Mirror Lounge in Berlin

We visited this establishment yesterday. It had a great atmosphere and friendly staff. We reserved tables for four people in advance. It's best to reserve a table in advance because there were quite a lot of people there. We ordered hookah and drinks. The hookah was incredibly rich, with a very distinct flavor. Overall, it was a very tasty hookah, and for 14 euros, it was a great deal. The same can't be said for the cocktails. We ordered a non-alcoholic mojito, but it wasn't as tasty or rich, and there wasn't anything special about it for the price. We also ordered two alcoholic cocktails, and one had a lot of alcohol in it, while the other didn't have any at all. Overall, I can say it's a good place to smoke hookah because it's really good quality. As for the cocktails, I can say they don't have much flavor for the price they sell them for. I can't say anything about the food, because we didn't order anything with it.

I absolutely loved the shisha café. The place is cozy and well-organized, and the decor is beautiful. The shisha was among the best I've had in Berlin – if not the best ever. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Honestly, there isn't a single negative thing I can mention. It will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I visit Berlin and want to smoke shisha.

I've been there twice now. Very cozy and service was fast. Prices were a bit higher, but still okay. The spicy nachos with cheese were also amazing. The restrooms were clean and nice. Unfortunately, only cash, no card payments. If I'm in Berlin again, I'll definitely come back.

One of the blonde waitress was very rude at the closing time. They must teach their workers some ethics and manners on how to behave with customers!!!

Unfortunately disappointing – used to be good, now no longer a customer I actually know the Shisha Mirror Lounge as a good place with a nice atmosphere – which is why we wanted to come by on a Saturday with 11 colleagues. We inquired early on Tuesday to give ourselves enough time to plan. At first, they said they would have to check internally whether it was possible. For two days, nothing came – no clear confirmation, no rejection. Only when we inquired ourselves did they tell us: Due to the Champions League final, a longer stay was not possible. Instead of a friendly gesture, there was a clear time limit for how long we could stay. This left us with the impression that large groups were more of a nuisance than welcome – even though we would, of course, have been paying guests. You just don't feel valued. It's particularly unfortunate: I actually knew the place differently – the atmosphere used to be good, the staff friendly. But experiences like that scare away regular customers. Another point: The music was often much too loud in the past. Normal conversation was barely possible, which made the stay even more difficult. That's how you lose guests – we definitely won't be back. It's a real shame, as I really liked the place as an individual!

The service is terrible, there is zero interest in the customer, and they leave you in a difficult situation by not telling you at first and saying cash only when you go to the cash register..

Nice place with good sisha and cocktails. The lounge also has several tables with games on a large touchpad screen.

Very unfriendly, a group of 9 men were immediately turned away with the reason that "there are too many men in one group". Pretty discriminatory. I absolutely cannot recommend it.

For me the best shisha bar in Berlin. Top shishas, ​​top service (coal exchange, football on Sky and DAZN, several games in parallel or conference, also Formula 1 on request) and very friendly staff. Snacks tasty and drinks prices okay, cocktails with plenty of alcohol. ;) Plus clean, fast and nice atmosphere. Discovered it on Saturday afternoon and then went there again on Saturday night and half of Sunday afternoon. :) There are places outside in the open air and also inside, good ventilation and not stuffy inside even at the end of August.

Just disgusting. I was here with friends, the waiters, when they realized that we didn’t speak german, stopped coming to us, at the same time, the coals of the neighboring tables were often changed, but we had to get up and look for them, the hookah tasted like old socks, and the second and third on IQOS, although it would seem that I can smoke this at home

Relaxed location. The shishas are probably good (I don't smoke myself), the people are very pleasant, the music is quite good and just very sociable. I found the “party lighting” a bit too much and too hectic, especially because it was multiplied by the mirrors. But otherwise great lounge :)

So the bar looks great, very chic atmosphere, the service is also nice and attentive. The shisha is not like that, it was good but not what you would expect as a shisha smoker! Prices are pretty steep for the True Passion brand! So for the shisha price I expect better quality!

Very comfortable lounge. The menu with snacks, drinks and shishas is very extensive. Prices are fair, staff friendly. The music there is more Western-style and at a pleasant volume level, you can still have a good conversation without having to get loud. Toilets are also very clean, you can't say that about other lounges... I will gladly come again...

Unfortunately, when we ordered cocktails and the waiters brought it, one cocktail got dropped and everyone got splashed. The waiter said that it was ok and it was "her and our fault" and she would just change the drink. Then another manager came and said that we have to pay. Doesn't sound like a good customer experience to me

An incredible Shisha place with great, smooth flavours and excellent drinks. The lounge was quiet but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilets were well kept and there is a good selection of cards and board games to use and play with your group. The area around is a bit vulnerable however, an Uber to and from the lounge avoids that problem.

Die Bar ist echt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren das zweite mal in Folge hier gewesen. Keine Shisha Bar in der Umgebung kommt an diese hier ran. Alkoholische Getränke sowie Pfeifen schmecken sehr gut! Kohle wird auf Wunsch neu aufgelegt, ohne das man extra zahlt. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Nette Mitarbeiter, alles schön und sauber. Alle Musikwünsche werden entgegengenommen. Angenehme Lautstärke, nicht zu laut. Man kann sich in normaler Lautstärke unterhalten, Brett/- und Kartenspiele werden kostenlos angeboten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Personal super freundlich, sehr entgegenkommend. Haben 5 Sterne verdient. Shsiha könnte geschmackvoller sein. Cocktails schmecken gut oder nichts außergewöhnliches.

Eine super Shisha Bar mit sehr freundlichem Personal und super schnellem Service. Die Shisha kam sofort, hat über drei Stunden gehalten und klasse geschmeckt. Hat wirklich Spaß gemacht hier zu sitzen und zu rauchen. Er wird auch Fußball gezeigt (in unsrem Fall war es Champions League). Man kann bar und mit Karte zahlen.

Ich bin jetzt das zweite mal mit Freunden hier und es echt alles echt top. Die Bedienung ist super nett und die Atmosphäre ist auch sehr stark. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.👍

Ultra nettes Personal und sehr schöne Umgebung. Man wird nicht ausgebeutet. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Drinks waren lecker auch die alkoholfreien Alternativen, allerdings war der Shisha Kellner etwas komisch drauf, der Tabak schmecke Pfad weil es nikotinfreier Tabak ist, dies steht nicht auf der Karte oder sonst irgendwo, weil er es angeblich nicht dürfte. Die sonstigen Kellner waren sonst sehr nett.
