It has now become our regular café. The food and the pipes are great, and the service is always top. Personally, I also find the atmosphere really cozy. I always enjoy coming here with my boyfriend! I can really only recommend it!!!

We came here spontaneously and were immediately convinced...Great ambience, pleasant music, delicious cocktails like “Soleto”, fair prices and good service. You can order at your seat using the Qr code and get coal. If I'm in the area again, I'll come again.

Sat for 20+ minutes with no service other than water. Left 10euro on the table for WATER and as we walked outside (already at the patio) guy came out asking to pay for water. Which we did…OVERPAID for water, no other service!

First of all: Hello, there are three of us sitting at the table and your waiters are very attentive to you. If the customer is a woman your waiters will take care of the girls and if the customer is a man. they are not interested. As long as there are such indifferent waiters, this company will lose a lot financially, your coffee is cold, and I think the waiters don't want to make money, I'm sorry, we are not satisfied.For this reason, we don't even want to give 1 point. Dear boss, you either need to change your waiters and hire someone to work with them, or you need to train your waiters, otherwise you will suffer huge financial losses.

Shisha doesn't taste good Rude treatment of customers

Was a little disappointed the Philly cheesesteak sandwich tasted like chicken hearts with cheese sauce. FYI, super friendly staff

Very friendly service. The card payment didn't work and we didn't have any cash with us. The waitress then gave us one as compensation.

Terrible establishment! I went and ate a burger and a cola. It’s impossible to eat a salty burger. The service takes a long time, no one comes to you. As a result, payment is only cash, cards are not accepted. They wanted to call the police since I couldn’t pay. I had to go to an ATM

Best shisha bar in Berlin! Perfect every time, whether it's the food, the shisha or the service. For me personally, no other shisha bar can compete with Prinz Café. The location, especially the outdoor area, is just really nice. Shisha lasts forever, the menu has a large selection of drinks and food. And the food is really soooo delicious, which isn't often the case with shisha bars. I will never enter another shisha bar in Berlin again. Thanks to the boss and all employees - you're doing a great job. Love!

Great food, great place and vibe but the service was a bit slow. Phyllis’s steak must try. 🤤Hot chicken wings was good, thought it would be buffalo style(like Nashville) flavour but turned out more to be spicy salsa flavour. Seesha’s were very smooth and super good. Highly recommend and would go again!

Went there spontaneously and I have to honestly say that I thought they had by far one of the best shisha so far, so this café is definitely in my top 5 in Berlin ;-) great service, friendly service and good prices! Everyone ate there and it all looked very good, next time we will definitely come to eat with you and treat ourselves to the delicious cocktails and shisha again, the solero was just too wild! 100 points!!!

Tolle Lage .. tolle Café und noch toller ist der Umgang von den Kellnern.. sehr nett und hilfreich .. es war das erste mal für mich in diese Café zu sein aber ich komme definitiv wieder

Eine ganz nette Bar mit viel Essen auf der Karte, einer passablen Tabak Auswahl (ohne Darkblend oder sonstigen Specials) und sehr leckeren Hausgemachten Limo. Leider war die Pfeife etwas dreckig und es wird nur Steinkopf mit Kamin angeboten. Tabak war nicht allzu viel drin, sodass die Pfeife nur ca. 1,5h hielt.

Die erste Bar, die zuerst die Pfeife und dann die Getränke bringt! Alles richtig gemacht 👌🏼 ciao

Echt mega laden! Chillige Lounges, nice Musik und sooooo nettes Personal

An sich eine sehr schöne Bar mit angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr leckeres Essen. Doch es gibt eine Mitarbeiterin (S.), die einem den Abend ruinieren kann. Bis jetzt habe ich Prinz nur zweimal besucht und genau diese beiden Male hat diese Mitarbeiterin sehr frech und respektlos gewirkt. Beim Bezahlen hat sich uns auf einem sehr nicht schönen Ton gesagt, dass wir uns beeilen sollen, weil Sie noch andere Dinge zu tun hat. Beim zweiten Mal haben wir sie gebeten die Musik ein bisschen leise zu stellen, weil die Musik Box genau neben uns war und es Kopfschmerzen verursacht hat, sodass wir es nicht genießen konnten. Nachdem wir Sie gebeten haben, die Musik leiser zu stellen, hat Sie wieder unfreundlich geantwortet, dass dies nicht möglich sei und sie es nicht machen kann. Im Allgemeinen bin ich mit dem Geschäft und dem Service zufrieden, aber von dieser Mitarbeiterin fühle ich mich mehr schlecht behandelt und wenn das so weiter geht, dann ist auch Prinz für mich Geschichte, weil am Ende bezahle ich da und möchte dafür auch einfach nett und gut wahrgenommen werden.

Sehr freundliche Kellnerinen und Kellner. Essen und Getränke kamen schnell und war sehr gut. Immer wieder lohnt sich ein Besuch.

Wunderschönes Café mit einer schönen großen Terrasse. Sehr Angenehmes Ambiente, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Pfeifen sind top! Essen ist überragend!!!!

Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das Personal war sehr Gastfreundlich und aufmerksam, die Shisha war echt lecker und neue Kohle kam auch passend. Und ich hatte einen Oreoshake, es war sooo lecker.. immer wieder gerne!!

Ein tolle Shisha-Bar (und Cafe mit leckeren Speisen) im Herzen Berlins mit guter ÖPNV-Anbindung - über Autobahn auch gut mit PKW erreichbar. In lauer Sommernacht läßt sich hervorragend ein lauschiges Plätzchen auf der Riesen-Terrasse finden. Und wer lieber drin sitzt, auf den wartet eine TOP Lounge-Atmosphäre mit kuscheligen Sofas und "künstlichem Sternenhimmel" - toll! Gute Auswahl an Shishas zu fairem Preis. Das Essen (wirklich alles selbst gemacht) schmeckt super lecker. Vom Burger über die Sandwiches, bis zum Dessert...wir (4 Personen) waren alle bereits pappesatt, aber wir mussten weiter essen, so lecker war es - und die Portionen groß. Kurzum, Essen: Qualität, Geschmack, Portionen, Preis-Leistung ***** glatte 5 Sterne. Die Bedienung war super nett, höflich, zuvorkommend, schnell - da wird man in mancher "Sterne-Gastronomie" nicht besser bedient - TOP und weiter so. Die "Kohle-Gang" hat ständig die Shishas überprüft und sofort bei Bedarf Kohle getauscht und uns obendrein gut beraten. Die Geschäftsleitung war sehr präsent und über alles gewacht, so dass gar keine Mängel auftauchen konnten. Also im Endeffekt: Atmosphäre/Location ***** Essen ***** Shisha ***** Preis-Leistung ***** Sauberkeit/Toiletten ***** Noch etwas vergessen? Auch ***** Wir kommen definitiv wieder, diese Bar ist ein Geheim-Tip der hoffentlich nicht lange geheim bleibt, denn das Team und dieser Laden sind 1A-Spitze, macht weiter so.

Beste Shishabar in Berlin und Wahnsinnig gute Gerichte. Wir hatten 2 Pfeifen 2 Getränke , 2 Burger und 1 Dessert. Rechnung waren knapp 50€ . Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Burger und echt gute knusprige Pommes. Mittagsangebot sehr zu empfehlen. Abends ist es immer sehr voll und deswegen auch laut wie ich finde und man sollte da auf alle Fälle reservieren. Bedeingungen sind nett und sehr aufmerksam.

Es un hermoso lugar para comer, relajarse y disfrutar de la mejor Shisha en Berlín. El Schokobomb es magnífico.
