Today I was at the Luna restaurant with my friends - there were five of us. Unfortunately we were very surprised by the poor treatment from the staff there. We were told we had to leave after 9pm. When we asked to extend the reservation because we arrived late, it was made clear to us in an unfriendly tone that this was not possible - it almost felt like an invitation to leave.
Additionally, the main course was inedible. We had ordered Mix Grill, but the meat was completely burnt. Overall it was a very bad experience.
My visit to the Sky Lounge 237 was a real highlight! We were warmly welcomed as soon as we entered. The reception was friendly and welcoming, so we immediately felt at home.
The service was absolutely top – extremely friendly and attentive. The staff took excellent care of us and were always there when we needed anything.
The prices were completely fine and reasonable for what was on offer. The devices in particular were very tasty and of high quality. The shisha was also good and made for a relaxing smoking experience.
The music fit the atmosphere perfectly - neither too loud nor too quiet - just right. The ambience was a real dream! The furnishings were stylish and modern, which gave the lounge a sophisticated flair.
The seating was pleasantly soft and extremely comfortable. We were able to sit and relax for hours. The climate was also very pleasant and we really enjoyed our time there.
Another highlight was the lighting – simply fantastic! It created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that fit the lounge perfectly.
Conclusion:
The Sky Lounge 237 offers everything you need for a relaxing evening - friendly service, delicious shisha, fair prices and a fantastic ambience. I can definitely recommend this bar and will definitely come back!
I was waiting for a sandwich for an hour and got ignored by waiters.
1. I've ordered a simple sandwich and was still waiting for it while my friends already finished their food.
2. In about half an hour I politely asked a waiter whether the staff forgot about my order. She replied that no, they have a lot of orders, while half of the tables were empty. Her attitude at that moment I'd best describe as conveying "what a stupid question to ask".
3. In another half hour I still didn't get my sandwich and asked to cancel my order, while ordering Wolt instead.
4. When I got my delivery, the waiter told me that they do not allow eating food from other places. And other people eating Wolt there was before this rule took place, apparently. After my friend asked her to make an exception just this time, the waiter went to "ask the manager" and didn't return for 10+ minutes until we left.
It was not the first time I struggled getting waiters' attention there. But never was it this unpleasant.
Was it because I'm not VIP and didn't come there in a sports car? Idk.
When we arrived, we were immediately assigned a seat. Unfortunately the service needs to be worked on. We waited far too long for our order. The waiter made comments that made me feel harassed as a woman.
