Cafe Plantage in Taunusstein

I ate a very good chicken curry there with a side salad for €11. I can only recommend it!

Unfortunately closed in September 2024. A kebab, burger & co snack bar has now moved in here

I discovered it for the first time today through Google. And was unsure whether I should order there. So I called. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and patient and took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and also recommended a few things to me. You don't see it that often anymore. Food arrived on time and the delivery person was also very friendly. But now to the point that made me leave a review here. I was hoping the food would taste good, but didn't expect it to taste so good. I had rice with chicken, sushi and mochi ice cream (mango). No matter what I tried, it was great. Perfect temperature, perfectly seasoned. I'm really excited and happy that you can't complain about anything from A to Z. I can definitely recommend it and it certainly won't be the last time I order. Really great 👍🏼

The Porter House is an oasis in modern times. Not only was the food delicious, the owners are super friendly, the place is very clean. The guests, even though it was my first time there and didn't know anyone, are friendly and pleasant. I'm going back here.
