Ich wünschte, ich könnte diesem Laden null Sterne geben. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Ich habe noch nie so unhöfliches Personal erlebt. Sie lassen nur die rein, die ihnen passen, und entscheiden willkürlich, wer Zutritt bekommt. Vorsicht! Und als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, lässt man einen über eine Stunde warten, nur um dann zu hören, dass kein Platz mehr frei ist – obwohl jede Menge Plätze frei sind. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Es gibt viele andere Shisha-Lounges, die viel luxuriöser sind und exzellenten Service bieten.

Wir kommen von weiter weg und sind zufällig beim vorbeifahren auf diese Shishabar zugestoßen. Die Shishas sind wirklich eine 10/10 und rauchen sehr lange und Geschmacksintensiv ! Der Service könnte ein bisschen besser sein was Kohle wechseln betrifft oder Getränke abräumen aber dennoch hat dieser Laden von uns 5 Sterne verdient !

Ich gebe nur wegen der Getränke weniger Sterne. Zwei Dragonfruit Sunset für fast 19 € – leider weder geschmacklich noch optisch überzeugend. Keine Dekoration, lieblos serviert und für den Preis einfach nicht angemessen. Ich arbeite selbst an einer Bar und weiß, wie wichtig Präsentation und Qualität sind. Sehr schade.

Hurrem Sultan hat mir sehr gut gefallen – die Shisha war super und ich habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Auch der Tee war sehr gut. Als meine Freunde jedoch als Gruppe von mehr als vier Jungen hinein wollten, wurden sie nicht eingelassen. Es scheint einige Einschränkungen zu geben, was ich etwas unfair und verwirrend fand.

Einer besten Shisha die ich je geraucht habe, sehr leckerer Tabak, super freundlicher Service und wahnsinnig gutes Essen es ist absolut von Herzen zu empfehlen wenn wir wieder in Berlin sind unbedingt wieder

Ein fantastischer Ort mit tollem Ambiente. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, besonders Yusuf. Die Shisha war mit die beste, die ich je geraucht habe. Die Gastfreundschaft war erstklassig (10/10) und der Preis absolut angemessen. Ich kann diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen, falls ihr mal in Mazedonien seid! 👌🏾

Ein tolles Lokal, wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal jederzeit freundlich ist und auf alle Wünsche eingeht, egal wann man kommt.

Die Shishabar ist sehr gemütlich und wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails waren riesig und sehr stylisch – kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch die Shisha war lecker und wurde regelmäßig mit neuer Kohle versorgt, sodass sie immer gut lief. Besonders positiv fanden wir die gute Lüftung: Trotz Shisha-Rauch fühlte man sich zu keiner Zeit belästigt. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Abend und kommen bestimmt wieder. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass das Essen nicht zeitgleich serviert wurde. Unsere Gäste mussten bereits anfangen, während meine Frau und ich unser Essen etwa fünf Minuten später bekamen.

Guter Laden, insgesamt bin ich zufrieden. Das Essen war lecker, alles wurde ordentlich und ohne lange Wartezeit serviert. Der Service ist auf einem guten Niveau – das Personal ist freundlich und reagiert schnell, ohne unnötigen Aufwand. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und entspannt – genau das Richtige für einen Abend mit Freunden oder zum Abschalten. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man noch verbessern könnte, daher 4 Sterne. Insgesamt aber ein solides Lokal – ich komme gerne wieder 👍

Ich liebe diesen Ort, vor allem die Shishas!

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Uns wurde der Zutritt verweigert, nur weil wir vier Männer waren. Es gab keine klare Erklärung, nur eine seltsame und ungerechte Regel, dass „vier Männer nicht gemeinsam essen dürfen“. Das war sehr unangenehm und ausgrenzend. Wir hatten sogar Gäste aus den UAE dabei und konnten nicht nachvollziehen, warum wir nicht willkommen waren. Ein Café sollte für alle offen sein und keine Regeln haben, die Menschen das Gefühl geben, unerwünscht zu sein. Gastfreundschaft bedeutet Respekt leider hat dieser hier gefehlt. Wir sind enttäuscht gegangen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

It quickly became obvious that groups accompanied by women were accepted – but we were not. We were sober, polite, and patient, yet still treated unfairly without any clear explanation. Sehr angenehmer Laden mit toller Atmosphäre. Shishas, Essen sowie der Service sind hier echt hervorragend. Das Publikum ist gemischt, und es wird drauf geachtet wer in den Laden kommt, also auch sehr gut für Paare sowie Frauengruppen geeignet. Die Pfeifen halten echt lange, und man verbringt hier echt eine angenehme Zeit. Für alle die einen guten sauberen Laden in Berlin suchen hier meine Empfehlung.

Ich war gestern in Berlin .. nach dem Essen ne kleine Entspannung bei Hürrem … Service war gut .. die Dame war sehr nett … die shisha war lecker … habe nichts gegessen deshalb nur 3 Sterne … Ambiente war von allem etwas still mit Geschmack aber auch entspannt … gute Location auch mit einer großen Gruppe machbar :)

Schönes Ambiente, nette Bedienung die auch regelmäßig Kohle getauscht hat. Gute Shisha für unseren Geschmack. Einziges Manko, bei meiner zweiten Shisha hat der Schlauch nicht fest auf die Shisha gepasst und musste mit einem abtupfen festgestopft werden was nicht wirklich gehalten hat und das nach 1h ca. Doch etwas dickere rsichschwaden im Raum hingen. Nicht schlimm für uns aber wer das nicht so mag sollte es wissen.

