Highly recommended! This shisha bar is a real insider tip. The atmosphere is super relaxed and inviting, perfect for hanging out with friends. Derya and Betül are incredibly friendly and attentive. They anticipated our every need and were always up for a friendly chat. The shisha pipes themselves are top-notch, with a large selection of tobaccos and superb quality. The food and drinks are also delicious. All in all, a perfect place to spend a relaxing evening. We'll definitely be back!

I celebrated my birthday there, and it was simply perfect! The atmosphere was fantastic. The service was excellent, and you can tell that attention is paid to every detail. If you're planning a celebration or just want to try a nice place, I highly recommend Prinz Cafe.

Good shisha and good lounge. You won't regret it.

It took over 20 minutes, and we had to ask three times, before we could order drinks. The same thing happened with refilling the coal. It wasn't until 15 minutes after the shisha was completely shut down that we got coal, but by then we were ready to leave...

I was here for the first time today, and the burger was very good. I ordered a burger, and it was delicious! I highly recommend it. The service and the staff were respectful and really nice. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Great café, but unfortunately a bad experience with one of the employees I'm a regular customer and have been very satisfied so far. Unfortunately, the employee, Derya, refused to allow me to sit outside – on the grounds that it might rain later, even though other customers were sitting outside and the weather was nice at the time. As a regular customer, I would have appreciated more friendliness and flexibility. I like to decide for myself whether I want to sit outside when it rains, and I can always go inside later if it rains. So I went to another café with my family.

The worst cafe I've ever experienced! And that's not even because of the atmosphere, it's really nicely decorated and the colleagues were also very nice, except for one lady who ruined our evening for the third time! A bit smaller, dark hair usually in a braid, extremely unfriendly when greeting, it takes forever until she comes to take the order and when it suddenly comes to paying she is super friendly. We observed several times in the evening that she is friendly to male guests, but as soon as you are a woman she becomes super arrogant, as if she sees women as competition. It's also not appropriate for you to sit at a table and say to someone you probably know at the next table: "I'm in a really bad mood, don't bother me." Please discuss this with the team, because I have heard several times in the area that they are avoiding this cafe simply because of the unfriendly lady!

The quality is top, everything is offered with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the large selection and the pleasant atmosphere, which makes the visit a real experience. The Shiasha bar is much less than before (in the summer the preparations were very good), the last time the lights were on Most of it is so dull that we thought it was intoxicating, meaning it was so dark that I couldn't see what was on the table, nor was I able to take a picture. It's unbelievable. There are no good songs. Even the drinks are not decorated in a nice way. And the types of hookah are very strange. I mean, strange mixtures. I don't know what the idea is of canceling the basic types of molasses. I won't be Eid. Unfortunately, I loved the place

We came here spontaneously and were immediately convinced...Great ambience, pleasant music, delicious cocktails like “Soleto”, fair prices and good service. You can order at your seat using the Qr code and get coal. If I'm in the area again, I'll come again.

Sat for 20+ minutes with no service other than water. Left 10euro on the table for WATER and as we walked outside (already at the patio) guy came out asking to pay for water. Which we did…OVERPAID for water, no other service!

First of all: Hello, there are three of us sitting at the table and your waiters are very attentive to you. If the customer is a woman your waiters will take care of the girls and if the customer is a man. they are not interested. As long as there are such indifferent waiters, this company will lose a lot financially, your coffee is cold, and I think the waiters don't want to make money, I'm sorry, we are not satisfied.For this reason, we don't even want to give 1 point. Dear boss, you either need to change your waiters and hire someone to work with them, or you need to train your waiters, otherwise you will suffer huge financial losses.

Best shisha bar in Berlin! Perfect every time, whether it's the food, the shisha or the service. For me personally, no other shisha bar can compete with Prinz Café. The location, especially the outdoor area, is just really nice. Shisha lasts forever, the menu has a large selection of drinks and food. And the food is really soooo delicious, which isn't often the case with shisha bars. I will never enter another shisha bar in Berlin again. Thanks to the boss and all employees - you're doing a great job. Love!

Great food, great place and vibe but the service was a bit slow. Phyllis’s steak must try. 🤤Hot chicken wings was good, thought it would be buffalo style(like Nashville) flavour but turned out more to be spicy salsa flavour. Seesha’s were very smooth and super good. Highly recommend and would go again!

Went there spontaneously and I have to honestly say that I thought they had by far one of the best shisha so far, so this café is definitely in my top 5 in Berlin ;-) great service, friendly service and good prices! Everyone ate there and it all looked very good, next time we will definitely come to eat with you and treat ourselves to the delicious cocktails and shisha again, the solero was just too wild! 100 points!!!

Tolle Lage .. tolle Café und noch toller ist der Umgang von den Kellnern.. sehr nett und hilfreich .. es war das erste mal für mich in diese Café zu sein aber ich komme definitiv wieder

Eine ganz nette Bar mit viel Essen auf der Karte, einer passablen Tabak Auswahl (ohne Darkblend oder sonstigen Specials) und sehr leckeren Hausgemachten Limo. Leider war die Pfeife etwas dreckig und es wird nur Steinkopf mit Kamin angeboten. Tabak war nicht allzu viel drin, sodass die Pfeife nur ca. 1,5h hielt.

Die erste Bar, die zuerst die Pfeife und dann die Getränke bringt! Alles richtig gemacht 👌🏼 ciao

Echt mega laden! Chillige Lounges, nice Musik und sooooo nettes Personal

An sich eine sehr schöne Bar mit angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr leckeres Essen. Doch es gibt eine Mitarbeiterin (S.), die einem den Abend ruinieren kann. Bis jetzt habe ich Prinz nur zweimal besucht und genau diese beiden Male hat diese Mitarbeiterin sehr frech und respektlos gewirkt. Beim Bezahlen hat sich uns auf einem sehr nicht schönen Ton gesagt, dass wir uns beeilen sollen, weil Sie noch andere Dinge zu tun hat. Beim zweiten Mal haben wir sie gebeten die Musik ein bisschen leise zu stellen, weil die Musik Box genau neben uns war und es Kopfschmerzen verursacht hat, sodass wir es nicht genießen konnten. Nachdem wir Sie gebeten haben, die Musik leiser zu stellen, hat Sie wieder unfreundlich geantwortet, dass dies nicht möglich sei und sie es nicht machen kann. Im Allgemeinen bin ich mit dem Geschäft und dem Service zufrieden, aber von dieser Mitarbeiterin fühle ich mich mehr schlecht behandelt und wenn das so weiter geht, dann ist auch Prinz für mich Geschichte, weil am Ende bezahle ich da und möchte dafür auch einfach nett und gut wahrgenommen werden.

Sehr freundliche Kellnerinen und Kellner. Essen und Getränke kamen schnell und war sehr gut. Immer wieder lohnt sich ein Besuch.

Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das Personal war sehr Gastfreundlich und aufmerksam, die Shisha war echt lecker und neue Kohle kam auch passend. Und ich hatte einen Oreoshake, es war sooo lecker.. immer wieder gerne!!
