prices are reasonable.

For me the best shisha shop, super pleasant clientele, great food, everything is fresh and every single dish tastes great. The service is very friendly and very quick. The atmosphere is very nice.

We called ahead and were told they don't make reservations. We were told on site that everything was reserved and reservations were only possible for groups of 5 people or more. Even though the store was almost completely empty, we didn't get in because everything was supposedly already reserved. 4 girls came 5 minutes after us and got in without any problems. Oh, and your pipes don't taste good.

A great overall concept, excellently thought out down to the smallest detail. You are greeted with a friendly smile and this continues throughout your entire stay. The staff are very attentive, the food is incredibly tasty and the atmosphere is simply great!!! One of my favorite stores from now on.

If you want to watch derby (football), then definitely not in this place. Service poor, they don't even bother to fix the problem! Had to watch the game on my phone!

My jacket was burned with coal even though I was just standing there. Happens, we're all just human. But the waiters immediately said that wasn't a problem because they have insurance. I immediately showed the invoice for the jacket they wanted, but nothing was clarified - the owner would get in touch. Called three times since then, each time just: "He'll get in touch with you." And every time I was allowed to give out my contact details again. Ridiculous. And the food? My burger was burnt, tiny, expensive and took forever. My friends' food? Not better either. Conclusion: Service = 0, food = disappointing, damage control = non-existent. Never again! I just advise against it to everyone around me.

Very disrespectful, super unfriendly No matter what you want to drink, never do hot chocolate, it was the worst, the drinks are expensive and believe me it's not worth it at all.

They have a rule: "For a reservation of 10 or more people, each person must spend at least €25, otherwise it makes no sense to accept a group." We wanted to reserve for 13 people and were told: "The whole group has to "Spend at least €350/€400 That makes no sense at all, I thought your place was very nice and was there several times, but such stupid statements completely change my opinion I recommend letting nice people answer the phone who are at least nice and respectful Very disappointed

I was in the establishment on December 23rd, 2024 and I have to say that I was not satisfied! The ambience is probably the only nice thing in this café... The menu selection is large and varied, but we had to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes for 2 dough dishes. Another 20 minutes for the desserts. Surprisingly, the food was anything but good. It was very oversalted and didn't taste good enough, so we couldn't even finish it. When we asked after an hour where the food was, we were told they would check, but there was no further response... It's a real shame that it turned out to be such a visit. 2 stars because of the ambience!

Without or with a reservation…different rules apply!! Was there, only with a reservation, unfortunately one lady said she couldn't go, and was preferred to others without a reservation.

It was the first time in such a location with my adult children Nowadays, payment is only possible in cash. And if so, please point it out beforehand. The food was good.

1. The shisha was great as always, no scratching and after 2 hours it still tasted good (star dust) 2. the service was very friendly and attentive 3. The fajita was completely different than I imagined, but still okay. The meat was well seasoned and seared. The salad was fresh and crunchy, the dressing was light and summery. Unfortunately, the triplets were still quite hard and a little too short in the pan. Frying them a little longer so that they were crispier wouldn't have done any harm. The ambience on warm summer evenings is very pleasant and inviting to linger. See you next time . 😁

Nice atmosphere, great service, but unfortunately you can't pay by card. I also miss a lot of information in the menu. I had to ask what was in the cocktails and didn't want to be pushy about what was in the other cocktails.

As if that didn't strain my nerves enough, they left us sitting there without service. When we decided to leave... they just looked at us and didn't say anything. Thank you for making us miss the evening.

Yesterday was the first time in this establishment. We are absolutely neighbors) and I could not imagine that it is so cozy here. I rested on the terrace, watching football. I really liked the service of the waitress Helena ☀️ Therefore, I recommend this institution to everyone!

