Shisha&cocktail Lounge in Mannheim

Despite the phone number not being reachable after calling several times, we were told at the door that you weren't allowed to sit down outside because of the public order office. When we asked whether a friend could sit down for a moment to rest because he had an operation and was using crutches, we received a very unfriendly answer. We were literally scared away. Very unfriendly and inhumane staff.

There were 10 of us who arrived. Despite the spontaneity, the staff arranged a place for us within a few minutes. The store was already very full, we are from Stuttgart and have never experienced service like this, fast, efficient and top quality. Friendly funny employees!! Definitely coming back here the next time you visit Mannheim.

Great drinks, orders can be placed digitally, social media corner, nice atmosphere. One star deducted because you can only pay in cash and I'm a card fan.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The man charged me €10 extra because I kept it and he forgot I gave it to him. Instead of apologizing, he mistreated me and denied it. Terrible service.

Pizza is good but way too small for the price Drinks tight pipe ok. Pipe got coal extremely small very strange so shisha not so good

So I don't think it's a good thing that you're moved from table to table so often, you have to have better organization plus changing the head from Shisa costs 14.50 euros, so even as a Shisa bar owner you have to have a bit of tolerance. I think changing the head at 7 euros is still ok Shisa 15 euros also ok what are the prices for 17 euros a shisa now do the math why don't you take money for new coal it's better really bad!!!!

Cool bar, you can order via your cell phone and the service is nice. Shisha good and drinks too.

Es ist einfach wunderschön. Ich komme extra von Kaiserslautern hier ,weil die haben sehr gute personal und gute Getränke 😍

Beste Shishabr bin extra aus der Schweiz nach hier gekommen ich wurde an der Tür herzlich begleitet zu meinem Platz schöne Atmosphäre schöne Musik viel junge Menschen Shisha top und dann Cocktails sehr lecker gerne weiter empfehlen

Einrichtung und Deko ist wunderschön. Das Personal willkommend und freundlich, man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben. Die Auswahl an Getränken und vor allem Tabak ist riesig - man kann sich kaum entscheiden!

Gute Atmosphäre,barcode scannen und online Bestellung aufgeben.

Der Service war sehr nett und die Getränke und Waffeln lecker (hier reicht definitiv eine Waffel für zwei Personen). Die Location ist hat ein tolles Ambiente und ist Stilvoll eingerichtet. Mir persönlich war es etwas zu voll (die Tische sind recht eng beieinander) und die Musik zu laut (wir saßen an einer Wand, vielleicht ist es im Innenraum angenehmer). Das Bestellen funktioniert über einen QR Code, die Auswahl ist riesig. Von hausgemachtem Eistee über Standard Soft Getränke, Longdrinks und Cocktails über Snacks, frische Waffeln (sehr lecker!) und Sushi und Pizza gibt es da fast alles. Uns hat gewöhnlicher Tee gefehlt. Bezahlt wird dann später in bar in der Nähe des Ausgangs.

Interessantes Konzept, leider hatten sie von 3 Produkten, die wir bestellen wollten 3 nicht da. 😅 Aber vor den Toiletten gab es eine Fotowand.

Überteuert .. Lidl Pizza im oven, tee war nicht so toll .. das Team ist aber nett und freundlich ..

Çok güzel ve temiz bir yer, başka yerlere nazaran. Bi kaç nargile café denedik resmen kovulmak tan beter olduk. Ve sahipleri Türk Fransa’dan gelip Almanca bilmeyenler için mükemmel bi yer. Ve alkolsüz coktail fazla seçenek var. Ayrıca fiyatlar çok çok uygun. Endroit très propre et les serveurs sont serviable comparé aux autres limite on s’est fait jeter des autre. Beaucoup de variete Cocktail sans alcool. Les prix sont très abordables.
