We spontaneously walked in and were totally surprised to go out to eat in a nice location, we enjoyed it very much, the staff is cool, the price-performance ratio is right, we will be happy to come back, thank you again
We were actually satisfied with the starter and the main course, if there wasn't a bitter aftertaste in the customer service.
When we asked if spagetti alla panna (13.90 euros) could be had with a little more sauce, and cheese to sprinkle on top of another pasta dish, this was charged at 3.90 euros for the sauce and 2.50 euros for the cheese. It was a simple grated cheese (not parmesan as the bill said!). This should be part of the service in every restaurant that serves pizza and pasta dishes!
All I can say is very expensive noodles.
I would like to see more information for guests about this restaurant.
Today on Mother's Day I went to Louisiana with my wife for breakfast.
Of course, we were aware that there would be a higher volume on such a day than on a normal Sunday.
But the operators should also know this and react accordingly.
Operation:
The young man, a trainee according to his chest emblem, had no chance of doing justice to the guests outside on his own.
Another waitress would certainly have helped here.
Nevertheless, you have to praise the young man for always being nice and friendly despite the occasional chaos!!
For the buffet:
Coffee quite thin for a coffee drinker.
Sausages, salmon etc. apparently discount products?!
Queuing at the buffet with a long queue is no problem.
But then no knives and forks arrive at the front, no plates, no rolls, butter and croissants only at the second attempt. No chance of scrambled eggs.
It was filled out again and again when asked, but in my opinion it was already too late.
An employee should have been assigned here to solely take care of refilling.
Furthermore, how can you set up a buffet so that the queue runs along the serving area?
The already stressed employees are here again
Unnecessarily slowed down and visibly annoyed.
It's a shame, but absolutely not recommended on a day like this.
We heard the same thing from the neighboring tables.
Absolutely recommended restaurant. Very great food that clearly stands out from other “usual” restaurants. Various Roman-inspired dishes on the menu. The service at this restaurant is also extremely nice and friendly.
We had a lovely girls' night at Coyote. With good food and drinks, we sat there for a really long time. The time flew by. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. You could literally sit there for hours. Our waitress was also super friendly. I highly recommend ordering the Mexican while you're there.
I got a kebab to take away. When I got home, I noticed that the employee had accidentally given me too little change. I went there the next day and described the situation. The remaining amount was refunded without any problems and without discussion. Very customer friendly, I'll be back!
There were countless flies sitting on the food. Everything is out in the open, even the meat. I ordered veggie chicken teriyaki and got real meat, which of course I only noticed after I tried it at home. There were probably maggots in the meat. Everyone should know that flies lay their eggs on meat and fish. It's the second time that the employees simply don't listen to you or are deaf! Never again!!!!!!!!!
I've rarely eaten such tough meat in a kind of soup. More tomatoes than meat. Tiny portions and terrible naan. The atmosphere is okay. The service is friendly. But I wouldn't subject myself to this meal again.
The food was very tasty. I had some sushi and the spring rolls. Even though it had to be delivered to the mountain, the food was up within an hour and the spring rolls were still wonderfully warm. The delivery person was an older man who was very friendly. I can definitely recommend it. I haven't been to the restaurant itself, but this is definitely my favorite shop for sushi and Vietnamese! Will definitely order here a few more times.
The location of the visavi is really great - the view of the Porta Nigra is impressive and worth a visit for that alone. Unfortunately, the service couldn't keep up during our stay. Even though the house was only half full, it took over 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table - and only after several waves. The employees seemed visibly overwhelmed and there was a lack of coordination and responsibility. It's a real shame, because with a little more attention and structure, the visavi could be a real highlight.
