Cafe Plantage in Taunusstein

I ate a very good chicken curry there with a side salad for €11. I can only recommend it!

Unfortunately closed in September 2024. A kebab, burger & co snack bar has now moved in here

The Porter House in Taunusstein is a great address for cozy evenings with friends or family. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening in good company. The menu offers a nice selection of delicious dishes, and the selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired - the freshly tapped beers and cocktails are particularly recommended! The service is friendly and attentive, you immediately feel at home. All in all, a great place that I would happily recommend!

I discovered it for the first time today through Google. And was unsure whether I should order there. So I called. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and patient and took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and also recommended a few things to me. You don't see it that often anymore. Food arrived on time and the delivery person was also very friendly. But now to the point that made me leave a review here. I was hoping the food would taste good, but didn't expect it to taste so good. I had rice with chicken, sushi and mochi ice cream (mango). No matter what I tried, it was great. Perfect temperature, perfectly seasoned. I'm really excited and happy that there's nothing to complain about from A to Z. I can definitely recommend it and it certainly won't be the last time I order. Really great 👍🏼
