Hürrem Café Restaurant in Berlin

We were there today and wanted to have a nice evening with the girls, but we were ripped off. How can an invoice arrive incorrectly and you are supposed to pay almost €40 more? I'm starting to think it's a scam because it's not the first time. We have been there many times, but from now on we will never come back.

Great lounge!!! In my opinion, it can underline the ambience and especially the service! Shisha - 1A👌🏼, especially African Queen Food - delicious and varied Music - not too loud, not too quiet, nothing intrusive 👍🏼 Photos to follow...

The food here is really very good and the pipes are also top notch. In Germany you rarely find shisha bars where the food is of such high quality and delicious. Absolutely recommended!

They force you to order drinks, which is ridiculous. A friend ordered a Spezi, they ended up charging him a Fanta AND a Coke. Also, the music is terrible, but that's my personal opinion

I was there after 1 a.m., the kitchen was closed, so I can't rate the food. I ordered shisha with drinks. Everything was top, very nice waitress. Highly recommended.

I recently tried to visit this lounge with a group of friends, despite there being plenty of space inside, we were refused entry solely because we are men.

The two of us came to the shisha bar, even though it was empty, we didn't have a free choice of seating. The lady wanted to seat us somewhere in the corner even though we only wanted to smoke shisha for an hour. I know what that means to me. My friend also wanted to quickly check his cell phone. The bartender came over and told him to put his phone away. Although he was disrespectful, everyone knows how to behave, especially if you grew up in a good family. If this bartender doesn't like his job, he should find another one. We have been customers of this shisha bar for a long time and have always had good times there. But tonight, unfortunately just because of this disrespect, I only have to give it one star. I hope you make ten times your current sales and good luck. .

The hookah is very good, a taste close to Turkey. The employees are friendly and nice. There is also Turkish tea. It's a nice and stylish place.

Although the café was very busy because of the football game between Holland and Turkey, the 4 of us got a place in front of the café and were able to smoke a shisha and have a few cold drinks in peace. Despite the large number of guests, we were served quickly and friendly, which was actually not expected given the number of guests. Price/performance is okay

The order arrived incomplete, a drink was missing, the shisha arrived after 25 minutes. I can understand everything, but the fact that the bill was charged incorrectly was an absolute no go. 25€ more was charged when asked and the wrong bill still came. 3 shishas 1 water 0.75, 4 tea 92€ I was told I paid 95€.

Food was good in terms of price and taste, ambience was good, service was almost perfect. The absolute disappointment was the European Championship game Austria against Türkiye on July 2nd, 2024. There were several televisions, some with time delays of more than half a minute. The commentator was even somewhere completely different in time. While one part of the café is happy, cheering or in shock, the other part is completely different. In order to probably save a few euros, you really managed to ruin the game with almost 100 spectators. It would have been fairer to the customers not to show the game at all. The bottom line is that I would come here again, but I would avoid this place for football games. Only 2 stars overall due to the owner's seemingly endless greed.

Worst shisha bar I have been to. Wanted to watch Turkey vs Austria which they were heavily marketing to watch at Hürrem. No internet connection, audio and video 30s apart, multiple interruption - don’t go here for watching any football.

It's bad enough that we had to wait a long time for orders. Even though the coffee was empty, we also had to pay an extra €15 for a cake that we had brought in to be brought in in 2 seconds... Very bad coffee

Really a very nice café, you can sit outside and inside and there is a wide range and everyone can find what they are looking for. The service is great, we even sat outside and it was raining and we had to go in and the employees redid all the drinks and food for us. Highly Recommended!!

Best shisha in berlin so far! Ive tried about 5 other places and this one is at the top of my list. The atmosphere is cute in terms of it being comfy and there is an outdoor seating. Best time to go there is at 6pm in summer :) Its not amazing food wise, but if you’re looking for a little snack or yummy fries then its good. 😊

A business that promotes such unfair practices shouldn’t be tolerated. I strongly advise against visiting this bar

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Hürem's service. Here are the details: 1. **Customer Service:** The employees were rude and unhelpful. I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously and my concerns weren't being addressed satisfactorily. 2. **Response times:** It took a long time to respond to my requests. In some cases I received no response at all. 3. **Issue Resolution:** Instead of providing solutions to my problems, I was redirected multiple times with no change. Overall, I was very disappointed with the way my concerns were handled. I hope that Hürem will improve service and place more emphasis on customer satisfaction in the future

I don't recommend anyone to come if they're coming for shisha, you don't like it at all, you think they're paying for you, not you for them, and you have to sit where they want, where you feel comfortable, worst shisha bar

Very nice location, with very good shisha, great cocktails (without alcohol (hats off!)) and very good music!! No clientele shisha shop. You immediately feel very comfortable. Both the owner and the waitress - dear Alina, we thank you - are very accommodating! Thank you for showing that there is another way! 🫶🏼

We stayed at Hürrem twice during our stay in Berlin. The ambience is very nice. The menu is very diverse. Everything is available, from food to shakes, cocktails and warm drinks.

The service is really very friendly and accommodating and the pipes are very good. The only thing that bothers me is the parking situation, but there's nothing you can do about it and there's nothing the store can do about it.

Smoothie instead of fresh, with syrup. No syrup even in the house. Oreo cocktail, simply cocoa with cream. Not even a hint. Sitting in the store for 1.5 hours, not even being asked if you wanted something more to drink or if everything was OK. At least coal is being changed. A pity.

