Nightfly Lounge Leipzig in Leipzig

Waited a very long time to order. Orders came incorrectly or not at all. Ice tea consisted of syrup, with the syrup on the bottom and very watery on top, and it didn't taste good. In the end, the syrupy water was collected anyway. No excuses, nothing. They just wanted to cash in. Very unfortunate. The ambience inside is nice, outside not so much. We sat in a corner with white gym lights and stacked seat cushions.

I have visited Nightfly Shisha in Leipzig several times and have been very impressed by the high-quality food, the delicious drinks and the large selection of shisha tobacco. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience on my last visit. The Phunnel bowls offered for dark tobacco varieties have very small depots (approx. 10g of tobacco!), which means that the bowl is smoked through very quickly. Not acceptable for a shisha bar! It is also unfortunate that there is no option to switch to Virginia varieties in the Phunnel, as these are only offered in the KS Appo Equivalent. Despite speaking to the shift manager, no solution could be found. Even though I reported after just 20 minutes that the head no longer tasted good and the depot was burned, I discovered that there was no way to get a new head without paying for it myself. I was told this is what the tobacco tasted like. Even after I got in touch after 30 and 40 minutes, they said it would be great. Fatal, because I work in a shisha bar myself and have been familiar with it for many years. This experience also coincides with other reviews. For the price you pay for a shisha here, I expect better quality and more customer-friendly service. Nightfly should urgently improve this.

The atmosphere is a chic shop, but the focus is not on the shisha. NeoKey only applicable if you leave the store before 00:00. It's a shame when the store stays open longer but then it no longer works

It's totally bad service, you don't even sit there for a minute and the customer is expected to order quickly, otherwise you'll be thrown out so other guests can come quickly...even though you've been a guest many times!

A good shisha bar in Leipzig. The cocktails were tasty and averagely priced. The service was very good, the waiters were always courteous and despite the huge rush, the drinks, shisha and new coals came very quickly. There was even a fruit platter on the house. The music wasn't bad but sometimes extremely loud. Unfortunately the wet rooms became very dirty over the course of the night. But we'd love to come back.

Extremely loud, the whistle tasted terrible. Totally burnt and the employees weren't exactly friendly either. The gentleman who brought the coal put embers on my friend's €200 jacket and said “that happens sometimes”. Actually, this would be a case for the insurance, as we suffered permanent damage. Overall it was the worst hookah bar experience, and I've been to quite a few. Better run longer and look for a better one :). Anyone who goes there regularly has never smoked a really good pipe.

The service is great and you can't complain about the ambience. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to have a relaxing, nice evening. In summer you can sit outside and enjoy the weather with a shisha.

This is by far the best shisha bar in all of Leipzig. The staff is very friendly and you feel very welcome at all times. I can only recommend this bar!

The music is far too loud, the pipe just tastes burnt, despite smoking with only one coal. The shisha is completely dirty, never again.

We spontaneously came over as a larger group on the weekend and they still made an effort to give us a table. The service was very nice and attentive. The prices are OK. The only reason we deducted one star is because the music was a bit too loud for our taste, so we couldn't understand each other well.

Totally recommended and the food is incredibly delicious. The shisha I ordered arrived relatively quickly and had a wonderful taste from start to finish. The drinks we ordered also tasted excellent, so I definitely recommend checking out the liter cocktails. In terms of ambience, the shisha bar is also very upscale and very clean. The LED columns really look great. As a shisha we got a newly released first hookah and as already mentioned above, the shisha was very tasty in terms of taste. Definitely coming back

We were regular customers and always felt comfortable. However, the last few times we were always kicked out after 1 1/2 hours because the next customers were coming and they needed the space, even though we had reserved. The next time we made a reservation I said that we would like to stay longer and that we don't want to be thrown out again. From then on the waiter was super unfriendly and suddenly wanted to tell us how we should dress next time. Is this how you treat customers? From a gastronomic point of view, this waiter is a disaster and has no plan for his job. Speaking as a restaurateur myself. Plan your reservations better or specify a length of stay. It's best to create a dress code too! Will never see us again.👎🏻

The shisha was good, coal was changed very often, sometimes even too often. Service very friendly. However, no relaxation, sitting at the door and the draft was so strong that you simply couldn't relax. All the guests on the door side were freezing. Blankets and heaters didn't make it much more bearable. We won't be coming back for a while.

Wir haben heute in der Silvesternacht noch spontan das Nightfly besucht. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen, obwohl es gut besucht war und die Stimmung war spitze. Besonders loben muss ich den wirklich freundlichen und kompetenten Service der Mitarbeiter, besonders Jonas. Das Wohl der Gäste liegt einem in diesen Lokal wirklich am Herzen. Hier kommen wir immer wieder gerne her. Nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Jonas.

Das nightfly hat ein sehr nettes Personal. Jonas ist uns besonders positiv aufgefallen, da er obwohl wir uns bloß ein großes Wasser zu zweit bestellt haben zwei Gläser bekommen haben und er und diese auch selbstständig gefüllt hat. Die shisha schmeckt sehr gut. Bärenstark ist unser Favorit.

The lemon mint shisha was very tasty and had a good kick to it. The place is chill with a dj playing music from early on. There were heat lamps inside and an open door to get air through so it felt very fresh despite the indoor smoking. The cocktails were nice as well.

Das Ambiente ist hier echt Spitze, auch wenn es am Wochenende relativ voll ist und somit sehr laut. Die Shisha war in Ordnung jedoch ist kaum Auswahl vorhanden wenn man DARKSIDE rauchen möchte. Da ist das Nightfly Dresden bei Welten besser.
