Cool interior and cozy upstairs but the shisha was 6.5/10, started burning from 10th minute, and fresh mint ginger tea didnt have much of taste

I really love coming to Prinz Café. The service is always excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive, and take care of anything immediately. The shisha always tastes great, and the coals are changed regularly and quickly without you having to ask. The food is also delicious and arrives promptly. I especially appreciate the atmosphere in the café. Even though it's often busy, it's never uncomfortably loud, and you can easily have a conversation. You can almost always find a seat, even when it's crowded. For me, Prinz Café is definitely my favorite café. Despite the 10-kilometer drive, I always enjoy coming here and look forward to my visit.

I visited Prinz Café today and would especially like to commend the waitress. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, and she really took her time for the guests. You immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. Service like that makes the visit twice as enjoyable! Thank you so much for the wonderful service – I'll definitely be back.

The drinks are also delicious and beautifully presented. Cleanliness, ambiance, and value for money are all top-notch. For me, it's definitely one of the best shisha bars in Berlin – I'll definitely be back!

So, Café Prinz in Berlin-Schöneberg is truly a little gem. All the food is absolutely restaurant-quality, a full 10 out of 10, which is really something special for a café. The service is super quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is totally pleasant, whether you're with friends or a mixed group. And what we absolutely mustn't forget: the shisha is also fantastic, another 10 out of 10. The value for money is excellent too; you get a lot of quality for a fair price. So, all in all, a long, detailed, and truly well-deserved recommendation!

They often say things like, "You're not allowed upstairs right now," or "After 8 PM," or something like that. I don't want to go there only to have someone say something like that because they don't want to walk up the stairs!

I ordered 12 mozzarella sticks from Uber Eats, but only received 6. The mozzarella was very hard and undercooked. Furthermore, the food tasted very unpleasant because the oil it was cooked in seemed old and rancid. The smell and taste were truly disappointing. I am very dissatisfied.

We discovered it through Instagram, and that was a great opportunity. The atmosphere is very cool, and you feel really comfortable. The service is friendly and attentive, and the food was incredibly delicious. I can't comment on the shisha because I don't smoke. But as for the food, I 100% recommend it.

It took over 20 minutes, and we had to ask three times, before we could order drinks. The same thing happened with refilling the coal. It wasn't until 15 minutes after the shisha was completely shut down that we got coal, but by then we were ready to leave...

Great café, but unfortunately a bad experience with one of the employees I'm a regular customer and have been very satisfied so far. Unfortunately, the employee, Derya, refused to allow me to sit outside – on the grounds that it might rain later, even though other customers were sitting outside and the weather was nice at the time. As a regular customer, I would have appreciated more friendliness and flexibility. I like to decide for myself whether I want to sit outside when it rains, and I can always go inside later if it rains. So I went to another café with my family.

The worst cafe I've ever experienced! And that's not even because of the atmosphere, it's really nicely decorated and the colleagues were also very nice, except for one lady who ruined our evening for the third time! A bit smaller, dark hair usually in a braid, extremely unfriendly when greeting, it takes forever until she comes to take the order and when it suddenly comes to paying she is super friendly. We observed several times in the evening that she is friendly to male guests, but as soon as you are a woman she becomes super arrogant, as if she sees women as competition. It's also not appropriate for you to sit at a table and say to someone you probably know at the next table: "I'm in a really bad mood, don't bother me." Please discuss this with the team, because I have heard several times in the area that they are avoiding this cafe simply because of the unfriendly lady!

The Shiasha bar is much less than before (in the summer the preparations were very good), the last time the lights were on Most of it is so dull that we thought it was intoxicating, meaning it was so dark that I couldn't see what was on the table, nor was I able to take a picture. It's unbelievable. There are no good songs. Even the drinks are not decorated in a nice way. And the types of hookah are very strange. I mean, strange mixtures. I don't know what the idea is of canceling the basic types of molasses. I won't be Eid. Unfortunately, I loved the place

Sat for 20+ minutes with no service other than water. Left 10euro on the table for WATER and as we walked outside (already at the patio) guy came out asking to pay for water. Which we did…OVERPAID for water, no other service!

First of all: Hello, there are three of us sitting at the table and your waiters are very attentive to you. If the customer is a woman your waiters will take care of the girls and if the customer is a man. they are not interested. As long as there are such indifferent waiters, this company will lose a lot financially, your coffee is cold, and I think the waiters don't want to make money, I'm sorry, we are not satisfied.For this reason, we don't even want to give 1 point. Dear boss, you either need to change your waiters and hire someone to work with them, or you need to train your waiters, otherwise you will suffer huge financial losses.

Best shisha bar in Berlin! Perfect every time, whether it's the food, the shisha or the service. For me personally, no other shisha bar can compete with Prinz Café. The location, especially the outdoor area, is just really nice. Shisha lasts forever, the menu has a large selection of drinks and food. And the food is really soooo delicious, which isn't often the case with shisha bars. I will never enter another shisha bar in Berlin again. Thanks to the boss and all employees - you're doing a great job. Love!

Great food, great place and vibe but the service was a bit slow. Phyllis’s steak must try. 🤤Hot chicken wings was good, thought it would be buffalo style(like Nashville) flavour but turned out more to be spicy salsa flavour. Seesha’s were very smooth and super good. Highly recommend and would go again!