We had made a reservation but there was nothing on it! It only said for a maximum of 2 to 3 hours! It wasn't said before! Everything was alcohol-free... but very satisfied with the quality of the food and drinks

Ambience with a feel-good effect! I was there with friends and I won't forget that evening. Various cocktails, beautifully decorated and very tasty, together with a shisha simply a dream. The fruit plate was beautifully decorated and colorful. The service was super nice, whether it was a waitress or a shisha man. I would be happy to come back here at any time.

We were there on Tuesday afternoon and wanted to try the Berlin shisha. Location, ambience and music very classy and nice for something different. The service staff were very polite and attentive, especially Giovanni my Fratello! Thanks for the nice evening as a tourist, I can really recommend it.

Disrespectful, very very bad. The person standing at the door is disrespectful and unfriendly to people. Before I went to Café Kamm I called and asked if there were any seats available or if I had to make a reservation. The woman on the phone said yes, I can just come over spontaneously without an appointment. I arrived after about 30 minutes and the man standing in front of the door said that it wasn't possible for me to come over spontaneously and that I had to reserve a table earlier. That's really funny, it means I didn't make a special trip to the café and in the end he told me it wasn't possible. I hope that you are honest when dealing with people

If you are looking for a decent shisha bar in Berlin, then this is the only right one. We were in Berlin for a short time and it was difficult to find a well-kept but also relaxed environment. But at Hürrem we found everything. The staff was very accommodating and helped us in detail and helpfully, even with the smallest request, which is not so common in the industry. The ambience was much much better than expected. From the outside it seems small, but when you go in, the waitress greets you out of nowhere and, depending on your wishes, immediately directs you to a free seat. Furthermore, the ambience and the music playing are both in harmony and everything is perfect. I would definitely come to Hürreme again on my next visit to Berlin and recommend this establishment to everyone.

Top Lokalität, davon wünscht man sich mehr auf der Welt. Alles total sauber und qualitativ. Pfeifen sind genau so gut wie das Essen. Preis Leistung ist Mega. Ein Laden der alles richtig macht. Service auch top. Shisha kam 3 min nach Bestellung. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Auch Karten Zahlung möglich

Tür war verschlossen und man musste eine längere Zeit vor der Tür warten bis man sich von einem Kellner erklären lassen musste dass man ohne weibliche Begleitung nicht reinkommen würde.

Wollten zu fünft entspannt eine Pfeife im Urlaub rauchen. Zuerst war die Türe verschlossen und niemand hat auf gemacht, erst nach einem Anruf. Wurden dann äußerst unfreundlich empfangen und komisch angeguckt, daraufhin wurde uns gesagt, dass wir nicht rein kommen, da wir keine weibliche Begleitung hatten.

Wir wurden weggeschickt,mit der Begründung, dass wir keine Frau dabei haben.

Wir waren bei unserer Berlin-Reise an zwei Abenden hier. Die Bedienung ist super, die KellnerInnen sind sehr freundlich. Es ist eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist fair. Shisha, Kuchen und Cocktails waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Eine gute Idee wenn man den Abend ausklingen möchte.

Schöne Location, um sich über den Tisch ziehen zu lassen. Das Personal wollte mir einen 0,25 ml Saft als einen 0,4 ml Saft andrehen. Auf die Frage, warum ich ein kleines Getränk bekomme, war die Antwort: „Die Gläser sind aus der Türkei. Die ml Angabe ist falsch gedruckt.“ Fazit: Viel zu überteuerte Preise für gefälschte Getränkegrößen.

Wundervolle shishabar mit den besten Getränken und super guten Essen. Jederzeit wieder!

Eigentlich So schade diese zwei Stern…Bedienung gut liebe Mädels, aber es kann nicht sein dass man auf sein essen über eine halbe stunde wartet. Bei statement wo es deutlich voller ist und die für ihre Gerichte bzw. Küche bekannt sind, geht es deutlich schneller. Hinzu kommt, dass es so so schön eingerichtet ist. Bin enttäuscht, komme nicht wieder und werde es nicht weiter empfehlen…

I'm updating the reveiw from 5 star to zero. Cause in this place they force you to order drinks recently, if you want to order shisha! Also you're not allowed to sit every where that you want. ........................... Very nice and friendly staff, high quality shisha! also some staff speak English well. There's a small outdoor area. Furniture are so comfortable to sit and the table height is good to work with your laptop while enjoying shisha.

Sehr schöne Bar!! Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und lieb. Wir sind extra von Frankfurt nach Berlin gefahren. Und bereuen es nicht! Wir hatten die chicken nachos und die waren unglaublich lecker. Stimmung top, die Musik genauso! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. 10/10

Im updating my review from 5star to 2star because their service is not as good as before . Also they have a new rule that you have to order drinks . We have ordered shisha , curly fries ,etc and one drink but they forced us to order another 2 drinks that is rude and not pleasant .even i told them we will order later but she didnt a accept and told us this is a rule from management . Amazing :) . If you have min spend amount you should clearly state but you cant revoke my rights to order not to order what i want . This is my previous review: The best shisha in berlin i can say . The staff are friendly . Its very far from our place but we commute 40 min to reach there . Really one the best shisha places in berlin . The only downside is that they dont have much vegan option.