Disastrous service, employees and organization. We were a group of 7 people to celebrate my sister's birthday. First you call us and ask that you please be there on time, ideally half an hour in advance otherwise the table will be given to someone else. The order came 40 minutes later after we were seated at the table. It wasn't crowded nor were they short on waiters. When the 7 of us came, the waiters were busy chatting among themselves again instead of taking the order. But that is now normal. The waiters don't even ask the tables if anything else is needed. When the order was taken. After 10 minutes another waiter came and said his boss had told him that the table was reserved at 8:30 p.m. and we should cash in on you and clear the table. “Should I still bring the order? “ It was 8:23 p.m. so I quickly eat and get up in 7 minutes. When we asked why we hadn't said beforehand that the table was reserved, all we got was “yes, I'm sorry, but it's EM and I've just arrived, I don't know who made the reservation” Every waiter passed the blame back and forth and there was no understanding on their part and no effort to see who took the reservation. If you had known that someone else had reserved the tables from 8:30 p.m., you wouldn't have gone. My sister couldn't even cut the cake. There were more than 7 tables free instead of looking at how many tables were actually full. It's better to throw guests out. Only after one of us complained was we offered one “I can still sit for half an hour.” And the best statement from the waiter “Why didn’t you cut the cake in 2-3 hours?” Disrespectful and no idea about service! It was just humiliating. I wouldn't wish that kind of treatment on any family!

Is a chic shisha lounge. I had ice apple...look cool. Service and employees are TOP! Friendly and helpful. There is also a large outdoor area here. Ambience is very nice. Prices are completely ok in my opinion.

My first time at the Shisha Bar. I've been interested in Pustebacke for a while, I also found the location on the Instagram page very appealing, the drinks looked good and the food was ok too. When we arrived we discovered that there was a completely new menu. No more pizza, no nachos just a lot of manti. Very very little choice in general and what irritated me was that the cocktails only had names and not what they contained. At Solero you can probably still guess, but if it only says "Pustebacke", then you have to ask or be surprised. What also turned out afterwards was that there is no alcohol there. I thought it was good somehow. Over the course of the evening It became increasingly smoky, but for me as a non-smoker that was okay because there seemed to be a good exhaust system on site. In general, I don't think that's a good thing if you smoke while eating and not just shisha. But well, you probably know that , if you go to a place like that, I wouldn't go there again.

Criticism: - Cocktails are indicated as 750 ml; But “exotic and wild” is much less. Estimated 400 ml. - Menu not provided online; You can only reach it if you are already there.

You feel unwanted and service is a bit poor

I went to Pustebacke with three friends to eat and spend a relaxing evening. But the food was really outrageous. I've never eaten such a bad burger. It was really a joke. Fries tasted old. The “burger” consisted of these pre-packaged burger buns from Aldi with a teaspoon of sauce and two pickles. The “patty” was a store-bought schnitzel 3x the size of the burger bun from Aldi and was thin and really at the bottom in terms of taste. I don't want to talk badly about food, but that was really a bottom drawer. I wanted to complain to the waitress but the poor thing can't help it if you cut corners with the cook. My friends had noodles that were comparatively the same quality as my chicken burger menu. Finally, I have a Redbull can. Luckily you can't go wrong

The atmosphere is really nice. BUT the food doesn't taste good at all. The noodles arrived like soup. There are no charging boxes or even just charging cables. You can only pay in cash. So it's only good for smoking and drinking iced tea. Unfortunately, not everything else.

We had a reservation, they forgot to enter it. Pfeife in Ordnung, aber stolzer Preis

Location is very nice and the service was great. Shisha and food came very quickly! Whistle was good and so was the food. However, payment was only possible in cash, which was not mentioned before and was not mentioned anywhere. Only when we wanted to pay did one of us have to stay in the restaurant and the other had to go and get money. This was super annoying since our table was limited to 8-10 p.m. I left at 9:40 p.m. That means I haven't had anything from our table or the pipe for the last twenty minutes.

The Place2be! Mega coole Location und sehr leckeres Essen! Wir hatten mehrere Classics und Manti von 85 Grad und sind begeistert! Bei der großen Auswahl müssen wir wohl wiederkommen 😁

Die Ambiente ist einladend, gemütlich und sieht wirklich schön aus. Die Terrasse ist riesig ! Perfekt für den Sommer aber leider hat das Essen nicht geschmeckt und die shisha auch nicht. Der Caeser Salat fiel leider sehr mager aus und hat auch nicht danach schmeckt. Service waren freundlich und sind immer da, wenn irgendwas fehlt.

Shisha schmeckt zwar wie n Klostein , dafür waren die Cocktails sehr genießbar
