The food itself tastes very good... but the service is lacking. The lady who took our order barely listened and kept walking from point A to point B, chatting with her colleagues.

We've been going there for years, but they take photos of you and say you didn't pay. Also, the shrimps aren't great and the chicken doesn't taste good.

Compared to other branches, this branch is rather dull and the hygiene is really not good. Tables are usually filthy and the floor is often sticky and unswept. The vending machines could use a cloth more often. Unfortunately, little to no consideration is given to the fact that there are customers in the restaurant. There are open, loud arguments in the kitchen. The manager should keep themselves in check and approach the employees more calmly (even if she was right). Burgers are often half-heartedly prepared and the ingredients seem to have been thrown on from 3 meters away. Fries are often cold and soggy. Surrounding areas, for example in Bottrop or Essen-Karnap, can do much better and are absolutely hot and delicious.

Today I ordered a sub from your branch - as I have done many times before. This time, however, the visit was an absolute disgrace and an example of blatant rip-off. I had a coupon for 30% off as well as another coupon for a free Churro Footlong. Despite extensive advertising in front of the branch, I was told that no churros were available. As “compensation” I was offered two cookies – supposedly free. But what happened next is hard to beat in terms of audacity: the employee initially tried to simply ignore my 30% voucher, which fortunately I noticed in time. And to make matters worse, after receiving the receipt, it turned out that the two supposedly free cookies were simply cheekily charged. I won't allow myself to be deceived or put up with anything like that. This behavior is not only unfriendly to customers, but borders on deliberate deception. I demand immediate clarification and expect appropriate compensation.

Food is not recommended, the price is far from good and bad. Kids box 8.90 for a handful of fries, 4 nuggets, lollipops, drink packets and toy bracelet which is already broken when unpacked. Only the view of the giraffes is beautiful.

Nothing eaten. Didn't go to the restaurant at all, just used the 300kW charging station. Next time I'll get a coffee.

The food was burnt and tasted that way, the restaurant is carelessly designed and the staff is hectic and inattentive but nice