Also bevor wir ins Detail gehen hier die kurze Zusammenfassung. Das Lokal Lohnt sich absolut, für mich persönlich ein must have wenn man gerne pfeife raucht! Nun der Blick auf die einzelnen Punkte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und äußerst aufmerksam, als konkretes Beispiel ein Messer fällt runter und man bekommt direkt neues Besteck an den Platz gebracht. Zudem nimmt sich das Personal Zeit um ins Gespräch zu gehen! Nun zum essen. Die Speiskarte ist recht klein gehalten aber dennoch groß genug, um für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Auch ist das essen für das Auge recht ansprechend gestaltet und Preis Leistungs mäßig absolut inordnung. Auch hier für mich großes + wenn man gerne pfeife mit essen kombinieren möchte. Nun zum Ambiente. Das Ambiente ist äußerst stilvoll gestaltet und wirkt überaus elegant und Sauber. Vorallem wer Wert auf saubere Toiletten legt kann hier bedenkenlos auf Toilette gehen. Egal ob Mann oder Frau.

Super friendly staff! What I like best is that you can rent games. The prices are great too – not overpriced at all! There's also a huge selection of food, drinks, desserts, etc. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great time. I'll be coming here regularly from now on :)

Previously, the treatment of workers was poor.

We're from North Rhine-Westphalia and stumbled upon this place quite by chance, but we were absolutely thrilled! 😍 The service, the waiters, the fruit salads, and the shisha were all top-notch. Everything was very well-maintained and done with great care. We came back again on our last day before leaving – and were once again completely satisfied! A truly fantastic place that we highly recommend.

We drove there from Salzburg - the employee at the entrance said that they were full, however we told him that we had driven a long way and he was able to get us a seat. Very nice atmosphere, would come again.

We called Hürrem Shisha Lounge in Berlin on a Saturday evening to reserve a table for eight and received a friendly confirmation right away. Upon arrival, the manager greeted us personally and guided us to our table. The atmosphere was inviting and stylish, with cozy seating, pleasant music, and a vibrant yet relaxed vibe. Both drinks and shishas were excellent in flavor and quality, and the food impressed with its modern, healthy, and creative selection. The guest mix was diverse and friendly, creating a welcoming and inclusive mood. All in all, it was a wonderful experience — great service, great ambiance, and great taste. We’ll certainly return on our next trip to Berlin. 🌟

This place is excellent! The music, atmosphere, food, and even the shisha are all wonderful. If you’re not a fan of shisha, be aware that it can get quite smoky, especially in the evenings. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a good idea to make a reservation beforehand, as it can get very crowded at night.

Simply everything you could want in a shisha bar. The location is very cute and lovingly decorated, while still remaining comfortable (so aesthetics meets comfort). The shisha pipes themselves were also good, and there was a wide selection. The service itself is also extremely sweet and friendly. They're happy to help with any questions without being annoying, and when things are a bit quieter, you can just have a pleasant chat with them. You definitely don't have to worry about being stared at or anything like that (unfortunately, a general problem for groups of girls, but not at all here. They make sure to weed out "stumblers," etc. But of course, there are men there too, so it's not a women-only shisha bar.) The food is delicious. The drinks are good, and everything is alcohol-free. They also had games to choose from (Uno, Skippo, and Ludo).

Today I was back in Hürrem for a long time, I was really impressed, the conditions, a young blonde woman were simply great...the shisha was incredibly tasty, I haven't smoked such a bad shisha in Berlin for a long time, I think their tobacco is of high quality, you can tell...everything was really great 👍🏻❤️

Shisha (grape mint) was very good and lasted a long time. The burger was also tasty, but unfortunately the buns were too hard. Service very friendly. Music at a pleasant volume.

We came especially from Munich and visited the shisha bar based on a recommendation - and for the most part we weren't disappointed. The location is really nice, with a pleasant atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. We would particularly like to highlight the shisha positively - we had BlackNana, and it was really great: good taste, thick smoke and perfectly prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, which rounded off the experience. The food was delicious. Overall, the prices are absolutely reasonable for what you get. Overall, a lovely evening with great shisha – we would come back!

Very nice lounge with a great price-performance ratio

Today I was at the Luna restaurant with my friends - there were five of us. Unfortunately we were very surprised by the poor treatment from the staff there. We were told we had to leave after 9pm. When we asked to extend the reservation because we arrived late, it was made clear to us in an unfriendly tone that this was not possible - it almost felt like an invitation to leave. Additionally, the main course was inedible. We had ordered Mix Grill, but the meat was completely burnt. Overall it was a very bad experience.

It was great 3 years ago but last time I didn’t like it

Spontaneous visit to the HÜRREM Shisha Lounge in the heart of Berlin. Very attentive staff, nice ambience and a mega MIG shisha with a Quasar head. Luckily for us, cool 90s hip hop is still playing. We also chilled out for a few rounds of Tavla. The detour was worth it...Probably not the last time I've been here.

The ambience was great and the service was all great, but it's a bit overpriced and they should clean the shisha mouthpieces really well, unfortunately we had bits of dirt that couldn't be described in any other way.

A great cafe for relaxed gatherings with friends. Food is surprisingly tasty and the shisha is really good. The service is generally great, but sometimes you have to wait a long time for the money. The shop is a bit too dark for my taste, but it's a matter of taste.
